The post Metallica’s “No Repeat Weekend” Tour Is a Monumental Metal Event: Review, Photos, Setlists appeared first on Consequence .

Metallica kicked off the North American leg of their “M72 World Tour” with shows Friday (August 4th) and Sunday (August 6th) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. In each city, the metal legends are presenting a “No Repeat Weekend,” in which they play two nights with completely unique sets. Heavy Consequence reporter-photographers Johnny Perilla (Friday) and Kevin Wilson (Sunday) were there to cover all the action.

“We are here, and so are you,” frontman James Hetfield told the crowd at the start of Metallica’s performance of “King Nothing,” the fourth song played Friday night during the kickoff show of their 2023-2024 North American tour ( get tickets here ). “We are here to kick some ass. How about you?”

And that’s exactly what Metallica did during their “No Repeat Weekend” at New Jersey’s MetLife stadium. Not only did the festivities include Metallica’s headlining sets on Friday and Sunday, along with performances by various support acts, the weekend “takeover” also included a club show by OTTTO (featuring Robert Trujillo ’s song Tye) and Bastardane (featuring Hetfield’s son Castor) in nearby New York City, plus a book signing by Metallica photographer Ross Halfin (attended by Trujillo and Kirk Hammett ), and other festivities.

Friday at MetLife got started with a parking lot set by metal veterans Prong, offering early arrivers and tailgaters a headbanging show before they even entered the massive football stadium. Once inside, fans were treated to an opening set by Mammoth WVH, as frontman Wolfgang Van Halen rocked through songs from the act’s 2021 self-titled debut and recently released sophomore album, Mammoth II .

In many ways, fans got a double headliner on Friday when the mighty Pantera took the stage next. The lineup of classic members Philip Anselmo and Rex Brown alongside Zakk Wylde and Charlie Benante rocked through a 10-song set that featured all favorites, including “A New Level,” “I’m Broken,” “5 Minutes Alone,” and “Walk.”

For this tour, Metallica and their support acts are performing in the round, from the center of the stadium. Fans who are lucky enough to score “snakepit” tickets get to watch the bands from the center of the circle, while those in the upper seats can get a close-up view from eight towering LED video walls throughout the venue.

At roughly 8:45 p.m., Metallica took the stage, kicking things off with “Creeping Death,” and soon showcased three songs from their latest album, 72 Seasons : the title-track, the epic “If Darkness Had a Son,” and the live debut of “Shadows Follow.” Addressing the crowd, Hefield inquired, “ 72 Seasons , you like it?” In reply, the audience roared in approval.

Following “If Darkness Had a Son,” Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo treated the audience to a unique jam session they called “Rose Avenue,” a musical creation conjured up by the two just moments before hitting the stage. “Kirk and I, we’ve whipped up a little jam for you,” said Trujillo. “So, every show, we go backstage and we put something together, customized for this city. This is for you, and only you.”

Prior to performing “Fade to Black,” Hetfield thanked the crowd for remembering his birthday, which took place a day earlier. “60 years old, I can’t believe it. The young me would be saying, you made it, you freaking made it, dude.”

Perhaps the only hiccup of the night was Hammett flubbing the intro to “Nothing Else Matters,” only to quickly recover as the band restarted the song.

Toward the end of the evening, as the band was playing  “Seek & Destroy,” massive beachballs descended from the sky, flooding both the general admission audience and the band’s circular stage. The band playfully kicked the balls back to the audience, and the set then wrapped up with a rousing performance of “Master of Puppets.”

Two days later, Metallica fans descended upon MetLife once again, with many still buzzing from the Friday night show. Sunday’s festivities were started by Jersey’s own thrash metal icons Overkill, who set the stage on fire with an electrifying performance in the parking lot outside the stadium. Despite the summer heat, fans packed the penned-in area to witness Overkill’s explosive act, and lined up to buy the band’s T-shirts at a nearby merch stand.

As the day progressed, the excitement continued to build. The atmosphere in the stadium was electric as fans engaged in tailgating activities, turning the concert into a day-long celebration. The parking lots buzzed with anticipation as concert-goers arrived early. It was a testament to the dedication and passion of Metallica’s fanbase, who transformed the pre-concert experience into a vibrant gathering of the metal community.

