  • The Best Times to Visit Singapore

With the yearly average high temperature at 32°C (90°F) in the daytime and about 25°C (77°F) at night, Singapore is hot and summery all year around, with little variation. Singapore is humid and there are more than 14 rainy days a month on average. Because of the northeast monsoon, November to January is the rainy season in Singapore.

  • The driest month is February with an average rainfall at 111 mm (4 inches) and 9 rainy days.
  • The wettest month is December with an average rainfall of 330 mm (13 inches) and 19 rainy days.
  • The hottest month is May with an average temperature of 29°C (84°F).
  • The coldest months are December/January with an average temperature of 24°C (76°F ).

The best times for food tour are April and July. The annual World Gourmet Summit is usually held in April. And the famous Singapore Food Festival is always from mid to late July.

The best time for shopping tour is Middle June to middle July, Christmas, and New Year time . The annual Great Singapore Sale is from middle June to middle July.

The busiest travel times are during the big festivals, such as Diwali in November, Christmas holiday, and Chinese Lunar New Year in January/February.

The worst travel time is September. Affected by the burning of straw throughout Indonesia, the air quality in Singapore in this month is very poor, shrouded in smog and low visibility. Travelers should be prepared for this and a mask might be needed.

The cheapest travel time is after the festivals (February–October). Singapore is good for travel all year round, so attraction fees remain the same, but the hotel prices might be a little cheaper after the festivals. You can always get good hotel discounts if booking a month before.

Singapore Temperature and Singapore Rainfall Averages by Month

Singapore's temperature range remains almost constant throughout the year at around 25–32°C (77–90°F). Though hot outside, a/c is provided in all buildings, which can be quite cool, so be prepared.

Singapore is humid all the year round (from 81% in the drier months to 86% in the wet season), but almost all precipitation in Singapore is thunderstorms in the evenings, so storms should not have a big effect on your travels. Flights are not often affected and typhoons are very seldom.

Storms are about twice as likely in the November–January wet season, which has about twice as much rainfall as other months.

The Dry Season (February to October): Better for Outdoor Activities

Due to the southwest monsoon, February to October is the "dry season" (moderate rainfall season) in Singapore, with an average of 15 rainy days per month . The weather is mostly sunny and clear in this time as the rain is concentrated in short (evening) storms.

The drier season is a better time for outdoor activities, such as:

  • hiking along the Southern Ridges — the about 9-km (6-mile) hiking route from Mount Faber Peak to Kent Ridge Park;
  • climbing the Bukit Timah Summit , which is about 160 meters (525 feet) above sea level — the highest point in Singapore;
  • walk on the TreeTop Walk at MacRitchie Reservoir (a suspension bridge through the canopy);
  • bike around Pulau Ubin Island

The Rainy Season (November to January): Better for Indoor Activities

The rainy season in Singapore is from November to January. Affected by the humid northeast monsoon, there is more rain during this time, averaging 19 rainy days in Novemebr/December. You could also find some drier places to go in Southeast Asia in December >>>

What to Do When It Rains in Singapore

  • Climb the world's tallest indoor waterfall in Gardens by the Bay
  • Shop freely in the different shopping malls on Orchard Road
  • Discover the underwater life in S.E.A. Aquarium
  • Explore the Jewel of Changi
  • Drink a cup of Singapore Sling in Raffles Hotel
  • Be an airplane captain for a time in Flight Experience Singapore on Raffles Avenue
  • Feel Singapore's art and culture in a museum. There are many different museums in Singapore: the National Museum of Singapore , Asian Civilizations Museum, and Singapore Art Museum are recommended.
  • Relax yourself in a Spa. Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La and Estetica on Orchard Road are good options.
  • Taste different Singapore food in Lau Pa Sat market . There is an indoor food street in the market.

The Hot Seasons (Apr./May and Oct./Nov.): Better for Morning/Night Activities

April to May and October to November are the retreating monsoon months in Singapore. Because the ground wind is weak and changeable, it is particularly hot during those months. It is usually muggy from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the highest temperatures can reach to 35°C (95°F). There are often showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon at that time. At night and in the early morning, the temperature can drop to about 20°C (68°F) because of the sea breeze, which is very cool.

So, it is suggested to do activities in the morning and from late afternoon in Singapore's hotter seasons. In the middle of the day, you can also consider indoor places such as the indoor waterfall in Gardens by the Bay, S.E.A. Aquarium, Jewel of Changi, or the parks with more trees. At night, we suggest the Singapore Night Safari or just relaxing in the bars in Clarke Quay.

Best Times To Visit Singapore

The best time to visit Singapore is anytime. The island nation experiences a warm, tropical climate year-round with daily highs in the 80s. And with a steady stream of business travelers, the city's hotels are seldom at a loss for occupants and maintain reasonable to high room rates. To avoid exorbitant prices, steer clear of popular events or national holidays like Chinese New Year. But keep in mind, rain is likely year-round.

10 Reasons to Visit Singapore

Best Time to Visit

The Best Time to Visit Singapore

singapore best visit time

TripSavvy /  Marina Li

Deciding the best time to visit Singapore depends upon whether you want to avoid busy periods during festivals or embrace the crowds and join in the fun. If you want to maximize dry weather, the best time to visit Singapore is during the summer months of June, July, and August.

Singapore is a serious melting pot for different religions and ethnic groups, especially Chinese, Malay, and Indian. Plus, the tiny island nation, which is a city-state, has one of the largest percentages of foreign workers in the world. With so many nationalities in one place, there's always something to celebrate. You can unexpectedly find yourself in the midst of a massive festival or street procession you didn't know was coming.

The Weather in Singapore

Singapore is located extremely close to the equator. It's just around 85 miles to the south of the city. You'll never be cold in Singapore unless it's because the air conditioning is perpetually cranked to the maximum inside of the many shopping malls. Museums and movie cinemas are even worse—take a jacket! Temperatures remain consistent throughout the year, with highs of 89 degrees Fahrenheit and lows in the mid-70s.

Many first-time travelers to Singapore are surprised to see so much green space and the abundance of walking trails. They expect a futuristic city where soulless concrete and moving sidewalks have replaced all greenery. But the island stays green for a reason: Singapore gets a lot of thundershowers. Unlike the rest of Southeast Asia where there is little to no rain during peak dry season, unexpected showers pop up often in Singapore. Fortunately, they usually don't last long, and the sun returns to raise humidity. The average humidity in Singapore is above 80 percent.

Rainfall is mostly consistent throughout the year except for additional rain in November, December, and January. Singapore experiences the wettest months during the monsoon season between November and January.

What to Do When It Rains in Singapore

Singapore averages 167 rainy days per year—that's nearly one out of two days a year with a bit of rain. Along with an interconnected matrix of shopping malls, indoor food courts, and local markets, there are plenty of world-class museums in Singapore to enjoy during passing showers.

Smoke and Haze From Sumatra

Singapore receives predictable haze and smoke annually from slash-and-burn agricultural fires that rage out of control in nearby Sumatra , Indonesia, just to the west. The pollution created by these fires is only one more example of how unsustainable palm oil plantations have become an ecological disaster. Despite an outcry from the government, the fires typically begin around May and can continue throughout the dry summer months until September.

Changes in wind direction can sometimes carry haze away as quickly as it came, so you shouldn't avoid visiting, unless you suffer from respiratory problems. On days when particulate levels rise too high, the air may irritate eyes and cause choking. Locals often opt to wear protective masks when the haze comes; you can get yours in any pharmacy.

On some years, particulate levels in the air rise above "safe" thresholds, forcing some business closures. Travelers with respiratory problems should check the haze in Singapore website created by the National Environment Agency to see if haze is a severe threat. On some very hazy days in the past, residents have been advised to minimize outdoor time and remain indoors.

Public Holidays in Singapore

Residents in Singapore enjoy 11 national holidays annually to accommodate the four major religious groups (Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, and Christian). Some secular holidays such as New Year's Day (January 1), not associated with specific groups, are also observed.

Some festivals such as Lunar New Year span much longer than a single day, and locals request holiday time before or after to maximize time off. Businesses owned by specific ethnic groups may still be closed in observance, and travel may be affected.

If a public holiday falls on Sunday, businesses will close Monday instead. The Ministry of Manpower sets the dates of public holidays in Singapore each year. Check their calendar if your time in Singapore is short.

Many festivals and holidays in Singapore are based on lunisolar calendars, so dates change from year to year.

Holidays differ between ethnic groups. The regular public holidays for Singapore include:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Chinese New Year (two days celebrated in either January or February )
  • Good Friday (March or April; dates vary)
  • Labour Day (May 1)
  • Vesak Day (dates vary; usually in May)
  • Hari Raya Puasa (dates vary based on Ramadan)
  • National Day (August 9)
  • Hari Raya Haji (dates vary)
  • Diwali (Deepavali) (dates vary; usually October or November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • Polling Day General election and presidential election days are also public holidays

Peak Season in Singapore

As usual, traveling during big public holidays may be fun but expect higher prices for accommodation. Hotels often inflate rates for the increased demand, particularly during the Lunar New Year.

Festivals and Events in Singapore

The worst-case scenario for visiting Singapore is to turn up just a day or two after a major festival. With poor timing, you'll deal with the crowds and higher prices without getting to enjoy the festival itself. The largest festivals affecting transportation and accommodation in Singapore are Christmas (yes, the one on December 25), Lunar New Year in January or February, Ramadan , and National Day. You'll find many smaller events, parades, and celebrations throughout the year to enjoy other Asian festivals .

