Just amazing service!

This is the second time we have booked with Viva. Our first holiday with them was just amazing and everything was so well organised - it made it an easy decision to use them again! We had Jade as our planner this time and nothing was too much trouble, despite us changing our minds about destinations, hotels and flight several times! He was patient, professional and so helpful. Great Trip but Surprised by Amount of Extra Charges

Just returned from the Vegas/LA/Mexican Riviera Cruise. It was a great trip with just about the right amount of time at each stop. First time on cruise and it has exceeded my expectations on everything. However, the overall cost of the trip was much higher than expected due to the extra changes. Total of $320 "resort fees" for the 6 nights over 2 hotels in USA. These are not tourist or local taxes but compulsory charges by the hotels that were not included in the room rate. For the cruise, there was $224 charged as gratuities, but 100% go to the amazing staff. These charges were not communicated to me at the time of booking. I received 8 documents with pages and pages of info after confirmation of the booking. Somewhere in the pages of FAQ doc, it mentioned about extra charges but not the value. If I was to book the trip directly myself, the extra charges would have been clearly advised at the time of booking. I would therefore urge Viva to do the same in future, clearly state the hotel charges at the time of booking. This is because $50 extra PER NIGHT was a big surprise.

Fantastic holiday and great customer service Being able to tailor my holiday, offered choices of hotels, excursions and travel dates. I looked at various companies to do Iceland and New York but Viva was great value and best itinerary. Staff can be a little pushy but definitely glad I went with them, we had a fantastic holiday and I would use Viva again

First Class Customer Service

I can only give a review on our experience booking the trip as we haven’t actually been yet. Kritika who dealt with our booking was fantastic and very knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and instructions on completing the booking forms were explained down to the last letter. When I called back with a query the phone was answered within two or three rings…no horrible hold music for ages. Absolutely first class customer service I just hope the actual trip is as good.

Great Service So Far! Ritu.

First Time using a site for a Multi-City holiday. Found Viva-Holidays and so far couldn't be more happy with the Service from Ritu. Answered all my questions and has found us what feel a great deal.

Great customer service

Ritu was very approachable and friendly, offering a range of options to try and fit around my budget and holiday needs. I had lots of questions and asked her to double check things multiple times but she did not complain. Would book through her again.

Made a booking for a great looking Japanese holiday. We got an initial quote on the phone but had to change dates because a member of our party couldn't book his annual leave. Jade took this easily and waited until we could confirm the new date before re-quoting over the phone. Thank you!
