I thought Donald stole my heart when he kissed my cheek at the young age of five.  But I was wrong.  I fell head over heels for my favorite duck when he held my son twenty-five years later, and I knew Disney would always be a part of our lives.

I have been a travel agent since April 2015 and a travel agency owner since 2020 with my amazing husband, Dan.  We have two awesome boys who love to go along on all of our crazy adventures! Our family’s love of travel started with Disney, but it didn’t stop there! We try to go as often as we can and love Universal, cruising, international travel, and exploring the United States in addition to all Disney destinations.

Hi, my name is Cathy and I recently became a travel advisor with Fantastical Vacations.  My husband, twin teenage daughters, and I live in Oklahoma where I am a cheerleading coach and cheer mom!  My husband Travis and I started our lives together with a honeymoon to Hawaii almost 20 years ago.  Our love of travel really started with that amazing honeymoon.  When our daughters were 3 years old, we went on our first vacation to Walt Disney World, and we have been back 13 times since!  Over the years we have taken 3 different Disney Cruises and made a return trip to Hawaii with a stay at Disney’s Aulani Resort.  Our love for all things Disney carries to our pets with our Jack Russell Terrier named Tinker Bell and our newest Beagle named Leia.

I have been a lifelong lover of Disney World since my parents first took our family when I was 11 months old.  Growing up, we continued to go back every other year and I have some of my favorite childhood memories in the parks. I live in Southern California with my wonderful husband and three amazing kids. Growing up in California, Disneyland was one of our favorite family vacations. I have so many amazing memories of going to this happy place with my extended family and our friends throughout the years. I cannot recall a time when I haven’t been head-over-heels in love with Disney. Growing up with a Disney-loving dad during the Disney Renaissance of the 1990s, I was raised on a steady diet of now-classic Disney and Pixar films. The only vacation destination my family traveled to during my childhood was Walt Disney World, starting with a trip to celebrate my 6th birthday. Hey y’all! My name is Alex Windings. Me, my husband and our 2 dogs just recently made the move from Tennessee to Florida to be neighbors with Mickey. 

I never had the privilege of going to Disney as a kid but traveling was always a part of my family’s values. Some of my fondest memories as a kid are from the summers we took my grandparent’s RV to Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Since then traveling has continued to be a part of my adult life and is a major priority for my husband and I. So much so that we went on a journey of paying off over $100,000 in debt so we could be financially free (our story is on YouTube if you want to know more about that!) We were able to finally make the trip to Disney World and Universal in 2019 and that’s when things really began to change for me.

I knew I’d love it there, but I really didn’t realize how much. All of the characters and stories I grew up reading about and watching were coming to life in front of my eyes. I know everyone says it, but… it was magical.

Now as much as I love traveling and Disney… I also love to plan! My husband jokes that if a meteorite was about to hit the planet that I’d be the girl to go see because I’ve already thought out 10 different plans for this scenario!

Whether I’m serenading my husband with “Happily Ever After” or dressing my twin baby boys up as Buzz and Woody, Disney fills my home and life. If Disney would allow dogs, I would have my French Bulldog, Tupac, right there with us along for the rides and snacks. Married in 2018, my husband and his family are as Disney-obsessed as I am, which has made for some amazing group trips to both Disneyland and Disney World. Growing up in Georgia, we are just a car ride away from the most MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH! I was eight years old when I first went to Disney World. I still remember how exciting it was to see the hippo come out of the water on the Jungle Cruise ride and how I wished I could live in the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. (Highly underrated in my opinion) I knew as an adult that I wanted our children to share that same love and excitement that I got to experience growing up. I started researching tips and tricks to save money and still have an amazing Disney experience on a budget for our family of five. We made lots of mistakes in the beginning but I learned how to not make those mistakes again and how to get the most out of our budget. Our babies have grown into young adults and we still love going to Disney World.

We also love Universal Orlando and if you are a Harry Potter fan like we are, this is the place for you! Universal has something for everyone, even muggles. If you want more thrilling rides, Universal is a great choice.

Hi there! I guess I’m one of those “Disney Adults” you might’ve heard of? I’ve been lucky enough to have traveled all over the world, having visited 20 countries over four continents so far but to this day, my favorite destination of all has been Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom! I just can’t get enough! 

Disney World holds such a special place in my family’s hearts, having given us years of memories we could have otherwise only imagined. It’s the place we can always look to for bonding, healing, or just some good old-fashioned dreaming. My love of Disney started at a young age, and has only gotten stronger with time. Hi! I’m Dani and while I’m a 6th grade Earth Science teacher by day, I refer to myself as the chaos controller, lucky Mom of 5 (3 little ones and 2 bonus daughters), and travel enthusiast by night. The quote, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life” has always resonated with me and has become a beacon of guidance for me in my journey toward becoming a Travel Advisor.