Spring in Singapore kicks off the country's dry season, making it a mostly pleasant time to visit. Temperatures are usually a high of 90 degrees Fahrenheit, low of 78 degrees.

Events to check out:

  • Singapore International Film Festival is the country's longest-running independent cultural event. It's held every April.
  • In May, Singapore Airlines sponsors the Singapore Airlines International Cup . With a S$3 million prize (around 2.1 million USD), it's one of Asia's richest horse racing events, attracting hordes to the Turf Club.

Summer is Singapore's driest season and one of the most popular among visitors, but you should consider air quality when you visit. Despite plenty of effort to curb the slash-and-burn agricultural practices in neighboring Sumatra, they continue, and the smoke and haze create poor air that quality chokes up locals and travelers every summer.

  • Singapore Food Festival is a month-long celebration of food usually in July.
  • The Great Singapore Sale is heaven for shoppers. From May through June department stores, malls, and individual boutiques offer incredible discounts and host late-night shopping events.

Early fall sees a break in the tourist traffic that plagues summer. If you come early enough, you also can shop at the very end of the Great Singapore Sale.

  • The Singapore Grand Prix is part of the Formula One World Championship. It's held each fall at the Marina Bay Street Circuit.

Even February, often the driest month in Singapore, still averages about six inches of rain. You'll see plenty of residents carrying umbrellas at all times; they're useful for both hot sun and unexpected rain.

  • The Chingay Parade is a yearly street parade that takes place in February. The colorful ceremony celebrates the birthdays of the Chinese deities.
  • ZoukOut , one of Asia's largest dance music festivals, takes place each year in December.

The best time to visit Singapore is in June, July, and August, during the country's dry season. Still, expect a rain shower or two if you visit during this time, but you'll avoid monsoon season, which lasts from November through January.

December is the wettest month in Singapore, as it lands smack dab in the middle of monsoon season and receives 287.4 millimeters of rainfall.

Singapore tends to be more expensive than other tourist destinations in Southeast Asia, but it's still much cheaper than visiting any major U.S. city. Lodging is inexpensive, complete with hostels, and food is relatively cheap, as well. Your biggest expense when visiting Singapore is air travel.

Deciding the best time to visit Singapore can be difficult, but the climate is simplicity itself: hot and humid. The island experiences two monsoons, from the southwest (May–Sept) and the northeast (Nov–March), the latter picking up plenty of moisture from the South China Sea. Consequently, December and January are usually the rainiest months, though it can be wet at any time of year; during the southwest monsoon, for example, there are often predawn squally showers sweeping across from the Straits of Malacca. The inter-monsoon months of April and October have a tendency to be especially stifling, due to the lack of breezes. At least it’s easy enough to prepare for Singapore’s weather – have sun cream and an umbrella with you at all times.

When is the best time to visit Singapore?

Singapore skyline at sunrise glowing pink

The best time to visit Singapore is from March to August, although it is a year-round destination. You will experience the least amount of rainfall, low humidity and pleasant temperatures.

Singapore is generally considered a destination that's suitable to travel to all year round with a fairly constant tropical climate that doesn't experience any extreme temperature patterns. However, that's not to say there isn't still a 'best' time to visit. Unfortunately, you won't be able to escape the heat (Singapore averages temperatures of around 78°F-86°F throughout the year) or the humidity (levels don't dip below 80%), but the months of March through to August are less likely to see extended periods of rainfall making it the best time to visit this sprawling, urban metropolis.

Best for: Gardens by the Bay, nighttime festivities in Clarke Quay, and the Singapore Zoo

Singapore starts shining again in Spring with rainfall becoming less and less frequent as the season goes on making it one of the best times to explore Singapore's luscious vegetation and immaculate gardens. The month of April experiences some form of fog over more than half of its days, however, this clears up in the afternoon. Temperatures have lowered a little with averages set at around 80°F making spending long periods of time outside more comfortable and manageable. For this reason, wandering through the enchanting nature park that is Gardens by the Bay, marveling at the world's most fascinating animals at the Singapore Zoo, and living it up in Clarke Quay when the sun goes down are among the best things to do in Spring.

Best for: walking through gardens (especially the Singapore Botanic Gardens), Universal Studios Singapore, and exploring Chinatown/Little India

Summer is considered the high season with crowds of travelers coming from all over the world to experience the very best Singapore has to offer. The weather plays a huge part in encouraging people to visit this remarkable destination as summer is the driest month with rainfall and thunderstorms extremely unlikely. However, while the rain may have stopped, the temperatures are just high (sitting at around 86°F-93°F) so you need to make sure you're being sun smart if you plan on spending time outdoors. Due to the dry, sunny skies, exploring natural attractions such as the Singapore Botanic Gardens (as well as the National Orchid Garden) and outdoor entertainment venues such as Universal Studios Singapore should be at the top of your activity list but always make sure you're properly hydrated and slathered in sunscreen.

Best for: Formula One, festivals, and eating at rooftop restaurants

Autumn in Singapore sees the return of the rain, especially in the later months of the season, and with increased rainfall comes rising humidity levels that some travelers may find uncomfortable. Foggy mornings also make a comeback but again, tend to clear up later in the afternoon with temperatures remaining steady at a high 85°F+.

But there's still plenty of fun to be had in Autumn with one of the country's biggest events taking place in September: the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix. During this time, racing fans flood the city and the atmosphere around the circuit in Marina Bay becomes electric. One of the other positives about traveling to Singapore during the months of September (after the Grand Prix), October, or November is that there are fewer tourists around, meaning fewer crowds at popular attractions and lower accommodation prices.

Best for: shopping, swimming on Sentosa Island, and Chinese New Year festivities

Winter in Singapore falls in the monsoon season so you can expect sudden tropical downpours and wild weather. Despite this, Winter is still a fantastic time to travel to Singapore as temperatures are still high, sitting at around 85°F-90°F. However, there's a high chance of fog so taking a ride on the Singapore Flyer or standing at the edge of Marina Bay sands isn't a good idea until later in the afternoon if you want to see the city's skyline. If you're not a fan of the rain, winter is the perfect time to explore Singapore's world-class shopping precincts with Orchard Road providing the perfect place to spend a few hours. However, the humidity that comes with Singapore's high temperatures might have you wanting to cool off so it's also a great time to hang out on the beaches of Sentosa Island.

What is the best time to visit Singapore?

Singapore is hot and humid throughout the year, making it a year-round destination. However, December to June is the best time to visit Singapore. February to April is the dry season with lesser rainfall and humidity and more sunshine than other times of the year. If looking to visit beaches and Sentosa Island, the best time to visit is between June and August. For the shopaholic, the ideal time to visit Singapore is between July and August, which is when the Great Singapore Sale is organized. July to September is the wet season in Singapore. Despite being part of the wet season, these months might still be suitable for a visit, as rains are often sporadic and don't typically last the entire day. Prices might be lower during this period, and there are usually fewer tourists. October to November might see heavier rainfall, but it's still manageable for travelers. However, occasional showers might impact outdoor plans.

These Are the Best Times to Visit Singapore

Josh Laskin

When Sir Stamford Raffles and Major-General William Farquhar arrived to establish a British trading station in Singapore in 1819, they began the shaping of the present-day urban metropolis. Now, 200 years later, the country will be celebrating its rich culture and history — including the 500 years prior to British arrival — through a series of events .

Located off the coast of southern Malaysia, Singapore is an island city-state with cultural influences from around the world. Although it is known as a global financial center, its has a renowned culinary scene, shopping centers that fill multistory skyscrapers and a warm climate that invites visitors to spend their time outdoors.

Here are the best times to visit The Lion City.

The Best Weather in Singapore

Daily high temperatures in Singapore are fairly consistent all year, usually reaching the mid- to upper 80s. But for sunshine, it's best to visit during the dry season from February to August. The wet season starts in September, with the heaviest rainfall from November through January.

The Best Times to Visit Singapore for Events

From cultural celebrations like the Chinese New Year to newer events like the Singapore Cocktail Festival, there is always something happening in Singapore.

The Chinese New Year is celebrated by Chinese communities around the globe. In the weeks leading up to the Chinese New Year — which usually occurs in late January or February — Singapore's Chinatown is lit by vibrant lanterns and filled with markets, dances and other celebrations.

For the last five consecutive years, the weeklong Singapore Cocktail Festival proves that the country has more to offer than a Singapore Sling. Each year, bartenders from across the city and around the globe show off their artisanal cocktails. Attendees can sample, learn to make their own cocktails and enjoy plenty of music and food.

The Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese holiday that occurs around the summer solstice. Based on a legend fused with a Chinese tradition that involves fishermen using dragon-shaped boats, the festival is largely composed of dragon boat races and dumplings.

Traditionally a Chinese harvest holiday, the Mid-Autumn Festival is celebrated in September. There are moon-viewing parties, which often consist of paper lanterns, tea and mooncakes (a traditional Chinese baked good).

When to Visit Singapore if You Want to Avoid the Crowds

Although Singapore hosts business travelers year-round, it does experience a slight decline in leisure travelers during July and August. With the exception of mid-September, fall tends to be relatively slow as well. Singapore is busiest from December through the Chinese New Year.

