Taylor Swift is one of the most influencial and succesful artists of our time. With her big performances, unforgettable albums and enchanting stage presence, she took the hearts of millions of fans around the globe. Next year, she'll perform in the Johan Cruijff ArenA for the first time with The Eras Tour - a tour in which all her albums and different eras come to the stage. From Red (Taylor's Version) to Lover, and from Midnights to Speak Now (Taylor's Version) , it's going to be a magical musical experience for all fans with astounding visuals, engaging stage production and extensive setlist.

There will be a private on-sale for the concerts of Taylor Swift in the Johan Cruijff ArenA via Ticketmaster NL. This way, tickets will only reach the hands of Swifties. Fans who wish to go to The Eras Tour in the Johan Cruijff ArenA, had the opportunity to register for the on-sale via the website of Ticketmaster NL. Registration is now closed.

Registered fans who receive a unique code from Ticketmaster NL on July 5th 2023 will have the first chance to purchase tickets for the shows on July 12th 2023 at 14.00 / 2.00 PM. Fans who wanted an opportunity to access ticket on-sales in multiple cities, had to register once for each city they would like to attend. Registration does not guarantee access to the sale or to tickets.

On the day of a football match or concert The stadium opens 1.5 hours before the start of an Ajax match. Main entrance E opens 2.5 hours before the start of an Ajax match. Different opening hours apply for KNVB matches and concerts. Check our event calendar for current times.

On days without events The Johan Cruijff ArenA is open from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. On weekends we are open from 9 am to 6 pm. You enter the stadium via main entrance E.

The range of food and drinks varies per section. If you would like to know what is available in your section, go to our event calendar , select your event and section number and check what is on offer.

In this stadium we work with e-tickets and mobile online tickets. Mobile only tickets can only be scanned from your phone since they cannot be printed. E-tickets can be scanned from both your phone and as a printed version.

If you have an e-ticket, we advise you to bring a printed version of your ticket, in case your phone battery cuts out.

KNVB matches Tickets for a KNVB match in the Johan Cruijff ArenA, if still available, can be bought through the ticket shop on our website. Please make an account before purchasing tickets.

Event / concert tickets Ticket sales for an event go through the event organizer and not through the Johan Cruijff ArenA. For questions about the sale of tickets, please contact the relevant organiser. The organiser for a concert is mentioned in the appropriate calendar item.

Every visitor to a concert or football match in the Johan Cruijff ArenA must have a valid admission ticket. If you have lost your ticket or the ticket has been damaged so that the barcode is no longer legible, please report this to the ticket organization from which you bought your ticket. If you still have your ticket, it will have the name of the ticket organization concerned printed on it.

If you are a certificate holder of the Johan Cruijff ArenA and you bought your admission tickets through the Johan Cruijff ArenA, please contact the Front Office department.

House rules and policy

There are no lockers in the stadium. You can, however, store all your belongings at Lockerpoint for a fee.

Lost and found items that have not been collected will be returned to the hospitality desk at main entrance E after the event. Within 36 hours, we will place found items on the iLost website.

Visitors are not allowed to bring food and drinks into the stadium. There are plenty of food and beverage outlets in the stadium. We give confiscated (unopened) food and drinks to the food bank project in Amsterdam Southeast.

Cameras are allowed when the footage is not used for commercial purposes and does not bother other visitors. The use of a selfie stick in the stadium is not allowed.

Alcohol is served during an event. Please note that no alcohol is served to visitors under the age of 18.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA is a non-smoking zone so there is a smoking ban throughout the entire stadium.

Bags of A4 size (30 cm x 21 cm x 10 cm) or smaller are allowed into the stadium after a security check. Bigger bags, suitcases or items are not allowed inside. Bags, suitcases and items that are not allowed inside cannot be stored at the entrances of the stadium. Bags bigger than A4 size will be denied at entry.

If you have bags or suitcases you want to store away in a locker, you can do this at the lockers of Lockerpoint . There are two Lockerpoint locations. Click on the links below for more information about the Lockerpoints.

In the stadium we do not take cash. You can pay only by PIN debit card (also contactless), Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, AmEx and VPay.

Stadiumtour

We are a cash-free stadium, therefore it is not possible to buy a ticket with cash.

You can get off at Station Bijlmer ArenA, from there you can easily walk to the stadium. You can also use Wizzymaps which is visible in the Close app.