I have a background in and deep passion for all things related to travel. I studied hospitality in college, studied abroad in Australia, and grew up vacationing in Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, and throughout the U.S. 

My love for Disney began as a child, but really took hold in 2011 when I participated in the Disney College Program as a Vacation Planner. My Disney obsession began when I was a little kid. Since then, I’ve done Disney World just about every way you can do it: multigenerational trips, romantic trips, family trips, and girls’ trips. I’ve hauled three strollers and a wheelchair through the parks and zipped around with only a backpack, managed split-stays at multiple hotels, weathered a hurricane on property, navigated Disney with folks with disabilities, enjoyed fancy dinners and totchos on-the-go, on-property, off-property, budget trips and splurge trips, every kind of season from surface of the sun July to chilly February. I love it every single time.

Once upon a time, when I was a kid, we went to Walt Disney World and I remember how special that trip was to us. Vacation time was important for my family and Disney became that place we returned to again and again.  What brought us back? Hello!  I currently live in Michigan, but my heart is divided in equal parts between Ohio, California, and Florida.  Michigan is just for a season, and some day, we hope to call Florida home. 

I love planning vacations!  Anywhere and everywhere, I spend months researching planning for our family prior to every trip we go on.  I want to put all the enjoyment I get out of it and expertise I’ve gained to help you with your vacation as well!

I have been married to my wonderfully supportive husband for 14 years, and we have two boys that are 14 & 10.  My husband didn’t have many opportunities to travel much growing up, so he loves to be able to provide amazing vacations for our children now.  I, however, got to go on many vacations growing up all over the country, often more than once a year, and even got to go to Denmark.  I was so blessed to have those amazing experiences!  My favorite destination, though, was always Disney.

I was not even 2 yet when I went on my first trip to Disneyland.  We went every year while we lived in California, and every time it was just so magical.  When we moved to Ohio, I still got to go to Disneyland when we visited family, but I also had my first experience with Disney World.  I loved them both for so many reasons, I couldn’t even choose a favorite! 

My whole family has always loved Disney, and my uncle has even done many imagineer projects for Disney and Universal over the years.  Once I was finally able to take my husband to Disney World for his first time when our boys were 6 & 8, he was hooked right along with me.  My boys call my love for Disney a problem, but my husband calls it my passion.  As soon as one trip is over I’m busy planning the next one.  We’ve gone several times since that first trip, and went to Universal as well.  Every trip is just as magical as the last, and it never gets old. 

Some people say Disney is just for kids.  I would disagree!  If that is your opinion, perhaps you just haven’t experienced it right, yet!  We are foodies and dream of the wonderful meals and snacks we get at Disney that are one of a kind.  We even taken trips there without the kids.  It’s a whole different experience!

Hi I’m Heather!  I’m Married to My Best Friend, and we have two Beautiful Daughters. We didn’t grow up taking a lot of vacations. So when we got married and had kids, we definitely made up for that. 

I had never been to Disney until my oldest daughter was 2 1/2 years old. I was always a fan of Disney, but I completely fell in love with Disney World seeing the Magic through her eyes. She’s now 14, and I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been. I’ve gone on trips with Friends & Family, Girls trips, couples trips with my husband, and even a solo trip by myself. I loved Disney so much that I got a job at The Disney Store in 2014 and worked there until we closed in July 2021. My Favorite Character is Tinker Bell. As she says, Laughter is Timeless. Imagination has No Age. Dreams are Forever. I’ve learned that is so true. I’m so incredibly thankful that I’ve been able to make the memories of a lifetime with my family, and we will continue to make.

My Family has also grown a love for Universal. My childhood just screams this place. My Mom loved E.T., and Jurassic Park, I grew up watching Harry Potter, and my youngest loves using her interactive wand in both parks. I can’t tell you how many times we rode The Cat in The Hat ride in The Dr. Suess area on our 1st trip. Haha. 

We also love to go on Cruises. We’ve enjoyed being able to see so many destinations on each cruise. So many wonderful things to do, and see. Our favorite so far has been The Halloween on the High Seas on The Disney Magic.

“Never lose sight of one thing, It all started with a mouse”… for me it started with a “Pink Castle Cake.” In 1996 for the 25th anniversary, my new dad took me as a young adult to Disney World. It was our first trip as a family. I was amazed and in awe of all that families could do TOGETHER!!! 

Since then, I have become a huge fan of everything Disney, visiting as often as I can, and challenging myself to explore and try something new every time we visit. What if all you had to worry about on your next best vacation was just arriving and letting the memories unfold? 

