Photos from Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Paris show reveal new Tortured Poets Department outfits
Taylor Swift's two-year world tour has resumed after the release of her new album Tortured Poets Department, with the European leg kicking off in Paris.Â
Swift's Eras Tour began in March last year, with dozens and dozens of shows since then.Â
Given it has been going on for so long, fans have compiled comprehensive information about set list and costumes for the tour.
There are slight variations at her shows, with some slots in her set list for what fans have dubbed "surprise songs".
And she's worn various iterations of the same costume.Â
However, generally speaking, the shows have been pretty much the same each time. Â
But, because this was her first show since Tortured Poets Department, there was much speculation about how different it would be from previous shows .Â
So there was a lot of focus on Thursday night's show in the La Defense Arena in the French capital.Â
New outfitsÂ
Swift wore a white dress with lyrics to Tortured Poets Department songs on it, with the structured fabric looking like pages of paper.Â
She incorporated an on-stage costume change into her act.
Swift took off the white dress to reveal a sparkly black two-piece, throwing a gold jacket over the top.Â
We'd not seen that on stage before.Â
But there were also changes to regular costumes â including the colours in the Lover bodysuit and the slogan on the T-shirt she wears while singing the song 22.Â
Previous iterations of that shirt had said "WHO'S TAYLOR SWIFT ANYWAY? EW." and "WE ARE NEVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER LIKE EVER".Â
New set list
We didn't have an ABC reporter on the ground in Paris to compare the set list to her Australian shows.Â
So for news on this front we went to a social media account run by an anonymous Taylor Swift fan for updates.Â
That may sound fraught, but @tswifterastour has become the authoritative â albeit unofficial â voice on all things Eras Tour, with more than half a million followers. ( Cosmopolitan did a great interview with the person behind this account, if you're interested .)
It's the account behind that "seemingly ranch" tweet that went viral last year, if that means anything to you.
Then we cross-referenced that with a report from the BBC .Â
What new songs are on the Eras Tour set list?Â
Here are the new songs that Swift performed in Paris on Thursday night:
- But Daddy I Love Him
- So High School
- Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me?
- The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived
- I Can Do It With a Broken Heart
What songs were cut?Â
Here are the songs that used to feature on the set list but weren't played by Swift:
- The Archer (Lover)
- Long Live (Speak Now)
- The 1 (Folklore)
- The last great American dynasty (Folklore)
- 'Tis the damn season (Evermore)
- Tolerate it (Evermore)
And with new songs came new dance numbers and props.

Live from Paris: Taylor Swift adds 'Tortured Poets' songs to Eras Tour in France
PARIS, France â The Chairman jump-started her tour after a two-month hiatus, and anticipation was high over whether Taylor Swift would incorporate her 11th era album into the Eras Tour set at La DeÌfense Arena on Thursday.
She did and then some.
Swift extended the set list by one track to land at 46 songs. But many changes were made along the way. She added a new era for "The Tortured Poets Department," cut a handful of songs and rearranged most of the eras including combining the sets for "Folklore" and "Evermore."
She also debuted a number of new outfits along the way.
Delivering all the updates were Bryan West, the USA TODAY Network's full-time Taylor Swift reporter, from inside La DeÌfense Arena in Paris, with Swiftie and trending reporter Anthony Robledo assisting from his desk.

