Food at Hotel Indrasan needs improvement. The cab driver left us at Solang valley with instructions that we have to reach him at Nehru Kund which was about 5km away. He was insensitive to the fact that my wife was not fit to walk even 100/200 meters.His reason was no parking available. But when hundreds of tourists vehicles could park and pick their guests from their it is not convincing. Himachal trip was good. Hotels they have booked in terms of cleanliness and responsive and quality food. But Shimla location was far though I have preferred this hotel because they come back hotel changing a day before our tour starts. Travel agent should have advised before things get done. Beauty of the trip is Driver Mr. Mukesh Rana polite man and his service was good. Happy to tour once again with Mukesh bhai. Poor part is Travel agent hasn't in touch after we started tour and 2 days were in Shimla. while booking they have coordinated well. Important fact is we don't know Hindi. Travel Triangle should have control and must avoid these situation in future. We believed Travel Triangle and they assured for great service. Travel Agents are very approachable until they get booked and after disappear. I don't like this attitude.

We just finished a 5 day trip to Shimla & Manali and here is my review. What went well - 1. Liked the way Himachal Hills travels & Rohil behaved through out the tour. They were approachable, humble and good listeners 2. Hotels booked were also good in their services, the staff in both the hotels were excellent in customer management (Apline Hilden in Shimla & Woodbine in Manali) 3. Driver provided was good to us and managed to meet our expectations What can be improved - 1. Communication - Though I see trip to Rhotang pass in the exclusion in the quote but it still reflects in the itinerary which contradicts each other. I had to pay Rs.6200/- extra just for the Madi permit (Rhotang was closed, so we had to go to Madi) and their separate car which was never communicated before nor I ever anticipated 2. Itinerary - The itinerary could have been better managed for Manali. We need to understand why a customer visits Manali during summer? Obviously to see the snow and have some fun but this itself was not included in the list. As a travel agent we could strike a deal with 2 or 3 such vendors who can provide Permit, snow suits etc at a reasonable cost to your customers that's where you can do a better job then any other travel agency or you can deal with these permissions on your own ahead of time for the customers and that would be a "wow factor" and a customer delight 3. The Car AC - While we didn't realize this during our onward journey from Delhi to Shimla and then Shimla to Manali, the return journey was pathetic and tiring since the AC wasn't working. Post we crossed Manali though the AC was ON, it was not cooling at all and driver said he has to service the AC as it is not serviced for quite some time. My wife and kid had to suffer a lot because of this (vomits & weakness) Overall - The trip was nicely arranged and we would cherish these memories lifetime. Thanks to Rohil who have been on top of things to get the best of our journey. I think you need to have a team who can coordinate all these for you instead of you getting into every small things, you just need to oversee things and fix issues in pockets for customers Best Regards, Sandeep

Our Hotel kamna hill resorts in Shimla was excellent in service and food. we had been shifted to Hotel Devlok from New Harmony inn which was good one nad near to the mall road of manali. If you're reading my review please do not stay In New Harmony Inn it's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Hotel devlok in manali where I stayed 2 nights was good. it's room and bathroom was good,good services and food was kind of ok. Day 3: Atal Tunnel and Solang (snow point) (Rohtang pass optional)

Meal: Breakfast and Dinner

After breakfast we shall move to Atal tunnel, 23km from Manali via Solang valley. The road to newly built 9.02km long Atal Tunnel is very scenic with view of hanging glacier at Dhundi. You will get to see snow covered Mt. Hanuman Tibba peak. Atal tunnel is the world’s longest highway tunnel above altitude of 10,000ft from sea level. Cross the tunnel, you will reach Lahaul valley, and return back to Solang. At Solang valley you can enjoy horse riding, gondola (ropeway), paragliding and many other adventure activities. Later return back to your hotel in Manali.

Visiting Rohtang pass will depend on weather/opening of the road and availability of permit. If possible, you can visit Rohtang pass at extra charges.

Day 4: Manali-Kullu-Delhi

Meal: Breakfast

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel. Today you can visit Naggar, Jana and Kullu (Or Kullu, Kasol and Manikaran). Your Volvo will leave Manali for Delhi in the evening. Your boarding time will be 4pm. You can board your bus from Kullu. The bus will drop you in Delhi the next morning. Your trip to Manali concludes here.

By the grace of Allah, we were lucky to see snowfall in Manali in April month. Yes, it was our first snowfall of our life. I cannot express in words how amazing that moment was. Our taxi driver Sunny was a cool guy who was also cooperative and became our tour guide. It was our local sightseeing day in Manali but we were not happy with the travel agency for changing our itinerary without telling us. When talked to owner suresh bhai, he told us that we should visit atal tunnel one day in advance if we want to see snowfall. Initially we though they were making us fool but sunny said that the travel agency works with flexibility only to make trips memorable. And we got its result immediately as it was snowing on the way near tunnel. We cross the tunnel and enjoyed snowfall until the cold was unbearable.