Hi everyone! We’re Jen & Verlin! We’ve been married since 2015 and family vacations make up the rhythm of our yearly traditions. Destinations such as Disney hold our hearts & our most magical family milestones such as….Our first couple’s trip post-honeymoon, our babymoon, our daughter’s 1st birthday trip when she blew her very first kiss to none other than Goofy, and her 1st haircut on Main Street USA in Magic Kingdom. The moment she was finally able to walk up to Mickey & Minnie on her own- she stumbled toward them with arms wide open ready for them to catch her with hugs! She squeals each time she sees a character, and when she saw Mickey right before this picture she declared, “Family Hug!” (as is our tradition at home). Mickey Mouse pulled us all in really close, and boy oh boy, was it a magical moment!

Jen is an art teacher and regularly incorporates Disney, culture, and traveling into her lesson plans whenever she can! Her first memory of Disney stems back to watching Cinderella as a little girl at her Grandma’s house in front of a bowl of Ramen noodles- such comfort! Verlin has a music degree and has been leading Worship in churches since 1996. His first memory of Disney was when his brother convinced him to ride Space Mountain when he was five. Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was just 4 years old. I remember telling my mom “I am going to work here one day!” At such a young age I knew there was magic there and I had to be a part of it. Fast forward 18 years when I made that dream a reality and it was every bit as magical as I knew it would be.

I moved back to Atlanta in 2006, but I have visited Disney multiple times each year. I took my husband on his first Disney trip in 2014 and now we take our 3 boys as often as we can. When my oldest daughter turned three, my wife Esther and I bought her a Snow White dress for her birthday. I didn’t think too much of it – I just figured little girls like dress up! Hello friends! My love story with Disney began at the age of 8 when my family moved to Orlando and frequent WDW day trips became part of our routine. I remember visiting Epcot and feeling like I had a passport to the world and opportunities to engage with international cultures without boarding a plane. I created several core memories during those years- and have lots of awkward late 80s and early 90s photos that serve as proof.

After college I moved to Atlanta to embark on my career path but in so many ways Orlando still feels like home to me. I was lucky enough to marry another Disney nerd and we visit the parks from coast to coast with our now teenage son, who is a theme park fanatic and roller coaster enthusiast just like us!

We visit WDW and Universal Orlando several times a year and we are not locals so we have stayed at most resorts, dined at nearly all the table service restaurants, and sat a spell at a lounge enjoying cocktails and mocktails. I have lots of great insights to share to help your travel party get the most out of your vacation to the Orlando theme parks.

Hello! As a native Floridian, Disney was our favorite family vacation destination and I fell in love with the parks very early on in life. I spent a semester at the University of Central Florida in Orlando working in the Magic Kingdom. I live in Charleston, SC. Originally from the North Carolina mountains/Asheville, NC and the farm life. I am first a mom, then a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and third a  memory maker (aka travel advisor). Growing up our family did not do a lot of traveling but that has since changed. I love to experience new and old adventures with my family. I have one amazing husband and two sweet boys. We love all things Disney, cruising, beach, hiking, camping, and boating. I have been a Disney fan as long as I can remember. Whether it was walking hand in hand with Cinderella around Cinderella’s Royal Table or watching Mary Poppins, Disney has always brought me joy. That joy was never stronger than the first time we took our boys to the Christmas party and watched them marvel at the parade and catch snowflakes on Main Street USA. That very moment was when I knew Disney trips were about to become a huge part of our lives. My crew now travels to Disney a few times a year. In 2010 I fell in love with Disney, yes, fell in love and have been ever since. My kids were 4 and 6 then and it was their first time going to Disney, my heart melted when my son, who was afraid of most things at that point, went up and hugged Mickey Mouse.  I knew after that we would be hooked!

Originally from Southern California, I grew up visiting Disneyland Resort often and fell in love with the magical world of Disney as a child. Hi friends! My name is Meghan Sjostedt and I am thrilled to be an agent with Fantastical Vacations. From a young age, I have always loved the idea of travel. It wasn’t until I was older that I truly began experiencing the world of travel. Once I dipped my toes in that world, I was hooked. I love traveling with my daughters, ages 11 and 14, on vacations and watching their faces as they experience new and exciting places. 

One of our favorite places to travel is Disney and Universal. My daughters and I have traveled as a mother-daughter trio for several years now and have created so many special and magical memories together. Whether we are riding the rides at Magic Kingdom, or strolling along the boardwalk with an ice cream in hand or chilling on the beach at Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island, we’ve loved our time together.

