Maggie Rogers

I'm so glad I got to see her in a small venue; what a magical and powerful experience. This girl radiates happiness and joy and on top of all of that, she sounds great live! There was confetti, a disco ball, Neil Young, and lots of dancing. I don't think it would have had the same effect in a large or open space, definitely jump on any chance you have to see her before she really blows up! So much love!

Jon Hopkins

Hands down the best live concert I've been to in a long time. The newest album is a dream to hear live and this was made even better by the Audio-Visual effects, which were amazing! The venue is a really great space with a stunning sound system and tech. at hand - but really the credit goes to a fantastic artist who performed amazingly. Most of the setlist was from his newest release, but his editing and remix of these tracks and sneak peeks of some newer tracks made it even better!

Julia Jacklin

Julia’s assertive charm comes across in both her music and her on stage presence, the only difference being she is funnier in between her songs in which she contemplates what it means to be a woman viewed through her own lens, that of the men she’s loved, and of a perspective that shift as time goes on. Her voice is powerful and note perfect and especially enjoyable when she closed the show with an April Lavigne cover.

Mindblowing. Asskicking. No holds barred. Take no prisoners. These are the words that come to mind when I think about a Foals show. The first time I saw Foals was only after I had just listened to their song, "Spanish Sahara". Just that one song and my mind was made up. I needed to see them. Turns out that one song was merely a comma in the string of punctuations this band is capable of creating. That song is probably the tamest one they played, and I couldn't be more grateful. A strobe light show starts off their performance to the band members entering one by one. Then lead singer Yannis Phillippakis takes the stage, his signature black Travis Bean guitar in hand. He had a wireless setup for that guitar - a tipoff that I immediately recognized. This show was about to get insane. They ran through a few of their hits from their first album, "Mathletics", such as "Red Socks Pugie", and "Cassius". The crowd was in absolute hysterics. Ebbing and flowing with the music, people crowd surfing and ramming into each other. The song progressed into songs off their sophomore release, "Total Life Forever", where they played "Blue Blood", the aforementioned "Spanish Sahara", and the amped-up "Two Steps, Twice". Then mayhem. Yannis runs top speed and propels himself into the crowd (who were miraculously ready and caught him). All the while, Yannis continues playing his guitar. What happened next was a thing of beauty. Somehow, Yannis makes his way to the side of the venue and proceeds to climb up to the balcony level, and again, launches himself off into the crowd. In all my years, I've never seen someone with such a low fear of death or injury. Since this first performance I've seen Foals a number of times and they never disappoint. Even when they were added as a last minute addition to fill in for a band that canceled for Governor's Ball 2013, they managed to win over everyone at the festival, some saying they were the highlight of the entire event. Easily one of the best live acts I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Without a doubt, I have never danced, jumped, and sweat so much than when I am at a Foals show. Do yourself a favor, drop any plans you might have and go see Foals. Well worth it.

The War on Drugs

Grace is a highly underrated quality for a rock band to possess. When compared to other, more universal assets like rawness, volume and ability it might seem a little forgettable, but a band playing to the absolute best of their ability and making it look as natural as breathing can be the genesis of some truly unforgettable moments of live music. Not one band that I’ve seen sums this sight up as well as Philadelphia indie rockers The War on Drugs, and when it comes to their sold out show at the Koko, Camden’s most ornate venue, most traditional phrases describing a well played gig seem too violent to sum it up. They didn’t “smash it”, they didn’t “blow the roof off”, they didn’t “destroy the place”, they were far better than that. Make no mistake, Adam Granduciel and co played up a storm, their psychedelia inflected country-rock filling every inch of this beautiful venue but the atmosphere was unlike any gig I’ve been to in a very long time. The crowd lost themselves in the music in a way that didn’t lead to mindless moshing and crowd-surfing, the 1400 people were enraptured, moved by the music, not to the music. It was an experience as beautiful as it was exciting and anyone with a passing interest in this life affirming lunacy we call Rock and Roll should seek it out as soon as possible.

