The Celtics employee with whom Ime Udoka had an affair helped make all his travel arrangements ... and that job sometimes included organizing travel for his fiancee, Nia Long .

Sources connected to the couple and the NBA franchise tell TMZ ... one of the staffer's duties included planning Udoka's team-related travel, and we're told she was also involved in booking travel for Nia to come to Boston or to road games.

Perhaps most upsetting for Nia is that the employee had a hand in Nia's arrangements to move to Boston permanently, according to our sources.

TMZ broke the story ... Nia had just moved east a little over 2 weeks ago with Kez , her 10-year-old son with Ime.

The Celtics are not releasing the name of the employee, but we're told Nia has been told who she is.

Team President Brad Stevens got choked up Friday during a news conference ... saying the scandal had been particularly upsetting for all their female employees -- due to speculation about who had the affair with Udoka.

As we've reported, the team suspended its head coach for the entire 2022-23 season after what it says was a months-long investigation into his conduct.

We've reached out to the Celtics for comment, but no word back yet. Ditto for Nia's reps.

As more information on Ime Udoka and his alleged affair come to light, we can’t help but wonder if an award-winning wrote this or if is this actually real-life! As the saga twists and turns, questions have been asked about why the Celtics threw down such a harsh punishment.

The latest sources tell us that there is more to the story, and apparently, Udoka’s mistress was thoroughly involved in helping facilitate Nia Long’s move to Boston. Talk about a double agent!

The latest is that Ime Udoka’s mistress was the Boston Celtics’ team travel planner. The organization has chosen to hide her name from all public records.

And as per several reports, she even helped Nia Long move to Boston. We don’t know what a twisted form of compassion is that but to help the guy’s wife is up there.

Twitter has been demanding answers, however, we don’t know what trials and tribulations await both of them. The name of the travel planner is also a big mystery we are looking to solve.

The Celtics female staffer who had an affair with head coach Ime Udoka helped make his travel arrangements — and her job sometimes included doing the same for his fiancée Nia Long, according to a new report.

Sources told TMZ on Saturday the staffer’s duties included booking the now-suspended coach’s team-related travel and well as booking travel for his actress fiancée to attend home games in Boston and road games.

The staffer also allegedly helped arrange Long’s move to Boston about two weeks ago, and Long knows who she is, TMZ reported.

Udoka was suspended for the 2022-23 season for violating team policy, which was due to  an inappropriate and consensual relationship  with a female member of the Celtics staff.

The Celtics have not revealed the woman’s identity.

The Athletic reported late Thursday night that the female staffer  recently accused Udoka of making “unwanted comments” to her.

The Celtics have said they were alerted to “a potential situation” involving Udoka over the summer, which led to the hiring of an independent law firm that conducted an investigation. The Celtics said no one else — including the woman involved — has been disciplined or is expected to be disciplined.

While the Celtics are keeping details on the Ime Udoka scandal under wraps, some light has been shed on the exact nature of her work.

The NBA season is fast approaching, and yet all anybody can talk about is Ime Udoka . Information has trickled out on the nature of the Boston Celtics head coach's transgressions against the team's code of conduct, but one detail that continues to elude fans and observers – likely for the best – is the identity of the female staffer involved in the whole fiasco.

While the Celtics are understandably keeping things under wraps for her own privacy, some light has been shed on the exact nature of her work relationship with Ime Udoka – which apparently extends to contact with his longtime fiancee Nia Long.

According to TMZ Sports , one of the female staffer's duties was arrange travel plans for the Celtics head coach, that often extended to accommodations for Nia Long as well whenever she would follow Udoka on the road.

Sources connected to the couple and the NBA franchise tell TMZ … one of the staffer's duties included planning Udoka's team-related travel, and we're told she was also involved in booking travel for Nia to come to Boston or to road games.

The staffer also had a hand in assisting Nia Long towards her permanent move to Boston, which she reportedly just finalized as of two weeks ago. The team has also confirmed to her the identity of the staffer.

