Som medlem i prøvenemnda har du ansvar for å planlegge og gjennomføre fag- og sveineprøvar. Du må mellom anna godkjenne prøvestader og vurdere kandidatane som skal opp til avsluttande prøver. Prøvenemnda kan nyttast som yrkesutval.

Rettleiing Vigo Bedrift (digital prøveadministrasjon)

Vestland fylkeskommune har digital prøveadministrasjon for prøvenemnder. All prøveadministrasjon skal skje via portalen VIGO bedrift.  

I Vigo bedrift mottek koordinator godkjente oppmeldingar og fordeler dei vidare til nemndmedlemmane som skal gjennomføre prøven. Koordinator må gje beskjed om at prøve er fordelt.

Den som er leiar for sjølve prøva har ansvar for å registrere og sende inn prøvedato og resultat i den digitale protokollen i VIGO bedrift.

Viss prøven ikkje er bestått skal det lastast opp tilleggsdokument (sjå avnitt om rutiner ved ikkje bestått).  

Når leiar har sendt inn resultat skal både leiar for prøva og prøvenemndsmedlemmar signere protokollen digitalt. Du får ein e-post med lenke til signaturoppdraget. Om du ikkje får e-post, kan du  logge deg på Posten sin signeringsportal . Det er ikkje krav om fysisk signatur når protokoll og vedlegg blir sendt inn via VIGO bedrift. Den digitale signaturen vil omfatte sjølve protokollen og alle vedlegg.

Nemnda må sørge for at dokument som inneheld personopplysningar og anna sensitiv informasjon blir makulert på ein forsvarleg måte.

Rutinar for tilsynsperson

Det skal vere tilsyn med kandidaten under heile prøven. Det er nemnda som har ansvar for dette. Tilsynet kan utførast av fleire tilsynspersonar i løpet av prøveperioden.

Dersom prøvenemnda er vekke frå prøvestaden, skal nemnda oppnemne ein tilsynsperson i bedrifta. Dersom det er trong for ein tilsynsperson er det prøvestaden/praksiskandidaten si plikt å skaffe tilsynsperson som godkjennast av prøvenemnda. (Fylle ut skjema som skal leverast saman med protokollen). Fagleg leiar, instruktør, verneombod eller ein annan tilsett i bedrifta kan vere tilsynsperson.

Tilsynspersonen skal normalt vere til stades ved oppstart av fagprøva.

Når prøvenemnda ikkje er til stades skal tilsynspersonen:

• Sjå til at kandidaten har ro til å gjennomføre prøva
• Informere prøvenemnda om avvik
• Ivareta naudsynt tryggleik
• Vere kontaktperson for kandidat og prøvenemnd

Tilsynspersonen skal ikkje delta i vurdering av kandidatens arbeid eller gje uttrykk for si vurdering av kvaliteten på kandidaten sitt arbeid.

Både tilsynsperson og kandidat kan kontakte prøvenemnda dersom det dukkar opp administrative spørsmål undervegs. Tilsynspersonen har teieplikt.

Når det blir oppnemnt tilsynsperson, skal prøvenemnda sørge for at tilsynspersonen signerer på samtykkeskjema for tilsynspersonar. Nemnda skal levere skjema til fylkeskommunen som vedlegg til digital protokoll.

Forskrift til opplæringslov § 3-51

Heile prøvenemnda skal vere på prøvestaden ved prøvestart og prøveslutt. Ved prøvestart skal prøvenemnda levere oppgåva til kandidaten. I prøveperioden skal prøvenemnda sjølv vurdere kandidaten sitt arbeid. Fylkeskommunen er ansvarleg for at det blir ført tilsyn under heile prøva, for å sikre at prøva blir halden i tråd med føresegnene.

Dersom prøvenemnda ser at kandidaten ligg an til å få karakteren ikkje-bestått, skal fag-/sveineprøva likevel fullførast.

Dersom kandidaten ikkje består fag-/sveineprøva, skal desse dokumenta sendast fylkeskommunen via vigobedrift.no:

• vurderingsgrunnlag
• kandidaten sitt svar på oppgåva
• prøveprotokoll
• tilleggsprotokoll

Prøveprotokollen skal vere så utfyllande at han gir eit godt bilde av sjølve prøvegjennomføringa i ei eventuell klagebehandling.

I tilleggsprotokollen skal prøvenemnda skrive si vurdering av fagprøven og grunngi karakteren ikkje-bestått. Hugs å skrive tydeleg og utfyllande, helst ved bruk av pc.

Rutiner ved mistanke om fusk

Kva er fusk på fag-/sveineprøve

I gjennomføringa av fagprøven er alle hjelpemiddel tillatne, også i førebuingsdelen av prøven. Dette inneber mellom anna at kandidaten kan bruke alle informasjonskjelder, også internett og andre personar sitt skriftlege arbeid. Kandidaten kan be om hjelp ved gjennomføring av den praktiske delen av prøven og kan drøfte oppgåva med andre undervegs.

Døme på fusk:

• Kandidaten bruker betydeleg meir enn oppsett tidsramme til gjennomføring av prøven (kveld/helg)
• Kandidaten får andre til å utføre det praktiske arbeidet i prøven i betydeleg grad og framstiller det som sitt

Dette er IKKJE fusk:

• Kandidaten kopierer andre sin tekst
• Kandidaten ber om hjelp frå andre

Rutinar ved mistanke om fusk

Reaksjonsmåtar ved fusk er omtalt i forskrift til opplæringslova §3-59 .

Prøvenemnda må fullføre fag-/sveineprøven og bør ta kontakt med fylkesadministrasjonen ved mistanke om fusk.