You can park in P1 (the Transferium), under the stadium. From there you walk towards main entrance E where the Stadium Tours start.

This is not possible, because we use escalators and stairs during the tour. Also it is not allowed to take a buggy into the stadium due to safety rules.

Look carefully at the timeslot of your ticket and where you are going first. The timeslots are on your E-ticket and the tickets will be scanned at the entry.

Heb ik meer kans op een ticket als ik me vroeg inschrijf? Nee, vroeg registreren levert je geen voordeel op, zolang je ervoor zorgt dat je je registreert voordat de registratieperiode sluit. Let op: registratie garandeert geen toegang tot de verkoop of tot tickets. We verwachten dat er meer vraag zal zijn dan tickets beschikbaar. Hoe koop ik tickets in de verkoop? Tickets zijn alleen te koop via de website van Ticketmaster en ontvangers van een unieke toegangscode kunnen vanaf 14.00 uur op woensdag 12 juli tickets kopen. Tickets worden verkocht op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt zolang de voorraad strekt. Het is een eenvoudig, standaard aankoopproces en de onderstaande stappen helpen je bij het zoeken en kopen.

• Ben jij geselecteerd om deel te nemen aan de ticketverkoop? Dan ontvang je één (1) e-mail twee (2) sms-berichten op de middag voordat de ticketverkoop begint.
• De e-mail en berichten bevatten details over de timing en een link naar de ticketverkoop pagina. In het tweede bericht staat jouw unieke toegangscode.
• Log alvast in op je Ticketmaster-account. Zorg ervoor dat je jouw Ticketmaster-wachtwoord bij de hand hebt of reset je wachtwoord vooraf.
• Om snel af te rekenen, zorg je ervoor dat je je betaalpas of creditcard bij de hand hebt. 

Zodra de ticketverkoop start op woensdag 12 juli om 14.00 uur:

• Klik op de link die je is toegestuurd op het geschikte tijdstip. Jouw link is uniek en wordt gebruikt om je te verifiëren als een geselecteerde registrant voor deze verkoop. Als je de link kopieert of deelt in plaats van er direct op te klikken vanuit de e-mail of sms krijg je geen toegang tot de wachtrij.
• Wanneer je de link volgt, word je in de wachtruimte voor de verkoop geplaatst. Je krijgt een plek in de wachtrij toegewezen voordat je tickets kunt kopen. 
• Selecteer het evenement waar je tickets voor wil kopen wanneer het jouw beurt is.
• Voer je unieke toegangscode in om toegang te krijgen tot de beschikbare tickettypes. Als je een foutmelding krijgt, controleer dan of je de toegangscode precies zo hebt ingevoerd als in de e-mail en sms die je hebt ontvangen. 
• Het kan druk zijn op de webpagina. Het is daarom mogelijk dat je na het invoeren van je toegangscode een langere wachttijd hebt dan normaal bij het zoeken naar tickets. Vernieuw de pagina niet gedurende deze tijd.  
• Blijf bij het voltooien van je ticketaankoop in één browservenster. Als je meerdere vensters of tabbladen opent om tickets te kopen, kunnen er fouten optreden.  
• Je mag de ticketlimiet van vier (4) niet overschrijden.  

Wanneer kan ik mijn toegangscode verwachten? Als je geselecteerd bent om een toegangscode te ontvangen, dan krijg je de middag voordat de ticketverkoop begint één (1) e-mail en twee (2) sms-berichten. Deze e-mail en berichten bevatten details over de timing, een link naar de ticketverkoop pagina, en jouw unieke niet-overdraagbare toegangscode.

Kan ik mijn toegangscode aan iemand anders geven? Nee, codes zijn niet overdraagbaar en mogen niet worden gedeeld. Codes zijn ook alleen geldig voor aankoop tot de geadviseerde ticketlimiet, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.

Hoe kan ik me registreren voor rolstoel-/begeleiderstickets? Ook dan vul je het registratieformulier in. Als je geselecteerd bent om deel te nemen aan de ticketverkoop, dan zijn er via de verkooppagina tickets voor rolstoel-/begeleidersplaatsen beschikbaar op Ticketmaster zolang de voorraad strekt. Tickets worden verkocht op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt.

Wat zijn de leeftijdsbeperkingen voor het evenement? Bezoekers zonder begeleiding van een volwassene moeten minimaal 16 jaar oud zijn. De organisatie adviseert jongere bezoekers zich te laten begeleiden door een volwassene. 

