We had a wonderful 8 day trip that we booked through this tour company. The accommodations were great, the guides were knowledgeable and helpful, and the driver was fantastic. The four of us were transported in a comfortable van from New Delhi, to Agra, to Ranthambore, to Jaipur, then back to New Delhi. The only disappointment was New Delhi because we arrived on the national holiday so many things were closed. Ranthambore was a treat because we got to visit the tiger reserve and actually saw a tiger. Of course all of the sites, (Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, etc.) were spectacular and the guides knew just where to have us stand for a photograph. The only advice I would give is to be sure to bring cash as we had a little trouble using our charge cards. The guides took us to reputable dealers and all of the items we bought were sent to us with no problem. The last advice I would give is to ask for Mukesh for your driver. He has nerves of steel!

We planned a bespoke 10 day trip round Rajasthan using Pushpendra and his fantastic staff. We visited Delhi, Agra, Jiapur, Pushkar and Udiapur. Organisation was first class, price was very competitive, communications faultless. The hotels they chose were superb, including the top boutique hotels in India, drivers very safe, (important in India!) and helpful and guides excellent. If you are planning any sort of tour in India, look no further, this is the company to use. They even managed to book our internal flights much easier than we could ourselves. Customer Service is their watchword. Oh, and they even gave us a complimentary SIM card as it's difficult to buy them on the move in India.

Mr Singh is an excellent driver considering the traffic conditions in India. The assigned tour guide in every city, that being Mumbai, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur was exactly the same and they were an absolute pleasure to have as our guides. I took the Heritage Golden Triangle India Tour from January 3rd to January 10th and I was just Amazing. It was a whole journey going to Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Orccha, Khajuraho and Varanasi on just 8 days. The drivers were very friendly and helpful and the tour guides were also very knowledgeable about all sites like Agra Fort, Tah Majal, Kamasutra Temples in Khajuraho and Varanasi. The owner of Heritage Tour named Pushpendra was a very nice guy and thoughtful about the whole tour, always checking that we were having a great time. Hopefully in a near future I will contact him if I come to India again.

I worked with Jay from Bespoke and he was great. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. He was also able to make changes on the fly which was very convenient. Overall the India wildlife tours packages was great and exceeded our expectations. The sites, restaurants, driver, etc were all very positive experiences. Seeing the Taj Mahal and the Tigers in Ranthambore were the highlights. Experience was great all around.

As a group of 5 friends, we booked a private 17 day tour of India with Bespoke Holidays for October 2014, after a recommendation from a friend. From the first email the service we got from Jay was super efficient and met all our requirements. We had our own driver and guide every days except the couple of free days we had at leisure. We had a brilliant trip; all the drivers, guides and hotels were excellent. We required a last minute change at short notice when we got sick and after a quick phone call to Bespoke, they cancelled one hotel and overnight train and booked an additional internal flight without any hassle which was worth alot to us when we weren’t feeling well. There is room for alot of flexibility with start times and itinerary and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Bespoke India Holidays to anybody thinking of using them.

We too have also just returned from a 2 week trip to India organised by Bespoke India. Out trip was for myself, my wife and our 15 year old daughter.

Overall we had very good service from Bespoke. Initially this was from Jay who worked closely with us to develop a customised itinerary to suit our needs – mainly in Northern India covering Agra, Ranthambore (tiger spotting), Pushkar, Jaipur and Delhi. This was a smooth and easy process and Jay was very responsive.

Arriving into Delhi we were met right off the plane by the company representative and our driver – this was even though the plane was 2 hours late due to fog. From there we toured the 5 locations.

The guides were good in each city, explained the monuments and sights well and generally looked after us. We also had our driver, Bunty, with us the whole time and he was brilliant. This was both in terms of his driving skills (a key factor in India), his hospitality and in that we got on really well for the whole trip.

Overall we were very pleased with how Bespoke organised indian wildlife holidays packages and delivered the trip. We would have no hesitation in using them again should we return to India for another trip.
