Mauritius is teeming with a wide range of flora and fauna, both endemic and introduced, which are not only a delight to explore but are also of ecological significance. The fruit bat is the only native terrestrial mammal on the island, but several other creatures have been introduced from neighbouring countries in an effort to boost the biodiversity. The coloured dunes in Chamarel are perhaps the most iconic sights in Mauritius. A stunning natural phenomenon, the dunes have sands of seven colours -- red, brown, violet, blue, green, purple and yellow. It is a marvellous fact that despite decades of harsh torrential rainfall, the coloured earth has not lost its colour. Nowadays, tourists are not allowed to stand on the sand, and are required to enjoy the view from the protected perimeter. Chamarel also has curio shops and a few Giant Aldabra Turtles.

After Grand Bay, Flic en Flac is the most popular tourist attraction on the island of Mauritius. With 8 km of white sand, this beach is often counted in the top beaches of the country and it houses some of the best dive spots in the island. There is a water activity for everyone here -- banana and paddle boating for kids, water skiing, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, canoeing and sailing for the others. Close by is the Casela World of Adventures, a nature park which offers a range of activities including safari drives, quad biking, canyon swinging, zip lining and canoeing. A large coral rock rising over the surface of the Indian Ocean, Crystal Rock is a huge draw for tourists visiting Mauritius. I had planned for a 12 day trip to Dubai. Prior to this experience I had normaly been weary of using travel agents because my overall feedback from fellow commuters was that post payment of the trip cost generally these people became indifferent to your concerns/issues. However, I can vocuh that experience with TravelTriangle was just on the opposite side. As is always the case, in a trip of 12 days specifically when you are travelling with family with 2 kids there would be iterations and new requirements. On the planning side, the entire trip was so well organised that we were able to enjoy all the amusement parks and other activities to the fullest without having to rush through things. *Dubai Trip with Travel Triangle: A Mixed Bag* Overall: My Dubai trip with Travel Triangle offered a customized itinerary at a competitive price, with great hotel selection and included activities. However, communication issues and inflexibility on tours detracted from the experience. Pros: Customization: Travel Triangle built a package that fit my needs, including the hotel and activities I wanted. Hotel: I was very happy with the chosen hotel - [Hyatt and Wyndham]. Selective Activities: I appreciated the option to choose specific activities instead of a pre-set package. Location & Transport: Having included airport transfers and local transportation was convenient. Ground Team: The ground team in Dubai was generally helpful. Competitive Price: I felt I got good value for the price I paid. Sightseeing Flexibility: I liked having some flexibility in choosing which sights to see. Cons: Ticketing Confusion: There were issues with receiving the correct ticketing information for some activities, causing some confusion. Itinerary Clarity: The itinerary for locations could have been clearer, leading to some minor navigation challenges. Shared Tours: Being placed in a shared tour group (SIC) with incompatible travelers wasn't ideal. Driver Rigidity: Drivers' strict adherence to routes and limited flexibility during sightseeing was frustrating. Unprofessional Conduct: Some pick-up and drop-off experiences for sightseeing involved harsh or rude behavior, which put a damper on the mood. Recommendation: While Travel Triangle offered a good value with a customized package, communication and tour flexibility need improvement. If you prioritize clear communication and a relaxed sightseeing experience, you might want to consider other options. On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Checkin and boarding staff at Delhi Airport is not cooperative with passengers Their behavior very humiliating . They don’t allow Lap top bag and Ladies’ purse/vanity bag which most of the airlines allow besides cabin baggage and check in baggages. They try to charge extra payment on the pretext of small variations which normally other Airlines staff don’t do. Airline staff should be courteous & cooperative but check in staff of Emirates Airline at Delhi was not so at all.

Check-in process at Bengaluru airport was atrociously slow. Emirates should allow baggage drop option after online check-in and verification of documents. The rest of the flight was quite good and we didn't have any complaints.

The air hostess spilled tomato juice on me by mistake in Mumbai -Dubai flight. I was traveling from Mumbai to UAD. Her senior came and offered couple of small chocolates (probably given in business class) as compensation. I asked for access to lounge as I had to travel till IAD and I could shower and change. But she said she cannot do that and did nothing further. I found the response to their mistake as inappropriate.

Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks

i bought a biz class fare but a few days before vistara always changes my biz class flight to economy .. happened to me 4 times .. seated could be wider .. boarding could be more organized .. crew did their best but not enough resources all in all very poor experience

The cabin is due for a refresh - the seats are very thin and not very comfortable. The AVOD system also did not work on one of the seats and the touch screen were very glitchy. The overall cleanliness of the aircraft could be improved

