Bali Bucket List Original 10 Day Tour

This was the best holiday I’ve ever been on. Everyday had something new to try. Snorkelling with clear warm waters, beautiful multicoloured fish, colourful coral and very chilled turtles was one of the many highlights. After trekking to the top of mount Batur to see the sunrise (which felt peaceful and was awe-inspired), we were greeted with Balinese coffee and the best ever toasted banana sandwich- I don’t think I’ll eat a better breakfast than this. I would definitely recommend trying the deep fried banana we were offered at the base of mountain prior to trekking up- the batter was perfect- crispy crunchy and light. The scenery throughout the trip was amazing, beaches, mountains, sunrises, sunsets, turquoise water with white sand. We traveled through the lush forests in Ubud monkey sanctuary and en-route to a viewpoint at Nusa Penida. The food was delicious- after cooking some amazing food from scratch at the Balinese cooking class we were given a recipe book to take home and I’m currently working my way through the recipes trying to create the perfect balance of lemongrass, chilli, ginger and turmeric to recreate the Balinese flavours. The accommodation was fantastic, I really feel for the money I paid I got a boutique experience. The only negative experience was of a very bumpy boat ride and the surfing just wasn’t for me. I was blessed with both my/our guide Alex- who was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us and made the experience truly magical, and blessed with my fellow travellers who I was grateful to share the Bali experience with.

Wanderlands Bali - 8 Days

My tour with Wonderlands through Bali was really great! Staccia had an answer to every question, gave good tips and the whole process went smoothly. My three highlights of the trip were the waterfall, the surfing lessons and the boat tour from Nusa Lembongan. I can only recommend it!

Bali Experience 12 Day

I really enjoyed this tour, it was the first time I had travelled through any tour company and I thought it was extremely well run. Our tour guide Hendri was incredible, he made us laugh, encouraged us to push ourselves outside of our comfort zones and was available to help day or night. Hendri went out of his way to make sure that we all had the best time and always felt safe while travelling. We had one particularly difficult group member, but Hendri dealt with this without a sweat. He happily got up during the night to come to this persons aid and even swapped rooms with them because they weren’t happy. Our group became really close during our trip and I believe that is a testament to Hendri’s welcoming and light hearted nature and his ability to provide fun and engaging activities for all the group to join in on. After my experience on the intro travel to Bali tour I will definitely be looking to book another tour through intro again!

Classic Bali

Tour has definitely exceeded my expectations. We covered a lot of areas in a week and have seen many wonderful places. If I were traveling by myself I would not have been able to see as much, stress-free. Our chief experience officer (CEO), Vera, was great - knowledgeable, fun, calm and shared lots of interesting info about Bali with us. Very impressed and would recommend. Some hotels were more basic than others, however this is mentioned in the trip notes.

Bali Experience 15 Day

We have just finished the Bali into experience and can honestly say it is one of the best travel experiences I have had to date. I found the accommodation to be of a high standard and in beautiful locations. All hotels had pools which was another bonus. There was some bugs in the rooms as expected in hotter climates but didn’t really bother me at all. The activities where well planned out and ranged from physical activists such as surfing to visiting a local family and learning about local culture. We had Hendri as our group leader and he was amazing. He helped us to organise additional activities such as scuba diving and jewellery making as well as transport. He was always there to answer any questions we had and was good at keeping us informed about all aspects of the trip. There wasn’t one moment I felt unsafe on the whole trip. His energy and laugher and infectious. We had one particularly difficult member of the group but he went above and beyond with a smile and ensured it didn’t effect the rest of the groups mood. We had originally planned to do the 12 day tour but decided to extend our trip to the 15 days due to how much we enjoyed the 12 days Hendri sorted this out for us quickly and with 0 stress. Before leaving the tourer put a deposit down for another intro travel location with other members of our group. I would highly recommend intro travel

The trip was beautiful, with time we had seen enough temples. Perhaps one could include a hike or a waterfall at this point. We would skip the bird/fish market in Yogyakarta for the Europeans, this animal husbandry shocked us. Worked out everything very well and we felt taken care of.