Arcade Fire

They say perfection doesn't exist, well that's wrong when it comes to Arcade Fire. The show was perfect, almost surreal- definitely the concert of the year by far. The set list on the Wednesday show was as of it was made for me, playing songs I never thought I would hear live, it was an emotional experience. The lighting, costumes, music transitions, props was amazing, and the boxing type ring stage was incredibly clever, allowing them to be closer to the fans and yet providing a different show on every side. Words can't explain what I felt during and after the concert, it was playful, clever, emotional, energetic- Such an amazing band, I'm so glad I found them- I don't know how I was alive before finding them. They have such an incredible stage presence, I really truly recommend seeing them if you have the chance- they unite all ages and create magic and unity.

Music artists

For new users looking to follow their favorite bands and performers, our Artists pages are often the best place to start.

Whether you're on our site, or using our free app for iPhone and Android, the Songkick artists search engine is the fastest and simplest way to keep track of who's doing what right now. Be the first to learn which acts are touring, when they might be playing a venue near you, and how to get tickets for any future shows you like the sound of.

Looking to discover someone new? Hey, you’re our kind of music fan. That's why we've also included upcoming Live Stream Concerts alongside our artist searches, meaning you can easily schedule a more casual drop-in from the comfort of your couch.

Since launching our first app back in 2007, you guys - the fans, the concert-goers, the musical explorers - have been at the very heart of everything we do here. Our dream and our drive was always to bring Songkick members closer than ever before to the sounds they love, and the people who create them. Simply put, we pride ourselves on being your direct link to the greatest music artists on the planet.

Who are they, exactly? Well, according to our members, that changes almost by the hour...so let's talk about how Songkick keeps you in the loop.

Best live artists

A quick glance at our Most Popular Artists chart might tell you a few key things about the sorts of music fans we vibe with. For starters, it shows just how varied our members' tastes are. Pop, rock, dance, hip-hop, indie/alt and R&B all feature heavily, alongside a whole bunch of underground genres and rising scenes.

No two of you are quite the same - and frankly, we love to see it! Any time you check in, our 'most popular artists worldwide' and 'trending artists this week' leaderboards always read like a line-up for the greatest, most diverse live festival on Earth.

Among the top searches and best-selling music artists on our global roster, you might find anyone from Rhianna, Coldplay, Eminem and Ed Sheeran, through to Drake, U2, Kanye West,

Maroon 5, Beyoncé, The Midnight, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris, Imagine Dragons, Justin Bieber - and that's barely looking outside the top 20.

After all, if the weekly race for a spot on our most popular charts tells us anything, it's that the whole concept of 'best live bands' is a tricky one to pin down. Everybody's looking for a completely different type of experience, every night of the year.

That's another thing we love about our users: you're incredible at keeping us on our toes. In return, we’ve made it our mission to help keep you on yours.

Find and follow your favorite artists on Songkick

When people talk about the 'best live bands in the world', a few big names will reliably come up time and time again. Just as crucially, there'll always be a good handful of newcomers, hot tips and total curveballs in there too.

For us and our members alike, that's a huge part of what keeps the live concert scene so fresh and exciting. There's nothing quite like the thrill of discovering a new favorite artist you'd previously never even heard of - and when that discovery involves a performer blowing you away with an incredible live show or streamed concert, the feeling is enhanced tenfold.

Songkick started out with the goal of helping you capture that moment as often as possible. Now, more than a decade into this, it's 100% what we're still about today.

New members visiting our site or downloading the app can use our powerful search tools to stay ahead of the game. Best known for their harmony-heavy California pop sound. With hits such as Elenore , She’d Rather Be With Me , It Ain’t Me Babe, You Showed Me and the title of the tour, Happy Together , the band ruled the airwaves in the late ‘60s. Ron Dante joins the group to delight with his own mega-hit, Sugar Sugar .

We are proud to present Jay and the Americans! Few groups have ever reached the musical heights with hits from 1962-1971. This group charted an amazing 5 Billboard Top 10 hits and 12 Top-20 hit records. Their breakout hit was She Cried . Their next chart hit was Only In America , which they followed with hit songs Come A Little Bit Closer , Cara Mia and This Magic Moment , which hit the Billboard Top 10.

10 FUNNY AND PUNNY TOUR NAMES

Written by emilee lindner / march 27, 2017.