'Midnights' set follows secret songs
Swift stuck to her original set list for the "Midnights" era by singing "Lavender Haze," "Anti-Hero" and "Midnight Rain." She ended the night with a triumphant rendition of "Karma" as usual.
'loml' is second secret song
Fans got one more taste of "The Tortured Poets Department" when Swift played the heartbreaking song "loml" on the piano during her secret set.
'Paris' is a secret song, of course
Swift started her secret set with "Paris," a bonus song from her "Midnights" album.
'Tortured Poets' set list
Swift played these songs from her newest album:
- "But Daddy I Love Him"
- "So High School"
- "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me"
- "Fortnight"
- "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived"
- "I Can Do It with a Broken Heart"
New 'Tortured Poets' set is here
Toward the end of her show, Swift officially launched the long-awaited âThe Tortured Poets Departmentâ section of the tour after the 1989 era.
Swift performed the track âBut Daddy I Love Himâ off the April 19 album for her ecstatic fans while wearing a new beige dress with cursive letters. Â
A road spiraled down the catwalk in an animation to initiate the era. The background animation showed a deserted road while large cages animated and fell on the road.
âOh my god you should see your faces,â she sang.
She quickly segued into a brief moment of âSo High School,â the beloved track speculated to be about her romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. She quickly performed the powerhouse anthem âWhoâs Afraid of Little Old Me.â
Swift switched to âDown Badâ before seamlessly transitioning into the lead single âFortnight.â Stage production recreated an asylum that resembled the music video for the song with Post Malone, recorded harmony played concluding the song.Â
Dancers entered the stage in a marching band style format playing drums as she performed the wrath-fueled song âThe Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.â Jan Ravnik and Kameron Saunders then revived Swift in a jazzy skit to set up âI Can Do With A Broken Heart,â where she debuted another new outfit.Â
âThe Endâ text displayed wrapping up the era thatâs likely here to stay. Other beloved tracks like âGuilty As Sinâ and âFlorida!â did not make the cut.
New '1989' outfit
Swift never goes out of Style. During her â1989â set, she debuted a new, sequined outfit of blue and pink. Her sparkly shoes matched with a different colored heel on each. For the bridge of âBlank Space,â the crowd started chanting in Sydney, Australia, âSyd-neyâ as a nod to the 1989 World Tour concert movie where Swift would chant the name of the city she was in after hitting a pole with a club two times. Singapore followed the chant and Taylor Nation tweeted they want every city to incorporate the fan-fueled chant. In Paris, thousands chanted âPar-ee,â the French way to say the capital city.
Swift made no cuts to the "1989" set.
Four songs cut from 'Folklore' and 'Evermore'
The new set list cut four tracks from the "Folklore" and "Evermore" eras:
- "'Tis the Damn Season"
- "Tolerate It"
- "The Last Great American Dynasty"
The combined set included eight songs altogether and wrapped up with "Willow."
'Folkmore' set debuts
Swift revealed she merged the 2020 pandemic albums âFolkloreâ and âEvermoreâ into one section. She told fans she wrote âFolkloreâ to represent spring and summer with âEvermoreâ representing fall and winter in what she always considered sister albums.
âOn the Eras Tour we have now reunited the sisters, combined them into one chapter,â she said. âYou can call it whatever you want as long as you promise to sing âChampagne Problemsâ with me.â
'Folklore' set: 'Cardigan' makes the cut
Many fans had speculated "Cardigan" would be cut from the set list. But Swift actually moved it to the top of the "Folklore" set.
Up next: 'Reputation'
Swift kicked off her fifth set with "Ready for It?"
Another surprise: 'Speak Now' era comes fourth
Swift updated her "Speak Now" set with an intro dance featuring Raphael Thomas and eight other dancers wearing flowy purple dresses. She then sang "Enchanted."
Fan favorite track "Long Live" was cut from the set list.
Order of eras changed
After a fairly routine "Fearless" set, Swift altered her concert by including the âRedâ era third instead of the expected âEvermoreâ set. Previously, "Red" came fifth.
With a new shirt that read âThis Is Not Taylorâs Version,â the singer performed "22" and showed her audience that they needed to leave any expectations at home.Â
The relocated "Red" set included the same four songs: "22," "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," "I Knew You Were Trouble" and "All Too Well (10-Minute Version)."
Beflore playing âAll Too Well (10 Minute Version),â Swift talked about bringing all of her favorite memories to France. She did her 2019 âLoverâ live show here but hadnât brought a tour to the country since the Speak Now World Tour 13 years ago.âI cannot thank you enough. Iâm so moved," she said.
Follow along with set list changes here .
First set list change
Swift cut "The Archer" from her "Lover" set before beginning her "Fearless" set in a silver and black minidress as opposed to her classic gold one. A graphic showed her "Lover" house with a new addition in the attic for "The Tortured Poets Department." Her "Fearless" set remained the same with "Fearless," "You Belong With Me" and "Love Story."