At 6 p.m., Ice Nine Kills took the stage with their theatrical performance, offering a horror-themed show that included chainsaws and axes. Shortly thereafter, Five Finger Death Punch unleashed a hard-hitting 12-song set, as frontman Ivan Moody and company performed hits like “Life Me Up,” “Under and Over It,” and “The Bleeding.”

Then it was time for Metallica’s second show of the weekend, with their “no repeat” setlist offering a whole new experience for those who had attended the Friday concert. The band didn’t waste any time playing the classics, launching the show with “Whiplash,” “For Whom the Bell Tolls,” and “Ride the Lightning.”

Another three songs from 72 Seasons made their way into the Sunday set, with “Too Far Gone?” getting its live debut this time around. While completely different from Friday’s show, the Sunday setlist once again took the audience on a journey through Metallica’s extensive catalog, culminating with “One” and the set-closing “Enter Sandman.”

During both nights, the entire stadium was engulfed in a sea of headbanging, fist-pumping fans who sang along to every lyric. Metallica’s stage presence was magnetic, with a highly-energized Hetfield engaging in cheery banter, drummer Lars Ulrich firing up the crowd from behind his kit, and Hammett and Trujillo captivating both audiences from start to finish.

If the kickoff concerts at MetLife Stadium were any indication, fans at upcoming North American shows can look forward to a monumental event that showcases the power and enduring appeal of heavy metal.

Metallica Announce Huge Tour and New Album 72 Seasons , Share Video for New Song: Watch

By Jazz Monroe

Metallica

Metallica are back: A new album and tour are coming in 2023, and, today, they’ve shared a song called “ Lux Æterna .” Produced by Greg Fidelman, James Hetfield, and Lars Ulrich, the album, 72 Seasons , arrives April 14 next year. Their tour dates kick off in Europe the same month, before a string of North American shows later in the year. Extra stints are scheduled for Europe and America in 2024. Check out the itinerary, as well as the Tim Saccenti –directed video for “Lux Æterna” and the album tracklist, below.

The tour includes two shows in each city visited, and the band promises completely different setlists and support lineups at each.

In a press release, Hetfield explains the record’s title thus:

72 seasons. The first 18 years of our lives that form our true or false selves. The concept that we were told ‘who we are’ by our parents. A possible pigeonholing around what kind of personality we are. I think the most interesting part of this is the continued study of those core beliefs and how it affects our perception of the world today. Much of our adult experience is reenactment or reaction to these childhood experiences. Prisoners of childhood or breaking free of those bondages we carry.

72 Seasons arrives more than six years after its predecessor, Hardwired…To Self-Destruct . Since then, they have reissued some classics , released a second live album with the San Francisco Symphony , commissioned a covers album featuring the likes of Phoebe Bridgers and Kamasi Washington, and broached the Billboard songs chart with “Master of Puppets” after a prominent Stranger Things placement .

Metallica's M72 tour will rock the world for 2 years to support new '72 Seasons' album

metallica tour update

Metallica plans to storm the world for two years with its massive M72 tour.

The veteran hard rockers will play a spate of dates across 2023-24 in Europe, the U.S., South America and Mexico, hitting each city for two nights with two different set lists for what the band has dubbed a "No Repeat Weekend."

Metallica – comprised of  James Hetfield , Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo – will launch their massive run April 27 in Amsterdam, with the band’s first U.S. shows landing Aug. 4 and Aug. 6 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Other cities the in-the-round production will visit on its 2023 cycle include Glendale, Arizona, St. Louis and Detroit. The 2024 U.S. shows will kick off Aug. 2 and Aug. 4, 2024, in Foxborough, Massachusetts, with other two-night stands planned for Chicago, Minneapolis and Seattle.

Metallica has also corralled some heavy-hitting opening acts: Pantera, Mammoth WVH , Five Finger Death Punch and Ice Nine Kills will rotate among the U.S. dates.

Two-day tickets – including discounted seats for fans under 16 – will go on sale Dec. 2 via ticketmaster.com. Single tickets will be available starting Jan. 20. A Citi card pre-sale runs from 2 p.m. local time Wednesday through 10 p.m. local time Dec. 1.

A portion of proceeds from every ticket will benefit the band’s All Within My Hands foundation, which provides funds to combat food insecurity and aid disaster relief efforts worldwide.