That's certainly a bitter pill to swallow given that Ime Udoka isn't going to be coaching the Celtics anytime soon, with his future as the franchise's play-caller still unclear at the moment.

The entire ordeal has become a serious hurdle for the Celtics to clear if they hope to replicate or even surpass the success they had from last season. But the weight of the issue surely affects Ime Udoka's family on a much grander scale.

Celtics Staffer Involved With Ime Udoka Reportedly Organized Nia Long's Travel Plans

Sources claim Udoka's long-time partner knows the identity of the female staffer. The alleged mistress was reportedly involved in Long's move to Boston.

We now have more details about  Ime Udoka ’s alleged affair.

As previously reported , the  Boston Celtics  suspended the head coach after learning he had an “intimate relationship” with a female staffer. Though the relationship was described as consensual, the woman reportedly accused Udoka of making “unwanted comments” toward her, which prompted the Celtics to get involved. After conducting a series of internal interviews, the team decided to suspend Udoka for the entire 2022-23 season over “violations of team policies.”

The staffer’s identity has not been revealed, but sources tell  TMZ  that one of her duties was travel planning—not only for Udoka, but also his longtime partner/fiancée,  Nia Long . Insiders say the woman organized Long’s travel for away games, and even assisted her move to Boston.  According to TMZ , the actress and her 10-year-old son permanently moved to Bean Town a couple of weeks ago, approximately two months after Udoka became aware of the Celtics’ investigation.

“The outpouring of love and support from family, friends and the community during this difficult time means so much to me,” Long said in a statement to People magazine. “I ask that my privacy be respected as I process the recent events. Above all, I am a mother and will continue to focus on my children.”

Following his suspension, Udoka issued a public apology.

“I want to apologize to our players, fans, the entire Celtics organization, and my family for letting them down,” he wrote. “I am sorry for putting the team in this difficult situation and I accept the team’s decision. Out of respect for everyone involved, I will have no further comment.”

A new report published on Saturday shared a detail about Ime Udoka’s affair.

TMZ Sports reports that Udoka’s mistress handled travel planning for the Boston Celtics head coach. Not only did the woman make team-related travel arrangements for Udoka, but the woman also reportedly helped make some arrangements for Udoka’s long-time girlfriend, actress Nia Long.

TMZ’s report says the woman helped book travel arrangements for when Long attended Celtics games both at home and on the road. The woman also reportedly helped arrange Long’s permanent move to Boston.

The Celtics on Thursday suspended Udoka for the entire 2022-2023 NBA season for violations of the team’s code of conduct. They have named Joe Mazzulla their interim head coach.

Former NBA player Matt Barnes initially defended Udoka without knowing any of the facts in the case. He changed his tune though after learning what happened . Barnes said things were much uglier than he realized.

Ime Udoka's Celtics Staffer Mistress Reportedly Handled Travel Arrangements For Boston Head Coach's Fiancé While Having Affair

Ime Udoka's fiancé had help planning her move to Boston, but she probably didn't know who was helping her. According to TMZ , the Celtics employee with whom the head coach had an affair was in charge of all of his — and her — travel arrangements.

Nia Long, who was (and is?) engaged to Udoka, recently packed up her things and made the permanent move to Massachusetts with the couple's 10-year-old son Kez. They did so just over two weeks ago.

A staff member with the organization helped her throughout the process, as she had many times before. Prior to the move, Long would travel back and forth to Boston for home games and often to road games.

She would attend as many games as possible and the team would help with booking flights, cars, hotels, etc. It was one less thing to have on her plate that the Celtics could handle for her.

Assisting her travels along the way was the same staffer who helped her husband make all of his travel arrangements. While that is commonplace for most, if not all professional sports organizations, the head coach's relationship with the staffer is not.

The same Boston Celtics staffer that helped book Ime Udoka's and Nia Long's travel was also having an affair with the coach.

