How to Fill DS-160 Form for US Visa: A Step-by-Step Guide (with screenshots)

The first step in the US visa application process is to fill DS-160 form online. It’s a lengthy form with several pages and sections, so it can take you a few days to complete.

Before you start the application, go through my comprehensive guide on DS-160 form to understand the technical requirements and the documents needed for filling out the application.

Then, follow along this step-by-step guide to complete your DS-160 form. There are screenshots and instructions to guide you. For each question, there is a comment explaining what exactly needs to be entered.

IMPORTANT The result of your US visa for the most part depends on the information you fill in your DS-160. Pay careful attention to the information you enter in your DS-160. It must be accurate, and honest and must match with what you say during the visa interview. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT lie in your DS-160. This can lead to visa denial, visa ban, or permanent blacklist.

Steps to fill ds-160 form, 01. getting started.

To start your DS-160 form, head over to the US Department of State’s Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160) page.

• Select a location where you will be applying for this visa [ Instruction: Select the country where you intend to attend your US visa interview]
• Enter the code as shown [ Instruction : Enter the code shown in the captcha in this field. This is to make sure you are a real human and not a bot]
• This visa application will ask you to upload a digital photo of yourself [ Instruction : If you already have a digital photo for your visa application, click on “Test Photo” to check if your photo meets the specifications. If you don’t have a photo and want to know the photo requirements, click on “Photo Standard Guide”]

NOTE The question “This visa application will ask you to upload a digital photo of yourself” is shown only for certain countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, etc. If you choose a country such as India, Mexico, etc., this question will not be shown.

After you have entered the above data, you will see 2 buttons –

• START AN APPLICATION [ Instruction : Click this button if you are starting a new application]
• RETRIEVE AN APPLICATION [ Instruction : Click this button if you are retrieving a previously saved application]

Let’s look into these options in detail.

START AN APPLICATION

Click the “START AN APPLICATION” button when you are starting a new DS-160 application. This will create an Application ID, which you must print or make a note of. You will need the Application ID to retrieve your saved DS-160 application.

RETRIEVE AN APPLICATION

Your session times out if you leave your DS-160 form open for too long. If that happens, you can come back to your saved application (saved till the last section) using this option.

You might also need time to gather the information needed to fill DS-160 form. In that case, you can save and come back to your saved application using this option. You would need your DS-160 Application ID to retrieve the saved application.

After you enter the above data and click on “START AN APPLICATION”, you will see the “Application Information” Screen. Your “Application ID” will be displayed here. Print this page. Or take a screenshot or make a note of the DS-160 Application ID. You will need your Application ID to retrieve your saved DS-160 application.

• I AGREE [ Instruction: Check the “I AGREE” box for Computer Fraud and Abuse Act]
• Security Question [ Instruction : Select a security question from the list]
• Answer [ Instruction : Enter the answer for your security question]

IMPORTANT Make a note of your “Application ID”, “Security Question” and “Answer”. The “Security Question and Answer” along with the “Application ID”, “Surname” and “Birth Year” are REQUIRED to retrieve your saved DS-160 visa application. If you forget any of this information, you will not be able to retrieve your saved application. You will have to start over again with a new DS-160 application.

NOTE You will have 30 days to complete a partially saved DS-160 application. These 30 days are calculated from the last time you edited your application. If you do not complete and submit your DS-160 form within 30 days, your application will be deleted and you will have to start over again.

If you have accents or special characters in your name

The “Surnames” and “Given Names” fields DO NOT ALLOW accents or special characters. You must enter your name WITHOUT accents or special characters in the “Surnames” and “Given Names” fields. Use the “Full Name in Native Alphabet” field to enter your full name with accents and special characters.

If you have a middle name on your passport

If you have a middle name in your passport (ex: Philippines passport), you must add your middle name to your given name(s) and enter it in your DS-160 “Given Name”.

Example below.

If your surname in the passport is “blank”

If your surname in the passport is “blank”, use the following format in your DS-160 form.

In your current passport Surname: Given Name: XXXX YYYY

This is how you will fill in your DS-160 Surname: XXXX YYYY Given Name: FNU

Your US visa will be issued with the following name Surname: XXXX YYYY Given Name: FNU

NOTE:  FNU means First Name Unknown.

IMPORTANT:  You must get your passport fixed as soon as you can. It can create all kinds of issues, not only for visa applications but also at the airports. If you move to a foreign country to study or work, you won’t be able to open a bank account, apply for a driving license, etc.

What if your surname or given name is too long

You may be able to enter your Surname and Given Name completely in DS-160 form. But in the US visa, the Surname and Given Name fields have a certain character limit and will be truncated if over the character limit.

Even though your name is truncated in your US visa, it will not pose any problems with US immigration. US border officials are all aware of this and will not ask you any questions. You may be asked by the airline staff if they are not familiar with US visa name character limit.

PRO TIP For “TEMP. BUSINESS PLEASURE VISITOR (B)”, you will have 3 options to choose from: B1 (Business), B2 (Tourism), and B1/B2 (Business and Tourism). I recommend selecting “B1/B2” even though your purpose might be strictly business or tourism. A US visa is issued for 10 years and you never know when you will need to visit the US for business or when for tourism. “B1/B2” will work for both purposes and will spare you from unnecessary questions at the port of entry.

NOTE Even if you have selected “B1” or “B2” as your choice, the US consulate might still issue “B1/B2”. In very rare cases, they issue a “B1” or a “B2”.

What if you plan to stay in a hotel when you travel to the US, instead of a friend/family/relative?

If you are planning to stay in a hotel, book a refundable or pay-at-check-in hotel . Use that address for the question “Address Where You Will Stay in the U.S.”. Cancel the booking after you receive your visa.

What if you have already booked your flight tickets for your US trip?

If you have already booked your flight and hotel, then you must select “Yes” to the question “Have you made specific travel plans”. You will see some specific questions for your trip. Enter the following information.

• Date of Arrival in the U.S. [ Instruction: Select your exact date of arrival in the US]
• Arrival Flight (if known) [ Instruction: Enter your arrival flight number. Leave it blank if you don’t know ]
• Arrival City [ Instruction: Enter the first city where you will arrive]

• Print Application [ Instruction : Click this button to print a copy of DS-160 itself. This is for your records only. You do not need a DS-160 print for your interview]

Print DS-160 confirmation from this screen on an A4 or letter-size paper. If not, at least save it as a PDF so you will have a copy. Email a copy to yourself as well so you can print it later if needed.