When to Visit Singapore for Outdoor Attractions

Even though Singapore is largely an urban area that draws visitors for its shopping, culture and cuisine, the city is filled with green space, from botanic gardens to urban parks and island sanctuaries. A variety of tour operators, like the National Parks Board, provide outdoor experiences. Join their walking tour of The Southern Ridges — a green space with six miles of walking trails — or opt for one of their healing garden tours.

Since the temperature remains constant throughout the year, the best time to be outside is between February and August, but remember that it can rain any time of year in Singapore, so be prepared.

Cheapest Times to Visit Singapore

Affordable lodging.

According to the travel booking platform Kayak.com , November is the cheapest month to book lodging in Singapore. Average prices run around $211 per night. The highest rates are usually found in October, when prices increase by $70. But according to data collected by Priceline.com since November 2018, prices have hovered around $175 from November through May. So while there may be some slight fluctuation in pricing, the cheapest prices will likely be found during the winter and early spring.

To find the best deals, make sure to book your hotel about a month in advance.

Affordable Airfare

Airfare to Singapore varies depending not only on the month, but also your departure city. Kayak.com collected data to determine the cheapest time to book airfare to Singapore from cities throughout the US.

Prices from Los Angeles and Boston are generally lowest in March. If flying out of New York City, look for flights in June. Flights from Atlanta are actually at their peak in June, so consider booking for September. From Chicago, your best chances of finding deals are in April.

While low prices vary from city to city, they generally tend to be in the mid-$700 to mid-$800 range.

Bottom Line

Singapore is a great year-round destination. Regardless of when you go, you are sure to find good food, fun events and sunny days.

In this vibrant city, however, life does not come to a complete standstill. The heat is bearable, and the rains, which come in spurts, help to cool things down. Singapore's mid-autumn celebrations are brimming with vigor and zeal. The lantern festival, which takes place in September, lights up the city. Aside from that, there's the Singapore Grand Prix, Nights at Orchard Pop-up, and much more to keep you busy.

  • Spend half a day at Adventure Cove Waterpark
  • Walk around Garden by the Bay in the evening
  • Watch a race at the Singapore Grand Prix

Travel Tips : When you arrive in Singapore, get an EZ-Link card for unrestricted access to trains for a set number of days.

Best Time to Visit - October

Average Temperature : 25.0 - 31.8°C

A fresh sea breeze helps to moderate the midday heat in Singapore in October, however, the average high temperatures remain at 31°C. Around this time, Singapore hosts several noteworthy events. Singapore knows how to party, whether it's for Halloween, Fall Fashion Week, the Nine Emperor Gods Festival, or any other occasion. The famed amusement parks also see fewer visitors, which means less waiting and more fun. This is also a great time to get good rates on hotels that have off-season specials.

  • Spend time at Madame Tussauds
  • Head to the Singapore Flyer
  • Attend The GREAT Wine & Dine Festival

Travel Tips : When visiting the Zoo or going on a night safari, a tiny bottle of mosquito repellent comes in handy.

Best Time to Visit- November

Average Temperature : 24.6 - 31.2°C

November is similar to October in that it marks the start of the Northeast Monsoon season, which means that rain showers are possible in the afternoon and evening. While it rains outside, the linked mesh of local markets, shopping malls, indoor food courts, and renowned museums provide plenty of opportunities to productively spend your time. Another reason to visit Singapore in November is a large number of festivals and events that take place in the city, such as the 10-day Singapore River Busker's Festival.

  • Head to Singapore Zoo & Rainforest Lumina
  • Surf at Wave House Sentosa
  • Attend the Love and Light Festival

Travel Tips : A guided walking tour of the city is an option. There's no better way to get a sense of Singapore's energy than to take a stroll through its streets.

Best Time to Visit- December

Average Temperature : 24.3 - 30.5°C

The weather in December is the coldest in Singapore, albeit it is only a few degrees cooler than the hottest month of the year, with temperatures averaging 29°C. The tourist season brings with it a slew of stage concerts, parties, food stalls, souvenir shops, and cultural events. Festivals such as Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay and Christmas on a Great Street, Orchard Road, will help you get into the Christmas spirit. The city is bustling with visitors from all around the world, creating a dynamic environment.

  • Spend time at Universal Studios
  • Visit the National Gallery Singapore
  • Explore Marina Bay Sands Skypark
  • Witness Christmas Wonderland at Gardens By The Bay

Travel Tips : Because December is the wettest month of the year, make sure you have an umbrella or raincoat with you at all times.

Hacks & tricks to visit singapore.

  • The weather in Singapore remains pretty much the same throughout the year. Bring light raincoats or umbrellas, as well as tropics-friendly, loose-fitting clothing, a scarf for the breeze, a light sweatshirt, and a pashmina for air-conditioned locations.
  • The rain can be a bit unpredictable in Singapore. Whenever you’re out and about in the city, always bring along a raincoat or umbrella to ensure you’re protected from random showers.
  • The sun can be pretty draining during peak summers. Plan all outdoor activities and trips for the evening and stick to indoor events and activities when the sun is out.
  • If you’re looking for cheaper flights and accommodation, the Autumn months are your best option. This is because not a lot of tourists venture to Singapore during this time.
  • Make use of the Singapore MRT to get around the city. It’s cheap, clean, and will protect you from the heat or the rain.
  • Remember to carry plenty of water when you walk around the city. The tropical heat can be a lot and you need to stay hydrated to keep your energy level up.

Best Time to Visit Singapore in 2024

Best Time to Visit Singapore in 2024

No trip to Asia would be complete without a stop at the exciting, multicultural city-state of Singapore.  We would like to preface this guide by assuring you that Singapore is an amazing place to visit any time of the year.  In fact, the best time to visit Singapore is any time of the year. We highly encourage you to make a stopover in Singapore no matter when you choose to go.

This is due to the fact that Singapore has a tropical climate offering consistent (though typically high) temperatures year-round.  There is a wet and a dry season which is worth bearing in mind when planning your trip. However, you will find this largely inconsequential once you arrive and find yourself spending most of your time indoors where the air conditioning is on high.

Table of Contents

High Season (Mid-November to January/February & June to July)

The high season typically falls from mid-November through to January or February.  Singapore doesn’t really have a discernible high season, however, visitation definitely peaks during the holiday months.

Much of the world is on holiday from December to January, combined with Christmas in Singapore and the Chinese New Year landing around late-January / early-February.  This results in increased tourist numbers over these months.

June and July coincide with the Great Singapore Sale which is a significant event drawing in visitors from all around the world.  If you are keen on shopping, this is a perfect time to brave the crowds and visit Singapore, just make sure to book accommodation well in advance.

The high season falls in Monsoon Season which results in significantly higher rainfall during the months of December and January. Temperatures and humidity will be high year-round.

Shoulder Season (February to May)

The Singapore shoulder season falls between Chinese New Year and the Great Singapore Sale.  This is still a great time to visit, in particular, the months of April and May which fall outside of the Monsoon seasons.

These months have significantly less rainfall than December and January, making them one of the best times to travel to Singapore if you are looking for drier weather.

Low Season (August & October)

Singapore’s tourist numbers drop slightly during the months of August and October.  This is mainly due to the lack of major holidays or events.

Weather for these months tends to be very wet, but better than November to March which falls within the North-East Monsoon season.  As usual for Singapore, temperatures and humidity remain high during these months.

We’ve excluded September from the Low Season simply due to the fact that the Singapore F1 Grand Prix falls in the middle of this month.  Tourist numbers spike significantly as this is an extremely popular event. If you are into motorsports, make your trip in September, otherwise, consider a different month.

When to Visit Singapore

Best time to fly to singapore.

The best time to fly to Singapore is when the flights are ‘free’.  This is why we recommend making Singapore a stopover to or from your final destination.  Singapore is a major gateway hub in Asia, so finding a route stopping in Singapore on the way to Australia, New Zealand or most of Asia is easy to accomplish.

If Singapore is your final destination, you’ll find flights are slightly more affordable during their low or shoulder seasons mentioned above.  Try to avoid November to January/February and June to July.

Cheapest Time to Visit Singapore

Firstly, finding affordable flights to Singapore is essential.  Make Singapore a stopover, or pick the months with the cheapest flights. Try mid-February through May and book your tickets well in advance.

Accommodation is expensive all year round in Singapore.  Again, make an effort to book accommodation in advance and during the shoulder or low seasons.  Definitely avoid any major public holidays or events, such as the Singapore Grand Prix and Chinese New Year.

Flights and accommodation may peak from June to July, but if the aim of your trip is shopping, then these months will be the best for you.  Time your visit during the Great Singapore Sale and you will find cheaper shopping.

Best Time for Shopping in Singapore

Singapore is renowned for its immensely popular shopping scene, and it’s one of our favourite things to do in Singapore .  No matter your reason for visiting Singapore, you will definitely find yourself in the comfort of an air-conditioned shopping mall on a daily basis.

The best time for shopping in Singapore is without a doubt during the Great Singapore Sale.  This is a massive shopping event held each year for about two months. This event is organised by the Singapore Retailers Association where stores and malls offer significant sales each year in order to boost Singapore’s tourism through shopping.

This is a peak period in Singapore as shopaholics around the world converge on the small island’s countless shopping malls.  And for good reason. This is the perfect time to find sale pricing and high-quality, major brands at significantly discounted prices.

Aside from this, there are countless other expos and sales throughout the year.

Chinese New Year is another great time to visit Singapore for shopping as the significant Chinese population celebrate.  Ensure you travel to Singapore around January to February if you wish to catch these sales, and make your way into Chinatown for the biggest selections.  During this time of the year, the streets are filled with stalls and shops selling all kinds of products – perfect to take back home!