To complement the tour, Metallica will unveil its 12th studio album, "72 Seasons," on April 14, prefaced by blistering new single, "Lux Æterna," available now for streaming/downloading. Other tracks include "Crown of Barbed Wire," "You Must Burn!" and "If Darkness Had a Son."

The 12-song collection is the band’s first full-length release of new material since 2016’s "Hardwired…To Self-Destruct."

Metallica has been a steady presence on the road this year with stadium dates throughout Europe and the U.S., thrilling fans with set lists that spanned the band’s earliest days ("Whiplash," "Creeping Death"), mainstream rock hits ("Enter Sandman," "Nothing Else Matters") and their Metallica-ized version of the ‘60s-era Irish folk song, "Whiskey in the Jar."

The band also received an injection of pop culture relevancy when its 1986 song "Master of Puppets" became a viral favorite  this summer after its use in the Season 4 finale of Netflix's "Stranger Things."

Keep your eyes peeled for other sightings during the broadcast, as we really don’t know what else Jimmy will get us involved in!” To cap off the special event, the band was turned into actual puppets on the broadcast before offering up a rousing rendition of “Master of Puppets.”

Metallica confirm new album & release date, plus huge 2023/2024 world tour

Metallica confirm new album & release date, plus huge 2023/2024 world tour

Well, if you're going to announce a huge comeback, this is how you do it. Metallica have confirmed the title and release date of their forthcoming 12th studio album, released a new single and video and also revealed details of “every Metallica show booked through 2023 and 2024”.

Christened 72 Seasons, the 12-track, 77-minute record will be available April 14, 2023, via the band’s own Blackened Recordings. It was produced by Greg Fidelman with James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich.

Lead single Lux Æterna was released as part of the announcement, alongside a video directed by Tim Saccenti.

Speaking about the concept of the album James Hetfield said: “72 seasons. Prisoners of childhood or breaking free of those bondages we carry.”

Metallica's last album, 2016's Hardwired To Self-Destruct has sold 166,492 copies in the UK according to Official Charts Company data. The group saw a huge spike in streams following the inclusion of their classic track Master Of Puppets in Stranger Things Season 4.

You can revisit our 2017 Metallica cover feature, including interviews with Lars Ulrich and Q Prime Management's Peter Mensch all about their record breaking career here.

The complete track listing for 72 Seasons is:

Shadows Follow

Screaming Suicide

Sleepwalk My Life Away

You Must Burn!

Lux Æterna

Crown of Barbed Wire

Chasing Light

If Darkness Had a Son

Too Far Gone?

Room of Mirrors

Presented worldwide by Liquid Death and Blackened American Whiskey (in North America only) and promoted by Live Nation, Metallica’s M72 world tour will see the band playing two nights in every city it visits—with each No Repeat Weekend featuring two completely different setlists and support lineups.

An official press release stated that the M72 tour will feature “a bold new in-the-round stage design that relocates the famed Metallica Snake Pit to center stage, as well as the I Disappear full-tour pass and the debut of discounted tickets for fans under 16 years of age.”

Two-day tickets will be on sale Friday, December 2nd at ticketmaster.com and will include the option of pre-ordering 72 Seasons vinyl and/or CD. Single day tickets will be available beginning January 20th. For further information including fan club presales, enhanced experiences and more, go to metallica.com/m72-info.

A portion of proceeds from every ticket sold will go to the band’s All Within My Hands foundation.

Recent tour reviews

Electrifying as ever with their incredible performance and stage presence, the members of Metallica delivered the goods and more last night with a nice cross section of numbers running the gamut of their colossal catalog! There were occasional pauses to interact and converse with the crowd, but the band segued their way into one song after another the majority of the evening. The night opened up with an intro of the Ecstasy of Gold followed by the title cut off of the band's latest effort Hard Wired to Self Destruct. James Hetfield's vocals were as strong as ever from beginning to end. Kirk Hammett engaged in one brain crushing guitar solo after another, Lars Ulrich brought a great and almost nonstop back beat with his furious drumming and Rob Trujillo provided excellent bass work including a great treatment of the solo the late Cliff Burton was well known for on Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth). During the aforementioned bass solo video footage of Burton performing onstage accented the music perfectly. Other exceptional highlights included Kirk's stellar guitar shredding accompanied frequently by usage of his wah pedal. Cuts such as Welcome Home (Sanitarium), Creeping Death and the encore Enter Sandman in particular contained solos showcasing his seemingly boundless talent! Things heated up literally as well during the songs Fight Fire with Fire and Sandman when pyrotechnics were activated and flames shot up from the stage. At the end Ulrich tossed sticks out into the audience. Hetfield, Trujillo and Hammett threw and shook picks from little jack o' lantern tins out into the crowd, the picks of which boasting the band logo as well as the theatre's location and concert date on them. Great souvenirs in even something so small right there as my husband and I each scooped one up off the floor! A grand night out, the next one of which cannot come soon enough!