Dersom prøvenemnda mistenker fusk, skal prøvenemnda dokumentere, så langt det let seg gjere, og la kandidaten fullføre fag-/sveineprøven. Kandidaten skal ikkje orienterast om mistanken om fusk før etter at prøven er gjennomført. Dersom nemnda avbryt prøven er dette ein formell feil frå prøvenemnda og kandidaten kan gå opp til ny prøve så raskt som praktisk mogleg.

I samtale mellom nemnda og kandidaten etter fag-/sveineprøven, skal nemnda legge fram mistanken om fusk, grunngi denne for kandidaten og kandidaten skal ha høve til å uttale seg munnleg om mistanken før nemnda gjer sitt vedtak.

Prøvenemnda skal uansett vurdere og karaktersette prøven. Dersom kandidaten klagar på vedtaket om annullering, og får medhald, vil karakteren bli gjeldande.

Nemnda bør ta kontakt med fylkesadministrasjonen ved mistanke om fusk for rettleiing. Annullering av fag-/sveineprøve grunna fusk er eit enkeltvedtak, og det er prøvenemnda som gjer vedtaket. Vedtaket om annullering av fag- eller sveineprøve grunna fusk kan klagast på til statsforvaltaren.

Konsekvensar for kandidaten ved fusk

Dersom ei prøve blir annullert på grunn av fusk kan kandidaten tidlegast gå opp til ny prøve eitt år etter den annullerte prøven.

Obligatorisk opplæring for prøvenemndsmedlemmar

Opplæringa av prøvenemnda er to-delt: 

Del 1. Kompetansepakke hos Utdanningsdirektoratet

Du kan ta kompetansepakken åleine eller saman med nemnda di, og det tar rundt 2 arbeidsdagar å gjennomføre den.

Kompetansepakken blir honorert med kr 3500,- for nye prøvenemndsmedlemar. V i dekkjer ikkje tapt arbeidsforteneste eller møtehonorar i samband med dette.

Når du har fullført kurset vil du få eit kursbevis. Dette bruker du som dokumentasjon ved krav om honorar.

Vestland fylkeskommune nyttar prøvenemndene som yrkesutval. Yrkesutvala har spisskompetanse i sine lærefag og kan gi innspel dersom det oppstår faglege spørsmål, mellom anna vurdering av nye lærebedrifter.

Yrkesutvalet vurderer mellom anna om bedriftene har rett kompetanse, utstyr og fasilitetar i faget til å gi opplæring etter læreplanane.

With a history spanning almost nine centuries, The Kremlin combines breath-taking architecture with one of the largest museum collections in the world. Featuring cathedrals, chapels, palaces, a concert hall, armoury and the presidential offices, the ancient fortress remains as enigmatic and enthralling as ever. At the foot of its ramparts sits Red Square, the beating heart of the city and home to a humbling host of reminders of Moscow’s intriguing past. Wonder at one of the world’s most recognisable pieces of architecture, St. Basil’s Basilica, before paying your respects to the much-loved leader of the Bolshevik Revolution at Lenin’s Mausoleum.

Steeped in the Past

Once one of the world’s most expensive cities, recent economic changes mean that hotels in Moscow are far more affordable and travellers with a passion for the past are flocking to the ancient metropolis. Some of the country’s most notable citizens are interred at Novodevichy Cemetery, including Gogol, Chekhov, Bulgakov, and Tolstoy.

Palatial Parks and Stellar Shopping

When you grow tired of history, take some time to explore some the city’s other wonders. Famed as one of the world’s greenest capitals, Moscow has over 100 parks, each a little different from the next. From the dancing babushkas of Izmailovsky Park, to the breath-taking beauty of the Tsarist Royal Estate at Kolomenskoe Park, the variety of greenspaces is unparalleled. Patriarch’s Pond is much-loved by Muscovites, and is often sought out by outsiders in search of an ‘authentic’ Russian experience, while the perennially-popular Gorky Park has evolved into one of the cultural epicentres of the city. For some jaw-dropping window shopping, head to GUM or TsUM, two of the most prestigious malls on the planet. Popular thoroughfare Tverskaya, the city’s central street since the Middle Ages, is alive with vibrant cafes, restaurants and shopping options. Hotels here are reasonably-priced, but can suffer from noise because of the 24-hour timetable.

As the Moon Hangs over Moscow

At night, the city hardly stops to draw breath as its abundance of bars, nightclubs and restaurants burst into life. Head to the Bolshoi Theatre to see gravity-defying ballet at its best, or soak up a Shostakovich symphony at the Conservatory. Talk philosophy with the locals on the terrace of a riverside café, or take a stroll around the Old Arbat region, a tourist stretch once home to some of the country’s most renowned writers and composers. Let loose with a night of vodka-induced dancing or sip classic cocktails in a stylish sky bar. No matter how your evening unfolds, make your way to a hotel rooftop in the small hours to watch the sunrise over the domed skyline—one of the most awe-inspiring vistas in world travel. For many, simply strolling the sprawling mass that is Moscow and feeling the snow crunch underfoot is a memorable moment in itself.

Dizzying Districts

The city is divided into several districts which spread out like petals from its central point. Featuring monasteries and bathhouses, traditional Petrovka district includes several eateries, boutiques and upmarket hotels. To the south of here sits the Ukrainian Quarter, an area of architectural treasures, crooked streets and run-down buildings. Hotels here are in short supply, but true-to-tradition streets are well worth a wander. The colourful Arbat district is littered with souvenir shops and cafes, and its alleys are lined with reminders of the city’s rich literary history. Finding a hotel here isn’t always easy, but prices are amongst the cheapest in the city if you search hard enough. Beyond the Garden Ring Road there is an abundance of accommodation to suit all budgets and traveller types. While situated a little distance from central Moscow, regular metro links into the heart of the hive mean this is only a minor hindrance.