De ticketverkoop is begonnen, ik heb me geregistreerd maar nooit mijn toegangscode ontvangen… Hoe kan dat?  Registreren garandeert niet dat je een toegangscode ontvangt of dat je tickets kunt kopen. We verwachten dat er meer vraag zal zijn dan tickets beschikbaar. Tickets worden verkocht op basis van ‘wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt’ zolang de voorraad strekt.

Waarom werkte mijn toegangscode niet? Het kan zijn dat je ticketlimiet is bereikt. Omdat er veel fans tickets willen bemachtigen, hebben alle evenementen een ticketlimiet. Zo kunnen meer fans zoals jij tickets krijgen.

Kan ik meerdere codes invoeren? Nee. Bij elke transactie kan slechts één code worden verwerkt. Voor elke toegangscode zijn aparte transacties nodig.

Wat gebeurt er als ik op de wachtlijst sta? Als je van de wachtlijst wordt gehaald, ontvang je één e-mail en twee sms-berichten met de details van je toegangscode en waar je toegang kunt krijgen tot de ticketverkoop. Denk eraan dat je bericht op elk moment na woensdag 12 juli 14.00 uur kan komen. Wanneer je bericht krijgt, bevat de e-mail en je sms het volgende:

• Een link naar de ticketverkoop
• Jouw unieke toegangscode
• Kopers zijn gebonden aan een ticketlimiet van vier (4) tickets.

Met inmiddels al 9 Alarmschijven, 15 Top 40-hits en 148 weken in de Top 40 is Taylor Swift niet meer weg te denken op Qmusic en in de Top 40.

De superster is al een aantal maanden bezig in de Verenigde Staten met haar The Eras tour en kondigde onlangs nog shows aan in Mexico, Argentinië en Brazilië. Na de toevoeging van de Zuid-Amerikaanse shows beloofde ze al "binnenkort véél méér shows" aan te kondigen. Geen woorden maar daden en daarom deelt ze nu de tourdata van haar Europese Tour met als klap op de vuurpijl een show op 5 juli 2024 in de Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam.

Alternatieve kaartverkoop

Als jij een doorgewinterde ticketkoper bent, zal het deze keer bij Taylor anders zijn om tickets te bemachtigen. In Amerika raakten vanwege de enorme vraag naar tickets de servers van Ticketmaster overlast. Omdat dat te voorkomen wordt er gewerkt met een "Verified Fan systeem". Inschrijven doe je vanaf nú tot aan vrijdagavond 23 juni. Hierna ontvang je op 5 juli een specifiek tijdstip waarop je vanaf woensdag 12 juli om 14:00 kaartjes kan kopen. Zo hoef je dus niet in een grote wachtrij te gaan staan met alle andere fans. 

Hoe werkt het Verified Fan Systeem

Door dit Verified Fan systeem is het niet mogelijk om met behulp van robots tickets te bemachtigen. Ticketmaster hoopt met dit systeem op een eerlijkere manier aan echte fans tickets te kunnen verkopen. Je krijgt in een mail een persoonlijke code en tijdstip om tickets te kopen. Zodra je aan de beurt bent, opent er een wachtrij van 10 minuten waar je samen met enkele andere fans in komt om zo te zorgen dat het allemaal zo soepel mogelijk kan verlopen. 

Het systeem werkt met 'wie het eerst komt, wie het eerst maalt'. Hoe later je dus in de wachtrij gezet wordt, hoe minder kans je op tickets hebt. Bij het inschrijven voor het Verified Fan systeem ben je namelijk nog niet automatisch verzekerd van tickets. 

Eerdere mislukkingen

Eerder ging het namelijk helemaal mis tussen Taylor Swift en Ticketmaster, de organisatie waar je de tickets voor haar concert kon kopen. Ze kondigde eind vorig jaar meer dan 50 concerten aan in Amerika en de vraag naar tickets was enorm. Urenlang stonden de Swifties in digitale wachtrijen, maar de vraag naar tickets was veel groter dan het aanbod. Veel tickets waren door bots opgekocht. Fans die zich hadden geregistreerd voor de voorverkoop, wisten geen kaartjes meer bemachtigen en daarom heeft Ticketmaster besloten om het Verified Fan systeem in te zetten.

