Very helpful and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever you're looking for. I don't ride a bicycle but I ride electric scooters. Handlebar mirrors are too narrow for a scooter so they showed me some other options for helmet mirrors and such. Even offered to special order a mirror for me and they have enough staff on shift to tend to every customer individually which is something I highly appreciate.

I purchased the bike online on Trek and it how's in stock at this shop. However it was very slow delivery and keeps delaying. The shop does not even pick up the phone. Very disappointing experience.

We recently brought in an old bike for a make over. Claire was so patient and gave us such good information to us. We got their tier 2 maintenance package on our old bike and it looks like new now. When we came to pick up the bike, Chris (Store Manager?) gave us even more great information and assured us that we should feel free to ask them any questions we might have. I will definitely be at this shop again.

The team at the Redmond Trek are incredible. Not only friendly but they know the bikes and are expert at providing guidance on what's the best type of bike for you. Both Seth and Jay have been a pleasure to get to know and test out bikes and Seth's ability to help you through a decision process on bikes is second to none. They clearly go the extra mile to help you in anyway they can. Highly Recommended.

Great shop with bike experts!! I have been to this shop many times for servicing and buying equipment for the bikes and every time i have found the folks here to be very friendly and honest. Andrew in particular was very helpful in providing right suggestions with best interest of the biker in mind. When i was struggling to install an equipment Andrew took the time to look at the equipment and helped me install it correctly.

I purchased a bicycle off Amazon for the wife's birthday and it arrived in need of some repairs (damaged in shipping). I could either return it to Amazon and wait nearly 6 weeks for a new one or take it to a repair shop. After calling around, Trek was the best location to bring the bicycle to for prompt service at a reasonable price. The location is easy to find and has sufficient parking out back. They provided an honest estimate up front with an offer to call if they discovered they needed to do additional work. The shop is well stocked with sufficient cycling supplies, mostly for high end bikes, but they work on all sorts of cycles. The repairs were completed on time for just under the estimated cost. Service was fantastic, communication was prompt, and I felt that they valued me as a customer even though I had a regular bike compared to a really nice trekking one. Some day I will upgrade to a trekking bike and when I do, I will get it from here.

Awesome bike shop! The staff are over the top helpful. Tons of real, good advice. They care about you, have a passion for biking, and give great advice to care for your wallet. Trek makes great bikes. And, yes, they can get pricy, but I like that this team doesn't want to "oversell", they definitely want you to be happy. Bonus points for managing safe visits, always actively thinking about the distance and zone for each customer. Easy high-5 to the team at this store, and definitely recommend.

COVID or no COVID, this place is AMAZING. Bikes are in high demand and short supply these days, and this place makes it as easy as possible for you to get the bike you've always wanted. The people working there are all extremely knowledgeable and love biking more than anything. I got a new Trek EX 9.8 and the whole experience was extremely smooth and now I'm riding trails 4 times a week. Please give this place a chance if you're in the market for a new bike, they will do everything in their power to get you riding the perfect bike ASAP.

This is a great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the end result is very sad. I purchased Dual Sport 3 in 2019, size L, sized by the store reps solely based on my height. The test at the time of purchasing was: "go see if it feels comfortable" - and it did, the ride was very comfortable. However, something was off, and I was not sure what. Turns out the standover clearance is negative. At the time I thought this was expected for a hybrid bike, but recently, since it bothered me, I read about it, and apparently this is bad - there should be 1-2 inch standover clearance. So, this is a very basic requirement, but they missed it completely when sizing the bike. Now I have to explore either installing smaller wheels, or selling this nearly unused bike and buying another one of a proper size and with proper standover clearance. Come on, Trek reps, you should not have missed such a basic sizing issue ...

Wow! Finally a shop that has fantastic mechanics who know their stuff. I ride a very finicky trek speed concept and even some other trek stores haven't done great work. This shop has true professionals/experts. They've earned my loyalty and business. I won't be taking brutus anywhere else!