Check out the boxing day and New Year sales if you are in Singapore post-Christmas where the sales can be significant, as much as 70% off on well-known brands.  These sales tend to be much shorter but can offer discounts as good as you would find during the Great Singapore Sale.

Shopping in China Town in Singapore.

Best Time to Visit Singapore for Your Honeymoon

Singapore is an amazing and underrated honeymoon destination.  Sure, you won’t really get the pristine white beaches of Langkawi (though it’s just a short flight to reach them), but Singapore offers so much more for newlyweds than a deserted island ever could.

From the Singapore Flyer to the luxurious Marina Bay Sands hotel, and the numerous rooftop bars scattered around the city.

The best part about Singapore as a honeymoon destination is that you can make your honeymoon any time of the year you want.  So you don’t need to fit your wedding around the weather or the tourists, as Singapore is relatively consistent all year-round.

Best Time to Take a Cruise to Singapore

Singapore is fast becoming a major hub for cruises, with all cruise lines basing their ships in Asia.

The peak season is a great time to visit Singapore, with a lot going on and the weather not too hot.  However, it is also the busiest and most expensive time to book a Singapore cruise.

We recommend the best time to take a cruise to Singapore is November and March, where the weather is great, crowds are slightly diminished and the prices will be far more affordable.

Best Time to Visit Singapore Flyer

There isn’t a time of year that is best for visiting the Singapore Flyer, but it truly is a must-do activity as part of your itinerary in Singapore.  Make your way here around sunrise or sunset for the most epic views possible.

Time your experience near the start of your trip in order to get a solid understanding of Singapore geographically.

If you want the clearest views, you are likely to find the dry seasons (April-May is great) to be the best times of the year to ride the Singapore Flyer.

Singapore Weather by Month

Singapore is an island-based country located off the coast of Malaysia in Southeast Asia.  In common with its neighbours, Singapore has a tropical climate that lends itself to consistent temperatures year round.  These temperatures tend to be on the hot and humid side, with an indistinct wet and dry season.

The wet seasons are defined by the Northeast Monsoon occurring from mid-November to March, and the Southwest Monsoon Season from June to September.

By travelling outside of these months, in the dry seasons, you will experience significantly less rain and wind making your trip a bit more pleasurable.

All year round, make sure to pack comfortable summer clothes (think t-shirts, shorts and summer dresses) and a decent umbrella or raincoat.  It rains all year round in Singapore, so don’t be presumptuous just because it’s the dry season. Fortunately, this makes for light-weight packing – check out our full guide on the best packing hacks for travelling.

Singapore Weather in January

January is the ‘cool’ season in Singapore where temperatures sit a bit lower than the other months.  This isn’t by any means ‘cool’, but pack a light cardigan in your daypack as it can get cool in malls or public transport.

Precipitation is very high in January with rain to be expected on most days.  If you visit in January, also consider bringing a small umbrella for the unexpected flash rains which Singapore is renowned for.

Average High Temperature: 30°C / 82°F

Average Low Temperature: 24°C / 73°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 235mm

Singapore Weather in February

The Northeast Monsoon Season comes to an end here allowing average temperatures to rise making it perfect pool or beach weather (check out Sentosa Island).  Humidity tends to be a bit more bearable in February, but honestly, it’s super humid all year long in Singapore.

This month you will find the least amount of precipitation on average and fewer rainy days.  A lot of Singapore is covered, including the pathways, so you should be fine to forego the wet weather gear.

Average High Temperature: 32°C / 84°F

Average Low Temperature: 24°C / 78°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 113mm

Singapore Weather in March

March is a great time to travel to Singapore thanks to the highest percentage of clear, cloudless days.  This makes March a particularly sunny time of the year, alongside high average temperatures.

As usual, you can expect rain during your stay, so consider bringing a raincoat or umbrella if you plan to venture away from the shopping malls.

Average Low Temperature: 25°C / 78°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 170mm

Singapore Weather in April

April has the lowest average wind speed of 8kph for the year.  The high temperature makes April one of the warmest months of the year, as well as one of the most humid.

This combination of low wind and high humidity can make the already high temperature feel particularly hot.  Be prepared to remain indoors, and ensure to lather up the sunscreen when you venture outdoors.

Average High Temperature: 32°C / 88°F

Average Low Temperature: 25°C / 80°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 155mm

Singapore Weather in May

May experiences the highest humidity levels of the entire year for Singapore.  That is not to say the other month’s aren’t painfully humid, rather May is just a bit worse.

Average temperatures remain high and rainfall is slightly higher so remember a light umbrella or raincoat.

Smoke haze has been a problem in Singapore in the past.  This is caused by fires in nearby Malaysia and Indonesia.  This is dependent on the wind, if you experience irritation from the smoke pollution, you should be able to purchase a face mask.

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 171mm

Singapore Weather in June

Temperatures, humidity and rainfall all remain consistently in June.  The start of the Southwestern Monsoon Season marks an increase in the frequency of light showers and thunderstorms during the mornings.

Time your outdoor activities for the afternoon when you should experience less rainfall.

There is also a possibility of increased smoke pollution from fires in Indonesia.  This is dependent on the direction of the wind, but grab a face mask if this causes irritation.

Average Low Temperature: 25°C / 77°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 131mm

Singapore Weather in July

Visiting Singapore in July you will arrive during the Southwestern Monsoon Season.  You can continue to expect higher rainfall and thunderstorms in the mornings, and less rainfall in afternoons – though spontaneous showers tend to happen all the time in Singapore.

Temperatures, humidity and rainfall are still consistently high so aim to be indoors and bring a raincoat in case you get caught in a downpour.

Average High Temperature: 31°C / 86°F

Average Low Temperature: 25°C / 82°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 154mm

Singapore Weather in August

Temperatures, humidity and rainfall remain very high in August.  Rainfall and thunderstorms are still more common in the morning but can strike at any time throughout the day.

Risk of smoke haze from Indonesia is still possible in August, so remember to wear a face mask if you suffer from asthma or respiratory diseases.

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 149mm

Singapore Weather in September

September is a great time to go to Singapore, when humidity is slightly lower than previous months and rainfall is yet to peak as it does from November onwards.

Expect continued high temperatures, with highs around 31°C.  Despite being drier than the months to follow, you should still be prepared for showers anytime due to the tropical climate in Singapore.

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 157mm

Singapore Weather in October

Average rainfall in October is similar to previous months, but the times switch slightly with heavy rainfall more common in the afternoons.  This is due to the end of the Southwest Monsoon Season.

Smoke haze should also be cleared up by October.  Expect random thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, come prepared with a raincoat and move indoors if it starts raining as it can be very heavy.

Singapore Weather in November

November experiences slightly less wind than previous months, combined with high humidity can make it feel even hotter than the temperature suggests.

Precipitation sees a significant increase this month as you come towards the start of the Northeast Monsoon season.  You can expect thunderstorms and showers frequently on most days, so ensure you have a compact umbrella in your bag at all times.

Average High Temperature: 31°C / 84°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 259mm

Singapore Weather in December

December is obviously considered a popular time to visit Singapore as the tourist numbers surge coming into the holiday season.  Temperatures are slightly lower due to the Northeast Monsoon season, but this also causes December to be the wettest month of the year.

Expect continuous, moderate to heavy rainfall and thunderstorms in the afternoons and evenings.  Mornings are often drier. Bring an umbrella and you should be able to get around Singapore comfortably without getting wet as most of the city is undercover (even the walkways).

Average High Temperature: 30°C / 85°F

Average Low Temperature: 24°C / 80°F

Average Rainfall(Precipitation): 319mm

All weather statistics are based off 30-year averages from http://www.weather.gov.sg .

Public Holidays in Singapore

Singapore is an extremely multicultural country with a diverse range of religions.  Public holidays play an important role in Singapore as a result of each group’s independent needs to celebrate or remember certain events.

The four main religious groups are made up of Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus and Christians.  The public holidays tend to be based around these religious groups.

As a result, Singapore has 10 events that are celebrated by 11 public holidays.  These are announced yearly by the Singapore Government, which can be found here: Singapore public holidays.

Festivals & Events in Singapore

As Singapore is an extremely popular tourist destination, with a dense population of over 5 million people, it is the home of many festivals and events.

Make sure you are aware of each of these, as arriving shortly after an event is possibly the worst time you could go to Singapore.  You get to deal with the crowds and the mess, but you won’t experience or partake in the event itself.

If you are big on culture and wish to immerse yourself fully into the Singapore lifestyle whilst you are visiting, we highly recommend checking out a few of the events in Singapore.

New Year’s Day

Singapore celebrates numerous New Year’s Days for each religion and calendar.  New Year’s Day represents the first day of the year for the standard, Gregorian Calendar.  In Singapore, it is recognised as a public holiday and celebrated widely. You will often find significant sales and celebrations (or people recovering from celebrating the night before).  It is also a particularly busy time of the year.

Chinese New Year

January or February

Chinese ethnicity makes up 76% of the population in Singapore.  As a result, the Chinese New Year is a significant event in Singapore and is celebrated all over the country – but most of all in Chinatown.  Each year this day changes based on the Lunar Calendar, but it’s celebrated for weeks in the lead-up.