The staffer's name has not yet been released publicly. However, per TMZ, Long has been told who she is and, of course, is very familiar with her from their communication about travel.

As things currently stand, Udoka has been suspended by the team for the entire 2022-23 season . The decision came after what the Celtics said was a months-long investigation. It is unclear as to what will happen with the staffer, though the team is currently deliberating, and it is unclear as to what will happen with Long and Udoka's relationship.

She wrote on her Twitter handle, “As a female of the Celtics organization, watching these last few days unfold has been heartbreaking. Seeing uninvolved people's names thrown around in the media, including mine, with such carelessness is disgusting. This is a step backwards for women in sports who have worked hard to prove themselves in an industry they deserve to be in.” She further said, “It's time to speak up on this matter and to my female coworkers, I see you and I am always here #womeninsports.”   NBA pundit, Stephen A Smith has asked for more information about this decision, since it is ruining the reputation of other innocent parties. He said during his ESPN show, “At this particular moment in time... Ime Udoka is an unhireable individual. But the unhireable portion, I would make the claim, is primarily due to the fact that the story was leaked out and we are now discussing it publicly. The woman who elected to have a consensual relationship with him is not in violation [of team policy]? He gets to get mentioned and put on front street - we don't know who she is.”   The incident has also brought disbelief and saddened Udoka's longtime fiancé and actress, Nia Long. Her spokeswoman made a statement on her behalf, “The outpouring of love and support from family, friends, and the community during this difficult time means so much to me. I ask that my privacy be respected as I process the recent events. Above all, I am a mother and will continue to focus on my children.” Long shares a 10-year-old son with Udoka.

He even reiterated the point later in his post-first-round press conference, saying, “We’re not sitting here saying that Drake is our starting quarterback.”

But Mayo also said that if Maye can beat out veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who was signed in free agency as a potential bridge starter or mentor, through coaching and hard work then, “he has a chance to go out there and really – to really play at a high level.”

Those would be strong words from Mayo’s predecessor. But one thing we’ve learned early in Mayo’s tenure as head coach is that he’s quicker to dole out praise than Bill Belichick.

So, we asked scouts and executives around the NFL how they view Maye’s ceiling if he’s thrust into a starting role in Year 1. And it’s not out of the question that Maye can start in Week 1. Just last season, the three quarterbacks selected in the top four picks of the 2023 NFL Draft, Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud and Anthony Richardson, started the season.

In 2021, Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson and Mac Jones all started, and in 2020, Joe Burrow started Week 1.

One AFC East scout believed that Lawrence’s rookie season was a good place to set Maye’s ceiling.

“If he starts, I’d say something like Trevor Lawrence’s rookie year, in terms of stats,” he said. “Probably more TD’s than that, but that’s the ballpark.”

Lawrence, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, completed 59.6% of his passes for 3,641 yards with 12 touchdowns and 17 interceptions while going 3-14 as a starter.

An AFC North scout also set expectations for Maye around Lawrence’s rookie season.

“I think he rides ups and downs, for sure, but ultimately ends up having a solid year where you see a lot of good potential,” he said. “Somewhere between Lawrence in 2021 and Tua (Tagovailoa) in 2022.”

He expected around 3,500 yards with 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions for Maye. Tagovailoa, the fifth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, entered the league in a similar situation as Maye with Ryan Fitzpatrick in place as a bridge starter. Tagovailoa started nine games, went 6-3, completed 64.1% of his passes and threw for 1,814 yards with 11 touchdowns and five interceptions.

A second AFC East scout, who had Maye ranked as the No. 2 QB in the 2024 NFL Draft behind Caleb Williams, is optimistic.

“I think he can be pretty good as a rookie,” he said. “There’s gonna be some growing pains, but if it comes together he’ll be good.”

That same scout believes Maye is a quarterback the team can win because of, not just with. He also noted Maye is more physically impressive than the Patriots’ starters over the last three seasons, Jones, Brian Hoyer and Bailey Zappe.

