I had the same problem on level 5. Francois doesn't ever tell the last story.

I'm glad it's not just me! I'm sure it is something that they will fix. I'm going to report it, since it's not just me.

I received an email from tech support this morning that an update has been released that will fix this bug. If you delete your edition and redownload it, it should be corrected!

I cannot seem to get 3 stars on either level 10 or challenge 2-1. Played each at least 4 times! Any suggestions?

My strategy was to serve quickly, and not make serving chains. They pay more the happier they are, so earning a quick bonus means earning more tips, too. Same for keeping them at four hearts -- don't wait to make serving or check out chains. Just be as quick as you can. Of course, if you still can't get it, you can always lower the difficulty, then raise it back after that level. I may have to do that on challenge 3-5!!

Hey, in the final restaurant. Not a single person orders the fruit cakes/pies. N coz of this I cannot get the last achievement. Does anyone else have this issue?? There are so many other bugs in the game as well.

Also in the Spooky cafe levels, when the girl and the little kid order the costumes, u need to click/rub inside the pink circle carefully but if your mouse leaves the circle by mistake then it accept the order but then they just stand there without ever checking out at the register then ultimately get mad and leave without paying.

I mentioned the costume ordering child in my walkthrough. According to Gamehouse, they have fixed that bug; just download the new version and it should work now!

Their response to me about the bugs was that fans were eager for the game so they went ahead and released it. . . Ah well! Anyway, I didn't add that bug to my walkthrough, and I should have. Yes, I had that trouble, too. I'm assuming it was fixed with this new release of the game, but I haven't downloaded it yet to see. Have you tried redownloading the game since they corrected the other errors over the weekend?

Hey thanks for the reply. I would really love to get all the trophies but I'm not sure where to get the new version of the game. Also if I delete my current game and play the new version will I lose all my progress??

No, your game levels will stay saved on your computer in separate files from the files actual game is in, so you will still have all your progress. I got my game from Gamehouse and redownloaded it today. The first two bugs were fixed, but I still didn't get anyone to order the fruit pies when I played a couple levels. I hope it will be fixed soon!

Oh -- I should have said that you should redownload it from where you bought it. I bought mine from Gamehouse and they have the most recent edition.

Thanks for the reply. Since I already finished the game I'm going to leave it as it is and not get the new version. Had fun playing the game for sure and wish they found/fixed these major bugs before releasing the game. Also I would like to THANK YOU for your efforts on the walkthrough. I am so glad it's helpful! Thanks! I liked the game WAY better than the last two Delicious games. It had the feel of the earlier gameplay, and I was glad of that. Also standing alone, compared to other time management games, it was much better than the average. Compared to earlier games, like Message in a Bottle or Hopes and Fears, though, it doesn't stack up as well. Still the best time management series, to my mind, though. Thanks again for your kind comment!

I received an email from tech support today, saying that the pie problem has been fixed. Redownload it, and it should be corrected.

Yep it's been upgraded and works great now. Several changes too, for instance that lady with her kid at the spooky place no longer gets "rubbed", you "hold" it now and she always comes up to pay.

JUST FYI...there is a new upgrade to this game! You will need to redownload it but it works great now. The only thing I cannot figure out are what all of the upgrades are since the only thing I have not unlocked are the pies (and they work now too). So yeah, it's all been upgraded now!!

Hi I'm the same, can't get last trophy as it says 143 upgrades, I've upgraded all food, camp, bought all store items.. help please

I contacted Gamehouse support about it, but never heard anything back from them. Hopefully it is something they'll fix soon.

Can ANYONE tell me what all of the 143 product upgrades are? I cannot find more than 130!

Because when I played the game, the pies weren't working, I never bothered to even check that trophy. I had no idea it said 143 products! There are actually only 57 items sold in the whole game, and only 56 of those are upgrade-able! I've sent a message to tech support to ask about it. I'll comment here if/when I hear anything back from them. Thanks for pointing that out!

Hi you have said that challenge 5.1 is impossible. I think you've misread it as its actually quite easy! Just fill your tray with easy to pick up items before the customer orders and delete them if they don't, you only need do it 5 times not 15 as you said. Love your walkthroughs - have used them for every game xx

When I redownloaded the newest version today, it's changed to 3 items now.

Rarely anyone ever orders the menu at Betty's place. Do you have any hints for how to get the upgrade? I have downloaded the newest version and all the other glitches you mentioned are fixed. Thanks!

I'm sorry, I don't have any idea how to make them order more. That was a problem with Emily's Christmas Carol, as well: some of the items were rarely ordered. You can always contact support at Gamehouse (they created the game) and ask them if that is something they will upgrade.

What is the version in the settings that fixes all bugs for PC pls?

I am unable to pass Challenge 3-5. It keeps telling me that I failed to prepare 2 products at once but I am. I've tried it over and over again. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

(Sorry for the late reply; I didn't get a notification!) It is a very very hard challenge, and I had to try it several times. If, though, you are definitely making the items twice, there may be a glitch you'll need to report to Gamehouse.

