I hate this place never never ever do they have just one Cinnabon. The food they do have sitting out is old trusty wouldn't feed it to my dog

This truck stop/gas station has card skimmers that steal debit/credit card info. I stopped for fuel but the pump wasn't working, so I pulled my card out and left frustrated. Later when I get home 75 dollars has been charged to my account without my permission. My card says it came from somewhere in morgantown. Since that's the only place I stopped it came from there. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

The food is good shower is also good staff is so nice specially big guy...

Let me start by saying this is one of the best Pilots in the country because the facility is nice and the staff are constantly working and helpful. BUT this has the absolute worst entrance/exit/fueling design in history. I witnessed a 25 minute gridlock because trucks were lined up from the highway to the entrance and couldn’t get in while the trucks in the lot done fueling couldn’t get out. It was pure insanity and crying on the CB. They don’t have reserved parking which is a plus in my book so I’ll bump em up a star.

I used to stop here regularly, but going to start passing it by. Time & time again they have no breakfast food prepared and all the warmers behind the glass are empty. It wasn't always this way, it used to have lots of food options. Staff are always friendly and helpful but I stop here for fuel & food as 1 stop and go but the food options are disappointing and the only other option there is a Cinnabon. No thanks.

Anytime I'm in the Morgantown area I make a stop at Pilot not only is the store clean and efficient the restrooms are great huge selection of food items as well as convenient items and they have a Cinnabon inside the store which definitely makes the stop worthwhile

So owner operator OTR Truck driver Since 2003. This Pilot was very clean but. Not alot of Parking, Fuel is High, Very under staffed, completely out of coffee, and no one in the back serving food. I drive 600 to 720 miles a day. Food and Coffee is very important.

This is a bit of a smaller location. Not a ton of truck parking. Automotive fuel side only has a handful of pumps and is kind of tight if you're in an RV or pulling a trailer. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Well stocked store.

Amazing place hands down! So convenient. Staff makes you feel right at home. Very clean

Decent amount of parking...eight diesel filling spots, Inside was clean they have a Subway and a Mc Donald's among other quick to eat foods like sandwiches. Bathroom was clean, not sure about the showers...drivers lounge. Cashier was friendly and fast with my check out.

Being out on the road as a woman, I have to leave a review on this Pilot Travel Stop. . I stop at many truckstops and you can always appreciate a pilot when you walk in the place and you smell Cinnabon, you go to the bathroom they got little flowers and potpourri right in the door it's clean it smells fresh, based on that alone, this is one of the best rest stops I've been to and I'm all over the place on the road. Some of these places, you rather piss outside then pull your panties down in some of these bathrooms. I have to give this pilot in Sutton West Virginia five stars.

Super clean friendly staff and they have fresh fruit daily for truckers convenience wide selection of items from food to truck maintenance!

Super-clean, well-kept restrooms! This is a big deal to me. Of course it only takes one piggy person to ruin it, but the staff here clearly cares and works hard. This place also has great food options. (Moe's! Cinnabon!) They even have T-shirts, hats and toys. Always stop here while traveling I-79!

I like stopping at Pilots it's a stop shop because you can get gas,hot food and coffee. The place is clean with big restrooms if you don't want truck stop food there's a Moe's Mexican restaurant inside. There's. Walmart across the street which is nice.

We stopped for fuel and to get some snacks and drinks. The staff was very driendly and selection is fantastic. I like the app because you get 3cents off per gallon of gasoline. They also have monthly specials/deals.

Don't use this location if you have a larger RV or are towing. Very tight location and no pull thru spots in the truck parking area.

MY first time sleeping in my car and using a truck stop, so I was a bit apprehensive, but I was able to park and sleep in my car without issue, and used the showers. The woman who rang me up didnt seem to know how it worked, nor did I, but after some confusion, I got my shower. PLENTY of room for your stuff and the shower area itself could fit 6 people! The shower pressure was unreal. It had to be the most pressure I've ever experienced, plenty of hot water. I brought my own soaps and shampoos and used their towels. Toilet and sink in the room. VERY clean!! Staff was friendly and Id use this Pilot again.

Driving in and out is quite the hazard, but they got gas and coffee, for what that?s worth?

Don't stop here if you want hot food. They don't keep it stocked and they probably only cook once a day. What they do have (if ... anything) it's super old. Read more

Standard pilot but on the worser side. Small lot to fit about 30-40 trucks. The store itself was pretty clean and organized ... minus the lack of food from the deli options. Other option is a Cinnabon but that?s mainly a dessert option but truckers dogotta eat. It?s better then starving. Bathrooms definitely need way more thorough cleaning. Stalls were filthy and one was outof order. The sinks were stained with paper towels on them because some people don?t know how to properly throw them out. Staffwas friendly enough no complaints there. Had to take a 34 here but have food in my truck so I barely had to go in for anythingbut when I did This is what I came across. No info on showers. When your driving, you have to get your steps when and where you can Thetravel center has food lots of it, snacks, drinks, candy and even a hot bar with pizza and such.