Embrace the culture and enjoy as much Chinese cuisine as you can in your time there.  Sales are very common and don’t forget to take photos of the decorations – especially lanterns in the shape of the animal for the year.  There are two public holidays associated with the Chinese New Year.

Thaipusam is a major festival celebrated by the Hindu Tamil community in Singapore.  The date changes based on the Tamil calendar. It is an opportunity for Hindu Tamils to give thanks and to celebrate upholding their vows.  It is an incredibly colourful and exciting festival which involves a parade that is not to be missed.

Devotees pierce their body with skewers and carry colourful & elaborate Kavadis decorated with flowers and peacock feathers.

Make your way to Serangoon road to catch the procession – this is the best spot.

Singapore River Hong Bao

Singapore River Hong Bao is a festival held as part of the Chinese New Year celebrations.  It has been running since 1987 and draws in crowds of over a million people each year.

Make your way to NS Square (formerly known as the Floating Platform) at Marina Bay where you will find handcrafted lanterns, as well as a myriad of activities, ranging from amusement rides to street performances.  And don’t forget to treat your taste buds to some delicious Chinese cuisine.

In typical New Year’s style, there is always an unbelievable and unique fireworks display at the end of the countdown to bring us into the New Year.

Chingay Parade

The Chingday Parade takes places each year in February as part of the Chinese New Year festivities.  Despite this, the parade is actually an opportunity to celebrate the multicultural heritage of Singapore.

Expect to see performances from Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian performers; this is a huge, lively and colourful street performance.  A great spot to experience this parade is from NS Square in Marina Bay.

Singapore Design Week

Singapore Design Week is an amazing time to visit Singapore for anyone who gets excited by design.

This is a huge week, with nothing design-related forgotten.  Everything from architecture to art to business design is covered amongst the 80+ programmes.

St Patrick’s Day Street Festival

Outdoor bars set up in Downtown Singapore come to life to celebrate all things Irish.  Expect folk music and dancing, green everything and shed loads of Guinness.

Singapore International Jazz Festival

For lovers of all things jazz, this is the perfect festival for you.  Every year there is an exciting lineup filled with a huge number of local and international artists.

The location is Marina Bay Sands and the festival runs over three days.

Marina Bay Sands luxury hotel in central Singapore.

Qingming Festival Singapore

The Qingming, or Tomb Sweeping Day, is a Chinese festival observed in Singapore on the fifth solar term of the traditional Chinese lunisolar calendar.

It is a day used by Chinese families to remember and honour their ancestors.  An important part of this tradition is to make an offering to their deceased family members, which is often done by giving food or burning paper.  This paper can include fake money and drawings.

World Gourmet Summit

An annually held culinary event in Singapore.  This event is your opportunity to experience some of the best fine cuisine, wines and dining experiences in the entire world.

Here you will find and meet the world’s top chefs and sommeliers.  If you enjoy travelling for food or consider yourself a wine expert, then the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore is the perfect time for you to visit Singapore.

Vesak day is celebrated by Buddhists in Singapore to celebrate the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha.  Vesak day is a public holiday and is a time for joy, peace and reflection.

To experience the festivities of this day, make your way to a Buddhist temple.  Here hymns will be sung and offerings made to Buddha. We highly encourage taking this day as an opportunity to give back to the community – make a donation, visit an elderly home or even let someone through the door first.

Singapore International Festival of Arts

Make sure you visit Singapore during the month of May in order to catch the spectacular display of arts across the Island.

Whether you find inspiration in theatre, dance, music, photography or something else, you will find it in Singapore during the International Festival of Arts.

Check out www.sifa.sg for more information.

The start of Ramadan marks a month of fasting for Muslims all around Singapore and the world.  This month of fasting is done as an act of devotion to Allah.

It isn’t necessary to fast to take part in the Ramadan festivities and celebrate Muslim culture.  Ramadan Bazaars will be set up across the island where you can indulge in consumerism. Also, remember to support your Muslim friends with their beliefs.

The end of Ramadan is marked by Hari Raya Puasa.  This is the Festival of Eid where Muslims are no longer permitted to fast.  As you can imagine, it is a joyous time of celebration – and especially eating a lot of food.

Great Singapore Sale

June to July

If you’re considering when to go to Singapore, it is very important to take into consideration the Great Singapore Sale.  If you’re a shopping-focussed traveller, then visiting Singapore during July is an absolute must-do. Conversely, if you are looking to avoid the crowds, then consider choosing a different date.

The Great Singapore Sale (GSS) is a huge shopping event organised by the Singapore Retailers Association to help drive tourist numbers over the months of June to July.  In the past, this was a 10-week event, but due to dwindling sales numbers, the association has chosen to reduce this to one month. So expect bigger crowds – and hopefully bigger discounts!

There is a reason people travel from around the world to be in Singapore during this event.  The discounts are steep, often as much as 70% off the retail prices on known brands (and unknown brands if that’s what you’re into).

If you’re visiting Singapore during the Great Singapore Sale, Orchard Road is the place to be.  Here you will find name brand items and the best sales. Make sure you check out Chinatown, Little India and any of the numerous malls around the city as well.  You’ll be more likely to find something new and unusual if you explore beyond the typical Orchard Road shopping centres.

Singapore Food Festival

For two weeks Singapore transforms into a culinary haven with the annual Singapore Food Festival.  Expect to find island-wide culinary events, such as cooking classes, competitions and special tastings.  A perfect time to travel to Singapore for any foodie.

Racial Harmony Day

Singapore is a young country, and as with a lot of other countries, it has faced challenges with Racism.  One particular day was July 21st 1964 Race Riots where 22 people lost their lives.

Singapore takes this day each year to celebrate how far the country has gone to achieving racial harmony.  Take this opportunity to visit Singapore to learn more about different cultures in Singapore. Students dress in traditional clothes from other cultures – you are more than welcome to do the same.

Singapore National Day

National Day is celebrated every year on August 9th.  On this date in 1965, Singapore separated from Malaysia, marking the start of the Republic of Singapore.  The entire country takes this day to commemorate their independence with parade and fireworks celebrations.

For this day the country turns red and white.  A spectacular parade takes place in either Padang or the National Stadium with military marches, performances and aerial displays.  This is all finished with a firework extravaganza.

Singapore’s Hungry Ghost Festival

The Ghost Festival is a Chinese tradition where it is believed the ghosts of the dead walk the Earth.  Singaporeans leave offerings around the country, typically fake paper money, which are burned to pay respect to their lost ones.  Food offerings are also left around the city.

Make sure to attend one of the numerous island-wide performances called Getai.  Typically anyone is welcome, so ask a local where you can find one. Make sure not to sit in the front rows – these are purposely left empty for the ghosts of the dead – and avoid taking photos.

Lantern Festival

The Chinese Lantern Festival in Singapore is one of the most spectacular festivals of the year.  Head on down to Chinatown for the mid-autumn festival where you will see millions of lanterns, lion dances and Chinese stalls.

Make your way to Gardens by the Bay for a bustling marketplace amongst the spectacular Supertree Grove, as well as a huge lantern display.

Also, make sure you grab some mooncakes.  These are a delicious treat and the main highlight of the entire festival – don’t miss it!

Singapore Grand Prix

23 September

The Singapore Grand Prix is one of the busiest times to travel to Singapore despite it falling outside of the high season.  It is a massively popular Formula One motor race that takes place in the streets of downtown Singapore.

Nine Emperor Gods Festival

September to October

On the 1st day of the 9th lunar month, Chinese communities welcome their gods into their temple where they are worshipped for 9 days.

Make your way to Hougang Tou Mu Temple on Upper Serangoon Road on the 1st day to catch the Welcome Ritual.  This procession includes lion and dragon dancers alongside devotees carrying chairs and statues to the Serangoon river to welcome their gods.

Luckily, there is a sending-off ritual if you miss the welcome ritual where the gods depart.  They are similar, so make sure to catch one of them if you’re in Singapore.

Singapore Fashion Week

Also known as the Audi Fashion Festival, Singapore Fashion Week is a series of fashion events held in Singapore each year.  If you come to Singapore at this time of the year, you will get to experience the most lauded fashion designers in the world and the most up to date and exciting couture.

Singapore World International Film Festival

The Singapore World International Film Festival showcases some of the best up and coming international films from all around the world.

This festival has been accredited for the discovery of some of the most renowned Singaporean filmmakers to have made it globally.

Also known as Diwali or the Festival of Lights, Deepavali is an annual Hindu celebration of the triumph of light over darkness.

Shows, activities and bazaars will be located around the city, but Little India is the main point of interest.  Go here – you will experience dance troupes, traditional food/snacks (these are delicious by the way) and stalls selling ethnic clothing and jewellery.

Singapore River Festival

October to November

The Singapore River Festival is a fun-filled time to visit Singapore where buskers fill the streets in Boat Quay and Clarke Quay for a week.  The event is free and a must-do if you’re in Singapore at the time, but you are more than welcome to donate to the talented street performers.

Singapore Writers Festival

The Singapore Writers Festival is an amazing multilingual literary event showcases aspiring and established writers from around the world.

Orchard Road Christmas Markets

All around Singapore Christmas markets pop up to celebrate the festive time of the year with sales and decorations.

Orchard Road is possibly the most popular and spectacular market to visit when you are in Singapore for Christmas.  The street lights up to a theme, with irresistible deals available for you to find the perfect gift. Make your stop here in the evening to best experience the lights.