The impatient wait had been going on for months - I booked this show when tickets went on sale back in March or whenever it was, and October had take so long to come around - but finally it was here: Metallica day!

The day started with a trip to the pop-up merch store in London, then onto the O2 for an agonising queue (good thing it's what us Brits do best, apart from moan about it of course) before finally getting in and finding my seat - which, by pure luck, was a superb view. Again, what felt like days, but in reality was only 30-40 mins wait, the lights dimmed, the background music shut off, and the familiar notes of the intro track, "The Ecstasy of Gold", complete with video footage from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly", began to ring out, to rapturous roaring and whistling from the 20,000 strong crowd. The hairs on my arms are standing on end just recounting it for this review. And then we were in: full-bore, 100mph, Metallica took to the stage and belted out song after song after song with barely a moment to catch your breath before the next does of thrash metal came your way. "Thrash metal?", I hear you say, "Metallica hasn't been thrash metal since the 80's!". Oh my friend, trust me when I say thrash metal - we had some of the best early work represented tonight, not least with half a dozen track from the new album "Hardwired... To Self Destruct" that included unrelenting riff after riff, from the likes of "Hardwired", "Atlas Rise", "Moth Into Flame", coupled with one of the heaviest tracks they've ever written "Dream No More", plus "Halo on Fire" and "Now That We're Dead". All segmented in-between some of the bands greatest songs; "Seek & Destroy", "Through The Never", "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)", "For Whom The Bell Tolls", "Through The Never", "One", "Sad But True", "Fuel", the obligatory cover, this time from the Misfits' "Die Die My Darling", before ending the show with "Master of Puppets".

Of course, it wasn't the end - back for the encore the intro to "Damage Inc" came on, before they ripped all the way through it, eventually slowing the pace to play the ever-loved "Nothing Else Matters" and finally ending on probably their most well known song "Enter Sandman"

It was a great varied selection of tunes that spans most of their career - the only notable exceptions being there was nothing from "Load", "St Anger" or the previous record "Death Magnetic". But otherwise all the other studio albums were represented. Some guitar and bass doodles from Kirk and Rob, before Rob gave us a wonderful tribute to Cliff by playing "Anesthesia".

If you get the chance to go, then go see this show - it's truly magnificent, from a band with 36 years experience in being the biggest metal band on the planet, and it shows you just why they are. I just wish I had a ticket for tomorrow night too.

2nd September show in Cobenhagen.

Tallica promised us a unique show because this concert was postponed show from February. Many people travel a long way to see them in February including me traveling from Iceland.

The moment when I heard Seek & Destory in the #3rd slot then I knew this was going to be something special.

They performed Thought The Never in slot #4 and that song has not been played for 4 years. The next song was The Day That Never Comes and we did not believe that because in our wildest dreams we hoped to have that on the list, we jumped like there was no day tomorrow.

Dream No More was in the slot #7 and that was the second time Metallica has played that song. It was nice to hear Breadfan in slot #10. We saw many drons flying over the stage in Moth Into Flame, which was amazing!

Fight Fire With Fire was in the encore faster than ever.

Me and my friends walked away from Royal Arena in great mood with a big smile on our faces and with a hoarse throut, like James was in February.

About the unique show as we where promised in February it was only UNIQUE for 2 days because Amsterdam got almost the same setlist. But we got a free T-shirt, that was probably the unique thing for us.

We where hoping for some live debut like Murder One, Spit Out The Bones but it did not happend.

The song ManUnkind was performed tonight in Paris (10th September) and that is unique.

Iceland has been waiting since 2004 for Metallica to come back to Iceland when they held the biggest indore concert in Reykjavík. We do not want to wait another 23 years like we did before 2004.

