Just a heads up since I know many of you are from the UK: I’m reading facebook that Felix travel cancelled a fully paid booking(hotel & tickets) at the last minute and I’m reading that thats not the first time its happened and there is even a facebook group Scammed by Felix Holidays.

Hi we are in the situation.

Arrived with 4 children one disabled.

To find out that they had cancelled our hotel/park tickets and transfer.

Had to pay for hotel again 2220 euros/no money left for anything else

Oh no thats awful! Hope you can get the money back asap but this is a horrible situation to be in.

The first steps

The first idea in 1996.

The first idea was born in 1996, the company soon becomes a point of reference and a significant presence in the tourism industry, located in the exclusive Parioli district of Rome.

The idea is to act as a reference point for the management of incoming and outgoing touristic services, in addition to business trips, meetings, incentives and conferences.

Over the years they also participated as an exhibitor at the “TTG Incontri” fair in Rimini and developed commercial relationships with international buyers.

In 2003 the  decision to invest in Internet and in relations with South America.

The activity in Europe

In 2011 sos travel arrives on the scene.

In 2011, on the initiative of Stefano Iannucci and Kasia Kinel, SOS Travel was born in Rome, a tour operator that soon became a point of reference for the organization of guided tours in Europe.

The following year they opened an office in Krakow (Poland) and the development of the destination continued. On the occasion of the Poland-Ukraine football championships in 2012 and the World Youth Day in 2016, they provided travel solutions for numerous large groups of up to 500 people each, consolidating the experience and quality of the operator.

2021…the story continues

In the “annus horribilis” of the Covid19 pandemic, SOS Travel focus on incoming and in particular on Rome and the Roman Castles. They propose an articulated offer of tours with guaranteed departures and excursions from Rome, available on the website and collected in a brochure distributed to travel agents.

I used Links Travel for an add-on trip in Seoul, South Korea after my trip to Japan. The itinerary was good and the tours all ran smoothly. There was a problem when we were dropped off at the wrong hotel but this was very quickly rectified by Helen without me even contacting her and it was very early hours in UK time so I appreciate this. The hotel we stayed in was an excellent choice in a great location. I highly recommend this company.

An excellent tour and holiday

We had a great time. Everything went like clockwork; the international and domestic flights, the guides picking us up at airports, the good quality hotels booked, the tours arranged, the Ha Long boat trip and the taxis arranged to pick us up to get back to the airports. The guides were all excellent, we were taken on tours of each of the places we went to, they were friendly and informative. We enjoyed all the tours and places we visited. We particular enjoyed our visits to Ha Long Bay, Hue & Hoi An, the Cu Chi tunnels, Phnom Penh and the Angkor Wat temples. Visits to the War Museum in Saigon & the Killing Fields and Prison at Phnom Penh will never be forgotten.

Fantastic Trip to Japan and Cherry Blossom Time

Just been to Japan organised by Links Travel. Good itinerary and very competitive prices. All our hotels were of a good standard, large enough rooms and we even had a view of Mount Fuji from one, pretty special. Our tour guide was so friendly and helpful and drivers were always professional. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Just cameLoch Ness back from a Scottish tour…a

Just came back from a Scottish tour with Waseem up to Loch Ness. It was a long day with lots of driving from Edinburgh, but Waseem was great! Knowlegeable about the Scot’s history and all the history of Mary Queen of Scots! Flexible, friendly and accomodating driver. Great day! Waseem we thoroughly enjoyed our tour with you! Thanks for being a great, safe driver in spite of the torrential downpours!👍🏻😀

Fabulous Vietnam

Just returned from a fabulous tour of Vietnam. Our first week entailed a lot of moving around and internal flights, a fair proportion of which had to be totally re-arranged due to last minute changes in flight times. Despite all of this the entire trip was perfectly choreographed by Helen at Links and ran without a single hitch. All of the guides that accompanied us through the trip were terrific, friendly, helpful and accommodating as were our drivers. We truly appreciate the great deal of time and effort that went in to ensuring that we enjoyed a magical and unforgettable experience and would not hesitate in using Links Travel for future excursions into this part of the world, We would highly recommend them.

We just returned from a trip to Japan…

We just returned from a trip to Japan that was organised by Link Travel and we would like to leave feedback. This trip was a dream of ours and we are so happy that we were able to make it a reality for our 45th anniversary. Everything that was included in the travel package(hotels, destinations, sightseeing) by Links Travel including our gid were on a very high standard. There is only one thing that we would like to mention. Every destination/city we visited every single day we were getting back to the hotel after 5:30pm-6:00pm which meant that we did not have any free time to go out and look around by ourselves during the day as it was dark and we were too tired. May we make a suggestion that the return to the hotel is no later than 4pm which will give people enough time to look around the city they are visiting in their free time. Just watched BBC the One Show (Wednesday 3/5/23) sooo glad I avoided Felix Holidays, clearly they are unworthy of trading and have no intention of honouring the supposed holidays they charge people thousands of pounds for. Absolute con merchants, should be stopped. Feeling so sorry for the hundreds of people out there that have lost out.

Still being told lies about my refund. Despicable ethics on the part of the manager, if that's what you can call him. Mind you, he doesn't even know what his name is. Is it Lukas Edwards, Lucas Kadper, Lucas Benedict. He changes it constantly. The company continually dissolves only to become active again. I can only advise anyone tempted by the Facebook adverts, posted by Felix Holidays, not to book with them. Have a look at the Scammed by Felix Holidays Facebook Page. You will get some idea of how many people have been conned by the company.

Wish it could be Zero Stars!!!

We booked a holiday for November 2023 to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Bali. We’ve paid the deposit and 3 instalments before we became suspicious. They couldn’t send us the link to make our March payment because “one of their customers paid from a Russian bank account. So their bank account were frozen for safety reasons”. They are no longer replying to emails and I have joined over 300 people in a Facebook group called Scammed By Felix Holidays. I’m one of the lucky ones, lots of customers have been left stranded with no transfers, hotels or holiday park tickets in a foreign country. This company is an absolute disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

Amazing company will be using them again

Me and my family have just got back from an amazing week from disneyland paris for a week and booked everything with felix holidays and Bryan. We couldn't have wished for a better company to book through they helped at every turn and never let us down. I was a pain and asked for the holiday to be changed constantly and Bryan did this at every turn and never didn't come out with amazing results. Everything went swimmingly in France from the plane to the pickup the only small issues which felix fixed straight away was our disney tickets somehow was cancelled and felix sorted this ASAP for us. Would highly recommend felix holidays for holidays and we are currently booking again through them now.

I dealt with Trevor who was so prompt and so helpful. I booked Disneyland Paris for 5 people because of him as it was so straight forward and hassle free. Booked a holiday with felix

Booked a holiday with felix. Arrived at the gates of Disney Paris to find out the 3 day tickets we purchased through them didn't work. Our holiday was ruined!! Promised if we paid for more tickets on arrival we would recieve refund the same day. Still not recieved refund. Our holiday was completely ruined, we lost out on bookings in Dosney and used our spending money to purchase tickets again. Shocking customer service amd still not replying to my emails.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They’re scammers!! 3 adults and 5 children stranded at Charles de Gaulle airport after Felix had cancelled the full holiday. We had a choice to go straight back home and leave our kids heartbroken or pay again for the full holiday. There is a group on Facebook ‘scammed by Felix holidays’… please join this group before thinking of booking with this company. If only we had done the same before.
