I don't know the hotel, I think it's a new-ish one a little outside the main tourist area?

I thought Greek Orthodox Easter would be celebrated on Sunday, 16th April next year 🤔. Happy to stand corrected on that of course.

It is. I put our Easter date 🙄 Either way, end of April into May will not be an issue.

Thank you Marcus. It's good to know everything will be open. We will be out and about all day, but hopefully there's a couple of bars not far from the hotel for evening drinks.

I'm sure Castellum is an AI but when I passed last year it looked to be in the middle of nowhere. Good luck with finding bars for drinking at night. I suspect you will need to go back into the Old Town.

re #5 My thought too. Not an interesting area. Will have to walk (5-10 min to Old Town or to bars/restaurants in the lower part of New Town).

Then again, they are staying in an all-inclusive....

Granted, not the prettiest location in a more commercial/residentail area of town but there are restaurants close by and you will be less than 5 minutes walk to "San Francisco" gate which is one of our favourite entrances to the Old Town - entering from this end of town you will get to see and readily explore some of the quieter places and streets in the Old Town without the rip off prices seen in the more touristy places down towards the port side of town.
