The powder coated steel undercarriage support structure and vacuum-bonded construction provide a coach that will last for years, and there are eight sleek exterior paint options to make the coach your own. You'll love driving the Unity with its electronic stability control, adaptive cruise control, 9-speed automatic transmission with quieter noise levels and more comfort. Winkler, Manitoba, September 13, 2022 – Leisure Travel Vans today unveiled the all-new Murphy Bed Lounge, soon to be available on both the Unity and Wonder product lines.

Building on the success of the company’s flagship Unity Murphy Bed model, the new Murphy Bed Lounge offers a host of new features, refinements, and premium components. The new model also brings features such as a slide-out room and ducted air conditioning to the Wonder product line for the first time.

“The idea behind the Murphy Bed Lounge was to design a re-imagined, more contemporary version of our iconic Murphy Bed model and to offer it on both the Unity and Wonder product lines,” said Angelo Natuzzi, Lead Product Designer at Leisure Travel Vans. “We wanted to give our customers a more enjoyable RV with an updated, contemporary look, greater interior and exterior storage, and a brighter, more open feeling living area. I believe we accomplished this.”

Coming soon to both the Unity and Wonder product lines, the next-generation Murphy Bed Lounge offers a completely re-imagined layout based on LTV’s flagship Unity Murphy Bed model.

The Murphy Bed Lounge features an all-new patented Leisure Lounge system, redesigned modern interior with more natural light, and several new premium components.

One Model. Multiple Chassis Options.

Ford or Mercedes. Gas or diesel. With the Murphy Bed Lounge coming to both the Unity and Wonder product lines, customers can choose their preferred chassis. The new model will bring desirable features such as a slide-out room and ducted air conditioning to the Wonder for the first time.

Redesigned Leisure Lounge System

At the heart of the new model is the completely redesigned, patented Leisure Lounge system featuring upgraded dual reclining chairs, an updated dinette table system, and a large, panoramic window, drawing in an abundance of natural light in both day and night modes. The reclining chairs include power footrests that are now longer and offer better head support, providing comfort in every position. When night falls, fold the bed and sleep soundly or stare at the stars above on the luxurious, nearly king-size (65-inch x 74-inch) Murphy bed with built-in, adjustable headrests. Watch your favourite movie or show on the 40-inch TV and enjoy the high-quality sound from the standard sound bar and subwoofer. For those that can’t get enough of the outdoors, a new optional 40-inch outdoor TV with sound bar is available.

Re-imagined Layout

Although the overall concept remains the same as the original Unity Murphy Bed , the new Murphy Bed Lounge features a completely re-imagined layout. The result is a multitude of major and minor improvements, all adding up to a more enjoyable RVing experience.

The redesigned galley offers a new, integrated cubby system and a relocated pull-out pantry. In the slide-out, an innovative folding mechanism built into the Murphy bed reveals a large panoramic window, drawing in additional natural light to the front living area.

The rear lavatory is mirrored from the current Unity Murphy Bed and features a second, large, hanging wardrobe complete with adjustable and removable shelving. For space separation, an updated, residential-style, ultra-low-profile pocket door is found between the galley and lavatory. The flagship corner shower completes the generous, residential-sized dry bathroom.

Modern, Luxurious Interior

Modern European design and luxurious materials such as Ultraleather®, FENIX NTM®, Corian®, and Schatt decor cabinetry finishes are found throughout. An abundance of accent lighting allows the user to create a multitude of atmospheres, from extra bright to cozy, mood lighting. The futuristic ceiling panels provide soft, diffused lighting, as well as hide and integrate ceiling components for a modern look.

Truma Premium Climate Package

Adding even greater levels of comfort, convenience and utility to the RVing experience, several premium next-generation components are being piloted in the Murphy Bed Lounge. Utilizing German engineering, the ultra-quiet Truma Aventa air conditioner provides the perfect balance of cooling and humidity while minimizing noise in a contemporary, energy-efficient, low-profile design. Automatic cooling, air circulation, dehumidification, and night mode are just some of the convenient features of this brand-new air conditioning unit.

To ensure comfort in all temperatures, the Truma VarioHeat furnace has been added. The VarioHeat offers automatic heating power, and depending on the set temperature, operating levels will adapt to one of three levels. In night mode, the furnace runs reliably on the lowest, nearly inaudible level, allowing you to sleep soundly. Alternatively, by using the boost function, airflow is increased significantly to heat up your motorhome quickly.

A Solid Foundation

It has been said that you don’t know where you're going if you don’t know where you’ve been. For Triple E Recreational Vehicles, our journey started more than 50 years ago with a small 13 foot travel trailer.

2009 brought the introduction of the revolutionary Unity U24MB, which featured the first automated Murphy Bed in a 24' Class C motorhome based on the Sprinter chassis. The product name Unity was chosen to reflect the joining of Leisure Travel Vans and Triple E RV as it was the first product to be fully designed and manufactured after the consolidation of the two companies.

Everything We Know About the Mitford Sisters TV Series, Outrageous

Throughout much of the 1930s and '40s, the Mitford siblings—six sisters and one (less famous) brother—were a source of international fascination. Their scandalous exploits—one sister jilted her husband, the Guinness heir, and their children to run away with British Union of Fascists founder Oswald Mosely , another became known as Hitler's "muse," a third declared herself a communist while fighting fascism in Spain—made them tabloid darlings, a highly-politicized pre-television version of the reality TV families of today.

Given that Nancy's fictionalized version of her family has been adapted to the small screen multiples times (most recently in 2021's Lily James and Dominic West-starring version of Pursuit ) it seemed only a matter of time before the Mitfords themselves became the subject of a series, and that time has finally come.

In June, BritBox announced that a new series centered on the Mitford sisters had official entered production. Titled Outrageous, the series is being written by Sarah Williams, based on Mary S. Lovell’s biography The Mitford Girls , and promises to "bring the full, uncensored story of the Mitford sisters to the screen for the first time."

Here's what we know about the series so far.

Bridgerton 's Bessie Carter will play Nancy

Carter, who may be best known to fans as Prudence Featherington (and also happens to be the daughter of The Crown 's Imelda Staunton and Downton Abbey 's Jim Carter) will play the author whose stories helped rehabilitate her family's status as social pariahs. She will be joined by Joanna Vanderham as Diana Mitford, Shannon Watson as Unity Mitford, Zoe Brough as Jessica Mitford, Orla Hill as Deborah Mitford, and Isobel Jesper Jones as Pamela Mitford.

Other cast will include Toby Regbo as the lone Mitford brother, Tom, Anna Chancellor as the Mitford's mother, and James Purefoy as their father, as well as Joshua Sasse as Oswald Mosley, Jamie Blackley as Peter Rodd, James Musgrave as Hamish Erskine, Calam Lynch as Bryan Guinness, and Will Attenborough as Joss.

It's expected to debut in 2025.

While no exact dates have been announced yet, the series will reportedly air in North America via BritBox International some time next year.