Also, print a copy of your DS-160 to PDF so you will have a copy of that too. Later down the line if you are applying/renewing the visa, you can upload this PDF to pre-populate the DS-160 form for you. It would save a ton of time.

Completing the DS-160

Important Notice:  Take care to answer all questions on the DS-160 accurately and completely; otherwise, you may have to correct your application and reschedule your visa interview appointment.

Electronically submitting your DS-160 online application is only the first step in the visa application process. Once you have electronically submitted your DS-160 online application, you must contact the embassy or consulate at which you wish to apply to confirm whether you need to be interviewed by a consular officer, and to schedule an interview. You can find a list of U.S. embassies and consulates  here , with links to their websites where you can find information about scheduling a visa interview appointment.  If the embassy or consulate at which you apply informs that you must have a visa interview, the visa application process cannot be completed until you appear for an interview with a consular officer.

I am having problems accessing the DS-160.

Use only Internet Explorer 11 or higher, Firefox, or Google Chrome 58 when completing your appplication. Safari and Microsoft Edge are not supported .

What documents do I need to have with me while I complete the DS-160?

You should have the following documents available while you complete your DS-160:

• Travel itinerary , if you have already made travel arrangements.
• Dates of your last five visits or trips to the United States , if you have previously travelled to the United States. You may also be asked for your international travel history for the past five years. 
• Résumé or Curriculum Vitae  - You may be required to provide information about your current and previous education and work history. 
• Other Information  - Some applicants, depending on the intended purpose of travel, will be asked to provide additional information when completing the DS-160.

Some applicants will need to have additional information and documents handy while completing the DS-160:

• Students and Exchange Visitors (F, J, and M) : You will be asked to provide your SEVIS ID, which is printed on your  I-20 or DS-2019 , so you should have this form available when completing your DS-160. You also will be asked to provide the address of the school/program at which you intend to study. This information should also be on your I-20 or DS-2019 form. 
• Petition-based Temporary Workers (H-1B, H-2, H-3, CW1, L, O, P, R, E2C):  You should have a copy of your  I-129  available when completing your DS-160. 
• Other Temporary Workers:  You will be asked for information about your employer, including the employer’s address, while completing your DS-160.

Can my answers be in my native language?

No. All answers  must be in English, using English characters only,  except when you are asked to provide your full name in your native alphabet. Applications submitted in any language other than English will be denied, and you may be required to submit a new application.

While you must answer all questions in English, translations of questions are available in many languages from the drop-down menu in the right upper corner of the application. These translations should assist you in completing the form in English.

Are all questions on the DS-160 mandatory?

Most questions are mandatory and must be answered in the spaces provided. You may leave spaces blank when the questions are marked “optional.” You may answer a question with “Does Not Apply,” when that question does not apply to you; however, all other questions must be answered. The system  will not  allow you to submit an application with any mandatory questions left unanswered. If you do not complete a mandatory question, the system will display an error message and require you to answer the question before continuing with the application. If you do not answer questions that apply to your circumstances and/or purpose of travel, the system will not accept your application.

Are additional forms required?

No. The online DS-160 application replaced the DS-156, DS-157, DS-158, and DS-3032, which are no longer necessary.  NOTE : In addition to the DS-160, Treaty Trader/Treaty Investor visa applicants also must complete an additional form (see the Treaty Trader/Treaty Investor, E Visa Applicants  section below for more information). 

What happens to my DS-160 if I select a U.S. Embassy or Consulate where I will be applying for my visa, but end up making an interview appointment instead at another U.S. Embassy or Consulate?

The Embassy or Consulate at which you actually apply should be able to access your form using the barcode on your DS-160 confirmation page, which you must bring to the visa interview. For example, a business traveler intends to apply for his visa at the U.S. Embassy in City X, so he selects City X as the location where he will submit his application when he completes his DS-160. He then has an urgent reason to travel to City Y on business. Because there is a U.S. Consulate in City Y, he schedules an appointment for a visa interview there, using the barcode from his completed DS-160 application for appointment scheduling. The U.S. Consulate in City Y is able to accept his DS-160 even though it lists the U.S. Embassy in City X as the location where he originally intended to submit his application.

Completing Specific DS-160 Questions

How do i sign the ds-160 form.

You electronically sign your DS-160 by clicking the “Sign Application” button at the end of the form. Failure to sign may result in termination of the application. Your electronic signature certifies that you have read and understood the questions in the application and that your answers are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief. The submission of an application containing any false or misleading statements may result in the permanent refusal of a visa or denial of entry into the United States. All declarations made in the application are unsworn declarations made under penalty of perjury.

Unless you are exempted from appearing in person, your fingerprints will be electronically scanned on the day of your interview. By providing your fingerprints, you will again certify that that you have answered all questions on the DS-160 truthfully and to the best of your knowledge, and that you will tell the truth during your visa interview. You will be directed to read the following statement prior to having your fingerprints scanned:

“By submitting my fingerprint, I am certifying under penalty of perjury that I have read and understood the questions in my visa application and that all statements that appear in my visa application have been made by me and are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Furthermore, I certify under penalty of perjury that I will tell the truth during my interview and that all statements made by me during my interview will be complete to the best of my ability.”

Can a third party complete the form on my behalf? Who is exempt from signing the form?

If an applicant is illiterate or unable to complete the application, the applicant must be assisted by a third party. The third party must be identified on the “Sign and Submit” page of the application. While the third party can assist the applicant in completing the application, he or she must instruct the applicant on how to endorse the application on his or her own behalf by clicking the “Sign Application” button.

If the applicant is under the age of 16 or physically incapable of completing an application, the applicant’s parents or guardian may complete and click the “Sign Application” button on his or her behalf. If the applicant has no parent or legal guardian, then the application may be completed by any person having legal custody of, or a legitimate interest in, the applicant.

The DS-160 contains terms that I am not familiar with. Are these terms explained?

Explanations of the following terms contained in the online DS-160 form are available to you as help topics while you complete the DS-160 and are also provided below. 

