Superb Service

I cannot put into words how awesome these guys are superb cars, friendly drivers and for a change spot on punctually. Smooth drive to and from Manchester Airport with Nathan and John. I could not recommend this company highly enough superb service and value that you don’t get very often these days. Will definitely use again. Thanks

I have had to cancel my booking with Jb travel, I had already paid in full for my booking but after speaking to John my money was transferred back into my account within a couple of hours. I am so impressed with Jb travel I have used them previously and will definitely use them again

Best way to start any holiday

Have been using JB for a good while now. I will always use JB for my airport transfers. We’ve used JB for group family trips and just my wife and I. There cars are spotless and unbelievably comfortable, even when there’s 7 of us and 16 cases!! We’ve used JB for years now and will continue to do so. His staff are polite, professional, always on time and will go it of there way to help with any needs we’ve had. I grew up enjoying the drive to the airport in my dad’s car. The transfer with JB is a part of holidays now, my daughter (4) now asks when Richard will be taking us to our next plane ride. Thank you to Jon & Richard (so far only been driven by these two gents). We’re looking forward to the rest of our trips this year.

My wife & myself needed a good

My wife & myself needed a good, reliable taxi service to take us to the airport, after looking to see what was available, i found JB Executive Travel, never heard of them before but i decided to call them to learn more. I spoke with John who explained everything i needed to know & after hearing what he had to say, i felt reassured this company was the one we needed & we booked our taxi. Richard, our driver picked us up from our home, on time & was very professional , we arrived at the airport with time to spare, we both felt relaxed & ready to start our holiday, his car was very comfortable & spotlessly clean, Richard also picked us up on our return flight back to UK when he had to wait a long time due to our flight being delayed, he didn't complain at all & was very helpful & courtiess. We had absolutely nothing to complain about, they kept us informed as & when necessary, our experience with this company was brilliant & will always be our first choice in the future.

Excellent Service

JB Executive Travel customer service is second to none.We have used them for the last few year and are always completely impressed with John and his drivers professionalism and service. Everything works perfectly from booking to collection.All the drivers are incredibly punctual and friendly. They are our go to service for airport pick up and drop off . Excellent service, Our driver, Richard, arrived to pick us up at home most punctually and took us to our destination without any hassle. Two weeks later, Richard picked us up on time for the return journey. Throughout this, we have nothing but praise for his driving, his car, his courtesy, thoughtfulness and assistance. The whole experience, from booking to the return was very good and there is no doubt we shall use this company again. We recommend JB Executive Travel to anyone who requires an executive transfer.

An early morning airport transfer went perfectly. Driver arrived in plenty of time, very professional and friendly. Couldn't have gone smoother. Same on the return leg, outside waiting for us as we left the airport. Could not have done anything better. Many thanks.

Excellent service

I've used JB a few times for transfers to airports for company business. The time keeping is excellent which is crucial for airport runs, the cars are spotless and the drivers are very smartly turned out. The drivers also know when to have a conversation and when to let you have some quiet time which is always appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending JB travel to anyone, and look forward to using them again in the future.

Safety, Comfort, Quality and Style

Pristine vehicles, excellent, safe drivers, travel in both style and comfort. All you need to do is to relax and enjoy the journey as the holiday starts when JB arrives at your door. We've used JB Executive Travel on numerous occasions and keep on returning because of the consistently high standards and comfort of the vehicles, the excellent time keeping, the quality of the driving and the care for the welfare of the passengers. Amazing service!

We have used JB for a few airport runs for my mum, who now travels on her own since the loss of my dad. We have always been super impressed with their professionalism, but this morning’s trip at 4am really was amazing. Since her last trip, mum has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Richard took the time to walk her into the airport, and take her to exactly where she needed to be. Totally unexpected, but very much appreciated. You really are the best, and give piece of mind and reassurance to families who have someone travelling alone. Thank you!

First class service which got our…

First class service which got our honeymoon off to a great start with a short trip to a nearby station. S class was immaculate inside and out. Driver (Richard) was very friendly and extremely professional. I wish we had known about JB earlier as we had a really bad experience with a so called luxury firm on our way home that we had already booked. We used JB Executive travel recently to get my mum to several hospital appointments. We knew the journey to the appointments was going to be difficult and tiring and parking at the hospital a nightmare. So booking JB travel took away all the stress of getting there and back. We had no worries about being on time for the appointments as John worked out the journey times for the different times of day and was very punctual. The ride was extremely comfortable and we had some interesting conversations with John who was very courteous and helpful, helping my mum in and out of the car. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JB executive travel again and highly recommend their services.