Hi, I’m Michelle! I am a wife to an amazing husband of 17 years, and mother to a creative, Disney-loving, son. We are all Disney-obsessed and we travel to Walt Disney World several times a year. We have also made wonderful memories at Disneyland Resort in California and Disneyland Paris! Hello my name is Mike Bowers and I’m a self described Disney Dork. My love for Disney vacations began in 2017 when my family went for my daughter’s Kindermoon. I, like many dads, thought this would be a one time trip that you must “suffer” through for the family. Boy was I wrong. As with any investment, I researched and planned, and as I was planning for our trip, my thoughts of dread quickly turned into anticipation. I loved learning all the secrets to getting the most out of our Walt Disney World Vacation. After months of planning, our vacation was more amazing than we anticipated and we were hooked.  Since that trip, we have gone back to Walt Disney World every year as well as a trip to Aulani and a Disney Cruise.

My first trip to Disney was as a toddler in 1971 — and it was love at first float (on It’s a Small World, that is)! I’ve been going to Disney ever since (I remember when Epcot was brand new, when Hollywood was MGM, and when Jungle Cruise was Disney’s only Safari — before Animal Kingdom opened!). I’m Stef and I have been a Disney girl since my very first visit when I was 4, one hug from Mickey was all it took.  Now, as a Disney adult I still love those Mickey hugs, but also love exploring new areas at the theme parks, rides (we were at Epcot for the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy and it was AWESOME), ALL THE FOOD (especially during Epcot festivals) and hotels (our current favorite is the Beach Club), with my husband and our son, Chase.

A trip to Disney World is the most magical way to recharge my batteries and make magical memories with my family and friends. Not only do I love going to Disney, I enjoy planning trips just as much. Places that make me smile

I never ever fancied Turkey as a destination, people told me so much stuff and put me off however my mum and family went every year. One year i gave in and went with her and i fell in love with the Country. It has so much to offer for every type of customer whether your a family, a couple or whether your wanting to chill on a beach or explore. I mean it when i say it, it has everything to offer. One of the reasons i moved out there.

This is my favourite city. I have been 3 times so far and love it every time i go, i always manage to see or so something different. Barcelona is so special because it is not just a city, you have a beach side as well so you get the best of both worlds. Again it attracts to most types of customers and has some outstanding attractions. It has a zoo, football stadium, hard rock cafe and much more. You can even hop on a city bus and it takes you to all the attractions or jump the train to Salou, i did this and loved it.

The best Canary island. Tenerife is hot all year round, warm in the winter but it is an all year round destination. I have been summer and winter and loved both times i went. It has a beautiful long promenade leading right the way around the resorts, Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje are the main resorts and you can easily access each one where ever you stay. There is so many bars/restaurants, street art work, water parks, Zoo, so much to offer and choose from.

Act as the point of sale on all Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and sophisticated travel for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodation, using (GDS) - Native Sabre in coordination with Corporate Aviation.

Provide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations ensuring adherence to the expense standard.

Aligning with all legal standard requirements, which include required training, compliance, and sanctions.

Deliver expectations on individual/shared team goals and support all business Key Performance Indicators. Proactively review your performance to check on and improve performance.

Handle the end-to-end booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment, either over the telephone, via messaging, or email servicing platforms.

Operate in multi-channel (phone, email & chat) servicing environments where you are accountable to key performance indicators of success, such as customer satisfaction , key efficiency metrics for example call adherence and call service metrics.

Use positive telephone service techniques; act on special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations.

Express passion and energy within the organization and always act according to company ethics, values, and compliance guidelines.

Review and reconfirm Executive Travel reservations/PNR for ticketing, quality/accuracy, client critical issues, vendor services, or lowest fare.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates all travel arrangements for employees and clients including scheduling, updating and canceling

Acts as primary contact for employee travel related inquires

Communicates timely updates, changes and needs of both employees and client

Follows all policy and procedures as outlined by Bank of America corporate travel

Requirements Experiences/Skills:

Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for car, air, hotel travel

Experience working in a high touch service environment where performance is measured

Background in Business (Corporate) Travel providing White Gloved Service

Knowledge and experience of:

Air, rail, hotel, car booking

Calculating and Processing exchanges

High proficiency in Native Sabre GDS minimum 5+ years

Passion for Excellence in Client Service

Thorough - act with integrity, and deal sensitively with personal and confidential traveler information

Ability to research and resolve customer service and traveler issues independently and /or with supplier

Problem Solving, with a process improvement attitude

Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry standard processes

Strong MS office experiences (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Access exp is desired).

It will enable passengers to buy and pay their tickets at a time that is most convenient for them even outside business hours. It also reduces workload for the tellers and optimizes customer service.

I studied Tourism at Cape Technikon for 3 years, joined the Travel Industry in 1994 and have been with this fabulous team at Chelsea Travel since 2007.

I have been very fortunate to have visited the U.K, Belgium, Hungary, the U.S.A, got married in Mauritius and also travelled to Namibia.