Ozzy Osbourne’s Retirement Sucks Tour (1995)

Ozzy Osbourne’s thoughts on retirement were pretty clear when he made his comeback in 1995. The Black Sabbath singer had plotted his retirement from touring in 1992, when he was misdiagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and that year, he had renamed his No More Tears Tour to No More Tours Tour. But just three years later, Osbourne came back with his sixth album, Ozzmosis, and embarked on his Retirement Sucks Tour. The shows included future Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo and Mike Bordin, the former drummer of Faith No More. And with a straightforward tour name, it was obvious that Ozzy wasn’t ready to step away from his fans.

Drake's Would You Like A Tour? Tour (2013)

Drake asked, "Would You Like A Tour?" on Twitter in 2013, and shortly after, he was out playing arenas under that very moniker. Perhaps he couldn't think of a better name... or perhaps the rhetorical question epitomized Drake's place in pop culture. Do you want more Drake? Of course you do! Here's more Drake. Coming on tour with the 6 God was Future, Miguel, Jhené Aiko, PARTYNEXTDOOR and The Weeknd.

Ratt and Poison’s Ratt-Poison Tour (1987)

Those who were into hair metal back in 1987 might’ve been seen at the Ratt-Poison Tour. Yep, that’s right: a double bill of Ratt and Poison. It doesn’t get any punnier than that. In addition to the wordplay, Poison were touring in support of their debut album, Look What the Cat Dragged In, which was a little weird if you considered who they were touring with.

They Might Be Giants’ Don’t Tread On The Cut-Up Snake Tour (1992)

They Might Be Giants were named the official musical ambassadors for NASA International Space Year in 1992, after they named their fourth album for the Apollo 18 mission. The International Space Year was supposed to promote peaceful space exploration across the globe. Despite the theme, the band went for a more historical and rebellious label when it came to naming their tour. The Don’t Tread On The Cut-Up Snake World Tour is a reference to Benjamin Franklin's political "Join, Or Die" cartoon sporting a rattlesnake cut up into several pieces representing the colonies.

Sum 41’s Don’t Call It A Sum-Back Tour (2016)

When Sum 41 came back with their sixth album, 13 Voices, in 2016, they returned with a punny tour name as well. Perhaps riffing off Bury Your Dead’s Don’t Call It A Comeback Tour (or the famous line in LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out"), the Don’t Call It A Sum-Back Tour joked at the band’s short hiatus from the scene. We wouldn't expect anything less from the guys who once dubbed a slew of shows The Sum On Your Face Tour. Their comeback followed singer Deryck Whibley’s struggle with alcohol and a lineup change, but, like the tour name suggested, it was like they never left.

Peter Gabriel’s China 1984 Tour (1980)

At first glance, it may seem like Peter Gabriel’s China 1984 Tour seems blandly named and straightforward. Except the China 1984 tour took place in 1980. And, uh, not in China. The tour posters and merch were printed in Chinese, despite being sold in the U.K. That guy has an interesting sense of humor, huh?

Jethro Tull’s Oh No… Not Another 20 Years Of Jethro Tull (1988)

Jethro Tull celebrated its 20th anniversary with a tour in 1988, and while 20 years is a feat of for most bands, they poked fun at their age. Reports said that Ian Anderson was rolled onstage in a wheelchair as he played the opening flute riffs. Behind them, a banner read, "Oh No… Not Another 20 Years of Jethro Tull." The tour unofficially took that name. The fortune-telling banner had some truth to it, as Jethro Tull raged on for 26 more years until 2014.

5 Seconds of Summer’s Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour (2015)

5 Seconds of Summer took off on the Rock Out With Your Socks Out in 2015, with a tour name that paid homage to Red Hot Chili Peppers’ infamous naked socks routine. Although the subtle RCHP reference might have gone unnoticed by some fans, the title still matched the kooky fun-loving vibe the band put on in their marathon-length tour.

Mötley Crüe’s Anywhere There’s Electricity Tour (1994)

With powerful electric guitars and amplified rock, Mötley Crüe definitely need electricity to put on a show. They appropriately named their 1994 tour the Anywhere There’s Electricity Tour, which cruised around the Americas and Japan. The trek supported their 1994 self-titled album with a shake-up in the band’s roster. The venues included Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium, the now-demolished Starwood Amphitheater in Nashville and, well, any place that had a few electrical sockets.