Help: Surnames

Enter all surnames (or family names) exactly as they are written in your passport. If only one name is written in your passport, enter that as your “Surname.”

Help: Given Names

If your passport does not include a first or given name, please enter 'FNU' (meaning “first name unknown”) in the space for “Given Names.”

Help: Other Names

Other names used include your maiden name, religious name, professional name, or any other name by which you are or have been known.

Make sure to enter the other names you have used in full.  Thus, if you have only used another surname, enter it along with your usual given name. If you have only used another given name, enter it along with your usual surname.

Help: Telecode

Telecodes are four-digit code numbers that represent characters in some non-Roman alphabet names.

Help: Date of Birth

Enter as shown in your passport.

Help: Place of Birth

Please choose the name currently used for the place where you were born.

Help: Phone

You must provide a primary phone number. The primary phone number should be the phone number at which you are most likely to be reached; this could be a land line or a cellular/mobile number. If you have an additional land line or a cellular/mobile number please list that as your secondary phone number. 

Help: Identification Numbers

Your National ID Number is a unique number that your government may have provided. For example, the U.S. Government gives unique numbers to people looking to work or who pay taxes.

Help: Other Nationality

Enter all nationalities you currently hold and all nationalities you have previously held (including United States, if applicable), regardless of whether you have formally and/or legally relinquished the nationality. If the country where you previously held nationality no longer exists, choose the name of the country that is currently used for that location. (For example, if you used to be a citizen of the former East Germany, choose “Germany.”)

Help:  Permanent Resident

Permanent resident means any individual who has been legally granted by a country/region permission to live and work without time limitation in that country/region.

Help: Passport/Travel Document Number

Enter the number of the passport or travel document you will use to travel to the United States. This passport/document must still be valid, and must identify you and your nationality.

Help: Passport Book Number

The Passport Book Number is commonly called the inventory control number. You may or may not have a Passport Book Number on your passport. If you do, the location of the Passport Book Number on your passport may vary depending on the country that issued your passport. Please contact your passport issuing authority if you are unable to determine whether or not your passport contains a Passport Book Number.

Help: Expiration Date

In most cases your passport or travel document must be valid for at least six months after your arrival in the United States.

Help: Application Receipt/Petition Number

If you are applying for a petition-based visa, your application receipt/petition number was given to you by the Department of Homeland Security’s U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you filed your petition application at a USCIS Service Center. The application receipt/petition number is 13 characters long and the first three characters are letters.

Saving Your DS-160 and Returning to a Partially Completed DS-160

How can i save my application can i stop in the middle of the application and return to it later.

You can save your application or return to a partially completed application. When you begin a new DS-160, you will be issued a unique application identification (ID) number after selecting and answering a security question. Once you have your application ID number and have selected and answered a security question, you may exit the DS-160 application and return to it later.  You must have your application ID to return to your application .   To save your DS-160 to the Consular Electronic Application Center website, click the “Next” button at the bottom of each page you complete.  You have 30 days to return to a partially completed application . To access your application after 30 days, you must save it to your computer hard drive or a disk, as explained in the  FAQ  below.

How do I save my DS-160 application to my computer hard drive or a disk?

Saving to a hard drive or disk  will allow you to access your application after 30 days . To permanently save your application to your computer hard drive or a disk, select the “Save Application to File” button. Then, click the “Save” button on the File Download window. Identify a place on your computer to save the application, browse to that location, and click the “Save” button on the “Save As” window. The system will download your application to the specified location. Once the download is complete, you can click “Close” to return to the live application on our website.  Note:  Applications saved to the hard drive of a public or shared computer or memory device could likely be accessed by anyone else who uses the computer or device after you.

I apply for U.S. visas often. Can I reuse the DS-160?

Yes, you can use information from a previously submitted DS-160 to populate some fields on a new form. There are two ways that you can do this. First, if you plan to apply for a visa in the future, save your DS-160 to your hard drive or a disk using the instructions in the  FAQ  above. When you go to apply for your new visa you can then select “Option B-Upload a Previously Saved Application” on the Getting Started page. Alternately, if your previous visa application was submitted after November 1, 2010, you can select “Option C-Retrieve Application,” enter your previous visa application ID, and then hit “Create a New Application.” Your personal information will then populate the form. Be careful to check that all previously submitted information is current and accurate.

What if I lose my internet connection, the application “times out,” or I receive an error? Will my application be lost?

Why did the edits i made from the review page "edit" link not save.

In order for data changes made from the review page links to save, you must use the buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate, instead of the browser's back/forward buttons or the buttons along the side of the screen.

Uploading a Photo to Your DS-160

I understand that i can upload a photo with my application. how do i get a digital photo that will successfully upload to my application.

The confirmation page has an "X" in the box where the photo should be. What does that mean?

That means that the photo upload failed. Therefore, you should submit one printed photograph meeting our requirements, along with the online DS-160 confirmation page, to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate at which you plan to apply for your visa.  Please contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you are applying for specific instructions on how to do this.  See the print photo format found in the  Photograph Requirements  for more information. If the confirmation page includes a photo image, then the photo upload function was successful and no separate print photograph is required.

Correcting Answers on a Submitted DS-160

The u.s. embassy or consulate where i went for my visa interview denied my application because my ds-160 contained errors or was incomplete. what does this mean and what do i need to do next.

DS-160 applications submitted before April 1, 2010  cannot be reopened, and therefore, you must complete and submit a new DS-160.

The Embassy or Consulate should reopen your DS-160 submitted after April 1, 2010 if your application is denied for this reason and ask you to correct it , as explained below:

• DS-160 applications submitted on or after November 1, 2010: Enter your application ID  number and answer additional questions as prompted to access and correct your application. 
• DS-160 applications submitted on or after April 1, 2010, but before November 1, 2010: Enter your barcode or confirmation number into the Application ID field  and answer additional questions as prompted to access and correct your application.

After I have corrected or completed my DS-160 application, do I need to schedule a new appointment or return to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate?

Ds-160 confirmation page, should i bring my entire application or just the confirmation page with me to the interview.

You are not required to bring your entire application. For your interview, you  are  required to bring your confirmation page with your application ID number on it so we can retrieve your DS-160. You must bring the confirmation page with you during all phases of the application process. Without the confirmation page, we may not be able to process your visa case.