'Je m'appelle Taylor'
In her monologue before playing the song "Lover," Swift said the night would span 18 years of music. Previously, the concert covered 16 years. Get ready for a "The Tortured Poets Department" addition some time tonight.
She confirmed the tour would still go era by era, and also spoke about how Paramore is a band she idolized since she was a teenager. She ended with some French: "Je m'appelle Taylor."
First new outfit
Swift debuted a new, orange bodysuit and jacket for the "Lover" set.
Snippet of 'Tortured Poets' in intro
A snippet of the song "The Tortured Poets Department" was included in the intro music Swift kicks the concert off with. Is she foreshadowing other changes ahead? It seems likely.
Taylor Swift takes the stage
Swift took the stage about 8 p.m. in Paris (2 p.m. ET) to relaunch her Eras Tour in Europe. She kicked it off with a countdown clock and the Lesley Gore song "You Don't Own Me" as usual. Then she began her "Lover" set with "Miss Americana."
Paramore covers Blondie, Talking Heads in Paris set list
At the Paris show Thursday, Paramore energized fans with eight tracks including their cover off the upcoming âStop Making Senseâ tribute album out May 17 featuring artists like Miley Cyrus and Lorde.
Debuting a blond mullet, lead singer Hayley Williams encouraged fans to dance without fear of judgment ahead of Swiftâs performance.
âEnjoy your time with Miss Taylor, we will see you next time,â Williams said.Â
Paramore's set list included:
- "Hard Times"
- "Burning Down the House" (Talking Heads cover)Â
- "Caught in the Middle"
- âBrick by Boring Brickâ
- âThe Only Exceptionâ
- âThatâs What You Getâ
- âAin't It Funâ
- âThis Is Whyâ
Paramore begins their set
At about 6:45 p.m. in Paris (12:45 p.m. ET), Paramore began their set, officially restarting the second year of the historic Eras Tour. Lead singer Hayley Williams sported a new, blond mullet hairdo.
Paramore opens European leg of Eras Tour
The American rock band is joining Swift on her European leg of 51 shows. Paramore also opened the show for two nights in Glendale, Arizona, in 2023. Their setlist then included nine songs:
- "This Is Why"
- "Thatâs What You Get"
- "The Only Exception"
- "Still Into You"
- "Rose-Colored Boy"
- "Misery Business"
- "Ainât It Fun"
Where to watch the Eras Tour livestreams

Taylor Swift Adds TTPD Songs (and Subtracts Others) from Eras Tour Setlist as European Leg Kicks Off in Paris
The singer's May 9 show marks her first since releasing 'The Tortured Poets Department' â see all the setlist changes

- Taylor Swift resumed her Eras Tour in Paris on May 9
- The concert marked her first since releasing her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department
- She added songs from TTPD to the tour setlist, while removing a handful of other album tracks throughout the show
Taylor Swift is back and better than ever!
After a nearly two-month break from her historic Eras Tour , during which she released her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department , the singer has taken the stage once again, and this time, sheâs in Europe.
The pop star, 34, took the stage at Paris La DĂ©fense Arena in France on May 9 to perform her career-spanning set list â which has been edited to make room for TTPD tracks, meaning some others have been cut (at least for now). New outfits, set pieces and choreography were also present.
Fans realized they were in for a fresh Eras Tour experience when the concert's introduction video was changed to include a TTPD section of the Lover house representing each of Swift's eras.
As per usual, she opened the show Thursday with the Lover section â but skipped "The Archer." From there, the Grammy winner went into Fearless followed by Red , performing the sections in a different order than during the previous tour legs. Another nod to the setlist switch-ups? Swift sported a t-shirt that read, "This Is Not Taylor's Version," while performing "22."