All the best,

Robert Trujillo and Lars Ulrich of Metallica perform during Global Citizen Festival 2022. Their new album, 72 Seasons , is out now.

More than 40 years after they formed, the music of Metallica is still resonating with new audiences.

Just last year, their 1986 track "Master of Puppets" entered the Billboard charts for the first time in its history after appearing on Stranger Things .

Months later, a string cover of their song "Nothing Else Matters" appeared on The Addams Family spin-off series Wednesday, popular among younger viewers and the TikTok crowd.

But on their new record 72 Seasons, Metallica proves they're still making inspired music for hardcore fans. For a metal band with many of its members approaching 60, that's no small feat.

NPR's Ailsa Chang spoke with drummer Lars Ulrich and bassist Robert Trujillo about what keeps that creative spark lit after all these years.

Master of Puppets on "Stranger Things".

This has been lightly edited for length and clarity.

Interview highlights

On the staying power of older songs like "Master of Puppets"

TRUJILLO: For me, you know, Metallica's always been what I call cutting-edge and kind of going against the grain and taking the most grooving, heavy riffs. But then, all of a sudden, you get these kind of gear shifts, so to speak.

For me, before I even joined the band, I was always motivated by Metallica's music. In fact, I used to go running up in the Santa Monica Mountains to Ride The Lightning — to the album. And that would motivate me for tours with, actually, Suicidal Tendencies, the band. So there's something about the music that has everything you need and all the ingredients.

On how their new album 72 Seasons is about revisiting the past

ULRICH: I'd spent a lot of my time in those first 72 seasons of my life alone, kind of a misfit, kind of disenfranchised. And I think a significant part of the reason that I wanted to be in a band was I wanted to be in a group, a collective, a gang. I wanted to belong to something bigger than myself. And so we all have our own versions of that.

TRUJILLO: Your first 18 years, you know, you discover love. You discover heartache. But also, for me, growing up in Southern California, there were things like catching your first wave. Surfing. And it's just like ... wow.

Metallica: 72 Seasons (Official Music Video)

On the things Metallica has let go off in their past to evolve as a band

ULRICH: I guess the first things that come to mind is stuff around health. Just the late nights and the shenanigans — all that have pretty much all fallen to the wayside. The one thing that we also share is that, as we get older, we become very comfortable sharing who we are to the world. And I enjoy it because, when I am on stage or representing the band, you do feel good about what you're contributing, and you know you're not letting your brothers down.

TRUJILLO: You become, like, a faction. You become a part of the tribe. A lot of people can play. But at the same time, you're touring together. The rehearsals, your hang time, all that stuff — you know, the balance of it is super important.

Metallica perform at Allegiant Stadium in February 2022 in Las Vegas. Ethan Miller/Getty Images hide caption

Metallica perform at Allegiant Stadium in February 2022 in Las Vegas.

On the band's vulnerability and kindness, and how it fits into the idea of metal music

ULRICH: Well, I don't look at it like vulnerability in metal. I look at it as four guys who are sharing an experience together and have been for the better part of 40 years. And we play music, first and foremost, that we really enjoy. We love each other endlessly, and we enjoy playing music together. And the vulnerability and that transparency that we're comfortable with is something that we're actually quite proud of.

On when Metallica will know to stop making music

TRUJILLO: When we're 120 years old (laughter) ... well, let me just say this: we love what we do. We love music so much. I mean, it excites us. I always say, when Metallica gets in the room and puts the guitars on or Lars gets behind the drums, it's fun. And there's no shortage of riffs and ideas. That's probably a blessing and a curse, and that's why you hear a lot in the music, because there's a lot of good stuff, and it's just a good time.

ULRICH: You know, spiritually, I mean, this could, like Robert's saying, go on forever. It's the elbows and the knees - that is what may put a wrench in it eventually. There is obviously a certain physicality that it requires to play this music, but that doesn't feel like it's imminent. So excuse me, I got to run and get on my Peloton!

Metallica Postpones Arizona Concert After James Hetfield Tests Positive for COVID

"Unfortunately, COVID has caught up with James," the metal band shared on social media on Saturday

metallica tour update

Monica Schipper/Getty

Metallica was unable to take the stage in Arizona on Sunday.