I booked a round trip flight and boarded a Kenya Airways trip from New York (JFK) to Nairobi (JKIA). First flight from New York to Nairobi was uneventful with no issues. However, the return flight was beyond disappointing. To begin with I had paid an extra $60 each for premium seats (me and my wife) in economy aisle 15 (B & A). However, upon settling down in the middle seat, I noticed that the controller had been ripped off meaning I would not have access to some of the seat functionalities like the individual lighting etc. I proceeded to alert a flight attendant that the controller was missing and she politely responded to me by telling me if I need anything, to use my wife’s seat controller (on the window seat) to call for assistance and I would be assisted accordingly. I was surprised by the response that she gave as it felt like my comfort and request for a service that I paid for was undermined, but nonetheless I opted to play it nice and kept my calm. After this I engaged in a conversation with a passenger (Caucasian / White male) who sat next to me on the aisle seat. In the process of having this conversation I asked him if he had paid for his seat. He went ahead to politely tell me that he had been moved from a seat in the back by one of the flight attendants and had not paid any extra fees. During this conversation, he noticed that the charging docks were not working and he needed to charge his iPad to watch his Netflix show (it was on pause). Alarmed by this, he went ahead and flagged one of the flight attendants who without wasting any time acted astonished and as fast as lightning was able to find him a better seat a few rows in front. Please note, all the charging plugs were not working for the three seats. In summary, below are the reasons for the low rating: 1. Charging for a broken seat: Kenya Airways should not charge for a defective seat. If a seat is defective and is paid for, the airlines should work out a way to either refund the customer or move the customer to a better seat – regardless of skin color. 2. Below Par Customer Service: Do not debilitate a customer’s request especially when a paid for service is not delivered – regardless of skin color. Assuming that I am comfortable with having to either keep alerting the flight attendant or relying on my wife’s seat to perform some of the functionality I may need is ridiculous. 3. Biasness / Inequality / Prejudiced Behavior: The Caucasian/ White male was treated with more favor. Not only was he moved around to make sure he was comfortable (free of charge) but all his complaints were resolved immediately without any hesitance. On the contrary, I being a black man of African descent who had paid an additional premium for his seat, I was completely ignored and told to settle for what I got.

It has been 1 week since arriving at my destination and I still have not recieved my kite surfing bags. Office will not communicate properly on location or when my bags will arrive. No advice on what to do on luggage that has not arrived in over a week. Simply not happy with Kenya airways at the moment.

On a long flight us customers need more rehydration by the crew. Some of us have water bottles but no crew is coming around to offer water. I’m not saying issue us all with plastic water bottles.

The flight staff were not very kind. I went back to get a drink, 4 of them back there chatting. They all looked at me continued to talk then they started doing stuff and one finally asked after I was standing there awhile what I needed. This happened multiple times. The movies were not the great and seemed dated. My seat squeaked every time I moved and it moved around a bit.

My flight from Nairobi to nyc. My seat made noise and moved around. The two toilets in the back didn’t work well cause you didn’t know if someone was in there cause the light didn’t work. The bathroom doors didn’t lock well either, so I walked in on someone. The crew wasn’t quick or super helpful. When I went to get something they were chatting and they would look at me, continue on with their conversation and finally I would interrupt to get a drink.

Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.

Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.

The flight was dirty. The screens were not working and people were restless. Food and staff was okay.

The flight was delayed for 2 reasons. 1) Weather - due to which it incoming aircraft was diverted to Ahmdabad. 2) technical issue which took 5 hrs to solve at Ahmedabad. The flight which was to leave by 6pm left at 12:10am the next day. They could have handled the situation in a better way. They waited for Airbus engineer to come and solve. They didn’t simultaneously call for another aircraft so passengers could travel through their connecting flights as scheduled. It was a very poor way from Air India.

Crew were slow in serving, as a result many of the passengers were not served Tea/Coffee. There is a scope for improvement

Then we circled for about 30 minutes, and they decided to go to Jaipur to land until the weather cleared and to refuel. Again, once we landed in Jaipur (wrong city), there was little to no information on timing or what was happening. Then we heard that the crew was reaching their 24 hours. We sat on the place, on the tarmac for another 3 HOURS, with no food and not enough water for everyone on the flight. Then, they kicked us off the plane with no plan, in the wrong city. We went thru customs, got our bags (thank goodness), and had to ask a bunch of staff what was happening and what to do. Eventually, their soltuion was to bus people back to Delhi (like 6 hours we were told) but not everyone would fit on the bus, and unknown timing on when it would leave. At this point it was 9PM (we were scheduled to arrive in Delhi at 11AM...). My husband and I decided to risk it and take a cab that we had to pay ourselves (about $200 US dollars) to get to Delhi (about 5 hour drive). We both had terrible trips back to the US as well - almost missed connecting flight, forced to pay for carry-on luggage (a small back pack!) and duty-free goods by the Air India staff last minute. Just terrible experience all around. Never again with AI! The ONLY good thing was the air hostesses were kind and patient - example: they made sure people with food allergies got their correct. However, the TV's did not work so I'm glad we brought our own entertainment.

Need to update the staff of the airport. They tell luggage weight according to they want.

The Air India lounge in Delhi , was very disappointing! The food was of poor quality and options were limited especially for vegetarians!! Beverages were fine. The in flight crew was excellent! . They helped me with my seat controls - the controls did not work without a hassle or assistance!! A very poor showing for a Business cabin!!! Post flight , the wheel chair passengers ( including Me) were “ shepherded and left waiting twice (an hour or more) before taking us to immigration! I chose to Fly Air India because I want. to patronize our National carrier with the hope that the experience will improve!!! Regrettably, I will have to look at other options for my next trip to India