Next came the Speak Now section, and she removed "Long Live," which was initially added following the July 2023 release of the album's rerecorded Taylor's Version .
The Reputation segment then arrived, followed by a combined Folklore and Evermore section with "The 1," "The Last Great American Dynasty," "Tolerate It" and "'Tis the Damn Season" getting cut.
"I have always talked about Folklore and Evermore as sister albums," explained Swift on stage. "On the Eras Tour, we have reunited the sisters, combined them into one chapter, you can call it 'Folkmore,' 'Everlore,' you can call it whatever you want as long as you promise to sing 'Champagne Problems' really loud."
The 1989 section came afterwards, and then The Tortured Poets Department . The section highlighting Swift's latest album featured "But Daddy I Love Him," "So High School," "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me," "Down Bad," "Fortnight," "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived" and "I Can Do It with a Broken Heart."
Swift then performed two surprise songs: "Paris" from Midnights and "loml" from TTPD .
The show concluded with the Midnights section, with all seven tracks from previous shows remaining in the setlist.

Since Swift's last round of Eras Tour shows in Singapore in March â which the pop star dubbed an âunforgettable way to end this leg of the tourâ â she has kept busy, attending Coachella , enjoying date nights with boyfriend Travis Kelce and, of course, releasing her latest album.

The âFlorida!!!â singer will play three more shows at the Paris La DĂ©fense Arena on May 10, 11 and 12 before heading to the rest of her May tour stops, which include Stockholm, Lisbon and Madrid.
Then, the Eras Tourâs European leg will continue, returning to France (Lyon this time!) and hitting the U.K. before heading to Dublin in late June.
Swift will continue performing in Europe throughout the summer before wrapping in London in August and heading back to North America for a slew of shows in Toronto and, finally, Vancouver.
Taylor Swift debuted a whole new designer wardrobe at the first European Eras Tour show
- Taylor Swift kicked off the European leg of her Eras Tour with a new set of designer outfits.
- Those looks included Versace leotards, Louboutin boots, and a custom Vivienne Westwood dress.
- Some of the outfits are new versions of ensembles she's worn in the past.
Taylor Swift's Eras Tour continues to get bigger and better.
During the first show of its European leg â hosted in Nanterre, France, on Thursday â Swift stepped onstage in a new Versace leotard and matching Louboutin boots.
The designer outfit is one of multiple high-end looks Swift has added to her updated show, which now includes songs from her latest album "The Tortured Poets Department."
And each new ensemble is arguably better than the last, with leotards covered in crystals and gowns printed with her song lyrics.
They're outfits fit for a billionaire , which Swift became largely thanks to her massive tour. Here's a look at what she wore.
Taylor Swift stepped onstage in Nanterre, France, wearing an eye-catching orange bodysuit.
Swift has been wearing custom Versace bodysuits during the "Lover" portion of her shows since the start of the Eras Tour.
But her newest version is one of her brightest, covered in orange crystals and large magenta sequins.
She wore the form-fitting piece with knee-high Christian Louboutin boots and a gold Versace necklace.
She later added a sparkling blazer in the same bright shade.
A performance of "The Man" wouldn't be complete without Swift adding a glittering blazer to her outfit.
So, for her first Eras Tour show in France, the 34-year-old debuted a new version of the Versace design: a double-breasted jacket covered in orange sparkles.
She paid homage to her original "Fearless" era in a new dress-style bodysuit.
Fringe-covered minidresses hold a special place in the hearts of longtime Swifties, who saw Swift wear them regularly during her "Fearless" tour in 2009 and 2010.
So, it's fitting that she's consistently brought them back throughout the Eras Tour.