I have upgraded all menu items, but the trophy says I am missing three upgrades. Is there a bonus level(s)?

If you are talking about the "New Tastes" trophy, I think it is bugged. I had the same trouble, and contacted tech support last May about it, but never got a reply.

Hi.. i started to play this game but i can't figure out how to unlock the other level? I just finished level 5 and can't play the next one, what must i do? Can anyone pls help me? Thanks

Are you playing it on a platform other than PC? I played it on PC and didn't have to do anything to unlock a level except to complete the previous level.

Good morning Gypsi.i can't collect the new tastes in all the restaurants many foods are not even ordered or ordered very very rarely I reply many levels but still nothing.

And I play from Android tablet

I had a hard time with some of those too. I had to replay a lot of levels. I did find that putting the difficulty on hard makes more customers, which causes more things to be ordered, and in the long run seemed to help. (I had the same trouble with Emily's Christmas Carol!)

I want to achieve 3 stars on every level in expert mode. I have tried challenge 4-5 probably 100 times now. It seems impossible. I landed here looking for any tips or tricks!!

How to Play

Delicious – Emily’s Mansion Mystery is a GameHouse Premiere exclusive Time Management cooking game and is the 19th full game in the Delicious Series ! The goal of the game is to serve as many guests as possible within a set time limit. The better your service, the higher your score!

Serve guests Your main task during gameplay is to serve guests. First, select the item they ordered. Then it will be added to your inventory tray. Second, select the guest to deliver the order.

Ring up guests After you serve orders to guests, they will approach the counter. While everything at the mansion is au gratis, the matriarch wants an EXACT account of how much she’s spending. Ring up guests’ orders on the tablet to keep track.

Combine items together Some orders must be assembled before they can be delivered to guests. To do this, select the ingredients in the correct sequence.

Cooking and restocking items Some orders take time to prepare. Keep an eye on the meter to see how far along the order is. Make sure to collect the order when the arrow is in the green zone so it doesn’t burn or spill. Also, some products may need to be restocked, so keep an eye on the number shown next to the products. Tip! Restock all items at the start of the day to get ahead early on. 

Keep your eyes on your inventory tray Your inventory tray is limited. When all the slots are filled, you can’t pick up any new products. To free up slots, you have to either deliver the orders to the guests or you can discard items by clicking or tapping on their icon on your tray.

Keep your location clean After guests have finished at a table, they leave a mess behind. Select the table to clean it as soon as possible as new guests can’t use a dirty table.

Carl the mouse is hidden in each of the game’s 90 levels, which includes 60 story levels and 30 bonus levels. Carl will pop up as you play each level and you’ll hear his soft squeak before he disappears again (so keep the game sound on)! Find all 90 mice to unlock a special trophy!

Minigames Minigames are present in almost every level in all chapter locations and will be different in each location. Play minigames to earn bonus points – the more stars earned for a minigame (up to three), the higher your score. Tip! Bonus Levels are more challenging, so minigames are especially helpful in these levels to earn more points. You can find more information on each minigame in the Chapter Guide .

Menu and Shop Upgrades Different Menu and Shop Upgrades are available in each chapter and offer ways to increase the number of points you earn or your efficiency, so you can ultimately earn more stars, which leads to more coins and diamonds . Shop Upgrades can be purchased using coins, while Menu Upgrades are unlocked as you play levels. You can find details on the Menu and Shop Upgrades available in each chapter in the Chapter Guide .

Scoring, Coins, and Guest Happiness

Guest Happiness You’ll earn tips based on guest satisfaction levels. Each guest has hearts over their head indicating how happy they are:

5 Hearts = Ecstatic!

4 Hearts = Very Happy

 3 Hearts = Happy

  2 Hearts = Slightly Unhappy

  1 Heart = Angry

The more hearts a guest has over their head when you ring them up, the higher the points you’ll receive – which means a higher score and ultimately more coins! Guests with no hearts will leave without giving you any points, so be careful! 

Scoring  and Coins

Throughout each level you will earn a score and that score will determine how many stars you are awarded after playing the level. Each star (3 in total) is worth a certain amount of coins.

For example – the first star might be worth 50 coins, the second star worth 100 coins, and the third star worth 150 coins. If you earn all 3 stars, you’ll earn 300 coins (based on this example). You can use coins to purchase Shop Upgrades and different Wedding Venue upgrade styles.

Earning bonus points will help you get a higher score, which will lead to more stars and ultimately more coins. You can earn bonus points by completing combos or special services:

• Checkout Combo – Ring up multiple guests at the same time to get bonus points.
• Cleaning Combo – Clean multiple tables in a row to increase your score.
• Chain Combo – Bring multiple guests all the items they want in a row to increase your score.
• Full Order Bonus – Bring all the items a guest asks for in a single trip to get bonus points.
• Quick Service Bonus – Deliver all the items a guest asks for within a short period of time to get bonus points.
• Event Bonus – Complete the side objective to get bonus points and earn more diamonds.
• Mouse Bonus – Find Carl the mouse hiding in each level to get bonus points and earn more diamonds.
• All Clean Bonus – Have all tables clean at the end of the level BEFORE ringing up the last guest to receive a bonus.

