There are leaders and there's everyone else. At the Lehigh Valley Patriot Flames, we take immense pride in our quality coaching at every level.  The coaching staff is well supported and well trained.  Many of our coaches regularly attend yearly coaching clinics in order to be a better leader for their team. It's that training and commitment to improving that our coaches impart upon our players.

Dedication to improving our knowledge of the game and our skill at coaching it is passed directly to our players who embody those attributes. As a result, while not focusing solely on wins, we have achieved tremendous success on the regional and national level. The Lehigh Valley Patriot Flames have ranked near or at the top in the tri-state area for tournament wins and first place finishes for  well over two decades.

When you're dealing with an region filled with new travel teams,  your program and training can be the difference between domination and just treading water. Winning isn't the only thing, but we don't work this hard to lose.  At Lehigh Valley Patriot Flames, we're continually finding the best new ways to improve play, strength and teamwork.

The Lehigh Valley Patriot Flames believe that our greatest contribution is in teaching young people the values of competition: to make a commitment, work hard, strive for excellence, sacrifice to make the team better, and be the best you can be as a person and as an athlete.

We believe that our job is to develop the total person, and not just the athlete. Our players learn to respect the game of fastpitch softball and all who are involved in it. Our idea of a perfect game is one in which only the players and the game are noticed; the coaches and umpires seem to disappear. Softball is fun because of the relationships that are formed on the field, the team unity, and the ability to accomplish a common goal together as a team. While a member of Lehigh Valley Patriot Flames, our players will learn about commitment, success, trust, respect, pride, tradition, attitude, motivation, responsibility, discipline, mental toughness and integrity.

We offer competitive travel teams that attend the best events in the country as well as elite instruction from our notable list of coaches & trainers. Furthermore, we offer year round training and Spring/Summer/Fall travel baseball seasons.  Come be part of the area's premier travel baseball program that is grounded in skill development, dedicated to excellence, committed to personal growth and service to our community, and instills a blue collar work-ethic that is consistent across all age levels!

Lehigh Valley baseball: 8 players to watch as league and district playoffs approach

After spending a good chunk of the season playing in cold and often rainy conditions, the high school baseball players will finally get to enjoy warmer, if no downright sultry conditions this week as the regular season grinds toward a close. The Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and Colonial League schedules will end early next week and the eight-team EPC tournament is set to start on May 9, the Colonial League following day.
