Snowflake ski club, thanks for your participation,, hope to see you next season , snowflake office hours mon.-fri 9:30-4:30, september 1 - march 31.

We are committed to running trips safely and to providing a fun filled day of skiing.  Please take a few minutes to review the plans for this year.

• Ski areas  will have daily skier capacities and therefore limit the number of members we can bring on trips.  There are many days that we offer both a local trip and a long distance trip to allow for more options. 
• Bus Procedures   we are requesting that your child remains in your vehicle until staff checks them in. 

We are all excited to get out on the slopes and enjoy skiing! We are deeply committed to the safety of our members and our staff and plan to be proactive based on the latest information from health officials and our ski area partners. We want to thank you in advance for your patience, loyalty and understanding.

The Snowflake Club - Instructs boys and girls ages 8 through 18 how to ski and snowboard. While our primary purpose is to provide a fun-filled and exciting day of skiing, we also place emphasis on members taking lessons. Our ski school is certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA), and we use their teaching models for our lessons.

2023-24 Membership   Registration has reached capacity.

PURCHASE TRIPS

Only active members can purchase trips.  2023-24 trips now available (80% of capacity, limited availability).  As the season progresses, every Sunday evening @ 7:00pm the additional 20% capacity for the upcoming week's trips will be available for purchase.  Registration deadline for all trips is the Wednesday before the trip @ midnight.

The Snowflake Lodge

Killington, Vermont

The New Haven Ski Club lodge is located just off the Killington access road, minutes to the lifts. It operates as a nonprofit function of the New Haven Ski Club and is subsidized by membership dues. The Lodge has a comfortable interior one level. The unit has a living room with fireplace, a fully supplied kitchen, a dining area, three bedrooms and two baths. It comes equipped with cable TV, DVD, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a gas grill.

In-Season Weekdays (Nov 15-Mar 30)

In-season weekends (nov 15-mar 30), late-season weekdays (april and may), late-season weekends (april and may), guests (must be accompanied by a member), children 6-17 (must be accompanied by an adult member).

Children 18-20 (must be accompanied by an adult member)

Special Group Rates and Weekday Shares are Available

To maintain our reasonable rates, lodge users (including guests) are expected to clean up their bedroom areas and to help in cleaning common areas. A member volunteer will coordinate a sign-up list on weekends to ensure proper cleanup. During the week, lodge users are expected to clean all areas they use, no matter how long their stay.

Lodge users are expected to follow the NHSC House guidelines that are posted in the lodge and to abide by our lease regulations. They will be financially and personally responsible for any costs, damages, or losses that the NHSC incurs on their behalf. Nonmembers of the NHSC must be accompanied by a current member. Reservations and prepayment are always required.

• Our lease does not allow animals in the Lodge at any time.
• Reservations for children are approved by the Monthly Reservation Manager and are on a very limited basis. Minors under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult NH Ski Club member and are the responsibility of that member.
• Reservations are required for lodging at all times and will be taken on a space available basis. Preference is given to full weekend or full holiday reservations. Come to Thursday night meetings, or call the monthly reservation manager. Members may reserve at any time.
• A reservation is held with full payment . Reservations cancelled at least 7 days in advance of a weekend receive a credit toward another date during the current season. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days for a weekend will be credited at the discretion of the Monthly Lodge Manager. "No Shows" and early departures will not be credited.