In France, Swift stepped onstage in a black bodysuit covered in silver, gold, and white fringe that made the piece look like a dress. She wore the metallic piece with sparkling Louboutin boots and her signature red lipstick.
It's unclear who designed the newest suit, but fashion house Roberto Cavalli has created Swift's other fringe pieces for the "Fearless" set of the Eras Tour.
Swift nodded to her business dealings during the "Red" set.
Each night of the Eras Tour, Swift begins the "Red" portion of her show wearing a sparkling graphic T-shirt similar to the one she wore in the 2013 music video for "22."
One is a replica that says, "Not a lot going on at the moment," while other versions are more playful with phrases like, "Who's Taylor Swift anyway? Ew."
However, the one she wore in France featured an entirely new message: "This is not Taylor's Version."
The T-shirt references Swift's ongoing project of re-recording her past albums after the original masters were acquired by Scooter Braun and the fans who regularly urge radio stations and casual listeners to switch to "Taylor's Versions" of songs.
The new shirt and others Swift has worn on the Eras Tour were custom-made for her by Ashish Gupta.
Swift combined her "Folklore" and "Evermore" sets and wore a new dress during the merged eras.
Alberta Ferretti has designed all of Swift's "Folklore" dresses throughout the Eras Tour, including the flowing white piece she's seen wearing in her 2023 concert film.
The new version she wore in France on Thursday appears to be the same silhouette as the latter garment but in a new yellow shade.
It features a tiered skirt, flowing long sleeves, and delicate swirls of sparkles and microbeads.
The "1989" portion of her show got an upgrade in the form of a new outfit.
Beaded, two-piece sets from Roberto Cavalli have been Swift's "1989" uniform on the Eras Tour.
But in France, Swift swapped the fringed pieces for a bedazzled pink crop top, a blue ombré skirt, and ankle boots in both colors. The outfit seemingly referenced similar ones Swift wore on her "1989" tour in 2015.
The fashion house is also responsible for this look, with creative director Fausto Puglisi adding a leopard-head embellishment in the middle of its neckline.
Cavalli was widely known as the "Leopard King" before he died in April.
A new "Tortured Poets Department" set called for multiple new outfits, including a dramatic gown.
To match the moody aesthetic of her new album and reference her "Fortnight" music video, Swift donned a custom Vivienne Westwood gown.
It featured a sleeveless, structured bodice, a high-low skirt, and lyrics from "The Tortured Poets Department" printed across it.
Swift wore the dress with white ankle boots from Christian Louboutin.
She later added a military jacket.
While performing "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived," Swift and her dancers wore 18th-century-style military jackets in a stark white shade.
The outerwear featured thick sleeves, bodice buttons, and fringed epaulets.
Toward the end of the "Tortured Poets" set, Swift performed an onstage quick change.
In the style of a silent movie, Swift and her dancers acted out a scene in which a heartbroken Swift had to get dressed for a concert.
The two suit-clad performers helped Swift remove her jacket, and she slid off her dress to reveal a black bralette and high-waisted bottoms. They then handed her a gold duster that matched her new dance shoes.
She wore the showgirl-style outfit to perform "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart."
Swift surprised fans with two acoustic songs and a new dress.
Swift has worn custom pieces from Jessica Jones to perform surprise acoustic songs throughout the Eras Tour.
It's unclear if the designer created her latest look, but Swift's pink dress was all new.
It was sleeveless with a wrapped ruched bodice and a high-low skirt.
In true "Midnights" fashion, Swift was bejeweled by the show's end.
Zuhair Murad designed her latest "Midnights" bodysuit. It featured a halter neckline, a diamond chest cutout, smaller slits at the waist, fringe across its hem, and an intricate beaded pattern across the garment.
Swift wore the daring piece with knee-high boots, fishnet tights, and her now-signature garter in a matching blue fabric.