The metal band shared on social media on Saturday that their lead vocalist and guitarist James Hetfield tested positive for COVID-19 , forcing them to reschedule the second of two concerts at Glendale, Arizona’s State Farm Stadium.

After their Friday night performance, the band featuring Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo and Lars Ulrich shared the 60-year-old musician’s diagnosis on Instagram with a photo of his positive COVID test. “Unfortunately, COVID has caught up with James,” the group captioned the post. “We’re extremely disappointed and regret any inconvenience this has caused you.”

According to The Arizona Republic , several songs including their hit “Master of Puppets” were noticeably cut from their setlist during the Friday night show. They also reported that Hetfield seemed to struggle with his vocals, opting for more audience participation, as the performance went on.

The rock legends were able to reschedule their second Arizona tour date, which is a part of their M72 World Tour , to Saturday, Sept. 9.

“We look forward to returning to complete the M72 No Repeat Weekend in Glendale next Saturday,” the Grammy winners continued. “All tickets for September 3 will be honored at the September 9 show. For more information, including refund details, if you cannot join next weekend, please visit SeatGeek.com. Keep your eyes on Metallica.com and our socials for additional details and updates.”

Several artists commented on the "Nothing Else Matters" band's post, wishing Hetfield well. The M72 World Tour special guests Pantera commented, "Hope you are feeling better soon, James 🙌 ," and country singer Jason Isbell replied, "Respect to y'all for telling the truth."

The EG.5 variant , also known as “Eris,” is now the dominant strain of COVID-19 in the U.S., according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The variant is said to be related to the XBB variant, which has been circulating for the past six months, and has a certain mutation that’s able to evade forms of immunity .

Earlier this year, Bruce Springsteen also had to cancel an appearance due to COVID-19 . The rocker, 73, tested positive in April shortly after playing his first concert in seven years in his native New Jersey, making him unable to attend an award ceremony.

Robert Trujillo Gives Update on Metallica’s 72 Seasons World Tour Coming to Australia

Posted on March 18, 2024 by Paul 'Browny' Brown

metallica tour update

NEXT WEEK – Robert Trujillo will spend part of his 5 months off from Metallica ‘s 72 Seasons World Tour to venture back to Australia with Mike Muir , Jay Weinberg , Dave   Kushner  and  Dean   Pleasants  in Infectious Grooves . The last time the band were in Australia was for the 2008 run of Soundwave Festival .

In conversation with our very own Ricky Aarons , Rob shared anecdotes about his relationship with Australian fans, which dates back to before he joined Metallica in 2003.

“I feel like the two places for the Infectious Grooves that had a real solid, loyal following was Australia and actually France… so getting back down to Australia for me is really exciting – plus I haven’t been there in over 10 years even with Metallica.”

Coincidentally, Soundwave 2013 was also the last time Trujillo was last seen crab crawling across the stage down under when the Metal Titans headlined.

Since then, the question on every Aussie fan’s lips has been – “When and will we get Metallica to Australia any time soon?”

Ricky went straight to the source and asked Rob…

“Yes, we will be there and it’s definitely going to happen. I can’t give you specific dates right now but just understand, believe and know that we’re coming down to you. It’s gonna happen.  We’re excited.

Kirk and I – whenever we go to Australia, it’s so special because it becomes not just a music experience, it becomes a surf experience! We almost forget we’re on tour because we’ll be going to Bells Beach, or we’re going to Kirra, hanging out on the Gold Coast. We even went surfing in Wollongong and we went to Kalbarri on the West Coast outside of Perth.

We go on these adventures and the music is a part of that. It’s almost the soundtrack to the experience that we’re having with our friends and the ocean – and we haven’t had that in a long time – so I’m looking forward to that part of the 72 Seasons Tour cycle – having that again with Kirk.

And kicking it all off is being down there with you all in a couple weeks. It’s all happening. The party’s getting started.”

So, Metallica ARE coming. There are plans, but no dates yet. Be patient.

Their latest album 72 Seasons dropped in April 2023. Before then, Aussie fans missed out on the chance to catch tracks from their 2016 release Hardwired… To Self-Destruct following the cancellation of their 2019 tour with Slipknot .

Something tells me we won’t be waiting too much longer for a triumphant return.

Until then, catch Rob in the country with Infectious Grooves from March 30 – NEXT WEEK!
