Are dogs allowed?

Yes! On the back patio for sure. But once when we were there, there was an event going on so they let our dog inside. They also have tables in front on the sidewalk now.

Great downtown novato gem. This place is set up wonderfully with great indoor and outdoor space. My wife enjoyed our glasses of Pinot and also ventured to the new open PODS brew space for some delicious ipas. This place is also great because it is very family friendly as we brought our daughter and they have games for kids to play. We will be back many more times !

A great place to host an event or just have a glass wine with friends. I 'be done both. The staff is friendly and the treat everyone like family! If you plan on hosting an event there, they will definitely take care you. It is extremely well managed. I can't recommend Trek Winery enough.

Its 5-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before." - Captain James Tiberius Kirk OK, so this winery has absolutely nothing to do with Star Trek, but a nerd can hope right? And I was overly hopeful by showing in my Star Fleet uniform. Oh well... Overall its a nice place, with very nice inside lounge and outdoor patio. The staff was friendly, and amused, by us. The $5 Tasting fee is very reasonable, especially compared to the $15-25 fees you'll see in Napa. Wines were good enough, but I'm not much of a wine snob as I stick to the $4-6 wine bottles at Trader Joes. This is definitely a very nice alternative to crappy dive bars in Novato. Beam me up Scotty.

I've heard about this place for awhile and we decided it was time. The fact they are dog friendly helped The wine here is very nice and the staff is super helpful to help you decide what you want to taste. The tasting price is super reasonable. They mentioned that they will be bringing their own beer on board so I'm looking forward to coming back for that. There is some entertainment during the week and that sounds like fun. Overall this is a great place for wine tasting, a glass of wine and soon a beer on draft

Love this place!!! Food is good and their Zinfandel is delicious!!! One of my favorite places and just so relaxing!!

This place has everything. The wines are all good, reds and whites. Love the live music on Saturday evenings. Try the truffle flatbread pizza, it's amazing. Service is great, very friendly staff. Great place to enjoy a bottle and relax.

If you want a good glass of wine then you should come here. They are great. If you want to hold a fabulous party and entertain friends or family while Drinking wine, then come here. Great place and a great atmosphere. It's very California cool. Laid back and chill.

FYI, this will be a review with some "OOOOMPH" behind it. Firstly, it was a perfect evening. My lady and I did a one day get away from the bustling city into the Novato. We had a delightful Air Bnb and I wanted to plan something additional. Fast forward to our Trek Winery experience. Arrived around 7:30pm post Whole Foods supply run (the Winery allows you to bring your own food at this time; we got crackers, cheeses, salmon, olives, you name it!). Started off the night with wine tastings and conversation with Andy (owner). Left feeling fulfilled, full, grapey and energized with the atmosphere that this winery has created. The environment combines a very comfortable home feel with that of a getaway vacation experience. From wall murals to the incredible hospitality of connection, the owner and workers allowed us to feel like family. There were fireplaces, branches on the ceiling, and combining that with honey, olive oil and INCREDIBLE wine, we indulged. Trek Winery is a get away and wherever you may be in Novato I encourage you to stop by. It is an oasis for all. p.s. the Syrah was MAGIC! Thank you Trek Winery.

The location was very Covid safe and inviting. Like being in the owners spacious yard. Wines were nice and food was good enough. I will go back for the relaxed and friendly vibe and the refreshing whites.

Wine and music

Free 60’s music on a Saturday night from the enjoyable duo “Chime Travelers,” plus wine tasting and seating ranging from conversation circles to rows of listeners. A nice way to spend a weekend night. Their comedy events are inevitably good, too. Just wish more food choices were available.

Good wine poured by people who care. Would love to see their food line expanded with some vegetarian selections.

A group of friends visited this winery and had the awesome experience of given the tour by the owner. We saw up close the process of making line and tasted their wonderful varieties. It’s a lovely out-of-the-way place you have to see.

… taste delicious wines, listen to music or comedy, meet w friends or just sit around inside or out on their beautiful patio! We've visited many times, but yesterday Trek hosted the 1st Annual Marin Wineries Fest… what a blast! They had wine tasting, obviously, adult & children grape "stomping" contests, and live music (various bands) all afternoon! The Podshadley Family are wonderfully amiable hosts, and work extremely hard to ensure that all have a pleasant experience! Make sure to stop in and say hi when you're in Novato… and have a sip!

The wines here are fine, but what I really appreciate is the activities that are hosted here to help bring our community together. It may be a jewelry show, or open mic comedy night, hosting an awards banquet. I love a company that gives back to the people who help make it successful.