Additional Tips and Tricks

Need more coins to buy Shop Upgrades and different Wedding Venue  options? Check out the tips below:

• Replay levels (PC) – You can replay all levels and receive more coins each time you replay. Plus, you’ll earn a special trophy for replaying any levels of your choice 100 times. Tip! Replaying levels where the stars are worth more coins and after upgrading certain Menu items will get you even more coins!
• Use ALL Menu Upgrades – As soon as new Menu Upgrades are available – select them! By upgrading your menu as soon as possible, you’ll get bigger tips, increase guest patience or recover hearts, which in turn gives you a higher score and more stars, leading to more coins. Other Menu Upgrades, such as reducing restocking or preparation times, will increase your efficiency and ultimately get you a higher score, leading to more coins!
• Minigames – Play as many of the minigames as you can in each level to earn extra points so you can get all 3 stars, meaning more coins.

Chapter 1 – Conservatory

Wave goodbye to the family as Emily and Francois’ friend-cation begins in a sprawling mansion estate! Meet a new cast of characters to kick off a weekend-long engagement celebration. Meanwhile, the mysteries begin to unfold, leaving the besties to put their detective hats on.

Chapter 1 contains Story Levels 1 – 10 and Bonus Levels 1-1 – 1-5.

Menu Upgrades

In Chapter 1, there are 17 menu upgrades available. The upgrades in this chapter will recover 25% of guest’s hearts when delivering full orders using the upgraded item, increase the number of items that can be restocked, increase points, or reduce restocking times.

Shop Upgrades

Tray Handle – This will increase your inventory tray slots so you can hold more items at the same time, which also increases efficiency and the ability to earn bonus points with full orders. ( Recommended)

Carl’s Mascot – Carl will pop up more frequently to pose next to the plushie, making it easier to find him.

Pretty Pumps – These pretty shoes will give you a burst of motivation allowing you to walk faster. ( Recommended)

Blooming Plants – Guest satisfaction will decline at a slower pace in a more charming environment.

Cleaning Set – You get more points for keeping the location clean at the end of the level (All Clean bonus).

Bird Cage – The delightful sound of birds will give you more points when you go from table to table (In-A-Row bonus).

Tart Minigame

How to play – Click or tap on the fruits highlighted in red to decorate the tart. Not all fruits will need to be used to decorate the tart – only those with the highlighted red outline.

Head to the kitchen to continue the investigation… and cook for the guests of course!

Chapter 2 contains Story Levels 11 – 20 and Bonus Levels 2-1 – 2-5.

In Chapter 2, there are 16 menu upgrades available. The upgrades in this chapter will recover 25% of guest’s hearts when delivering full orders using the upgraded item, increase points, reduce preparation time, or reduce restocking times.

Mousehole – Carl has his own way of navigating the house, so that keeps him hanging around longer, making him easier to find.

How to play – Trace and fill inside the lines to slice the vegetables. Click or press inside the lines and drag your cursor or finger over the line until you see that each line has been filled.

Bottoms up! Head down to the wine cellar where it’s wine o’clock and the hors d’oeuvres are flying off the shelves. Hmm.. What is Irene up to?

Chapter 3 contains Story Levels 21 – 30 and Bonus Levels 3-1 – 3-5.

In Chapter 3, there are 12 menu upgrades available. The upgrades in this chapter will recover 25% of guest’s hearts when delivering full orders using the upgraded item, increase guest tips, reduce preparation time, or increase the number of items that can be restocked.

Romantic Lighting – This gentle lighting (and the wine) makes guest satisfaction drop at a slower pace.

LED String Lights – Now that you can see more, you move faster. ( Recommended)

Wood Wax – You get more points for having all the tables clean at the end of each level.

Carl Tip Jar – Serving more orders in a row gives you more points. Carl will make sure of it! ( Recommended)

Wooden Tray – This elegant wooden tray lets you carry an additional item on your inventory tray. ( Recommended)

Wine Minigame

How to play – A guest will request some wine. Click or tap on the bottle of wine and deliver it to the guest for the minigame to begin. The goal is to open the wine bottle and pour the wine into the glass. To do this, click or tap on the objects highlighted in red as they appear. First, click or tap on the capsule and then the corkscrew to open the bottle. Lastly, click or tap on the glass to pour the wine.

Skewers Minigame

How to play – The goal is to assemble some tasty skewers for the guests to enjoy. To do this, click or tap on the ingredients highlighted in red as they appear.

How to play – A guest will request some darts. Click or tap on the darts and deliver them to the guest for the minigame to begin. Drag the darts to the crosshairs of their matching colors to accurately shoot them into the board. For example, click or tap on the blue dart and drag it to the crosshair on the blue section of the dartboard, then repeat for the other colors.