Neil Young's Sponsored By Nobody Tour (1988)

A strong opponent of corporate sponsorship, Neil Young played off on sell-outs by naming his 1988 tour with The Bluenotes the Sponsored By Nobody Tour. Young had tie-dye shirts printed with "Sponsored By Nobody" on the back, as if they were T-shirts for an intramural softball team that forgot to get a sponsor.

Here’s how 12 of your favourite bands got their names

Posted: June 21, 2024 | Last updated: June 21, 2024

What's in a name? Well, when it comes to choosing the perfect moniker for anything - be it your kids, your pets or even your home - it's very important to get it right, if you want something that people will remember. And it's an even bigger deal when it comes to your favourite bands - the biggest acts in music both past and present will inevitably opt for a name that's easy to remember, trips off the tongue and has some very specific meaning to them. And of course they want it to stand out too - because if they do make it all the way to the top of the stardom ladder, the last thing they want is to have a ridiculous name. Read on to find out how some of the world's biggest acts - from decades gone by and the modern era - ended up choosing the names which have become very very famous indeed... (Picture: Ken McKay/REX/Shutterstock)

1. The Beatles

Linkin Park are best known as one of the 21st Century's biggest rock acts, notching up hits such as In The End and Numb, as well a a string of chart-topping albums. But what about that name? Well, American Songwriter reports that the group went through several different names - among them Xero, Hybrid Theory, Platinum Lotus Foundation and Plear - before they eventually honed in on Lincoln Park , which is a tribute to Santa Monica, home to band members Mike Shinoda, Rob Bourdon and Brad Delson. As for the spelling, Shinoda told the Huffington Post: 'We wanted to go with the presidential spelling but we chose L-i-n-k-i-n because we wanted to get the domain ‘.com.’ There really wasn’t a Google yet. So if you can imagine coming from that and everything that’s happened since then, we’ve had to roll with it and really stay in touch with our fans, stay in touch with the technology, and try and stay ahead of the curve' (Picture: Getty Images)

2. Linkin Park

You could barely move in the early part of the 90s for Take That, with the band racking up hits at a rate of knots - from Relight My Fire to Pray. But what of their name? There's no big mystery as to how they got it - having chosen it from a shortlist - but the five-piece, formed by manager Nigel Martin-Smith, didn't start out as Take That. Planet Radio revealed that alternative names included Kick It and The Cutest Rush, before they settled on the name which Gary Barlow has previously called 'the best of a bad bunch'. 'There have been times when we've been a bit embarrassed about our name,' Mark Owen told The Sun. 'We used to apologise when we introduced ourselves saying 'We're Take That' and thought we should be called something different' (Picture: The National Lottery)

3. Take That

There's been no escaping Coldplay over the past few decades, with Chris Martin's band clocking up hit after hit, playing to sold out stadiums across the world and, this year, becoming the first act ever to headline Glastonbury five times. Like many on this list, the band - who formed in 1996 during a University College London orientation week - began life with a different name altogether, with ABC News revealing they were originally known as Pectoralz and later changing their name to Starfish. Eventually they settles on the name Coldplay, inspired by the book Child's Reflection's, Cold Play by Philip Horky, after their UCL friend Tim Crompton decided not to use it for his own band (Picture: WireImage)

4. Coldplay

Kings Of Leon formed in 1999 and are still going strong - scoring hits such as Use Somebody and Sex On Fire, and nabbing one of the headline slots at BST Hyde Park this summer. In case you're still wondering who Leon is and why the band members are his kings though, well it's pretty straightforward. The band, which consists of brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill and their cousin Matthew, chose the name in tribute to their grandfather Leon, who was a unifying force in their family, and father Ivan 'Leon' Followill, a travelling Pentecostal Church preacher (Picture: Getty Images)