Internationale superster Taylor Swift brengt haar langverwachte The Eras Tour op vrijdag 5 en zaterdag 6 juli 2024 voor twee exclusieve Benelux-shows naar de Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam. Het Europese gedeelte van de tour start op 9 mei 2024 in Parijs en eindigt op 17 augustus 2024 in Londen. In totaal staan er 26 stadionshows op de planning. Om ervoor te zorgen dat tickets alleen in handen van Swifties belanden is er sprake van een besloten verkoop via Ticketmaster. Taylor Swift announces Amsterdam concert dates during Eras Tour

Taylor Swift has announced plans for 26 tour dates in Europe next year, including two in Amsterdam. The concert dates are a continuation of her ongoing Eras Tour, which started in the United States in March in Glendale, Arizona.

The Amsterdam shows will take place on July 5 and July 6, 2024. Fans who want to attend shows at the Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam should register for tickets by Friday at 11:59 p.m. on Ticketmaster to increase their chances to access the sales system, according to concert promoter Greenhouse Talent.

“Registered fans who receive a unique code will be given first access to purchase tickets,” Greenhouse Talent said in an announcement. “Registration does not guarantee access to the sale or purchase of tickets.”

Those wanting to register for tickets were forced to wait in an online queue on Tuesday evening. Even those who manage to register and are lucky enough to gain access to the ticket sales website might not be able to complete their purchase, Greenhouse Talent said.

Ticket prices have not been announced for the European concerts, but the face value of tickets in the U.S. started at about 50 dollars and ranged to 450 dollars, with VIP add-on packages bringing the price as high as 900 dollars. Some 2.4 million tickets for The Eras Tour were sold in a single day for the U.S. portion of the tour. Swift is expected to gross nearly 600 million dollars on American ticket sales, according to Billboard.

The tour has been well received, with each performance lasting over three hours. The 33-year-old singer has structured her set lists of over 40 songs by creating numerous mini-sets that are connected thematically.

The European leg of the tour will start on May 9 in Paris. Swift will then visit Stockholm, Lisbon, Madrid, Lyon, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, London and Dublin before arriving in the Netherlands.

Following her Amsterdam stop, she will continue to Zurich, Milan, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Munich, Warsaw, and Vienna, before returning to London for two performances in mid-August to close the tour. “Fans who want a chance to buy tickets for multiple cities must register separately for each city they want to visit,” Greenhouse Talent said.

Taylor Swift kondigt Europese tour aan, fans moeten inschrijven voor kaartje

Europese fans van Taylor Swift keken maandenlang reikhalzend naar het moment uit: de aankondiging van Swifts Europese The Eras Tour . Vanavond kondigde de Amerikaanse ster onverwachts 26 concerten aan in Europa.

De zangeres doet ook Nederland aan. Ze staat volgend jaar juli twee keer in de Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam, bijna tien jaar na haar laatste concert in de hoofdstad.

In de Verenigde Staten speelde de populaire artiest al voor meerdere afgeladen stadions. De zangeres van hits als Shake It Off , Bad Blood en Love Story was zelfs zo populair dat op TikTok al snel video's rondgingen van fans ( Swifties ), die op parkeerplaatsen buiten de stadions met concerten meeluisterden en zongen.

Op 12 juli aanstaande gaan de tickets voor de Nederlandse concerten in de verkoop.

Speciaal registreren

Voor fans zal het niet eenvoudig zijn om aan kaartjes te komen. Wie in aanmerking wil komen, moet zich allereerst voor 24 juni speciaal registreren bij de verkopende partij, Ticketmaster. Fans moeten daarvoor allerlei gegevens achterlaten, zoals hun telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en postcode. Het is voor het eerst dat Ticketmaster dit systeem zo grootschalig in Nederland inzet, bevestigt het bedrijf.

"We vinden het belangrijk dat tickets bij fans terechtkomen en niet bij doorverkopers of bots", reageert woordvoerder Ellen Tolsma namens het bedrijf. Met het speciale registratiesysteem hoopt Ticketmaster naar eigen zeggen te voorkomen dat de populaire concertkaartjes massaal worden opgekocht door partijen die aan doorverkoop woekerwinsten overhouden.

Zodra het registratieproces is doorlopen, is het duimen; niet alle geregistreerde fans kunnen straks daadwerkelijk rekenen op een speciale toegangscode voor de kaartverkoop. "Het is een soort uitnodiging voor de kaartverkoop, maar het is geen garantie", zegt Tolsma. Ticketmaster erkent dat de verkoop daarmee misschien "anders is dan mensen zijn gewend".