I submitted my online DS-160 application, but lost my confirmation page. Can I print a new one?

Yes, you can reprint the confirmation page of an application that has already been submitted. In order to do so, go into the  Consular Electronic Application Center website  and select the Embassy or Consulate at which you are applying. Hit “Option C-Retrieve Application” on the Getting Started page and enter your application ID number. From there you will be able to view and print your confirmation page.

Family/Group Applications

I am traveling with my family or as part of a group. can i create a family or group application.

Yes. When you select “Email Confirmation” on your Confirmation Page, you will be directed to a “Thank You” page. On the “Thank You” page you will see an option to create a family or group application. When you select this option, certain information from your application, such as destination, will automatically be imported to and displayed on a new application. Please note that if you use this option you must create an individual application for each family member or for each individual within the group.

If I use the option on the "Thank You" page to create a family or group application, can I modify the data automatically populated by the system?

Yes. If one of the dependents has a different surname or nationality, for example, you can alter that data before submitting the application.

Treaty Trader/Treaty Investor, E Visa Applicants

I am applying for a treaty trader/treaty investor, e visa. do i need to fill out the ds-160 and the ds-156e.

It depends. If you are a Treaty Investor (E-2) applicant, you need only complete the DS-160. If you are a Treaty Trader (E-1) or an Executive/Manager/Essential Employee (E-1 or E-2), you must complete the DS-160, and you or your employer must complete the paper  DS-156E  form.

If you’re traveling to the U.S. for a stay less than 90 days, the Department of Homeland Security requires eligible travelers to use the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), as part of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). You must submit your application no later than 72 hours before departing for the U.S., but we suggest you apply for authorization when you start planning your trip. An approved ESTA travel authorization is:

The electronic travel authorisation must be applied for and issued before the start of your journey. Authorisation can take several days in particular countries.

What is advance passenger information (API) and how is it transferred?

Airlines are obliged to transfer passenger data to the authorities. They do so via the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS).

Authorities in some countries, such as the USA and Russia, also require the transfer of passenger data from flights that cross their territory.

You are obliged to provide complete and correct information to the authorities. You can record this in advance on lufthansa.com. If you are unable to do so, this data will be collected during the check-in process.

What must I consider in the case of entry and exit for children?

Specific regulations apply in some countries to the entry or exit of minors who are travelling unaccompanied or accompanied by only one parent or one other adult. Countries such as Brazil, South Africa, Spain, Portugal and Italy, for example, require a signed consent form from the parents.

Enquire in good time at the consulate concerned whether and which documents are required for your child’s entry and exit country. Entry or exit can be refused if any documents are missing or incorrect.

How to fill out the Cuba D’Viajeros Travel Form

Getting ready to travel to Cuba? Make sure you follow our steps to complete the D’Viajeros travel form before you travel. The form must be completed and shown at the airport before and after travelling to the island and requires passengers to input data such as their passport information, travel plans, and customs declarations.

Filling D’Viajeros form is mandatory for each passenger, and although it can be a bit confusing, we’re hoping our easy guide will help you fill it in without issues!

Step 1: Go to this site https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio

You can only fill in this form 48hrs prior to departure so don’t even try beforehand!

The first screen you’ll see looks like this:

Step 2: Select your language

If you don’t speak Spanish then click Top Right Hand ‘Lenguaje’ tab for the dropdown language menu and choose Ingles/ English which will instantly translate the page for you!

Step 3: Click on ‘Form Request’ to start the process

A form will appear on the page.

Step 4: Fill in your personal data

Please note mandatory fields in RED. When you’ve done this, click the button that says ‘NEXT’.

Step 5: Migratory information

Fill in ‘Flight information’ and ‘Arrival Airport’. If you’re arriving in Havana, it’s Aeropuerto Internacional Jose Marti (HAV)

Step 6: Sanitary Information

Fill in information ‘Sanitary Information’ including ‘Vaccination information’. If you haven’t been vaccinated you should have a negative PCR test (although currently not mandatory for entry to Cuba. Please refer to UK GOV’s Cuba entry requirements here )

Step 7: Select your vaccination type from the drop-down menu

Step 8: Choose where you’re going

Make it easy for yourself and just select La Habana 🙂 When it comes to Municipalities , choose Habana Vieja or Plaza de la Revolucion for accommodation in the Vedado area.

Step 9: Choose where you’re staying

• If you’re staying in a Casa Particular choose House or room for rent and add the name and address we have given you for your first night’s stay.
• If you’re staying in a Hotel choose Hotel , then select a hotel from the drop-down menu

Step 10: Customs Information

There is no requirement to declare what you are bringing unless you are bringing more than $5,000 in cash or miscellaneous non-personal items worth more than $1,000.

Please make sure you tick the boxes asking whether you have any unaccompanied baggage AND if you have anything to declare to Customs.

Step 11: Sworn declaration

Nothing confusing here….

Step 12: The PDF

Make sure you view PDF and print it or save it.

With other QR codes, you get sent a copy via email, but NOT so with Cuba! This is why it’s critical that you’ve saved a copy. I print a version AND put a copy in my phone wallet just in case….

How to Complete Online Check-In

• First name  

For guests that have previously sailed with Carnival (past guests), the 'Online Check-in' system will pre-populate the following fields based on existing information in the Past Guest database; guests will have the ability to make the necessary changes to any of these fields:

• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Have you sailed with Carnival before?
• Permanent Home Address section (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State/Province, Zip Code and Country)  

STEP 1 - GUEST INFORMATION Select the guest that you want to check in.

General Information: First Name / Last Name / Gender / Date of Birth

Permanent Address: Country / Address Line 1 / Address Line 2 / City / State/Province / Zip/Postal Code Contact Information: Mobile Phone / Email Address

• The guest can subscribe to Carnival's mobile travel alert service to receive text alerts. Terms and Conditions apply. Text alerts will only be sent to guests for important updates and or urgent notices.  

Emergency Contact: First Name / Last Name / Relationship / Phone Number

• In the event of an emergency while on board, provide us with a name and contact number of the nearest relative not traveling with you
• Medical Conditions Include: Wheelchair Assistance, Blind, Allergies, Dialysis, Wheelchair, Diabetic, Deaf,  Sharps Containter, Oxygen, Other
• Based on age, all women will be asked the above question.
• Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant guests who enter the 24th week of estimated fetal gestational age before or at any time during the cruise will not be allowed to sail. 

