I asked for eiffel view room before i go to trip, so i arrived the hotel, i can checked in eiffel view room. I appreciate your cooperation. and then room condition , tea time, clearness, room size ... everything is perfect for me. also if you choose this hotel, you can see the whole eiffel tower within 5 minutes in trocadero square. Great location, good sized rooms”

Location is perfect - 3-min walk to Trocadero that is overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Eiffel Tower is about 10 minutes away by walk. Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees is about 20 minutes away. There are restaurants nearby - both expensive and relatively cheap. We have someone on a wheelchair with us and the hotel has good accessible facilities from the moment you enter. Reception staff during check-in was accommodating. For checking out though, they didn't really offer to help us bring our luggages out. They offer free snacks at the lobby which is definitely a plus, although we were out most days. The rooms were clean but their housekeeping was inconsistent. At one day, they only left us with one bath towel (we stayed 3 nights). And they didn't wash the mocrowave plates we used and left at the sink, which were actually theirs, for the entire duration of our stay. Room size was relatively bigger compared with other hotels in European cities. Overall good stay at Citadines.
