I saw Agnostic Front kick off a tour in August of 1997 in San Francisco. Their skinhead roots were clearly broadcasted by skins of all colors being pulled up on-stage throughout the show by Miret. I've seen them two times in my hometown since 1997. Let it be known. They have a strong skinhead following. Long-hairs may not be too welcome. OiOiOi

Brutal and fantastic as ever a must see for any hardcore fan. You wont be disappointed. Played some newer songs as well as classics. These guys are not called the godfathers of hardcore for nothing going 36 years they are still smashing it

Awesome show as always. AF puts everything into it. Lots of older stuff. Lots of newer stuff. Great atmosphere. The guys were hanging out all night watching the other bands. Stigma stuck around after to take pics and talk to everyone.

NYC-based hardcore pioneers Agnostic Front have announced a major 2023 tour across America celebrating the 40th anniversary of their debut EP 'United Blood' . The 10-city journey takes place in September making stops in Syracuse, Stroudsburg, Morgantown, Mechanicsburg, Asbury Park, Buffalo, Albany, Montreal, Burlington and Boston. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Murphy's Law and Grade 2 . The band recently spent portions of 2022 joining Sick of It All during their New York United Tour along with support from Crown of Thornz .

UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into December invading additional markets like Amityville, Atlantic City, Virginia Beach, Tampa, Miami, Melbourne, Jacksonville and Atlanta.

Agnostic Front released their debut studio EP 'United Blood' back in 1983 via their own AF Records label. Their latest 2019 album 'Get Loud!' follows up 2015's 'The American Dream Died' which was produced by Freddy Cricien from Madball and was their first to feature rhythm guitarist and former Slapshot member Craig Silverman. After dozens of lineup changes since forming in 1980, the influential punk band also consists of members Vinnie Stigma, Roger Miret, Mike Gallo, Craig Silverman and Danny Lamagna.

Following several COVID-19 related postponements, Agnostic Front and Sick Of It All will be making good on their plans to co-headline across the U.S. across two separate legs this spring and fall. Crown Of Thornz will open the spring East Coast dates, while an opener for the West Coast leg this fall remains pending.

Founded in 1982, AGNOSTIC FRONT stands among the most esteemed pioneers of the hardcore genre. No band comes close in sonic and socio authenticity and sincerity where the struggles of survival on the streets have quite literally given life to a sound that remains as impactful today as it was over four decades ago. AGNOSTIC FRONT ’s battering, socially critical sounds stand as the foundation of true New York Hardcore and helped initiate the emergence of crossover thrash. The group disbanded briefly in the early ‘90s but returned in 1998 with the crushing sounds of Something’s Gotta Give . Following a slew of pummeling offerings, the band, led by the inimitable roar of Roger Miret and Vinnie Stigma’s legendary charismatic guitar playing, released their critically lauded twelfth album Get Loud! in 2019, which, with its unapologetically honest lyrics and signature aggression, makes clear the band’s penchant to persevere.

New York hardcore fans rejoice: Sick of It All and Agnostic Front are joining forces for a co-headlining 2022 US tour.

The announcement comes nearly two years after the veteran bands were forced to cancel their 2020 tour after the pandemic effectively paused live music.

The 2022 trek will be split into two legs. The first takes place in the Spring with support from Crown of Thornz. Dates kick off May 5th in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and run through May 22nd in Atlanta, Georgia. The bands will then reconvene for a second leg that launches September 7th in Phoenix and wraps up on September 24th in New Orleans. An opener has yet to be announced for the second round of shows. Tickets for both legs go on sale Friday (March 18th) via Ticketmaster , with pre-sales already happening for select cities.

“It’s always great to play with other classic New York bands, and Agnostic Front almost wrote the American hardcore handbook, so this will be extra special,” commented Sick of It All drummer Armand Majidi back when the initial 2020 dates were announced. “When two of the kings of New York come to your town, it’s gonna be clobberin’ time with the godfathers of hardcore.”