STEP 2 - TRAVEL DOCUMENTS In this section, we request you tell us what type of travel document you will use to board the ship. We recommend that US citizens use a valid passport.

• Passport: Document Number / Country of Issuance / Date of Expiration
• Passport Card: Document Number / Date of Expiration
• Naturalization Certificate/Certificate of Citizenship (original)
• Birth Certificate (original)
• Enhanced Driver's License (EDL)

Canadians Acceptable documents for travel - Please select the citizenship document and fill out the appropriate information

• Passport: Document Number / Country of Issuance / Date of Expiration  

Non U.S Citizens / Non Canadian Citizens Acceptable documents for travel - Please select the citizenship document and fill out the appropriate information

• Passport: Document Number / Country of Issuance / Date of Expiration 
• Permanent Resident Card (for U.S Permanent Residents)

STEP 3 - TRAVEL PLANS This information is collected to create a hassle free vacation before and after the cruise. For Europe sailings and guests who have pre-purchased transfers, this information will be required. The guest will not have the ability to opt out.

Will you be parking a car at the pier? (Yes or No) Will you be flying to or from this cruise? (Yes or No) If flying, please provide your Arrival (before cruise) - and - Return (after cruise) flight details to search for your flight: From / To / Departure Date / Departure Time / Airline

• Based on flight information entered, a list of flights will be generated. The guest has the option to modify search or select their itinerary or enter manual flight information to add connecting flights, if applicable.
• Based on flight information entered, a warning message will appear if it conflicts with our airport transportation guidelines or if the flight is the day after the sailing departure.

Arrival Appointment   What time are you planning on arriving at the port terminal on embarkation day? Select an arrival time and we'll save you a place in line. The time you select applies to everyone in your stateroom. Guests who arrive early will be asked to wait until their designated arrival window.   

STEP 4 - ONBOARD EXPENSES Carnival operates a cashless system onboard - all guests must be added to an expense account for onboard services and purchases, even if they are not given charging privileges. Since the onboard currency is the US Dollar, all monetary transactions on your onboard account (i.e, billing, charges, disbursements, etc.) are managed in USD.

• Credit or Debit Card: Open your onboard expense account (billed In USD) using any major credit or debit card. We accept: Visa / MasterCard / American Express / The Discover Card / JCB / Diner's Club
• Cash Account: Open your onboard expense account using cash. Please know you must deposit cash at the cruise terminal before boarding. We accept only US Dollars.

Terms & Conditions - Accept Terms: Once the method of payment is selected, guests are asked to accept the Terms and Conditions of the Onboard Expense Account. Once they have read them, they must select their name from the dropdown and click 'Accept Terms'. Credit Card/Debit Card Information: First Name / Last Name / Card Type / Credit Card # / CVV (for credit cards) / Expiration Month and Year

• Please provide the information as it appears on your credit/debit card. Authorization will not be obtained until the day of the voyage. On the morning of sailing, the credit/debit card provided will be charged with an initial hold of $100 USD (for cruises 5 days or less) or $200 USD (for cruises 6 days or more). Throughout the cruise, incremental holds will be obtained as needed, applied by your card's issuing bank. If any payment is given to replace credit/debit card previously provided, the hold will remain on your account, as determined by your card's issuing bank, which will reduce the amount of funds available on your credit/debit card.  
• If you are traveling with minor children under 18 years of age, you may enter a spending limit in the field by their name.
• In order to complete your minor's booking, they will need to be added to an adult's onboard expense account but do not necessarily need to be given charging privileges. Please include any applicable minor in your own booking.
• 2 twin beds or 1 king bed
• Accommodations for additional guests may be available in the form of upper berths, a convertible sofa or trundle bed. 

STEP 6 - CRUISE TICKET CONTRACT Almost done! To complete your online check-in, you must agree to the Cruise Ticket Contract. 

This page provides Terms and Conditions about the cruise. This information should be reviewed thoroughly. Each adult traveler must accept for themselves and their minor children, but cannot accept for other adults. Any passengers that don't complete this section will need to visit the check-in desk during embarkation to accept these terms.  To complete your online check-in, you must agree to the following cruise ticket contract. 

• Cruise Ticket Contract: Guest must scroll through the cruise ticket contract and review thoroughly. Guest will certify that he/she is an adult with full legal authority to enter into this cruise ticket contract for themselves and/or on behalf of their minor guest(s) selected.

• Please see our privacy notice for more information about our use of Facial Recognition. 
• Note, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) leverages facial recognition in some ports and that program is subject to their privacy practices. If you don't want to participate, simply inform a CBP officer at the port. 

Once the Cruise Ticket Contract has been accepted, this completes the Online Check-in process. This is indicated by the guest name(s) appearing in g reen and the prompt will read 'This guest has completed Online Check-in'. Why is this important? Completing this process before you arrive at the port will make the boarding process even easier. Once your Online Check-in is complete, you'll be able to print your boarding pass, luggage tags and even additional documents from home, to save you time when boarding.

Please provide your information before you travel

We’re now required by the UK government to collect Advance Passenger Information (API) for you and anyone else on your booking before you travel to/from the UK. You won’t be able to get your tickets until you’ve completed this information.

What is Advance Passenger Information (API)?

Advance Passenger Information (API) is required by the UK government for people leaving or entering the UK, as part of their border control measures. You and everyone on your booking must provide the following information as it appears on your travel document (in most cases, your passport):

• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Travel document type
• Travel document number
• Travel document country of issue
• Travel document expiry date

Who needs to provide their API?

Everyone who has booked a Eurostar ticket to or from London. API is not needed for children under 4 who travel without a ticket on an adult’s lap. But if you have booked a ticket for a child under 4, you will need to complete their API too.

How do I provide my API?

You need to go to Manage your booking to provide your API. Enter your booking reference and last name to access your travel details, then follow the instructions.

When do I need to provide my API?

You need to provide your API as soon as possible before departure. You won’t be able to collect your tickets until you do.

Do I still need to bring my passport and/or travel documents when travelling?

