Fantastic and Professional Service

Used DTS through recommendation and they were fabulous. I was trying to organise for a big group, which meant plans kept changing, but Lefteris and the team were more than happy to help and adapt. Even when we were way down the mountain from Zia and my dad realised he'd forgotten some souveniers at the restaurant, the driver immediately took us back up without hesitation or issue! The minivan was also comfortable, sleek and clean as well as the driving bein swift and safe. Thank you!

Top quality service from start to finish.

Excellent service from first point of contact till being dropped off on the return journey home. Very easy to deal with very quick response to questions and nothing is an issue. My wife uses a mobility scooter we booked in advance knew how much (Very reasonable I may add). Picked up at airport even though flight was slightly delayed and we were at resort ahead of time. DTS Kos are an excellent company to deal with we were very impressed please keep it up. Already booked for our return to the island in September.

Transfers and travels

Booked airport transfers and used the company again for internal travel on Kos to catch a boat. The drivers have both been lovely, professional and safe drivers. They also added small touches such as small bottles of wine and water on arrival at the airport. The vehicles and comfortable, clean and air conditioned. I had to amend our return time from the boat trip last minute and they were quick to respond and accommodated my request without hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Well, what can I say. An absolutely excellent company, nothing is never too much for DTS. I’ve used them for many journeys, booking is so simple and they always respond to messages. Drivers always turn up in clean modern vehicles, always smartly dressed and with a big smile. Nothing is ever too much for them. Carrying your luggage for you, providing you with water for your journey, and giving you any information you need. Lefteris helped us by booking a table at a restaurant and organised the transport. The communication via calls and messages was fantastic. Best taxi company in Kos!

Best taxi company in Kos! We booked a taxi for the airport but after a 20’ drive realised that we forgot our passports in the safe of our hotel. The taxidriver contacted his boss who went to catch our passports and braught them to us!!! We didn’t have to pay any additional costs and arrived perfectly in time at the airport!!! So, we highly recommend this taxi company!

I initially booked an airport transfer in 2019, but with covid cancellations we only managed to get to Kos this June. Out flight was late but when we got through customs we were greeted by the driver who was so polite. As three of us were disabled he took all the baggage and loaded it...and us......gave us a gift of wine for the holiday and drove us right across the island. On the return journey they were flexible enough to amend the pick up time. Superb vehicle, very comfortable and a smooth ride. All in all an extremely professional organisation from initial enquiry to dropping us off. Highly recommended

Got a recommendation from a FB group back in UK for trf from/to the airport in Kos. Booking was easy & communication with DtsKos was excellent. On arrival our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, he was really friendly & we had no issues at all. During our stay we decided to visit Zia so I messaged DtsKos to see if they could take us & they could. Again our driver was really lovely & got us to Zia & picked us up again at the return time. The same driver also picked us up the next day for our transfer back to the airport. The vehicles used were very clean & presentable. Also the little gifts you get are a really lovely thought. Anyone going to Kos should definitely use DtsKos……. 10/10 👌🏼

Perfect trip

We used DTS company for a bus trip to a small village in the mountains. The bus came right on time, it is air-conditioned, very clean and comfortable and the driver is very polite and friendly. They also gave us a small present and the driver drove us very safe to the small village. It was a great experience.

I cant not fault this service .. if there more stars to give I would .. pick us from the airport with no hassle even after a 3 hour delay .. was so nice helped with bags talking to us .. such a nice man .. by my mistake I left my phone on the bus and the driver handed it into the police station at kos Airport .. DTS were so helpful and they supplied another bus to collect me from my hotel driver (Simon) I think he was so nice dropped me to the airport and walked in with me to show me were it was and stayed with me till I got my phone back and dropped me back to hotel .. and wen it was time to go back home driver helped us with our bags and talked to us all the way showing us sites and places in kos for our next trip there .. and the vans were so clean and supplied car seats for my toddler also .. 10 star rating

Halkidiki is located in the region of Macedonia, one of the thirteen regions of Greece. With a population of almost 1.9 million Macedonia is the second most populous region in Greece after Attica. Kos is one of the Dodecanese islands in the Aegean Sea and is located only a few miles off the Turkish coast. Zakynthos is the third largest of the Ionian islands.