Fans will certainly be analysing this eveningâs performance for some time.
New setlist, new performances, new outfits â while some songs were cut.
First Europe show ends
âI love you so much,â Taylor tells the crowd in the Paris arena, closing the first night of the Europe leg of her Eras tour, where she revamped her setlist and performed new music for the first time.
Taylor is singing Karma.
âCause karma is my boyfriend Karma is a god Karma is the breeze in my hair on the weekend Karmaâs a relaxing thought Arenât you envious that for you itâs not? Sweet like honey, karma is a cat Purring in my lap âcause it loves me Flexing like a goddamn acrobat Me and karma vibe like that
Weâre on the last song :(
âThis has been an unforgettable night in Paris, we love you so much!â Taylor tells the audience.
Weâre close to the end of the showâŠ
Taylor is now singing Mastermind. Love these lyrics:
What if I told you none of it was accidental And the first night that you saw me, nothing was gonna stop me? I laid the groundwork and then, just like clockwork The dominoes cascaded in a line
âSo on the weekends She donât dress for friends Lately sheâs been dressing for revengeâ
Sheâs moved to Vigilante Shit.
And hereâs footage from the earlier TTDP set:

Midnight Rain is up now.
âItâs me, hi, Iâm the problem, itâs me At tea time, everybody agrees Iâll stare directly at the sun but never in the mirror It must be exhausting always rooting for the anti-heroâ

Anticipation hung in the air inside Paris’ La Défense Arena on Thursday night as a clock counted down to Taylor Swift ‘s first European date of the Eras Tour .
Yes, the record-breaking tour had been running for over a year and was very well-documented — Swift even released a concert film of it in October that is now streaming on Disney+ — but tonight was different. Just under a month ago, during a break from the tour, Swift had released her 11th studio album, “ The Tortured Poets Department ,” and this show would mark its live debut.
Popular on Variety
Heading into the “Speak Now” era, Swift debuted a new intro with purple flower visuals, cut “Long Live” and went back to just doing “Enchanted” as the sole song of that album’s set. The “Reputation” era remained unchanged, with Swift even sticking to the same outfit as before — an asymmetrical black-and-red snake bodysuit.
As unfamiliar visuals came across the screen, it became clear that it was now time for “The Tortured Poets Department.” Assorted pieces of furniture — a chair, a lamp, a door — floated from the sky alongside pieces of paper, which then evolved into a desert road where the fixtures crashed onto the floor. Swift then appeared in a white corset dress with cursive writing adorning its skirt and a chunky Vivienne Westwood choker. First up was “But Daddy I Love Him,” followed by a snippet of “So High School” that segued into “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” The set’s graphics were mainly in black-and-white, and included a UFO that looked like it was about to abduct Swift and a filter that whited-out her eyes, giving her a demonic look. One chorus of “Down Bad,” during which Swift rotated around the stage on a spinning metal block, led into “Fortnight,” where a “TTPD”-emblazoned bed was brought out and Swift’s dancers dressed in nurse costumes. As Swift sat across from a dancer on a typewriter, the bed was tilted every which way, creating a fascinating display. She then donned a marching band jacket for “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” as her dancers followed her with drums.
All of the stylings for “The Tortured Poets Department” were vaguely Old Hollywood — perhaps a reference to Clara Bow? — but Swift really hammered that home with a minute-long skit in the middle of the set, in which two of her dancers fling her around like a doll while old-timey music plays. During the skit, Swift’s dress is removed — revealing nothing but a two-piece black set — and she is dressed in a gold jacket and matching heels. “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” followed, furthering the Old Hollywood theme with feather props and a marquee displaying “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.” As Swift and her dancers left the stage, a visual reading “The End” displayed across the screen.
The surprise songs were next, at an unusually late place in the set. Wearing a new pink dress, Swift sang “Paris” — naturally — on the guitar, and then turned to the piano for “Tortured Poets Department” tune “loml,” which marked a tender moment of the set. Swift ended the show, as always, with the “Midnights” era, the songs for which remained the same, though she wore a new blue bodysuit.
Leaving the venue that night, one couldn’t help but feel that they had just witnessed an entirely new show, proving Swift’s expertise in reinvention. She could have just tacked “The Tortured Poets Department” songs onto the beginning or the end, but that would have been too easy. Instead, with more changes sure to come throughout its European leg, she gifted her fans with another reason to come back and see the Eras Tour again and again.
See the full setlist below.
“Fearless” “You Belong With Me” “Love Story”
“22” “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” “I Knew You Were Trouble” “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)”