Yes, you do. Your passport (or other valid travel document) will be checked by border staff at the station before departure. Please get to the station at the recommended arrival time to ensure you have enough time for ticket, security and border checks. Important: UK border rules are changing. You may need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if you don’t currently need a visa to enter the UK. Make sure you have everything you need well ahead of your journey. No, you don’t. You just need to provide API once for each passenger on your booking. You’ll then receive your outbound and return tickets.

I travel frequently. Do I need to complete API for every booking?

Yes, API needs to be provided for every booking.

I can’t provide my API due to technical issues. What should I do?

If Manage your booking or the API form are temporarily unavailable, please wait for a little while and try again. Technical issues are rare and usually resolved quickly. If technical issues persist and your journey is imminent, please contact us for help.

Is my data secure?

Your API is encrypted as soon as it’s submitted. That’s why you can’t check your details once you’ve provided them. Your data is only stored in our systems until your travel date. As soon as you have travelled, your data will be deleted from our systems. Your data is only used for border security measures and is securely transferred to relevant authorities through a dedicated system.

International flights

All passengers (regardless of nationality) on international flights should carry the following travel documents:

• Travel documents or immigration documents in accordance with Vietnamese Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners (such as loose-leaf visa, permanent residence card, temporary residence card, identity card. Identity card, or alternative documents as per agreement between the nations).
• If your children do not have a passport, their full names, date of birth and stamped portrait picture have to be available in the travel document of the legitimate representative.

Vietnam domestic flights

Foreign nationals should carry one of the following documents or electronic data with equivalent validity:

• Passports or documents of international travel validity, documents related to residence in Vietnam such as visas, permanent residence cards, temporary residence cards, and APEC business travel cards (except for visa exemption cases );
• Identity cards issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to members of diplomatic missions, consular agencies, and representatives of international organizations;
• International driving license or driving license issued by Vietnamese competent agencies;
• Aviation Security control card (long – term validity);
• Vietnamese airlines identity card;
• Level 2 Electronic Identification Account of the Passengers;
• Identity cards issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs to members of diplomatic missions, consular agencies, and representatives of international organizations;
• In case of passport loss, a diplomatic note certifying personal identification and passport loss with portrait pictures and stamp is required. Diplomatic note is valid within 30 days from the date of confirmation.

• Certifying form by authorities about passenger‘s sentenced completion;
• Electronic identification account (e-ID account) with level 2 on passengers' VNeID app.

• Excerpt of civil status;
• Excerpt of birth certificate (Excerpt of birth information);
• Confirmation document of civil status;
• For under 02-month-old infants with no birth certificates, notifications of birth are required;
• The passenger's identity information in the Level 2 Electronic Identification Account of the parent or guardian traveling on the same flight;
• Certifying document by a social organization for children under the patronage of that organization (only valid within 6 months from the date of confirmation);
• Identity confirmation by the police containing the following information: confirmation agency, confirming person; date, month, year of confirmation; the full name, date of birth, gender, permanent residence of the person confirmed; reason for confirmation. The confirmation document should be valid within 30 days from the date of confirmation;
• Citizen identification card, identity card, passport (separate passport or minor included passport).

The travel document conditions

Passengers’ travel documents as referred above must meet the following conditions:

• Travel documents are the original copies, stamped with portrait picture and still valid.
• If passengers use birth registration or birth certificate, that travel document must be the original copy or a copy certified by a notarial office with legal status.

Documents without a stamped portrait picture are not accepted. Except: Birth Certificate, Birth Certifying Form, or escort document issued by a recognized authority.

Eligibility for global entry, is criminal history a disqualifier for global entry.

Global Entry is a risk-based approach to facilitate the entry of pre-approved travelers. Applicants may not qualify for Global Entry participation if they:

• Provide false or incomplete information on the application;
• Have been convicted of any criminal offense or have pending criminal charges, including outstanding warrants;
• Have been found in violation of any customs, immigration or agriculture regulations or laws in any country;
• Are subjects of an ongoing investigation by any federal, state or local law enforcement agency;
• Have been denied for the purchase of a firearm;
• Have received a criminal pardon from any country;
• Are inadmissible to the U.S. under immigration regulation, including applicants with approved waivers of inadmissibility or parole documentation; or if they
• Cannot satisfy CBP of their low-risk status or meet other program requirements.

Using Global Entry

What do i do if the global entry processing technology states "see officer for assistance".

You must report to a CBP officer at the nearest staffed CBP passport control booth. You do not have to get back in line. The CBP officer at the passport control booth will review your documents, determine the reason for the referral and either release you from there or refer you to "secondary" for additional processing.

How is the arrival of the Global Entry Mobile App going to improve travelers' experience at airports?

The Global Entry Mobile App will allow members to validate their arrival into the U.S. on their iOS or Android device prior to entering the Federal Inspection Services area which will expedite their processing time.

Do Global Entry benefits allow head-of-the-line privilege at U.S. airports without Global Entry technology?

Head-of-the-line privilege is only available at U.S. airports that have Global Entry. Head-of-the-line privilege is reserved for program members if the processing technology is unavailable, if a member gets referred to a CBP officer, and at the exit points.

As a U.S. lawful permanent resident, which document do I use with the Global Entry processing technology?

U.S. lawful permanent residents must use their I-551 permanent resident card with the Global Entry processing technology.

Must I declare food items or products when using Global Entry?

Yes. You must declare all agricultural products that you bring into the United States. Failure to declare agricultural products can result in up to $10,000 in fines and penalties .

As a Global Entry member, am I required to use the Global Entry Program when entering the United States?

No. Global Entry members can choose not to use the Global Entry processing technology and can be processed by CBP officers.

My travel companions (children, spouse, or co-travelers) are not Global Entry members; can they come through the Global Entry lane with me?

No, only Global Entry members can use the Global Entry lanes.

What do I do if I have a disability and need assistance during my interview for Global Entry?

After you have submitted your application and scheduled an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center, contact the Global Entry Enrollment Center where your interview is scheduled to request a reasonable modification or auxiliary aid or service to complete the Global Entry application process.  Requests for a modification, aid, or service should be made as soon as possible and prior to the date of an interview to allow sufficient time for making the appropriate arrangements at the interview location.