Op verzoek van Swift

De promotor van Swifts concerten in Nederland, Greenhouse Talent, denkt dat het systeem voor fans positief zal uitpakken. "Het systeem is bedoeld om data van potentiële kopers te checken", legt woordvoerder Jara de Gans uit.

Hoe dat precies werkt, wil de promotor niet zeggen. Maar volgens De Gans zitten er een aantal handelingen in de procedure waaraan kan worden getoetst of een koper een mens is. "Het is 100 procent op verzoek van de artiest om het zo te doen", benadrukt De Gans. De verkoopprocedure werkt dan ook voor alle Europese tourdata hetzelfde.

Ook de tickets zelf gaan straks met een 'extra beveiliging' over de toonbank, waardoor een papieren ticket straks niet voldoende is om bij het concert van Swift binnen te komen. Bezoekers krijgen straks een speciale QR-code te zien die bij de ingang wordt gescand. Boven de QR-code zit een bewegende banner: de code eindeloos (digitaal) kopiëren en verkopen kan dus niet.

Ticketmaster waarschuwde vanavond al dat niet iedereen die een kaartje voor Swift in Amsterdam wil, er ook een zal kunnen bemachtigen. Desondanks roept het bedrijf - net als Greenhouse Talent - fans met klem op om alleen via de officiële route kaartjes te kopen. De Gans: "Externe verkopers zijn zo sluw. Maar de kans is groot dat je met tickets die ergens anders zijn gekocht, niet binnenkomt. En we willen teleurstelling voorkomen".

Vooral platforms als Viagogo en Stubhub bieden kaartjes aan voor torenhoge prijzen. De organisatie van het concert, Greenhouse Talent, gaat ervan uit dat deze tickets nep zijn. Dit komt omdat de officiële tickets pas een aantal dagen voor aanvang van de shows naar de kaartjeshouders worden verzonden. 

De verkoop van de kaartjes gebeurde exclusief via Ticketmaster. "Fans konden zich hiervoor registreren en via een lotingsproces kregen zij een unieke code toegewezen", aldus Greenhouse. Doorverkoop via derde partijen moest daarmee onmogelijk worden. Zo konden oplichtingspraktijken en woekerprijzen voorkomen worden. 

Tickets kunnen enkel doorverkocht worden via Ticketmaster zelf. Dat werkt op basis van een QR-code. Bij aanvang van de show wordt deze code gescand en wordt het verkochte ticket vrijgegeven. Daarnaast mag je een maximale winst van 20 procent op je ticket vragen. De prijzen van Viagogo en Stubhub zijn veel hoger, waardoor het dus niet aannemelijk is dat het om een legitiem toegangkaartje gaat. Bovendien zijn de tickets dus niet via een bestand, maar enkel via een code beschikbaar. Viagogo beschikt niet over deze tickets en mag volgens de richtlijnen niet zulke hoge bedragen vragen.

Daarnaast werd in 2018 een onderzoek opgesteld naar de website, waarbij meerdere klachten over misleidende advertenties gegrond werden verklaard.

North American Swifties are traveling internationally for their best chance at seeing Taylor Swift’s 2024 “Eras Tour” as the singer makes her way through Europe.

Swift kicked off the European leg of her tour — after a two-month break and a new album release — on May 9 in Paris, France. The singer performed for four nights at the Paris La Défense Arena and continued her tour through Sweden, Portugal and Spain.

Fans have noticed Swift’s European dates have been significantly cheaper than her North American concerts. With instances of ticket prices dropping below triple digits, a trip across the pond may very well be worth the extra travel expenses.

Swift still has 42 concerts left on her European leg before she heads back to North America, where prices remain in the thousands.

A survivor's guide to Taylor Swift floor tickets: Lessons from an Eras Tour veteran

STOCKHOLM — Thousands of fans line up each morning ahead of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows hoping to get one of the coveted spots on the open, first-come, first-served arena floor.

In America, fans buy designated seats. Abroad, the floor is like a Southwest flight. There are no assigned seats, and those with VIP tickets nab the best spots since they are let into the arena an hour early.