Taylor Swift Fans Are Going Absolutely Wild for Her Huge Eras Tour Change-Up at Paris Concert
T aylor Swift changed up the setlist, costumes and more on the opening night of the European leg of the Eras Tour â and fans are literally (and virtually!) screaming.
As fans have suspected ever since the April release of her new album The Tortured Poets Department , Swift incorporated the new record into her Thursday, May 9 show in Paris â adding the TTPD era to the big screen at the opening of the show with visuals of gray to represent the record. She also debuted seven songs from the album , performing them live for the first time ever: adding "But Daddy I Love Him," "So High School," "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me?," "Down Bad," "Fortnight," "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived," and "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" to the set.
With the TTPD era added to the show, Swift also debuted a brand-new costume to represent the new record: a white dress covered lyrics from the album.
In fact, Swift sported multiple new costumes throughout the night, including a cherry red bodysuit for the Lover portion of the show, a black and gold fringe dress for "Fearless," a new T-shirt for Red (that this time says "This is not Taylor's Version").
In order to fit in the new TTPD songs to the concert, the "Clara Bow" artist also had to cut several tracks off the set list: "The Archer" (off Lover ) "Long Live" (from Speak Now ), "The 1," The Last Great American Dynasty" ( Folklore ) and "Tolerate It" and "Tis the Damn Season" ( Evermore ).
Fans, understandably, lost their minds over the big changes â and the concert isn't even over yet.
"WHY IS TAYLOR MAKING SO MANY CHANGES TO THE ERAS TOUR SETLIST AND OUTFITS IM SO F****** SCARED RIGHT NOW YOU SHUT UP," one fan wrote via X (formerly known as Twitter ) in all-caps.
"ttpd added to the intro, new lover bodysuit, new 'the man' blazer, the archer cut from the setlist, new fearless dress, red era moved on the setlist, new '22' shirt (this is NOT taylor's version), oh it's ON #ParisTSTheErasTour," another person tweeted.
"As a swiftie whose favorite song is "The Archer", i will not be emotionally available for a long time. goodbye. #ParisTSTheErasTour," commented a third user.
"With all these changes, Taylor should rename it the Eras Tour (Europe's Version) đ€Ł #TSTheErasTourParis #ParisTSTheErasTour," a fourth person joked.
Another fan used the viral photo of Swift talking to Selena Gomez at the Golden Globes earlier this year to express what they believed to be behind the "Maroon" singer's plan.
"so get this!! I'm gonna cut 'The Archer' from the Lover set, change all of my outfits, wear an old Fearless outfit that transports everyone back to 2009. Also going to change the order of the eras, and cause mass chaos. SURPRISE," they tweeted.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce enjoy romantic date night at Lake Como amid break from Eras Tour

He grabbed his passport and her hand .
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce traded the City of Love for a romantic getaway to Lake Como this week.
The pop superstar and Super Bowl champ, both 34, were snapped going for a romantic stroll together Monday evening under dim lighting in Italy while she is on a brief four-day break from her Eras Tour.
The day prior, Kelce had attended Swift’s last concert in Paris alongside pals Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper and Ross Travis. He was seen dancing along to his girlfriend’s music — and even accidentally recording with the flash on — while she honored him by wearing an outfit with the Kansas City Chiefs colors.
However, after a long stretch of shows at the Paris La DĂ©fense Arena, Swift and her beau jet set to the historical lake in Northern Italyâs Lombardy region to relax.
While there, the “Lover” songstress and Chiefs tight end enjoyed a scenic, candlelit dinner in the gardens of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo , a luxurious five-star hotel that offers a panoramic view of Lake Como.
A private villa in the lavish 17th-century villa reportedly costs 20,000 euros per day, which is pocket change for a billionaire like Swift.
Swift and Kelce were photographed staring into each other’s eyes as they engaged in conversation while sitting together at an intimate table set up just for them two on the hotel grounds.
“No one noticed Taylorâs presence on Lake Como,” an eyewitness says. “They walked in the night and had romantic candlelit dinners. They seem in love and happy.”
After their meal, Swift and Kelce walked around together to take in the European architecture.

The NFL star was seen with his arm around the Grammy winner, and the 6-foot-5 stud even sweetly planted a kiss on his girlfriend’s head at one point.
Kelce confirmed that he was still in Europe while taping the latest episode of his podcast, “New Heights,” with his brother, Jason Kelce, by saying, “Bonjour.”
âTravis is overseas,â the former Philadelphia Eagles center, 36, hen said on Wednesday’s episode.
âHe will not disclose his country but he did give us an introduction with a certain language, so Iâm gonna bet on that one.â
Swift is scheduled to perform in Stockholm for the next leg of her international Eras Tour stops.
It’s unclear if Travis will follow her to Sweden. Although the NFL season has not yet started, a source recently told us the pro athlete is “in training.” He has also been busy with his Hollywood pursuits.
Travis was cast for his first major acting role in Ryan Murphy’s new FX series, “Grotesque.”
He has been seen via social media goofing off and dancing with co-star Niecy Nash .
A source exclusively told Page Six earlier this week that Travis is really hitting it off with the “Reno 911!” alum, 54, as they both share a “similar sense of humor.”

