During prime hours, you'll pay a bit more, but sunset views from the observation deck may be absolutely worth the cost. Also, fog tends to roll into Dubai before the late-morning sun burns it off. During foggy mornings, the observation deck is literally above the clouds, offering you really neat photo opportunities.

However, if you're a bit scared of heights and prefer a less crowded observation deck, you may appreciate visiting during non-prime hours. To avoid peak times, consider scheduling a visit early in the morning, during mid-afternoon hours, or after the sun sets.

At the Top includes an outdoor observation deck, floor-to-ceiling windows offering 360-degree city views, a glass floor with surprising (and terrifying?) digital effects such as the simulation of the floor cracking beneath your feet, and high-powered telescopes to get a closer look at the city. Meanwhile, the At the Top Sky experience also involves a personalized tour of the observation deck. Along with views of Dubai's unique skyline , you'll also receive tasty refreshments at SKY Lounge and participate in an interactive experience to virtually explore Dubai's most famous attractions.

Nothing to see... the day was foggy, so we went to Plant 148 for nothing. They were aware of the weather conditions but didn't cancel or reschedule the activity to another day. I'm completely disappointed. They seem to be only interested in taking our money without any concern for our satisfaction. THIS IS UNFAIR.

This is a terrible rip-off. You pay in advance to skip the line, but then you end up waiting in line for over an hour with no air conditioning. They also fail to inform you that you can purchase the same tickets directly from their website with an offer to visit the bar for a drink.

€140 per ticket for a visit that only lasted half an hour. There were very few explanations about the building, just a couple of minutes of information while the guide took you to the elevator. I recommend buying tickets without the 148th floor option for better value. The prices for on-site photos were exorbitant, but at least that's optional.