5. Kings Of Leon

They were one of the biggest bands of the 1980s, thanks classic hits including Hungry Like The Wolf, Rio, Wild Boys and The Reflex, and they're still going strong today. But just where does Duran Duran's repetitive-sounding moniker come from? Their official website explains that they named themselves after a character played by actor Milo O'Shea in the 1968 sci-fi classic Barbarella (which featured Jane Fonda in the title role). The character was actually called Dr Durand Durand, but with a slight tweak a legendary New Romantic outfit was born (Picture: Getty Images)

6. Duran Duran

The band that gave the world Beyonce, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland originally started out as Girls' Tyme all the way back in 1997, when they were a six piece consisting of Bey and Kelly as well as members LaTavia Roberson, Támar Davis, and Nikki and Nina Taylor. Having shrunk down to a trio with the addition of Michelle, they took their new name from, according to Beyonce, a passage in the Bible. 'We got the word destiny out of the Bible, but we couldn't trademark the name, so we added 'child', which is like a rebirth of destiny,' she explained in official autobiography Soul Survivors (Picture: Patrick Durand)

7. Destiny's Child

Matty Healy's band have become pretty famous over the past decade after a string of chart-topping albums. When it comes to their name, it's got nothing to do with any of them being born in 1975, for starters. In fact, the meaning is a little more literary than that, being taken from notes scribbled in a copy of Jack Kerouac's On The Road, which was given to Healy. 'I found a page of scribblings,' Healy explained to Fame Magazine. 'It wasn’t really disturbing or dark or anything… the important thing that stuck with me was that the page was dated 1st June. The 1975. At the time I just thought that the word ‘The’ preceding a date was a strong use of language. I never thought it would be something that would later come to be so important. When it came to naming the band, it was perfect' (Picture: Scott Legato/WireImage)

8. The 1975

Sheffield's finest might be one of the biggest rock acts in the country at the moment, but the origins of their moniker might still be a mystery to many. Mystery no more, it seems, as frontman Oli Sykes previously explained the name was inspired by a line in the Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise. 'Right at the end of the film — it might even be the very last line — Johnny Depp says, "Bring me that horizon,"' Sykes told Spin. 'That was really inspiring. I was still living with my parents in Sheffield, England, when the movie came out [in 2003]. For me and the band, playing music was always wrapped up with the idea of touring and traveling and seeing the rest of England and the rest of the world. We never thought doing that was possible, but that’s what we wanted to do. So that quote sort of stands in for our feeling of wanting to see what the planet had to offer' (Picture: Shirlaine Forrest)

9. Bring Me The Horizon

If Take That dominated the first half of the 90s then the Spice Girls ruled the second - and to this day Posh, Ginger, Scary, Baby and Sporty hit the headlines. Name, though? The Wannabe quintet were originally known as Touch, which Mel C told the Guardian was 'pretty bland', adding: 'We felt like we had to fit into a mold. And then we realized that we were quite different personalities, different to each other and to all the female groups in the past.' It was only after they changed management that the name Spice Girls was chosen, with rumours suggesting Geri came up with the name, but American Songwriter also saying that it may also have been inspired by an early recording the band made of a song called Sugar and Spice. Either way it's iconic (Picture: Getty Images)

10. Spice Girls

Can you believe Green Day have been going since 1986? No, we can't quite get our heads round it either because it's making us feel old. But we're still scratching our heads as to the origins of the American Idiot rockers' name. Well, according to Radio X it seems the band - consisting of members Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool and Mike Dint - were originally known as Sweet Children, but by 1989 needed to change their name to avoid confusion with another band, Sweet Baby. Hence Green Day, which according to band members is slang in the Bay Area, where they are from, for lying in bed doing nothing all day except smoking cannabis. Armstrong later said in 2001 he thought it was 'the worst band name in the world'. No arguing with how well-known it is, mind (Picture: Getty Images)

11. Green Day

Fun fact: The Killers' Mr Brightside is now the longest-running song in the UK singles chart never to reach number one, having notched up a massive 408 weeks on the Top 100 at the time of writing. Still, that's not the name of the band, is it? That came from another band, namely New Order - with The Killers being the name of a fictional group in the video for the synth-pop legends' 2001 single Crystal. (It appears on their drum kit, in case you're wondering). Brandon Flowers later told Radio X about his close encounter with New Order's Bernard Sumner, saying: 'I’m in the bathroom. I’m at the urinal. And Bernard Sumner, who’s one of my heroes, steps up next to me. And he starts singing Somebody Told Me in my ear. It was so surreal, you know? Was it a good rendition? It was decent, yeah! He can carry a tune' (Picture: WireImage)

12. The Killers

British Royal Guard

London’s got Taylor Swift on the brain! Buckingham Palace’s military band performed a rendition of the pop superstar’s 2014 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Shake It Off” recently, ahead of Swift’s first Eras Tour show at Wembley Stadium.