Unless fans have VIP tickets, they'll probably end up in the mid-to-back sections of the floor, no matter how early they line up. After getting two floor tickets to two shows — one in Paris and one in Sweden — here are my tips for navigating the magic and madness of the ground level.

Like we were in Paris

An hour before Swift's last show in Paris, I and a friend of mine made a last-minute decision to buy $150 floor tickets off StubHub. We went to the arena 10 minutes before the opening act, Paramore, took the stage. At intermission, we stood by the VIP tent. I was able to say hi to "Grey’s Anatomy" star Jessica Capshaw . Twenty feet away, singer Christina Milian sat in a director's chair.

Up above fans noticed Swift's boyfriend Travis Kelce , his best friend Ross Travis, actor Bradley Cooper, supermodel Gigi Hadid and rock star Lenny Kravitz in a suite. I could understand why Kelce was in a box. The chaos of fans zooming in on their phone cameras to get grainy shots of his every reaction and waving arm dance moves was nonstop. But I get it, I got one for Instagram when Swift punctuated her 87th — his jersey number — show with a mashup of love songs including one that he inspired: “The Alchemy,” “Treacherous,” “Begin Again” and “Paris.”

Walking along the back rim of the floor and following Swift as she performed from different parts of the massive catwalk, I felt carefree and untethered. It was liberating not to fear losing a spot. Several fans danced in the less congested area similar to the thousands who danced in theater aisles during the blockbuster release of the concert movie.

Predicting Kelce would come down near the stage during “Karma,” I walked over to the guardrail and waved during the “Midnights” song. He and Swift took a different exit than her dancers, singers and bandmates. My friend had been to the Eras Tour a few times before and said that was his favorite show. 

It’s nice to have a friend

In Sweden, I bought a floor seat on the right side of the stage. Hoping to get a closer spot, I camped out. The long wait created a mini community that exchanged friendship bracelets and the latest clown theories while posting videos to Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok. My favorite costumes in the Y entrance line were two Reputation clowns wearing scaly dresses and snaky blue boas paired with bright-red clown wigs that made everyone smile. (The joke is Swifties incessantly “clown” the singer will announce the rerelease of her sixth album and she has yet to.)

The shade from Friends Arena blocked the Swedish sun with temperatures in the 70s. The less-than-long merch lines allowed fans to save each other’s spaces to buy $75 hoodies and $45 T-shirts.

With no bags allowed in the arena , fans filled their pockets with only essentials like external battery chargers, wallets, passports and chapsticks.

Patient line waiters drank water early. Two Finnish fans by me said they stopped hydrating a couple hours before doors opened for fear of getting a good place and having to use the restroom. 

Thousands of VIP fans entered an hour early, and any hope of getting a stage-side dominion was lost for general admission.

I staked a claim near the railing on the side of the stage base (by the corner of the back screen). Guitarist Paul Sidoti threw guitar picks to fans. Back-up vocalists Kamilah Marshall and Eliotte Woodford waved to admirers between running backstage for wardrobe changes and joining Swift center-stage. Pianist Karina DePiano stayed at the keys the whole concert but danced and sang to every tune. The other bandmates and vocalists were on the opposite, left corner.

Security guards who bordered the stage between the fan barricade and catwalk had stacks of cups and multiple, liter-sized water bottles. They frequently asked if anyone needed hydration. Around the “1989” set two-thirds of the way into the show, Swifties took the guards up on the offer.

At least four times on Swift's third night in Stockholm, fans were escorted by a guard along the stage to an area where they would get medical attention. One of the four was carried by a guard who asked his cohorts to get the girl water. Outside, the night chill hovered at 54 degrees and inside the arena’s temperature was tepid at best.

Several water stations on the floor included disposable cups with multiple faucets over a bathtub where fans could fill up.

At one point during the acoustic set, Swift paused to ask fans , “Someone in the front row, can you tell me yes or no to this question: When you guys are putting a bunch of flashlights up in a group, does that mean people need help?”

Best seat in the house?

There are advantages to each section of the floor. The diamond part of the stage is the premier spot for the most close interactions with Swift. It gets the rising platform, smoke shooters and bulk of the performances.

The two base corners by the back screen and the catwalk between the back screen and diamond allow fans to see “The Man” set, “Folklore” cottage and famous “Enchanted” look back as Swift exits the “Speak Now” era. It’s also the space where most entrances and exits happen.