Zoukout is an epic dance festival held annually on Sentosa Island in Singapore.  Over 30,000 young locals and tourists descend onto the man-made Siloso beach. Are you into partying?  Then Zoukout in early December is the perfect time for you to visit Singapore. If you aren’t, then don’t worry about it – unless you are planning a trip to Sentosa Island!

25 December

Singaporeans love to celebrate, and Christmas is no exception.  For Christmas lights, great food and shopping, make Orchard Road your destination.

Our top tip if you’re travelling to Singapore for Christmas is to head on down to a Hawker Center for your Christmas Dinner.  Order a plate from everywhere and enjoy a Christmas Feast in typical Singaporean style.

New Year’s Eve

31 December

Singapore is one of our favourite places to visit for New Year’s Eve.  The city buzzes to life (which is crazy considering this is just one of many New Years’ celebrated in Singapore) with parties across the island and crowds in the hundreds of thousands flocking to the streets.

The biggest party is the countdown in Marina Bay, but be prepared to head on down early to get a spot.  Here you will find the most spectacular fireworks display.

We prefer to avoid the crowds by spending New Year’s Eve at a nice bar – there’s plenty to choose from.  If you pick a rooftop bar, you can still catch the fireworks.

Singapore Weather And Best Time To Visit Singapore

Singapore is located just to the north of the equator and thereby has a tropical climate all year round. With the days being sunny, there is no distinction between different seasons here. However, when temperatures rise too high, frequent downpours bring some respite to the weather of Singapore. The temperature ranges between 23-32 degree Celsius with the precipitation ranging between 17-20 cms. Singapore experiences sudden showers all year round and travelers can witness spectacular thunderstorms every once a while. However, the North-Eastern Monsoons between November and January encounter heavy precipitation (28-30 cms).

That said, we suggest you plan your trip according to the festivals you want to experience in this multi-cultural city. The best time to visit Singapore hence will depend on the festivals and any special event you have your eye on. However, the summer months from March to June are nice, bright and sunny.

Summer (July to September)

Summer (July to September): Singapore Weather And Best Time To Visit Singapore

While tourists flock to Singapore round the year, the festive season is probably the best time to be here. With the Great Singapore Sale spread across two months during this period and the Singapore Food Festival in the month of July, this will surely be a trip to remember with food and fashion at its best. You might face showers due to the Southwest Monsoon during this time but it is less severe than the Northwest Monsoons.

National Day is celebrated with great pomp and show on 9th August is followed by the Hari Raya Haji in September. The mid-autumn Lantern Festival is celebrated in October when the moon is at its brightest. China town comes alive with dragon dances in night markets, traditional percussion performances and a plethora of traditional moon cakes and other food items. To give it competition, Little India celebrates Deepavali, the festival of lights with equal vigor. The place will definitely be a sight to behold during this time.

Winter and Monsoon (November to February)

Winter and Monsoon (November to February): Singapore Weather And Best Time To Visit Singapore

While temperatures remain constant for the most part of the year, frequent rainfalls due to the north-eastern winds make this the rainy as well as relatively cooler period. Do carry an umbrella and have an alternative indoor plan for your trip as rains during this time can last for long durations, especially between November and January.

During this period, you can enjoy the ZoukOut Festival at Sentosa, New Year and Thaipusam. While Zoukout is a dance and music festival, Thaipusam is a Hindu festival in the honor of Lord Subramaniam.

Spring and Summer (March to June)

Spring and Summer (March to June): Singapore Weather And Best Time To Visit Singapore

This happens to be the most pleasant time to visit Singapore. With bright sunny days and relatively lesser heat, plenty of activities become available for you to explore.

The biggest festival during this period is the Chinese New Year or the Lunar New Year where festivities are spread over a week. Another important festival is Vesak in the month of May where Buddhists celebrate the birth, enlightenment, and death of the Buddha with chanting, candlelight processions and they also opt to do good deeds. June end would also celebrate the Islamic festival of Ramadaan called Hari Raya Puasa in this region.

RECOMMENDED: 101 things to do in Singapore  and where to see interesting architecture and landmarks in Singapore

Been there, done that? Think again, my friend.

Must-see attractions in Singapore

1.  jewel changi airport.

Jewel Changi Airport

If you've just got off the plane, don't have to leave the airport just yet! Entertain yourself at the latest lifestyle concept, Jewel Changi Airport. This majestic dome is home to over 280 dining and retail outlets, with some open around the clock – think dining at ungodly hours at American fast-food chain A&W or food court Five Spice, or killing a couple of hours with a movie at 24-hour Shaw Theatres. You can also catch the hourly light and sound show at the HSBC Rain Vortex, the mall’s 40m-tall indoor waterfall, from 7.30pm to midnight. Honestly, this place is ridiculous. Arguably worth the flight just to see this. Not a sad pasty shop in sight. There's even play attractions for the little ones – including trampolines! Hell, you could even add a day onto the stay and use the on-site hotel. Sure makes checking in a little sweeter.

2.  Singapore Botanic Gardens

  • Attractions
  • Parks and gardens

Singapore Botanic Gardens

The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a jewel among the many beautiful parks and gardens in Singapore. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features attractions like  a swan lake where visitors can feed the black Australian swans and  the Evolution Garden Walk, a well-landscaped plot containing the fossilised remains of ancient trees. It's also home to the world's largest collection of orchids – some 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids, plus the national flower, Vanda Miss Joaquim – at the National Orchid Garden.  During weekends, tours to its rainforest patch are available, while outdoor concerts are often held at Symphony Lake. And with the Jacob Ballas Children's Garden, where children can run wild and explore the  farm, orchard, and forest which has its own stream and ponds, this nature spot is family-friendly.

3.  Haw Par Villa

  • Things to do

Haw Par Villa

Opened in 1937, this weird and wonderful park was named after its owners, Aw Boon Haw and Aw Boon Par, the brothers who made their fortune from the acclaimed cure-all ointment Tiger Balm. Multicoloured statues and tableaux – some looking rather neglected – depict scenes from Chinese mythology. The highlight is the Ten Courts of Hell (responsible for childhood nightmares for generations of Singaporeans) where dioramas showing human sinners being punished in a variety of hideous and bloodthirsty ways – in extremely gory and graphic detail. It’s a safe bet that you will never see anything like it anywhere else. There is the infamous 10 Courts of Hell to navigate, but don't worry, it's not too scary. You can go in groups of up to 25 if you believe the whole 'strength in numbers' thing.

4.  National Gallery Singapore

National Gallery Singapore

The former City Hall and Supreme Court buildings have been refurbished to become Singapore’s National Gallery. It is the largest visual art gallery in the city-state and is mostly dedicated to local and Southeast Asian art from the 19th century to the present day. So all the pretty modern and contemporary stuff then. Many of the works on display are drawn from the permanent National Collection but there’s also a rolling programme of temporary exhibitions to check out too. So there's always something new to check, even if you've been before. Plenty to look at.

5.  Chijmes

Chijmes

Once a convent school, CHIJMES has transformed into a hip lifestyle enclave brimming with bars, restaurants and cafés. It’s currently undergoing a revamp – and it’s more than just a cosmetic update. A fleet of new F&B joints are flocking to the old school, including El Mero Mero, Here & There, and Prive. Whether you want to just chill on the lawn, get your yoga on, or just eat and drink basically everything you've ever eaten, you can do it here. An essential stop while you're in Singapore really. Especially if you want to just be in a place doing stuff.

6.  Gardens by the Bay

Gardens by the Bay

The stuff of nature-lovers’ dreams, Gardens by the Bay is a truly magnificent site. The 250-acre green haven is filled with huge, flora-wreathed towers connected by ‘skyways’ and two enormous conservatories. Opened in 2012 as part of a drive to bring more greenery into Singapore, the gardens are free for guests to explore but you'll need an admission ticket for access to the flower domes that house rotating floral exhibitions. Needless to say, this is a non-negotiable must-see. There's also season passes for $20 (aprx. £11), so you can visit again and again. You'll want to, as it's absolutely massive. And beautfiul.

7.  Universal Studios Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore

This outpost of Universal Studios' theme park empire on Sentosa Island has an array of world-class rides across its various regions. There's Transformers: The Ride (a 3D adventure where you have to protect the Allspark), Battlestar Galactica (twin roller coasters that are sure to get your heart racing), Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure (everyone's favourite water ride), Enchanted Airways, Canopy Flyer and Revenge of the Mummy. Your kids will obviously never forgive you if you don’t let them run amok here. There's fun for all the family here though, whether you like thirll-seeking rides or chilling with the cast from Madagascar, it's all going on. Latest additions include a Trick or Thrills attraction.

8.  Singapore Zoo

Singapore Zoo

With 28 awe-inspiring hectares to explore, it's unlikely that you'll be able to cover Singapore Zoo in its entirety in a day. But you give it a good go. Unlike traditional zoos, which keep its animals in cages, this place was the first in the world to implement the 'open concept', which has animals in individually landscaped enclosures. There are more than 4,000 animals to see across 11 zones, including Wild Africa, Primate Kingdom and Frozen Tundra. There's over 300 species, so honestly, all sorts of things you'll never see anywhere else. Visit the world's largest captive colony of orangutans, feed the friendly Asian elephants and see the rare white tiger. You can also feed giraffes, if you're tall enough. A zoo done properly. Good to see. You also have amazing attractions like the night walk at the rainforst, and virtual experiences.