Agnostic Front to return to Europe with “Urban Decay Tour” in June/July 2024

With their latest offering “Get Loud!” turning 5 years old this year (released on November 8, 2019), NYHC legends  Agnostic Front  have announced yet another European run in support of the album. The run consisting of 24 appearances will see the band enter the stages of 10 festivals and 14 concert halls all across the continent but also share the stage with acts such as the  Dropkicky Murphys, Bad Religion, and  Madball  at select dates under the “Urban Decay” banner. Founded in 1982,  Agnostic Front  stand among the most esteemed pioneers of the hardcore genre. No band comes close in sonic and socio authenticity and sincerity where the struggles of survival on the streets have quite literally given life to a sound that remains as impactful today as it was over four decades ago.  Agnostic Front’ s battering, socially critical sounds stand as the foundation of true New York Hardcore and helped initiate the emergence of crossover thrash. Keanu Reeves 's reactivated 1990s and early 2000s grunge band DOGSTAR will embark on the "Summer Vacation Tour 2024" in August.

Pre-sale tickets will be available starting tomorrow (Wednesday, June 5) at 12 p.m. local. The general on-sale starts Friday, June 7. Limited VIP packages, including a meet-and-greet, will also be available.

DOGSTAR released its first album in two decades, "Somewhere Between The Power Lines And Palm Trees" , last October via the group's own label Dillon Street Records (distributed through ADA ). The band also signed a new management deal with Q Prime .

DOGSTAR is composed of guitarist/vocalist Bret Domrose , drummer Rob Mailhouse and bassist Keanu Reeves .

DOGSTAR played its first concert following a two-decade-long hiatus on May 27, 2023 at the BottleRock music festival in Napa Valley, California. Reeves and his bandmates debuted new music from "Somewhere Between The Power Lines And Palm Trees" , including the song "Glimmer" .

DOGSTAR , which hadn't performed live since October 2002, announced its return on Instagram in the summer of 2022 and began posting regular updates on the progress of its recording sessions.

Regarding DOGSTAR 's latest album, Reeves told Billboard ahead of the BottleRock show: "I think all three of us just said, 'Well, if we're going to do this, let's make a record.'" Domrose added: "We just knew that there was 'X' amount of time, and we needed to make the most of it. We just locked on as wanting to make this record, and it happened pretty quickly."

DOGSTAR 's new LP was helmed by producer Dave Trumfio ( WILCO , BUILT TO SPILL ). "[ Dave ] understood where we were coming from," said Mailhouse , "and worked really well with Bret , layering guitars and doing lots of different sounds and ambient things — things that weren't just hard rock, in-your-face music, [but] a little more textural."

DOGSTAR 's latest release is the band's first collection of new music since its 2000 sophomore effort "Happy Ending" .

Reeves co-founded DOGSTAR in 1991, and the band subsequently released two albums, toured with BON JOVI and opened a show for David Bowie . Keanu handled bass and backing vocals for DOGSTAR , but eventually his increasing fame made it difficult to find time for the project, and the band broke up in 2002. He later played in the spinoff group BECKY with DOGSTAR drummer, co-founder and actor Robert Mailhouse , but he left that band after just a year.

In a 2019 interview with GQ , Reeves shared a fond memory from when DOGSTAR was inexplicably booked at the 1992 Milwaukee Metal Fest , alongside acts like AGNOSTIC FRONT , CANNIBAL CORPSE , OBITUARY and DEICIDE .

"We played Milwaukee Metal Fest . Got killed. I think we played close to [New York hardcore punk legends] MURPHY'S LAW . Imagine," Reeves told GQ . "So we played a GRATEFUL DEAD cover, at Milwaukee Metal Fest . We were, like, 'They hate us. What are we doing here? What can we do? Let's do THE GRATEFUL DEAD cover…They were just like, Fuck you, you suck. I had the biggest grin on my face, man."
