It wouldn’t be science without constant experimentation, and that’s what you get with their experimental elixirs. These one-off creations are only made one keg at a time and are usually gone within a few days, so keep an eye on the tap list and visit often!

You can make a fun day out of touring breweries in the craft towns of Boulder and Fort Collins. Boulder’s well-known brewers include Avery, Boulder Beer, and Upslope.