9.  Night Safari

Night Safari

Set in lush secondary rainforest, the Night Safari is a must-see for visitors. The world’s first night zoo (opened in 1994) allows you to witness what over 2,500 nocturnal animals from 130 species get up to after dusk, in naturalistic habitats and without barriers, via the use of special lighting techniques. Lions? Check. Rhino? Check. Leopards? Check. Flying squirrels? Check! There's animals from seven geographical regions, and you get to see the lot without much work (you'll ride a tram all the way through). You can get open dated tickets too, so no stress on exactly when you rock up to the safari.

10.  Singapore River Safari

Singapore River Safari

Another animal exploration! This time it's the watery (and other) ones. Manatees, crocodiles, flamingos and monkeys are just some of the 5,000 beasties you’ll encounter in this river-themed wildlife park, which boasts the world’s biggest freshwater aquarium and a panda exhibit housing the cuddly couple Kai Kai and Jia Jia. So good they named them twice, twice. The River Safari is split into two zones: the Rivers of the World, which showcases animals from eight rivers including the Congo and Yangtze, and Wild Amazonia, where you can come face-to-face with over 30 animals from the rainforest on a boat ride aptly named Amazon River Quest. You can also see ancient-looking creatures, from a time long before we all started visiting zoos and stuff.

11.  Bird Paradise

  • Zoos and aquariums

Bird Paradise

A sad goodbye to Jurong Bird Park and an enthusiastic hello to Bird Paradise. This new 17-hectare park has eight stunning, walk-through aviaries modelled after the different biomes of the world. Think African rainforests, South African wetlands, and Australian dry eucalypt forests. This is where you can walk among free-flying birds, including some of the world's most threatened species and one of the largest populations of Hornbills under human care.

The new park comes with refreshed programmes too. Visitors are in for a treat at new avian shows like Predators on Wings and Wings of the World, as well as behind-the-scenes tours at the Avian Healthcare and Research Centre and the Avian Breeding and Research Centre (with more to come). Otherwise, get up close with bird friends at special feeding sessions; the $8 fee will go to conservation programmes across the region that are supported by Mandai Wildlife Group.

12.  Pulau Ubin

Pulau Ubin

Take a walk on the wild side as you step foot on one of Singapore’s most popular off-shore islands. A sprawling 1,020 hectares, Ubin boasts lush greenery and abundant wildlife, drawing nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts to explore the many wonders of the granite island. There are plenty of activities to get up to here: go birdwatching at Pekan Quarry, wander through nature trails, and hike 75 metres up Puaka Hill for a breathtaking panoramic view of the islet. The sea-and-mangrove route will be a breeze for moderate kayakers (it's a word) and will be an accessible challenge for beginners. So go on, enjoy the chill chill vibes that are Kayaking around the lushious Singapore islands.

13.  MacRitchie Reservoir

  • Walks and tours
  • Central Water Catchment

MacRitchie Reservoir

Singapore’s oldest nature park is continuously filled with joggers, families and weekend strollers – plus those flocking to see the occasional free concert. You can get into the reservoir’s rainforest via the MacRitchie Trail, which offers straightforward boardwalk treks and more ambitious, longer hikes. There’s plenty of wildlife here, from flying lemurs to tree frogs and pangolins – but they do tend to hide out of sight. The one exception are the long-tailed macaque monkeys that hang about. Be warned, though: having been fed by less responsible visitors, they can be aggressive little terrors. Don't feed them, or wave about snacks. They're cute when behaving though, so do come along wo the big green lung right at the heart of Central Catchment Nature Reserve. It's one of the most significant, untouched, bits of land on the entire island.

14.  Marina Bay Sands

Marina Bay Sands

The 2,500 rooms at this hotel offer views of the South China Sea or Marina Bay and the Singapore skyline, but let’s be honest: the Moshe Safdie-designed SkyPark is the real crowd-puller, sitting atop the three hotel towers 200 metres above ground level (that's high up, that is). Non-hotel guests have to pay for the privilege of enjoying unfettered views from the Observation Deck across the city – but it’s definitely worth it. To take that selfie to make all your friends back home seethe with envy, if nothing else. We're talking proper panoramic views, from the Gardens by the Bay to the Supertree grove sculptures, and of course that skyline. You can see the lot from up here. Well worth catching at various times of day.

15.  Changi Airport

Changi Airport

An airport doesn’t sound like much of an attraction – more a series of interminable queues filled with tetchy flyers and shrieking babies. But Singapore’s Changi Airport has been voted the world’s best airport for the fifth consecutive year – and there’s much to marvel at here. Butterfly habitats, Balinese-style rooftop pools, 24-hour cinemas, spa centres, and the highly-raved Jewel Changi Airport – trust us, this ain’t your average airport. There are far worse stopovers during a long-haul flight. I mean, you read about Jewel Changi Airport, didn't you? This is the airports-are-a-great-place epicenter of the world. A lot of the long-haul flghta go out of here too, so why not book yours there? you can just rock up very early, get a massage, have a little swim, the obligatory pre-flight drink at any ridiculous hour, and then you're jetting off. Stress free. Alternatively, when you turn up to the airport just forget the hotel for a few extra hours and chill. It's a holiday no?

16.  Orchard Road

Orchard Road

Once home to an orchard of fruit trees, this area of Singapore is now widely known as the shopping district. Stretching out over two kilometres in the centre of the city, Orchard Road is home to numerous coffeeshops, beauty salons, art galleries, hotels, designer and discount outlets, restaurants and nightclubs. Come armed with cash, and plenty of it. This is a 1.6 mile road full of amazing places to part-take in the old retail therapy. Whether you're looking for fantastic dining, beautiful shops (such as The Grande Whisky Collection, which has a nice 4,500 of the earest and oldest whiskies in the world), and more. There's also some decent hotels, like the Four Seasons.

17.  Esplanade Theatres on the Bay

Esplanade Theatres on the Bay

Few buildings have created such a stir in Singapore as the Esplanade. Opened in 2002, the eye-catching bayfront complex has been dubbed ‘the durians’ by locals because of its resemblance to the spiky (and stinky) tropical fruit. It’s the city’s most prominent performing arts centre and the programme bears an eclectic mix of Western and Eastern influences. Book a gig, concert or theatre show in advance and make a cultural evening of it. There's usually around 3,500 events at this venue every year, so you'll find something you like. There's also a lovely park nearby for those of you who enjoy a post-production stroll.

18.  Singapore Flyer

Singapore Flyer

Marina Bay’s giant, 42-storey, 165m observation wheel continues to pull a mix of tourists and locals who come for the breathtaking, 360-degree views of the city available from one of its capsules. Each flight lasts 30 mintues and on a clear day the panorama from the top of the wheel stretches into neighbouring Malaysia and Indonesia. If you fancy pimping your experience a bit, take a look at the dining and cocktail packages that are available. If you'd like to soak up some sweet sweet knowledge also, you're in luck – these 30 minute adventures come with an in-capsule audio guide and interactive screens designed to help you discover the past, present, and future of Sinapore.

19.  National Museum of Singapore

National Museum of Singapore

After an $118 million refurb and rebranding job, the Singapore History Museum reopened as the National Museum of Singapore: the largest museum on the island. There are two main galleries: the Singapore History Gallery, which traces the history of Singapore from its beginnings in the fourteenth century to the present day and the Singapore Living Galleries, which focus on four lifestyle themes – food, fashion, film and photography.  That's over 700 years of Singapore to get stuck into, and over 1700 artefacts.  It’s worth a visit just for the building, an imposing neoclassical structure, complemented by modern glass additions. Until October 2021 there's a visual record on COVID-19 too, if current history is your thing.

20.  ArtScience Museum

ArtScience Museum

Shoehorning art and science into the same room and doing justice to both was always going to be a big risk. But by and large, the ArtScience Museum succeeds. Future World: Where Art Meets Science is a collaboration with Japanese art collective teamLab and features interactive experiences that are also perfect Instagram fodder. The building is a lot of fun too, a real spaceship vibe to the layout – it has ten fingers that anchor by a round base in the middle. So that's worth a looking alone. Inside, with the art-science crossover it should have something for everyone.

What can I do during a 24-hour layover in Singapore?

Claire Turrell

Jun 21, 2024 • 6 min read

singapore best visit time

Here's how to explore the best of Singapore when you've got limited time © John Seaton Callahan / Getty Images

Tiny Singapore has a lot to offer, but you can still enjoy a snapshot of the island-state if you're only there for a short time.

In the 12 years that I've been living in Singapore, I have steered many visiting friends on what to do on a 24-hour stopover. Here's how to spend your time before your onward flight.

How do you get from the airport to the city?

Singapore is a masterclass in public transport . You can catch the MRT, bus, taxi or Grab (Southeast Asia’s version of Uber) from the airport right into the center of the action. It only takes 40 minutes to cross the entire island, so it won't take long to reach your hotel, wherever you decide to stay. For those on a really quick visit, make use of the luggage storage facilities at the airport terminals so you can explore hands-free.

A Singapore Tourist Pass costs from SGD$22 a day, which gives you unlimited access during that time to buses and the MRT. Taxis are extra but still kind on the wallet. Popular locations are fairly close together, for example, a five-minute taxi ride whisks you from the Marina Bay area to Chinatown , or a 10-minute taxi ride could take you from Little India to the upscale shopping trawl of Orchard Road. It’s also an easy city to walk around, although maybe you will want to seek some shade around midday.

Don't want to miss anything in Singapore? Here are the best places to visit

A series of artificial trees rise up above a walkway

What should I do with 24 hours in Singapore?

