The Amigo 3-In-1 Camofly Waterproof Fly Rug has been cleverly designed by Horseware with a monochromatic pattern that helps to protect horses from pesky flies landing on their body. The layered lines this rug act to create an optical illusion in the eye of a fly, which breaks up the shape of the horses. This causes insects to struggle to identify the horse as a target to land on.

Not only is this fly rug great for warm weather, but it also performs during those unexpected summer showers, thanks to its 600D ripstop polyester top section. This panel is waterproof and breathable to keep your horse dry, while the mesh side panels ensure ventilation and airflow. At the shoulders, mane and tail is a shine enhancing polyester lining which prevents rubbing and promotes a healthy coat. This lining, combined with the rugs deep cut with extended belly flap, ensures maximum comfort for your horse throughout wear and ensures optimum coverage.

Completed with a detachable neck cover for versatility and a patented Disc Front closure that removes pressure and allows a comfortable grazing position, the Camofly Rug is the ultimate choice for outdoor wear through the warmer months.

Rug size guide.

A good fit of a rug is very important to ensure your horses’ comfort and safety during wear.

To find the right size for your horse we recommend to take certain measurements of your horse and refer to our size guide above. Bear in mind that every horse is different, and this table is a guide only.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from (A) at the center point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to the point (B) at the center of the tail.

When you have the measurement, remove 10cm (4inches) and choose your horse’s size from the table above.

The Amigo® Bravo 12 Original Turnout is our classic Amigo® turnout made of 1200D Polyester fabric. This highly durable, waterproof, and breathable turnout features secure straight front closures , front leg arches for extended freedom of movement and cross surcingles for a secure and comfortable fit. An accessible turnout blanket you can rely on!

Featuring our signature 'shine-enhancing' lining to help reduce friction and prevent rubbing, this well-fitting rug can be securely paired with our detachable hoods (available separately) to keep your horse dry from top to tail, and is compatible with our Horseware® liner system, giving you the flexibility to choose the best solution for your horse each and every day. Offering protection from rain showers, this Amigo® turnout is finished with reflective strips to give enhanced visibility as and when you need it, at dawn, dusk or during night fall.

A classic turnout from the Amigo® range that offers you multiple possibilities without compromise.

Washing instructions

• We would suggest that you have your turnouts professionally cleaned.
• Ensure all velcro is closed and clips/straps are attached prior to washing.
• Line Dry Only / Air dry only away from a heat source.

Storage instructions

• Once dry, fold neatly into a breathable storage bag.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from any moisture or damp areas, avoiding excessive heat and UV exposure.
• Your turnout packaging can be used as an excellent bag for multiple purposes such as an equestrian gear bag or turnout storage for the off-season.