Taylor Swift Is Back on the Road: Here’s How to Get Tickets to The Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium…

“Can’t stop, won’t stop groovin’,” the royal family commented on the performance video — a play on the song’s lyrics — on Instagram Friday (June 21), hours ahead of Swift’s concert.

Trending on Billboard

“Coincidentally the motto of The Rifles is ‘Swift and Bold,'” the British Army also noted in the comments section.

Swift’s Eras Tour is set for three shows at Wembley Stadium June 21-23. Paramore is the special guest for all three shows, with METTE opening the kickoff concert, Griff the second show and Benson Boone the third.

The pop superstar just wrapped a show June 18 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, her first time performing in Wales. “That was truly out of control in the best way – looking out into that massive, bouncing, dancing sea of people… I’ll never forget it,” she captioned a carousel of photos on Instagram after the concert. “I’m absolutely living for these UK crowds.”

Swift, who kicked off the global Eras Tour in March 2023, recently shared with her fans that the long-running trek would be ending. During her June 13 performance in Liverpool, England, she told the crowd at Anfield Stadium, “The celebration of the 100th show means this is the very first time I’ve ever acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is going to end in December,” she said. “Like, that’s it.”

'Where Do We Go Now?:' Erie's First To Eleven hits road for East Coast tour

tour names bands

Erie's own First to Eleven is hosting a special show in Erie, bringing their "Where Do We Go Now?" tour home.

The Erie-based cover band kicked off their tour in April bringing their music to a number of major cities, including St. Louis, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo and Pittsburgh. First to Eleven's band that performs original music without Ryan Krysiak, Concrete Castles, released their most recent album "Brand New Me" in August 2023.

"We’re doing a few more cities, a few bigger rooms and kind of hitting some markets we never touched on before," said Audra Miller, the band's lead vocalist. "Our last tour was pretty much just the East Coast and now we’re doing more of the East Coast and making our way into the Midwest a little bit."

During the Erie show April 26 at BigBar, 14 E. 10th St., the band will partner up with another Erie band, Daytona Beach, and local musician Brooke Surgener.

The show at BigBar was a good fit for the band as it was scheduled close to their show in Pittsburgh.

“It kind of worked out that we already had a show booked at BigBar and it was in the tour, so I was like, 'Oh, we’re going to have to cancel that,'" said Ryan Krysiak, the band's bass guitarist. "Then I was looking at it and that was at the end of the tour and we’re in Pittsburgh the night before. It was like, why don’t we make it happen in Erie? We will keep that show and Daytona Beach has been doing really well at BigBar, as was First to Eleven, so let’s combine them and let’s go hard for this one show."

Preparing for tour and shows

Since 2023, First to Eleven has been pumping out cover songs aiming to add one cover a week to their repertoire.

These cover songs get uploaded to YouTube which help the band decide what the fans like and want to hear so they can create the setlists for tour.

More: From teen rockers to YouTube stars: Erie's First to Eleven at 1 million fans and growing

"It’s very random; it used to be top 40 songs at the beginning of our YouTube career," Miller said. "Once we started doing one cover a week it got a little easier because if one cover doesn’t do as well it’s okay because you have one coming out next week instead of a month later. So now it’s like we listen to the fans, and if there’s something they like, it’s like okay I guess we’ll try it. And if it’s a song we do that does really well we will do something in a similar genre or by a similar artist, or sometimes we will throw in random stuff that we want to try and see if it works."

From the setlist, the band then determines where the show goes from the perspective of the audience.

