moe. Maps Out Remaining 2022 Tour Schedule With Nate Wilson, Suke Cerulo

moe.  has detailed its full 2022 tour schedule, featuring new dates with keyboardist Nate Wilson  (Percy Hill) and guitarist  Suke Cerulo  (Schleigho). This news comes after the veteran jam band issued an update on Monday regarding founding guitarist Chuck Garvey , who continues to recover from a stroke suffered in November . Cerulo and Wilson previously subbed into the Buffalo, NY-bred quintet during a guest-filled two-night run at  The Capitol Theatre   in December.

“We want to thank our famoe.ly once again for the love and support you’ve shown Chuck over these past five months,” the band wrote. “He’s continuing to get better day by day, and your thoughts and energy have kept our spirits up. It’s become clear over the past number of years that you can never know what tomorrow will bring, which makes the chance to come together as a community that much more meaningful. We hope you’ll join us in a celebration of life, music, and the family we’ve built over the past 30+ years.”

Following festival appearances at  Summer Camp Music Festival   (5/26–29),  HarborFest  (6/10), and  City Bisco   (6/18), moe. will mount a five-night run of July shows throughout the Northeast. The series begins on July 6th with a free show in Albany, NY; followed by a hometown gig at  Buffalo Outer Harbor  the next day. On July 8th, moe. will perform at  Levitate Music Festival   in Marshfield, MA; proceeding on to  Great South Bay Music Festival   in Patchogue, NY (7/9); and finally a headlining show in Seaside Heights, NJ (7/10).

moe. has also tacked on a number of September dates including the 2nd at  Jay Peak Resort  in Vermont and a set at Adirondack Independence Music Festival the weekend of the 3rd and 4th. The band’s tour schedule then wraps with a two-night stand at Blue Note Napa  in St. Helena, CA on the 23rd and 24th.

An artist pre-sale for all newly announced 2022 moe. tour dates begins on Wednesday at 12 p.m. ET, except for Adirondack Independence Music Festival which will go up at a later date. moe . has announced a short run of performances for the remainder of 2022, featuring special guests Nate Wilson on keys (Percy Hill) and Suke Cerulo on guitar (Schleigho). The announcement follows the release of a message to fans yesterday, in which the band addressed the condition of guitarist Chuck Garvey, who suffered a stroke in November.   “We want to thank our famoe.ly once again for the love and support you’ve shown Chuck over these past five months,” the message read. “He’s continuing to get better day by day, and your thoughts and energy have kept our spirits up. It’s become clear over the past number of years that you can never know what tomorrow will bring, which makes the chance to come together as a community that much more meaningful. We hope you’ll join us in a celebration of life, music, and the family we’ve built over the past 30+ years.”   Following appearances at Summer Camp, HarborFest, and City Bisco in May and June, moe. will play a short run of shows in July, beginning with a free performance in Albany, NY on July 6th, and a handful of dates in September, including two nights in St. Helena, CA on September 23rd -24th. Progressive jam giants Umphrey's McGee‘s return to Las Vegas for the seventh installment of the massively popular UMBowl production was marked once again by a stand-out tour closing dual evening extravaganza where all stops were pulled out and the power given directly to the fans, for better or for worse.

On June 24, Round Records & ATO Records will release GarciaLive Volume Six: July 5, 1973 – Jerry Garcia & Merl Saunders, the latest installment of the celebrated GarciaLive archival series. The three-CD set was recorded at the 200 capacity Lion’s Share club formerly located in the small town of San Anselmo, CA, just 20 miles north of San Francisco. The performance features Jerry Garcia performing with friend, mentor and legendary keyboardist/vocalist Merl Saunders. The duo is joined by drummer Bill Vitt and bassist John Kahn, who soon became a lifelong Garcia collaborator.

moe. Announce 2022 Tour Dates

moe. have announced a short run of performances for the remainder of 2022. The 10-stop schedule shared by the band is comprised of previous festival announcements and a handful of newly announced dates.

After an appearance at Sumer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, Ill. in late May, a set at HarborFest in Norfolk, Va. on June 10, and a gig at City Bisco 2022 in Philadelphia, the band will embark on a short run of shows beginning with a free concert as a part of Empire State Plaza Concert Series in Albany, N.Y., on July 6. 

They’ll head to Buffalo, N.Y., for a show at Buffalo Outer Harbor on July 7, before popping up at Levitate Music Festival in Marshfield, Mass. Then, moe. will perform on The Beach Stage in Seaside Heights, N.J., on July 9.

Following an extended summer hiatus, they will return to the road on Sept. 2. moe. will then play a gig at Jay Peak Resort before heading upstate to jam at Adirondack Independence Music Festival in Lake George, N.Y., on Sept. 3. The tour’s final stop will see the band pop up in St. Helena, Calif., at Blue Note at the Charles Krug Winery on Sept. 23.

Starting almost an hour late for a standing room only show was disrespectful to the audience. I love the music but I'm not paying just to stand around in a bar for hours. Very disappointed! The music was fantastic as always.

Rob and the guys played an awesome double set. The venue was awesome as well even creating a special beer for the event. We look forward to seeing them again in the future.

Beyond expectations. Best venue and great times. Best of the best.it was worth the long drive, would do it again. The sound, lights and vocals were awesome. Thanks guys for such a good show.