The far end of the catwalk is where the “22" hat is given out, where “Love Story” culminates as flashing lights shoot across the entire arena and where Swift begins “The Tortured Poets Department” era with “But Daddy I Love Him.”

After being to multiple shows, I would vie for a seat looking directly at the stage, perpendicular to the back screen. You get the chance to give your legs and back a rest between eras. You have a designated spot, and you can see the entire show including animations.

The open floor offers two options. For the VIP ticket holder, you get a front row vantage of the record-breaking show along with the best photo and video opportunities. But if you’re not in VIP and on the floor, succumb to not getting the best media and dance in your best dress, fearless.

Swift, long praised for an authentic connection to her die-hard fans and for expressing gratitude for those who fill her arenas, delivered a pair of shows for Lisbon that those in attendance won’t soon forget either. When the Lisbon dates went on sale last July, tickets reportedly sold out within 2.5 hours. That’s a shorter amount of time than the concert itself, which kicked off at 8:15 p.m. and continued for three hours and fifteen minutes, ending with fireworks over the outdoor arena as she capped off the Midnights era with “Karma.”

The Eras Tour has been revamped for the European leg in the wake of Swift’s latest release, The Tortured Poets Department . She debuted songs from the album on the first European dates that kicked off earlier this month in Paris before continuing on to Stockholm and then Lisbon. But she saved one of the tracks, “Fresh Out the Slammer,” for a live debut in Lisbon during the surprise songs portion of the show.

“One of my favorite things about the Eras Tour is that, for me, it feels like going back through all of my favorite memories of getting to play shows for the last nearly 20 years of my life because we’ve gone on tour for almost every album I’ve ever put out,” Swift told the audience. “My big regret was that we didn’t get to take all of those tours to all of the places where I wanted to take them. And we absolutely should have come to Portugal on every single tour. This is not a mistake I will ever be making again. We are always going to come to Lisbon.”

Part of the reason for her early committal can surely be chalked up to how the crowd responded to seeing Swift for the first time in Portugal. The screams were, at times, deafening, and she received cheers for speaking Portuguese at several points during the show. (“Muito obrigada,” she said upon taking the stage; at two other points she asked for help by summoning security for distressed fans.)

During the Folklore/Evermore era, while Swift was seated at the piano, the audience erupted with cheers and applause that carried on for more than three minutes . So much so that the lights in the venue came on and Swift seemed caught off guard by the impromptu showing of love. She planted her hands on her head and said, “Oh my god. I love you.”

Taylor Swift is about to embark to France, and fans couldn’t be more excited.

Swift will head to Lyon, France to perform at the Groupama Stadium on June 2-3 , and Swifties should get excited about how cheap tickets are.

The fact that tickets are under $100 — cheaper than the tickets for her Lisbon concerts — means that they are most likely going to sell out fast. These prices are close to Sweden’s as the biggest steals of the “Eras Tour” yet.

Here’s everything you need to know to see Taylor Swift live on her international tour.

Where to buy the cheapest Taylor Swift concert tickets

Throughout the “Eras Tour,” the cheapest last-minute tickets for Swift’s 2024 concerts have been on StubHub and Vivid Seats .

As of now, the cheapest ticket for Swift’s June 2 “Eras Tour” concert in France is $105 on Vivid Seats , with tickets as high as $726.

For her June 3 show, the cheapest ticket at the time of publication is $69 on Vivid Seats , with other tickets listed as high as $940.

First-time Vivid Seats users can save $20 on ticket orders over $200 by entering promo code NJ20 at checkout.

Fans also should check out other secondary sites to snag last-minute tickets, like TicketCity and SeatGeek .

Taylor Swift will perform 84 shows throughout the second leg of her “Eras Tour.”

Woekerprijzen op Viagogo en StubHub voor Taylor Swift-concerttickets in Amsterdam: 6000 euro voor een zitplaats

De particuliere ticketverkoop van de drie concerten van Taylor Swift in de Johan Cruijff Arena wordt ontsierd door woekerhandel en oplichting. Op doorverkoopsites staan tickets te koop voor duizenden euro’s. Opmerkelijk, vindt de concertorganisator, omdat de officiële tickets pas een paar dagen voor de shows in juli naar de bezoekers worden verstuurd.

Dat zwarthandelaren kaarten voor populaire concerten opkopen om ze voor een veel hoger bedrag door te verkopen, is niet nieuw. Maar de bedragen die nu voor de shows van megaster Taylor Swift worden gevraagd, zijn ongekend hoog. Een enkele zitplaats kan een bezoeker zomaar 6000 euro kosten.