Partner Expedited Travel Programs

I am a u.s. citizen enrolled in global entry, what benefits do i have for expedited entry.

U.S. Citizens enrolled in Global Entry may use the Smartgate system when entering Australia and/or New Zealand without registration. U.S. Citizens may apply for the Dutch Privium program, the Korean SES program, Panama's Global Pass, Taiwan's e-Gate, Germany's EasyPASS, or the Mexican Viajero Confiable program for expedited entry into those countries. Additional fees and enrollment interviews may apply.

Where can I find more information about TSA PreCheck Expedited Screening?

The Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) PreCheck allows for expedited airport screening at TSA checkpoints in specific airports. Global Entry members are eligible for TSA PreCheck benefits.

I am a Korean citizen; can I apply for Global Entry?

Yes, Korean citizens may apply for Global Entry. Korean citizens must first enroll in the Smart Entry Service (SES) program operated by the Korean Immigration Service.

As a Korean citizen, what is the process to become a Global Entry member?

Korean citizens submit Global Entry applications through the  Korean Government's website . After submitting the Global Entry application, Korean applicants must then create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account. Applicants will log into the account and pay the $100 Global Entry application fee. Once conditionally approval status is granted, applicants will be invited to schedule a Global Entry interview through their TTP account at an enrollment center or via Enrollment on Arrival when arriving to the U.S. on an international flight complete the enrollment process.

Does the Korean SES program have a minimum age requirement?

Yes. To participate in Global Entry, Korean applicants must be at least 17 years of age.

Can U.S. citizens apply for the Korean SES program?

Yes. U.S. citizens may apply for the Korean SES program. Applications for SES may be submitted through the TTP website. Once conditionally approved in the SES program, applicants must visit an SES enrollment center (in Korea) to complete the enrollment process and pay the fee. The SES fee for U.S. citizens is $100 (this is in addition to the $100 Global Entry fee).

Global Entry Membership Information

Where do i find my trusted traveler membership number.

Find your Trusted Traveler's membership number by logging into your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account. The membership number is listed toward the top of the page. The membership number, also known as your PASS ID, is also on the back of Trusted Traveler cards.

I am a current Global Entry member. How do I update my passport information?

All Global Entry members can update their passport information through their TTP account. Click on "Update Documents." If the passport update involves a name change, you must visit a Global Entry enrollment center to update your information.

How do I obtain a copy of my FBI Identity History Summary?

If you would like a copy of your Identity History Summary, you may submit a request to the FBI. The FBI offers three options for requesting your summary or proof that a summary doesn't exist.

How do I challenge my FBI Identity History Summary?

If you believe your Identity History Summary contains inaccurate or incomplete information, you may request a change or correction by contacting the agency or agencies that originally submitted the information to the FBI. However, most states require that changes of Identity History Summary information be processed through their respective state centralized agency (State Identification Bureau). For the State Identification Bureau listing refer to: www.fbi.gov/checks . 

Renewing Global Entry Membership

How do i renew my global entry membership.

You become eligible to renew your membership one year prior to program expiration. If you submit a renewal application before your membership expires, you will be able to continue to use benefits up to 24 months after your membership expiration date.

Follow these steps to renew Global Entry membership:

• Log onto the TTP website ( https://ttp.dhs.gov ).
• If you don't have a login.gov account, you will be directed to login.gov to create an account first then you will be prompted to setup your TTP account profile. On the profile page, you will need to associate the account with your PASSID (membership number). See the back of your Trusted Traveler card or your approval letter.
• From your Dashboard, select the Renew button on your Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI or FAST program membership section. You must declare your citizenship (if you are a US Citizen, you declare "U.S.").
• Select the program that you wish to renew. You may select to renew another program for which you are eligible. However, remember that depending on the program you choose, your benefits may change. On the next page, acknowledge the program requirements.
• Follow the guidelines provided on the Membership Renewal page.
• When you have updated all information in the application, on the Final Review page, click Confirm and Continue in each section. At the bottom of the page, click Save and Continue .
• On the Certify page, answer Yes or No to "Do you certify?"
• Select Next . The Purchase Summary page will display.
• Fees are for application processing and are non-refundable. Check the box under the total application fee to agree and proceed.
• Select Pay Now . The online payment page displays.
• After payment, you will be returned to your TTP Dashboard.

Will I need to be interviewed again when I renew my program membership?

An interview for program membership renewal may not be necessary. Once you submit your renewal application and fee, check your TTP account periodically for updates on what actions are necessary to complete the renewal process. You will receive an email when your membership status changes.

Global Entry Cards

Who receives global entry cards.

Only U.S. Citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and Mexican nationals are issued Global Entry cards.

How are Global Entry cards used?

CBP accepts Global Entry cards for lawful U.S. entry at land and sea ports of entry. Global Entry cards have radio frequency identification, which enables their use at SENTRI and NEXUS expedited travel lanes entering the U.S. Global Entry cards are not valid for entry into Canada via the NEXUS lanes and kiosks. Global Entry cards are not accepted at Global Entry kiosks, which require passports or U.S. lawful permanent resident cards. Global Entry card holders must follow all program rules for SENTRI and NEXUS when using the card at land and sea ports of entry.

How do I get a Global Entry card for use with SENTRI or NEXUS travel lanes?

CBP began issuing Global Entry radio frequency identification (RFID) cards on July 12, 2011, to new Global Entry members who are U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and Mexican nationals (who do not already have a SENTRI card) at no additional cost.

Must I obtain a Global Entry card?

No, it is not necessary to obtain a Global Entry card to continue using Global Entry an airport. A card is only required for expedited entry at the SENTRI and NEXUS lanes coming into the United States.

When will I receive my Global Entry card?

New members will receive their Global Entry card 2-4 weeks after approval for Global Entry.

How will I receive my Global Entry card?

If you have a U.S. address, the card will be mailed there. If you do not have a U.S. address, it will be sent to your designated U.S. point of contact or to a Global Entry enrollment center that you designate.

How do I activate my Global Entry card prior to use at NEXUS/SENTRI lanes?

Activate your card within 30 days of receipt or you will be unable to use your card at the Trusted Traveler lanes. To activate your card, log into your TTP account.  After you sign in, click on the Activate Membership Card button under the Program Membership(s) section on the Homepage.