"For a longer bar show we will play for three hours so we have to pull out pretty much everything," Krysiak said. "That’s based off when you are at a bar you go through this process of like I’m just sitting and having my first drink like what do you want to hear during that set. Then a couple of drinks in you are feeling a little loose. What do you play then and what do you play at the end when you are ready to party."

One of their more popular songs that has done well with the audience, "Sweet Child of Mine" by Guns N' Roses, gave them the idea for their next tour name, "Where Do We Go Now?"

"Brooke (Surgener) came up with it, but our most popular cover on YouTube is 'Sweet Child of Mine.' So she was like you should just take a lyric from that song and name your tour after it, so that’s what we did," Miller said.

First to Eleven has a setlist filled with popular songs from Nickelback to ABBA to Queen and more.

Sometimes bands, including Nickelback , have shared First To Eleven's videos to their social media pages.

When will First To Eleven be in my area?

To find if First to Eleven will be in your area, check out their website firsttoeleven.com . Each show will have its own ticket link.

The band also offers a VIP ticket option which will include early admission, a Q&A before the show and more.

Can’t make the Erie show at BigBar? First to Eleven will be in Erie this summer. The band mentions that if you show up to a show you could be featured in one of their YouTube videos .

The "Where Do We Go Now?" tour goes from April to late August.

How do I get there – and home again?

Public transport is the best way to get to the RDS. Leave plenty of time to get to and from the venue.

The RDS Arena is well serviced by public transport. Bus, rail, Dart and Luas services can all bring you within walking distance of the venue.

Your ticket should tell you which of the three routes you should take to enter the venue. The red route services the Feuerzone and Grandstand via Simmonscourt Road. The blue route services the Anglesea stand and pitch standing via Anglesea Road. The yellow route also services pitch standing and accessible entry via Merrion Road. Walk clockwise to find the entrance noted on your ticket, and allow ample time for travelling to and getting into the concert.

Coaches must park in the RDS ground via Shrewsbury Road and must not drop passengers at any other point.

By Dart Lansdowne Road and Sandymount Dart stations are a 10- to 15-minute walk away, depending which entrance of the arena your gig ticket is for. If you’re coming by train from outside Dublin, change from your intercity service at Connolly or Pearse stations.

By Luas There is no direct route from the Luas to the RDS. However, the Luas connects at Connolly Station to the Dart system, which stops at both Lansdowne and Sandymount Dart stations, both of which are a short walk from the RDS.

The closest Luas stop is Ranelagh, which can be reached by taking the S2 bus from Merrion Road.

By bus Take Dublin Bus route 4, 7, 7a, 27X buses or take Go-Ahead Ireland buses 18 or S2.

There are also multiple routes serviced to and from the nearby Donnybrook Road, Bus Garage on the N11, which is only 10 minutes’ walking distance from the RDS. They are 46a , 145 , 7b , 7d , 39a , 84x , 116 and 155 .

For further information on local Dublin Bus routes, visit dublinbus.ie .

By car Parking is extremely limited around the RDS, which is in a residential area. Concert promoters have strongly encouraged fans to use public transport. If driving is your only option, there are car parks around the city centre near transport links that can take you the rest of the way. Cars parked illegally could be towed.

There is a limited amount of special needs parking in the RDS Arena, available via Aiken Promotions.

Parking restrictions and road closures will be on An Garda Síochána’s website.

Be aware while both entering and leaving the concert that the concert is on in a residential area, so behave appropriately.

  • Links 2-3-4
  • Asche zu Asche
  • Mein Herz brennt
  • Wiener Blut
  • Deutschland

Mosh pits will be monitored by an experienced team, and attendees are encouraged to be aware of their own personal safety before, during and after the event.

Can I take photographs at the concert?

Yes, but only with a smartphone or small digital camera (only 35mm cameras will be permitted). Cameras with detachable lenses, professional cameras and recording devices are not allowed.

What’s the weather forecast?

At the time of writing, weather is expected to be dry and fairly sunny with a few clouds on Sunday, with temperatures forecast to be between 13-18 degrees.

However, such is the unpredictability of Irish weather, concertgoers are encouraged to prepare for all conditions as this is an outdoor show. Think sun cream, layers, boots and the like.