An AFC West executive had lower expectations, saying he couldn’t envision Maye “setting the world on fire” in Year 1. That being said, he said it was hard to predict given the Patriots’ new coaching staff and roster changes.

The Patriots brought on board offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt, quarterbacks coach T.C. McCartney and senior offensive assistant Ben McAdoo. They’ll have new starters at “X” wide receiver and left tackle and brought on board running back Antonio Gibson, tight end Austin Hooper and offensive tackle Chukwuma Okorafor in free agency, and drafted wide receivers Ja’Lynn Polk and Javon Baker, offensive linemen Caedan Wallace and Layden Robinson and tight end Jaheim Bell.

A senior AFC North executive believes Maye will be solid as a rookie but, the “supporting cast is the biggest thing that’ll hold him back.”

Players like Polk and Baker have high upside but could experience their own growing pains acclimating to starting roles as rookies. And the top options at left tackle, Okorafor and Wallace, have both played a lot more right tackle in recent years. Okorafor hasn’t started at left tackle since college. Wallace hasn’t started at the position since high school.

But Okorafor was drafted by the Steelers as a left tackle before moving to and settling into right tackle. Wallace was blocked by Jets first-round pick Olu Fashanu on the left side.

Finally, a third AFC East scout had the highest ceiling of all for Maye, believing his ceiling is that of “a difference maker that gets the Patriots back into the playoff conversation.” That’s high praise for a rookie joining a team that went 4-13 last season.

Realistically, however, that scout said that while the Patriots addressed many of their needs this offseason, they still need to fix even more “to get to a real place where they allow him to truly be successful as a Year 1 starter.”

Since 2014, there have been 33 rookie quarterbacks to start at least eight games. Jones ranks second behind only Dak Prescott among those 33 QBs in passing success rate as a rookie. Bills quarterback Josh Allen, whom Maye has compared himself to, ranks sixth lowest. So, rookie performance isn’t truly indicative of future success. Remember that no matter how Maye looks as a rookie.

The main feature of the Voronezh radar station is its high factory readiness.

The first to develop and put into operation a meter-range radar station "Voronezh-M". The next development was the Voronezh-DM radar. The third radar data model is Voronezh-VP.

The first steps towards the creation of radar stations with VZG were taken in 1986 during the creation of the radar station DO "Selenga".

VZG provides installation period for these radar stations no more than 18-24 months.

The stations consist of 23 units of sets of equipment.

Voronezh uses hardware and design solutions that allow assembling a system from a set of ready-made factory assemblies with characteristics that meet the operational and tactical requirements of the installation site. All issues of energy resource management are solved programmatically and technologically. Built-in control and high-tech control system reduce maintenance costs.

Service personnel are accommodated in standardized containers that have a system for ensuring temperature characteristics.

The designers have worked out the range of cabinets - "Voronezh" has 12 types of cabinets, of which the cabinets with transmitting and receiving equipment and the AFD control system are serial. There are 22 non-serial cabinets on the radar station of the Voronezh subsidiary, they were placed in 3 containers, in which the equipment for monitoring temperature characteristics is also installed.

Receiving and transmitting equipment in the "Voronezh" radar station is located in the large antenna complexes of the VZG. They are ready for transport and assembly units.

The installation of these complexes takes place on fast assembly support structures. This leads to the rapid construction of an active antenna pattern. This block-complex assembly reduces losses in the transmission and reception paths, reduces the temperature and, in general, gives a high indicator of the efficiency of the antenna device. In addition, this layout allows for upgrades. Emitters are located at the end of each container.

The radar antenna DO SPRN "Voronezh" uses a method of creating subarrays for reception, which reduces the amount of equipment used without lowering the characteristics of the antenna pattern. The method is implemented on the mutual overlap of sublattices and the use of special amplitude distributions in them.

The stages of the transistor design of the transmitting amplifiers in the AFD interact in a "hot collector" manner. This allows the transmitting equipment to be cooled with "outboard" air coming through the ventilation equipment, which is part of the technical equipment. This "live" ventilation made it possible to abandon the overall thermal stabilization and cooling systems.