The fastest way to understand Singapore is through its food . The hawker centers (street food stalls) are where Singaporeans gather and bond over their favorite dishes. Singapore’s hawkers are such an important part of the culture, they were recognised by UNESCO’s Intangible Heritage list. Everyone has their favorite hawker, but a good place to start is Lau Pa Sat near Singapore’s financial district, as it serves every dish you can think of. Found in what looks like an oversized band stand, this popular food court is open 24 hours. Satay St, next to the food court, is lined with hawkers from 6pm each day who serve skewers of meat cooked over hot coals.

Still hungry? Here are Singapore's best flavors

You can walk from here around the bay or take a six-minute taxi ride to Gardens by the Bay where you can take the perfect Instagram shot by the famed Supertrees. While you’re there, ride an elevator to the top of the tallest Supertree to get a 360-degree view of the city that includes the sea, Marina Bay Sands  and the Singapore Flyer . If you have more time, spend a couple of hours in the aircon-filled glasshouses that are the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, open from 9am to 9pm.

People sit at tables outside cafes on a brightly decorated street

For your next stop, take a taxi to the heritage area of Kampong Glam. Among the pastel-colored shophouses and street art, you’ll find cute cafes and independent stores, such as Sifr Aromatics , a perfumery that can make you a bespoke scent. On the second floor of a shophouse in Haji Lane you will also find Type8ar , filled with 50 vintage typewriters.

Kampong Glam gives you the chance to enjoy some of the city’s best treats. Indulge in a sweet potato donut coated in palm sugar called gulu melaka at KS Keria , sample a gateaux with Singaporean flavours at Julie Bakes or cool down with a bowl of chendol (shaved ice, jelly noodles and pandan) at Makan Melaka. Look out for Tarik , a former hole-in-the-wall that serves pulled tea, where the eat is poured from a height, which now takes center stage as part of Kampong Glam’s biggest mural.

Next, visit Sentosa Island , home to beach clubs, theme parks and a former 19th-century fort, and where a tall ship sets sail. Sip cocktails on board the ship and take in the famed Singapore skyline as the it glides along the coast.

Where can I stay in Singapore?

If you land at night and need to rest your head, there are two new Singaporean hotels to check into. The design-led 21 Carpenter is found in a heritage building near Clarke Quay. During the day, its stainless-steel rooftop pool with views of Marina Bay provides the perfect place to cool off after a spot of sightseeing. Alternatively, Artyzen near the upscale shopping district of Orchard Rd gives a nod to Singapore’s Peranakan culture, serving up tropical colors in the bedrooms and traditional kopi (coffee) or teh (tea) among the treats at breakfast.

A plane takes off over a city by a quay

How much will a layover in Singapore cost?

You don’t need to have a bulging wallet to have a fun time in Singapore. A budget stay at the YMCA One Orchard hotel , which also has a rooftop pool, will set you back around S$128 per night.

There are many free and cheap activities too , such as hiring a bike for a small fee and cycling along Sinapore's parkway connectors, or lingering in one of the city parks. Throw down a picnic rug in the UNESCO site the Botanic Garden  (free entry) or the beach at East Coast Park . It's also free to visit Singapore’s first theme park,  Har Paw Villa , built in the 1930s and filled with sculptures from Chinese folklore. However, if you’re tempted to enter the onsite  Hell’s Museum and discover what awaits in the afterlife, this will cost S$20.

Looking for more budget tips? Here's how to save money in Singapore

What if I’ve only got a few hours in Singapore?

If your layover is at least 5.5 hours, you can sign up for the free Singapore tour from Changi Airport. The proviso is your luggage is checked through to your final destination.

Another fun way to experience the city is to book a vintage Vespa sidecar tour with Singapore Sidecars. The Singapore in a Nutshell tour lasts between one to three hours and will take you past the iconic Marina Bay Sands building, through the colonial Civic District and into heritage areas such as Little India and Chinatown. You don’t need a motorbike license as the team will chauffeur you around the city and you can just enjoy being a passenger, but you will need to travel from the airport to the starting point.

If your layover is only a couple of hours' long, check out the glass-domed centerpiece that is Jewel at Singapore’s Changi Airport . Not only will you find cafes, designer stores and a cinema, but also the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, 2000 trees, and a canopy park.

No matter what you do, you’ll find that a stopover in Singapore is worth it.

The best executive lunch menus in Singapore

By Elizabeth Chee and Chandreyee Ray

19 June 2024

For your next power lunch, look to the chicest restaurants in town with concise menus designed to deliver midday respite

At some point in every working professional’s journey lies the business lunch—a decidedly important meal, whether shared with clients, office friends or a top executive you’re hoping to impress. As the name suggests, company and conversation are imperative when it comes to a working lunch. But that’s not to say that flavour and ambience take second place. Rather, choosing the right restaurant is the battle half won. If you’re new to power lunching, you might not be acquainted with the best options in town. Those with a filled-in lunch calendar, however, may feel like they have exhausted all options. Whichever you may be, this Vogue -approved list of restaurants with executive lunch menus is sure to entice.

Conveniently located within the Central Business District are Brasserie Astoria and Fiz , two of Singapore’s best fine-dining openings in recent years. Serving European and Southeast Asian cuisine respectively, look to the former to dine under grandiose chandeliers and neoclassical details. Meanwhile, be spoiled for choice by a three, five or eight-course Southeast Asian feast at Fiz. Michelin-starred Nouri is within the same vicinity, with a weekday lunch special that evolves seasonally, curated carefully by chef Ivan Brehm. The meal here is specifically catered to time-pressed guests, but is nowhere lacking in flavour, with the rich history and fusion of cultures inspiring the creation of each dish.

The list does not end here—escape the bustling city and immerse yourself in nature at Roia, should you be looking for a tranquil midday escape. Below, find the most elegant restaurants to dine at for your next business lunch.

singapore best visit time

Brasserie Astoria

At Brasserie Astoria, lunch is a decidedly chic affair. The lofty-ceilinged restaurant has introduced a Plat Du Jour lunch menu, available on weekdays and updated every week to keep things fresh. With an appetiser, main and dessert course packed into a well-paced 90-minute meal, expect to tuck into classical brasserie dishes with a Nordic and French twist—like a crisp Caesar salad, or the famous Toast Astoria, an indulgent assembly of Norwegian king crab, trout roe and ikura on butter fried toast.

This is the power lunch to opt for when you really want to treat yourself (or your guest). Seated in the historical Victoria Concert Hall, the restaurant brings back old school glamour with impeccably appointed interiors complete with romantic booths, opulent furnishings, flambé trolleys, table side service and the full works. Everything is meticulously curated, from the retro tunes that play in the background to the quirky tableware your table is set with.

Restaurant Fiz

Fiz is a proud showcase of its chef-owner’s heritage. Raised in the coastal town of Lumut in Perak, Malaysia, chef Hafizzul Hashim has spent decades spent working in Michelin-starred restaurants in cities like London and Tokyo. Now, he’s on mission to bring the best of Southeast Asian cuisine to the world.

To that end, the restaurant is expanding its offering to lunch, with three-, five- and eight-course menus available to cater to a wide variety of guests. While the shortest of the three will serve you well when you’re looking for a delicious but quick CBD lunch, opt for eight courses to enjoy the full generosity of the Fiz experience. The Shima Aji Pekasam, a fish-based congee, is a special highlight. Don’t let its seeming simplicity fool you—it just might be the most indulgent dish on the menu.

Restaurant Fiz, 21 Tg Pagar Rd, #01-01/02, Singapore 088444

singapore best visit time

Nestled in the flora and fauna of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the tranquillity of nature sets Roia apart. This chic yet understated two-storey restaurant is charmingly surrounded by lush foliage, and one can opt to dine alfresco, in the company of greenery and natural light.

Masterfully weaving botanical influences into French cuisine, chef Priyam Chatterjee starts the meal off with a Brittany crab tartare kueh pie tee and tamarind gel, alongside a compressed cucumber tart with crème fraîche. Next up, enjoy the contrasting textures presented by Mille Feuille of Braised Leeks , where crisp layers of puff pastry and fresh leeks are refreshingly complemented by dill cream and orange vinaigrette sauce. In terms of mains, we recommend the Iberico Pork Chop on account of the tender and juicy meat paired with seared foie gras, lightly roasted kale, black garlic gel and a pommery mustard sauce. And if you’re not afraid of a little food-induced stupor after lunch, indulge in the pavlova— a fluffy, sorbet-and-fruit-filled meringue adorned in fresh flowers and surrounded by a pool of tangy calamansi honey cream.

Michelin-starred restaurant Nouri needs no introduction. Chef-owner Ivan Brehm’s unique culinary ethos, ‘Crossroads Thinking’, alludes to his exploration of the interdependence between ingredients, cooking methods and dishes from different parts of the world.

Thankfully, Nouri’s lunch menu is as ideologically-rich—and delicious, of course—as its evening-time offerings. In a concise course menu designed for time-pressed guests, you’ll find an assortment of dishes that are sure to please. Appetisers include the restaurant’s signature vegetable broth, a warm and nourishing sip to recharge you in the middle of the work day, alongside a creamy dip to dunk the house-made sourdough into. Choose between well-portioned protein mains before you decide if you want to indulge in dessert. The chocolate fishball, a spicy-sweet treat spiked with fish sauce, is sure to awaken your senses before you head back to the office.