Op platformen als Viagogo en Stubhub staan inmiddels honderden valse tickets online, waarbij de prijzen beginnen bij 744 euro. Viagogo vermeldt bij sommige kaarten dat deze ‘waarschijnlijk snel’ over de imaginaire toonbank zullen gaan.

De officiële organisator van de Taylor Swift-concerten, Greenhouse Talents, heeft geen informatie over hoe Viagogo te werk gaat, maar ze houdt er sterk rekening mee dat de tickets nep zijn. “Wij versturen de tickets pas een paar dagen voor de show, dus wij weten niet hoe het kan dat deze kaarten al online staan,” aldus een woordvoerder.

Een besloten verkoop

Swift en haar management hebben voor de kaartverkoop van de concerten op 4, 5 en 6 juli in de Johan Cruijff Arena, onderdeel van Swifts wereldtournee The Eras Tour, gekozen voor een besloten verkoop die exclusief via ticketverkoper Ticketmaster gaat. “Fans konden zich hiervoor registreren en via een lotingsproces kregen zij een unieke code toegewezen,” zegt Greenhouse.

De concertorganisator wil met extra maatregelen woekerpraktijken voorkomen. De tickets van Taylor Swift staan bijvoorbeeld op naam en zijn niet overdraagbaar. “Dit maakt het doorverkopen van tickets alleen mogelijk via het resale-platform van Ticketmaster,” aldus Greenhouse. Bij de ingang van de Arena kan bovendien worden gevraagd naar je legitimatie.

Exclusieve ticketverkoop

Viagogo, wereldwijd actief als verkoper van toegangsbewijzen voor evenementen, heeft een niet al te beste reputatie. Op Trustpilot scoort het platform op basis van 2650 beoordelingen slechts twee van de vijf sterren. De meeste klachten gaan over niet-geleverde tickets. Greenhouse waarschuwt daar nu ook voor. De kans is volgens de organisator groot dat je met een ticket via Viagogo niet binnenkomt in de Arena. Dat is ook gebeurd bij enkele Britse shows, bericht Express .

Bij Greenhouse komen nog altijd mailtjes binnen van mensen die stellen dat zij via sites als Viagogo zijn opgelicht. “We zijn natuurlijk niet blij met dit soort platformen. We grijpen iedere mogelijkheid aan om fans te waarschuwen, maar mensen die niet voldoende geïnformeerd zijn blijven in deze praktijken trappen.”

In 2018 startte de Britse waakhond National Trading Standards een onderzoek naar Viagogo wegens ‘aanhoudend misleiden van consumenten.’ De Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), de Britse toezichthouder op reclame, verklaarde in januari twee klachten over misleidende advertenties van Viagogo gegrond.

In 2018 besloot Ed Sheeran om kaartjes die voor zijn concerten via Viagogo waren aangeschaft, ongeldig te verklaren. “Ik haat het idee dat mensen meer dan de nominale waarde betalen voor tickets als je ze tegen de nominale waarde kunt krijgen. Mensen hoeven alleen maar een standpunt in te nemen en dan zijn in twee of drie jaar bedrijven als Viagogo kapot,” zei Sheeran toen.

Viagogo was dinsdag telefonisch onbereikbaar voor een reactie.

Hoe duur waren de kaartjes in de reguliere verkoop?

De Arena is op 4, 5 en 6 juli verdeeld in tien rangen. Voor de eerste rang zitplaatsen betaal je het meest: 224 euro. Daarna gaan de prijzen van 199,92 euro naar 149,52 en 109,76 euro. Pas bij de zevende rang duik je met 79,52 euro onder de 100 euro. De achtste rang kost 64,96 euro, de negende rang 59,92 euro. Het goedkoopste kaartje is 54,88 euro. Het duurst zijn natuurlijk de VIP-tickets, variërend van 274 tot 774 euro. Swifties krijgen daar merchandise bij, bestaande uit een tasje, postpapier en een pen.

Hoeveel kaartjes zijn er verkocht?

Greenhouse Talent doet geen uitspraken over aantallen. De capaciteit van de Arena hangt af van de show van de artiest. De kans is groot dat Taylor Swift evenveel bezoekers toelaat als Beyoncé: 50.000 per show.
