Holiday of a lifetime for us.

Having decided upon a cruise to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday I saw Iglu cruise pop up on my social media feed. I looked at several cruises advertised and researched other companies too but decided upon IgluCruise. I made the call and Paul the rep answered. He was brilliant,helpful, informative, considerate and polite. He answered all my questions. He recapped everything I had asked for to ensure I understood everything whilst going through the booking process over the phone. Everything was emailed over to me. Very straightforward. I would definitely use Iglu to book with again and would like to say, Thank you to Paul.

I’ve never been on a cruise before…

I’ve never been on a cruise before therefore I made two provisional bookings just to see how the prices would pan out. They were exactly as described with optional extras. On both occasions I was called by Kallum who was very patient, gave me lots of information and answered all my questions. There was no heavy sale or push. I was very impressed after speaking to my friend we went ahead and booked one of the cruises.

Great Deal and cheaper than booking direct with Marella .......

This was a great deal and cheaper than arranging with Marella Direct! This is the second time we have used Igloo Cruise, first time was for a tailor made cruise and stay with Celebrity, on both occasions we have been really pleased with the friendly, efficient, helpful service, and the good advice we have received. Sent me several emails stating the the…

Sent me several emails stating the the offers contained within were combinable. Booked a cruise on this basis but have not received the added discount. Emailed Iglu and they replied stating the offer was NOT combinable????. Questioned this TWICE and second email disappeared into a black hole as soon as you point out the offers were in fact combinable. Looks like I will have to resort to legal proceedings to get what I was promised.

We have just booked another cruise with IGLU for next year. The call handler (Chris) was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We asked for a call back the following evening at a specific time and he called us back exactly when he said he would. Excellent service from Iglu Cruise.

For the past week I have been dealing with James Williamson my cruise advisor and I must say he has been brilliant and in his absence his colleagues have also been very good. I have given a 5 star as my experience has been excellent. James' interpersonal skills are excellent. He listened attentively and responded to any queries promptly, effectively and efficiently. He is knowledgeable and the way he dealt with me helped me to make an informed decision to book my cruise with Iglu cruise. The cost of the cruise was very good in comparison without compromising the quality of what was being offered. James is definitely an asset to your team and I will definitely recommend your company without hesitation to family and friends.

Lovely lady

The lady was very pleasant and looked up several enquiries about the holiday that I asked about. To be honest she was very good. My only complaint would be in the literature that was sent to me advertising the holiday was very misleading. Giving the impression that several things were included which were not. Very disappointing. Eg drinks package, Wi-Fi and cabin spend. One would expect on a 32 day cruise that these would be included. Please look at your marketing literature.

Iglu are the best.

I have booked our last 4 cruises with Iglu. I usually deal with Paul Bowley. He is always very efficient and offers very good objective advice regarding the different cruise companies. He is very responsive and always gets back to me quickly. Plus so far no one has beaten Iglu on price.
