Got a ticket from GetAFlight

Got a ticket from GetAFlight. It was easy and quick and my reservation was booked quickly and received my E-ticket shortly after. Eva smith contacted me from GetAFlight to make sure i received my E-ticket for my flight and was lovely to mention if i needed any extra information i would be able to contact them. Overall had a good experience with GetAFlight.

Helpful and efficient when called

Started making a booking and then aborted online as concerned about the website as not used before. Devika called the contact number ( my son) so I then decided to call direct. From there Travies guided me through the purchase and once completed we finished through a series of emails. Overall an efficient process. I probably would not have gone through with the purchase on line had staff not been so proactive and helpful on the call.

Amazing service

Amazing service, which is typically rare with my luck! Austin picked up the phone immediately, dealt with my request so swiftly and was able to answer everyone of my queries along the way. He was kind enough to stay with me on the phone throughout the whole process and even call me back to ensure I had received my ticket. I genuinely wish every customer service interaction I have could be with Austin.

I purchased my ticket through a PH Travel Ltd. travel…

I purchased my ticket through a travel website that had great reviews & after buying my ticket I called them to arrange a wheelchair. This company was offering my return to Thailand at a very reasonable price & followed up to ensure I had received my e-ticket. I mentioned I had booked a wheelchair & they quickly followed this up to confirm to me it was ordered. Perfect service & grateful for such an easy process.

Very helpful service when booking flights to the USA. I then received a WhatsApp message 2 days later asking if I had received my tickets and was there anything else I needed help with. I have to say I was very pleased with this personal touch. Reassurance was given re any concerns I had with my booking. Will defo book with this company again 👍

Book with someone reputable instead

Refused to refund the air passenger duty for a flight I was unable to take - then claimed there was a £75 per person cancellation fee. 3 months later and the case is currently with the Ombudsman. They also trade as "getaflight" so I'd avoid them too.

Alina of PH Travel-London very helpful.

Alina of PH Travel/Voliamo London was very helpful today in booking my flight tickets to Manila. I booked online then she called to confirm my booking further. She was very accomodating and kind in her approach and I appreciated that she was patient with me as I tend to be really slow typing details at times. She is also very reassuring making me trust that this transaction is legitimate and valid as I had a trauma on scam calls involving money. She also helped me book the cheapest flight available so I can save more money on this one. Thank you Alina and thank you PH Travel/Voliamo.
