RE:Johan and Sandra. when i had my daughter come and visit us a few months back we bought our tours and tickets through them. we enjoyed all of our tours other than the fact that vallarta adventures did not want to honor part of their deal by providing transportation to their facilities in Nuevo Vallarta from PV.

You are aware they do not actually conduct tours (they are not even located in PV), they sell tickets for tours. Tickets can be purchased directly from the actual tour operator (i.e. Vallarta Adventures), or ticket sellers located in PV who can be contacted directly should a problem arise. That said, I am not recommending not to use J&S, I have not heard anything negative about them.

Even when there was a problem and the customer was delayed and missed the tour, they were still able to reach them and their money was refunded.