How do I replace a lost, stolen or damaged NEXUS, SENTRI or Global Entry card?

You can request a replacement card by logging into your TTP account and selecting Manage Membership. Next select Request for Global Entry Card. A $25 fee is charged for the replacement card. By requesting the replacement card, the original card will be deactivated and no longer functional.

For Global Entry Members at NEXUS/SENTRI Lanes

How do i add nexus to my existing global entry membership.

Log into your  TTP  account. From your Dashboard click on the "Add Trusted Traveler Program." Select the checkbox next to the NEXUS option. You will need to provide additional information and answer questions; (some of these questions are very similar). Once all the application information is entered/ corrected, certify your application and pay the fee. Applicants seeking to use NEXUS to enter Canada must complete an enrollment interview with the Canada Border Services Agency.

How do I register my vehicle before using the Global Entry card in SENTRI lanes?

Global Entry members who wish to drive their vehicle in the SENTRI lanes, must register their vehicle with CBP and schedule an appointment at a SENTRI enrollment center to conduct a 7-point vehicle inspection.

How do I register my vehicle before using the Global Entry card in NEXUS lanes?

There are no additional requirements for a member to use the NEXUS lanes coming into the U.S. However, Global Entry cards are not valid for entry into Canada via the NEXUS lanes and kiosks; travelers must apply separately for NEXUS.

What does it cost a Global Entry member to get the NEXUS or SENTRI benefit?

If you register your vehicle in SENTRI as part of your initial Global Entry application, there is no fee. If you wish to register your vehicle after your initial application, you must pay a $42 registration fee for a CBP vehicle inspection at a SENTRI enrollment center.

For NEXUS and SENTRI Members using Global Entry

As a current nexus or sentri member, how can i use global entry.

All current NEXUS members, U.S. citizens, and U.S. lawful permanent residents who are SENTRI members, are eligible to use Global Entry once they provide fingerprints and document information to CBP. If CBP already has your fingerprints and document information on file, you can use Global Entry without further action and at no additional cost. If you are a Mexican national in SENTRI, you must apply for Global Entry through your TTP account. For additional Global Entry benefit information, log on to your TTP account.

Can I use my Global Entry card with the Global Entry processing technology?

No, when you use the Global Entry processing technology, you will need to use your passport or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident card, if required. Global Entry cards do not work when entering the U.S. by air.

Can I use my SENTRI card with airport Global Entry processing technology?

No, when you use the airport Global Entry processing technology, you will need to use your passport or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident card, if required. The SENTRI cards do not work when entering the U.S. by air. 

Can I use my NEXUS card with the Global Entry processing technology?

The NEXUS card will be recognized by the Global Entry processing technology at Canadian Preclearance locations only. When using Global Entry at Canadian Preclearance locations you can use your passport, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident card, or NEXUS card. You cannot use your NEXUS card with the Global Entry processing technology outside of Canadian Preclearance locations. At all other ports of entry, you will need to use your passport or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident card. 

Who is eligible to apply for SENTRI?

Anyone with a travel document is eligible to apply for SENTRI.

How can I cancel an appointment within 24 hours of my appointment?

Contact the information center at 1 (877) 227-5511 to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours.

Children and Travel Companions

Do my global entry benefits extend to my travel companion(s) (children, spouse, or co-traveler) who is/are not part of the global entry program.

Global Entry benefits are member specific and cannot be extended to others.

Are children able to enroll in Global Entry?

Yes. Children may enroll in Global Entry. Minor children 18 years or younger are required to have parental or legal guardianship permission.

Can my child/children enroll in Global Entry if I am not a member?

Minor children that do not have a parent or legal guardian enrolled in Global Entry may enroll. A parent or legal guardian must give permission and must be present at the time of the interview.

Enrollment on Arrival (EoA)

Can i participate in eoa if i haven’t received my conditional approval yet.

No.  Applicants must have already completed the application through Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP)  website. and received a Conditional Approval notification to complete the EoA.

What do I do if I already have an interview scheduled at an Enrollment Center?

You can still participate in EoA upon arriving in the United States at an EoA eligible airport if you already have an interview scheduled. Simply proceed to the EoA CBP booth upon arrival at the CBP Federal Inspection Services area.  

How do I cancel my Enrollment Center appointment if I’m able to complete an EoA interview?

Your scheduled interview will be canceled automatically after you complete the Enrollment on Arrival process. No further action is needed on your part.

Can I participate in Enrollment on Arrival if I have a domestic flight that either departs, arrives, or connects through an EoA airport?

No. Only those who are entering the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area after arriving from an international flight can participate in EoA.

Individuals traveling through domestic airports may verify whether the airport has an Enrollment Center at which they may schedule an interview or can immediately accept conditionally approved persons to complete walk-in enrollments. You may verify the locations and Enrollment Centers’ hours of operation online through the Trusted Traveler Website .

Do I need to indicate my intent to participate in Enrollment on Arrival in my TTP account?

No.  A Global Entry conditionally approved applicant may simply arrive at an EoA booth in the CBP Federal Inspection Services area at a participating airport.

Will CBP reimburse me for adjusting my travel plans to travel through an EoA airport?

No. Traveling to an EoA participating airport is a decision of convenience for the applicant.

What if I’m traveling with a mixed party- some travelers being conditionally approved and others not? How do we proceed through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area when we arrive in the United States?

This depends on the airport at which you’re arriving. Please check with a CBP Officer at the Enrollment on Arrival Port of Entry to determine if your complete travel party can utilize the EoA lane.

What materials/documents will I need to bring to my EoA interview?

To complete the interview via EoA, you must be in possession of the following documents:

• A valid passport. If you travel using more than one passport, please bring them all to the interview so that the information can be added to your file.
• Documents providing evidence of residency. Examples are: driver's license (if the address is current), mortgage statement, rental payment statement, utility bill, etc. This is not required for minors.
• A permanent resident card (if applicable).

How soon after my EoA interview will I learn of my final decision?

The final decision notification timeline can vary.  Please monitor your email and check your TTP account for updates regarding the status of your Global Entry application.

When will EoA expand to other airports and under what criteria?

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is currently planning to expand EoA to additional airports.  Travelers can review the EoA webpage on the CBP website for EoA expansion updates.