The hot air cooling circuit is distributed to all antenna boxes using an integrated air duct system.

The temperature indicators on the end switches of the air ducts of the installed modules are on average no more than 45 degrees. At low temperatures, in winter, the circuit is closed, and warm air is used to heat the antenna boxes. Warm air in the circuit is diluted with cold outside air to maintain a certain temperature.

The equipment of the receiving channels has not only digitization of signals, but also built-in processors for initial digital processing and verification control of the receiving paths. This approach saves computing facilities "Voronezh" and channels for transmitting information, and reduces the loss of processed signals, using digital methods to stabilize the non-identity of the used phased array channels.

Digital signal processing occurs at the carrier output frequency with the following allocation of quadrature elements, which made it possible to qualitatively reduce the loss of processed information.

Computing equipment used for primary and secondary processing is made on a "server" computer with an open architecture of information processing in real time. The computer is unified for all types of promising topics. It has two types of processor cells and 2 buses: the VME bus and the user bus. Constructive computer box - "Euromechanics". The performance of the solution is up to one hundred billion operations per second. The computer has unlimited possibilities for upgrading and expanding. The occupied area is half of a standard cabinet for Voronezh equipment. Consumes 1.5 kW / h. Service is not provided. Guaranteed operating time 80 thousand hours.

Functional and technical control is performed as peripheral coprocessors, which are built into technical equipment, combined with a central coprocessor by a high-speed interface. This made it possible to reduce the volumetric dimensions of the equipment, increase the reliability of the information flow and functional control.

The Voronezh radar station uses programmed regulation of the potential in the sector of responsibility for range, angles and time, the mode of saving consumed resources.

Software adjustment with these modes makes it possible to quickly change the power consumption of the radar station in normal, combat and readiness for combat use modes, to equalize the energy consumption in the working sector of the radar station.

During the installation of the head radar of the DO SPRN "Voronezh-DM" near the city of Armavir, for its power supply, a power line with a total length of more than eight kilometers was extended, communications and roads were built.

At the installation site of the radar, a checkpoint was set up, a BVM, facilities for water intake, an electrical substation, a fire station, and an underground shelter were installed. The premises have been modernly decorated. For the personnel of the radar, they created quite comfortable conditions for living and performing combat missions. For recreation and physical training, there is a training tower, a volleyball court and a hundred-meter course for training fire station personnel. The entire area is lit and fenced around the perimeter. Seedlings of trees and shrubs have been planted.

Since the start of construction, mid-2006, a set of works has been carried out on 58 units of construction projects. Completion of construction - 2009. Contractor - USS No. 7 Spetsstroy RF.

- consumption power: "DM" - 0.7 MW, "VP" - up to 10 MW;

- detection range: "DM" 2500-6000 kilometers, "VP" - 6 thousand kilometers;

- target development: "DM" up to 500 units.

Voronezh series modifications:

- The Voronezh-M early warning radar was built in 2006, designation 77Ya6. It is a low-potential VHF station;

- The Voronezh-DM early warning radar was built in 2011, designation 77Ya6-DM. It is a mid-potential station of the decimeter range;

- The Voronezh-VP early warning radar is planned to be completed in 2012, designation 77Ya6-VP. It is a high-potential broadband station of possibly millimeter-wave range.

Eliot Wolf, currently on the masthead as director of scouting, has been the very visible face of the Patriots’ front office since the team moved on from Bill Belichick in January. When it came to the Patriots’ decision to hire Jerod Mayo as the replacement for Belichick, the franchise received permission from the NFL to include a succession clause in Mayo’s deal that would allow him to become the team’s head coach without the Patriots interviewing outside candidates.

It’s important to note that while it’s still possible the Patriots could ultimately hire someone as the result of this process, it remains extremely unlikely they would add someone to the front office who would supersede Wolf.