A stunning island on the southwest of Greece, it has to offer magnificent beaches, secluded coves and green blooming valleys. I initially booked an airport transfer in 2019, but with covid cancellations we only managed to get to Kos this June. Out flight was late but when we got through customs we were greeted by the driver who was so polite. As three of us were disabled he took all the baggage and loaded it...and us......gave us a gift of wine for the holiday and drove us right across the island. On the return journey they were flexible enough to amend the pick up time. Superb vehicle, very comfortable and a smooth ride. All in all an extremely professional organisation from initial enquiry to dropping us off. Highly recommended

We used DTS for an airport transfer for the first time on our recent holiday to Kos for our group of 6. Cannot recommend them enough. They were brilliant. Got a recommendation from a FB group back in UK for trf from/to the airport in Kos. Booking was easy & communication with DtsKos was excellent. On arrival our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, he was really friendly & we had no issues at all. During our stay we decided to visit Zia so I messaged DtsKos to see if they could take us & they could. Again our driver was really lovely & got us to Zia & picked us up again at the return time. The same driver also picked us up the next day for our transfer back to the airport. The vehicles used were very clean & presentable. Also the little gifts you get are a really lovely thought. Anyone going to Kos should definitely use DtsKos……. 10/10 👌🏼

Perfect trip

We used DTS company for a bus trip to a small village in the mountains. The bus came right on time, it is air-conditioned, very clean and comfortable and the driver is very polite and friendly. They also gave us a small present and the driver drove us very safe to the small village. It was a great experience.

I cant not fault this service .. if there more stars to give I would .. pick us from the airport with no hassle even after a 3 hour delay .. was so nice helped with bags talking to us .. such a nice man .. by my mistake I left my phone on the bus and the driver handed it into the police station at kos Airport .. DTS were so helpful and they supplied another bus to collect me from my hotel driver (Simon) I think he was so nice dropped me to the airport and walked in with me to show me were it was and stayed with me till I got my phone back and dropped me back to hotel .. and wen it was time to go back home driver helped us with our bags and talked to us all the way showing us sites and places in kos for our next trip there .. and the vans were so clean and supplied car seats for my toddler also .. 10 star rating

• Full payment is required at the booking time and should be made through DTS web site by credit, debit card or paypal.
• All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time. Prices can go up or down. We will be able to tell you the up-to-date price of your chosen transfer arrangements and of any other services advertised by us before confirming your booking to you.
• Bookings for travel arrangements will not be accepted less than 36 hours prior to the date of arrival.
• No contract between you and DTS will come into existence until DTS issue a booking reference number, booking confirmation by email, fax, or even post and receive full payment.
• When you fill in the booking form, our office will send you a personalized confirmation by email, fax, or even post, with the related rates for your private transfer or tour and the exact dates and times of our service.
• When advising details for the service you wish to book, it is your responsibility to ensure that all details sent to us are correct.
• All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
• Your booking is governed by Greek law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between DTS and you.
• Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
• Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to DTS in writing or by email as soon as possible. If you do not give us the opportunity to resolve any problem locally by reporting it to us, then we may be not able to deal positively with any complaint on your return.
• Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.
• DTS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.
• The durations of all transfers are representative of the driving time in average driving and traffic conditions.
• If our vehicle is unable for any kind of reason to pick you up from your requested point an alternative pick up point will be suggested to you in a timely manner.
• For services beginning from accommodation, please ensure that you are waiting at the appointed meeting point, as detailed on your voucher.
• For services beginning at airports, or ports, it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet our Driver or Representative at the appointed meeting point as detailed on your voucher. If you get to the meeting point earlier than the pre-arranged time please remain at the meeting point until our Driver comes to pick you up, or you can get in touch with us on arrival to give you further instructions.
• For services where you have luggage with you, it is your responsibility to ensure that correct info is been sent to DTS for the luggage service.
• If you have additional luggage with you, that will not fit in our provided vehicle, we will transport your additional items to your destination within one hour using another vehicle at no extra charge.
• DTS decline any responsibility of articles forgotten or lost in the vehicles.
• DTS reserve the right to alter itineraries or to cancel the tours at short notice for any reason.
• Where it is necessary to cancel the tour, you will be offered at least one of the following options: ** to join the requested tour at an alternative time or date. ** or to receive a full refund from DTS.
• The period and the time for all tours are mentioned in each decription of them.
• Private Sightseeing Tour with a Driver does not include any entrance fees and official guide.
• Where available, Private Sightseeing Tour may be conducted with a Driver providing the commentary whilst driving. You should note that although drivers are able to give commentary while driving, they may not be able to park the vehicle and accompany you inside specific attractions and they may not be permitted to conduct tours on foot, due to Greek guiding regulations. This option is therefore best suited to visitors looking for a city tour.
• For Private Sightseeing Tours with an official guide these are only available upon your requests.
• Our drivers will not assist you with your check in at your accommodation upon your arrival or your check in upon your departure.
• Tips are not included. These are at your discretion.
• DTS reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.

Cancellation Fees For Transfers and Tours

If you cancel your transfer or tour booking :

• 7 days prior to your booking, DTS refund the total amount of the booked transfer or tour services.
• 48 hours prior to your booking, DTS reserves the 50% of the total amount of the booked transfer or tour services.
• 24 hours prior to your booking, DTS reserves the entire amount of the booked transfer or tour services.
