.No Problems with Hays travel all were problems with Silverseas I had passed the 350 days sailing but there seven free cruising days as I had passed 350 days of cruising With Silverseas I had a lletter from Silverseas, but apparentley it seem to be a problem .in the London Office. eventually it all got sorted. out. Holiday booking with Chase.
Chase was really helpful and patient with us..we got what we wanted almost immediately.He gave us lots of ideas for future holidays as well 😊 We also were asking about another holiday, but have put it on hold and Chase is going to see if he can come up with what we want.Also had a lovely chat with Kim about the holiday she had helped us with previously,and she shared her own recent holiday with us.This is far and away the best team anyone could wish for!!

We got exactly the holiday we wanted. I would have given 5 stars because the rep. tried hard to get us a holiday flying from Aberdeen but to get our destination we had to fly from Glasgow

Ease of booking
Visited with a view to booking a Newmarket holiday and arranged to meet with the visit rep from that company. We were early but while we waited, Susan the Manager helped with our queries. We had one particular request which she was able to assist with. We have used this branch before for currency and getting brochures. The staff are always very helpful.

Me and my boyfriend were getting overwhelmed with all the choices online and went to Hays Travel Berryden for some guidance as recommended by family. The two ladies Susan and Mackenzie were so helpful. We booked our holiday through them, and got a better deal including more extras with them than we would have alone. Will definitely be back 👍😊

Excellent Friendly service again!
Lewis was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. I came in to ask about a holiday I saw advertised in the window display, the cabin I asked about wasnt available but Lewis suggested an alternative option that was a better cabin but not much more expensive. I came back the next day to book it. Lewis's colleagues Susan and Abby were also really friendly and helpful too. I have booked a few holidays with Hays travel and always found all the staff happy to help and always so friendly

First Class Service 🌟
I’ve booked a couple of holidays now with Hays Travel at Berryden Park and they have been absolutely flawless. It’s Lewis who I normally speak with. He is very responsive, very knowledgeable and provides an excellent professional service. However, all the staff I’ve spoken with have always been very friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