Here's a few Swift and Kelce Halloween costume ideas:
1. Eras Tour Taylor Swift and Home Game Travis Kelce
The most sure-fire way to get recognized as this couple will be by one person dressing up as Swift in her opening outfit from The Eras Tour, and the other as Kelce in his home game jersey. For Swift, we recommend a sparkling bodysuitâyou can DIY, or find one onlineâplus sparkling heels, a microphone, and a butterfly necklace like the one she sports on tour.

Kelce is easy, too. All you have to do to make his home game 'fit is a jersey and football leggings. You can even throw on a pair of receiver gloves and socks to make it really authentic.

2. first date taylor swift and travis kelce.
If you want a bit of a deeper cut reference, you can recreate the outfits that Swift and Kelce were wearing when they drove off in his getaway car the night of the first Chiefs game that Swift attended in September. To make this outfit work, all you need for Swift is denim cutoffs, a white tank, sneakers, and a red and white windbreaker.
Michael Lauren Bosco Snap Front Tank
Abercrombie & Fitch High Rise Dad Short
Active Hooded Zip-Up Windbreaker Jacket
New Balance Women's 550s
Kelce, meanwhile wore a matching denim jacket and matching from KidSuper Studio, that was retroactively called the "1989 Bedroom Painting" set. Any matching, funky denim get-up will work. Throw on a white t-shirt, sunglasses, converse, and some chain necklaces to complete the look.
Boxy Fit Camo Laser Print Denim Jacket
Relaxed Rigid Camo Laser Print Jeans
Converse Chuck 70
Miabella Sterling Silver Curb Cuban Link Chain Necklace
3. saturday night live taylor and travis.
For their official debut as a couple, the two attended Saturday Night Live , where they both made brief cameo appearances, and then were spotted at the afterparty. For the evening, Swift was in a black corset top and pants, and added a houndstooth coat . It's an extremely easy look to recreateâyou can even snag the exact Aupen bag she was carrying:
Genevive Tie Strap Corset Top
Houndstooth Long Classic Coat
Nirvana Bag
Kelce, meanwhile, kept it cool in a printed jacket, white button down, brown pants, and white sneakers. His Jil Sander Bird Fil Coupe Jacket is unfortunately out of stock, but there are plenty of other jackets and sweaters online with similar vibes.
Alpaca Wool-Blend Cardigan Sweater
The Desk To Dinner Shirt
Vince Linen Wool Trouser
Vans Old Skool
4. new york city date night.
Or, if you're looking to channel their date-night style, Swift opted for a mesh Jean Paul Gaultier top, a Khaite patent leather mini skirt (that she wore backwards), and tall heeled booties. She also carried a burgundy Roger Vivier bag:
Khaite Keene crinkled patent-leather mini skirt
Jean Paul Gaultier Green Fleurs Petit Grand Long Sleeve T-Shirt
Jeffrey Campbell Jeffrey Campbell Womens Legion Boot

Meanwhile, Kelce was in a corduroy matching set, Nike sneakers, and a black graphic T-shirt.

5. last-minute taylor and travis: novelty t-shirts.
If you're looking for something easy and last-minute for Halloween, ordering t-shirts from Etsy is the way to go. There's already a whole new genre of Taylor/Travis t-shirts to pick from, or you could go simple and wear a Kelce t-shirt and Swift t-shirt. Pair any of these shirts with jeans, or denim cut-offs, and voilĂĄ: You have an outfit!

6. "87 and 89" Travis and Taylor
In "Mary's Song (Oh My My)," Taylor sings "I'll be 87, you'll be 89 / I'll still look at you like the stars that shine," a reference to growing old, but fans quickly took it to apply to Travis's jersey number (87) and Taylor's birth year (89). An easy way to do this costume is to get an 89 jersey for Taylor, and an 87 jersey for Travis.

Alternatively, you can get a jersey with Swift's name on itâthere are plenty of options online.
