What an amazing night not to be missed on a visit here. The great thing about this tour is you can get picked up from your hotel. Amir was just a wonderful driver and was polite, courteous and welcoming. He did an excellent job. Food, entertainment, was amazing. Alcohol a little overpriced and little too much on trying to sell you souvenirs you don’t really need. Best souvenir was the photos taken by the photographer. He did an excel job just had to buy them. Would recommend this to anyone. Very classy and no dune bashing etc. just an elegant evening. Great job Henna, Camels, and Falcons. Great pics. Once again thank you Amir for great customer service.

The camp was good. It felt a little unorganized, in that nobody told you where to go or how it worked. But the place, food, entertainment etc. we’re nice.

The personalized service and warm greetings from the entire staff was so comforting and made our experience well worth it.

We got picked up by private car, the driver didn’t say anything and was a little scary. The food was alright. The show was a big let down. The performances we very rushed and ran late. All in all it was alright for how much we paid but the experience was mediocre.

The atmosphere of the event was really nice and the show was also nice. The staffs were very friendly, even provided me with 2 blankets.

Once we got to the desert it was quite chilled. The food was yummy. We were directed where to go, staff and guides were great. The show was ok. It was worth the trip. There was a bit of a delay as the driver had traffic picking up people from various hotels. We got traffic on the way to the desert too. He did his best to get us there fast. He was great and we had a great time

The show is only 5min, and is monochromatic. It repeats every hour starting 18:00. You have to line up at least 30min in advance, and deal with a large crown and another 30min delay when trying to get out. If you have seen the fountain show in Bellagio/Las Vegas, you will be very disappointed with this fountain show. Best to see it from restaurant or hotel room to avoid the crowds. • harvrust 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Great Value for Money For a low cost (around 70AED) you can experience the breathtaking fountains up close and in a more personal setting than the congested standing areas around the lake. The lake ride is popular but not so much that there is a lengthy queue - we had to wait for one full cycle (around 30mins) but in that time we watched the fountains from the queue area so it did not feel too long but children around us were becoming restless so be weary if visiting as a family with young children. Once we boarded the abra we travelled around the lake which gave us nice views of the surrounding buildings before taking in the fountain show from a static position (if you are on one of the last abras to board you watch the fountains first before exploring the lake. The boarding and disembarking procedures are a bit slow and could be streamlined but this doesn’t really affect the experience which is one of great value for money. Expect to be seated with others - the abras usually seat eight people and are not private but they do always keep you in your group if you will all fit in one abra. Read more Written 12 February 2024

The reasons for my 3 stars are: The aquarium itself is quite small and doesn’t take long to get round, you can see it all in half an hour and that’s taking your time. Also price, we luckily went online and got a good deal but if you went on the day and paid then and there prices were very high. And when you’re walking around staff with cameras offer to take your picture you can view these at the end and obviously if you like them you can buy them, we chose to buy one printed and get a couple of others we liked digitally. Now we should have asked the price before as there were no signs anywhere but when they said the price of 510AED for one print and a couple of digital copies I nearly fell over, obviously you don’t expect it to be 20AED but it was so overpriced. We used our Emirates boarding passes (& passports) for a huge discount on the prices. It was very expensive and I don’t think it was worth the full price but with a discount it was ok. The layout and design of the aquarium is fantastic and the variety of fish was outstanding. It only took us about an hour if that to get around but all of us enjoyed it.
