Came in with my nephew and Willow was very patient with my nephew and I. It's his first time choosing shoes and she was very cool and would definitely recommend coming to this location!

I ordered Aug 4,2024. It is Aug 18 as I'm writing this and my order hasn't arrived. I asked assistance from their chat support and I ended up wasting my time and got nothing. Take note, i ordered 3 amounting to over $400. Order somewhere else, don't even waste your money and time buying for journeys. Oh, first shoe showed delivered online, with proof of delivery, don't have it, never got it. customer service says they can't do anything and won't be able to refund me. not their problem. so NO, i'm never buying here again.

I went to the Carlsbad mall (store #509) last night (05/13) with less than an hour to shop. I was hoping to find some shoes for a date. I felt bummed at first that the shoe I wanted, they didn't have my size. I was going to take a loss there and leave when Avery kindly suggested a different shoe for me. She heard me mention what I planned to wear for my date! Not only did I end up buying this super cute babydoll pair of shoes, but Melia suggested some really cute socks to go with them! My outfit is fire now! This is what good customer care and sales is people! Whoever is doing the hiring at Journeys, great job hiring these two young ladies! Thank you Melia and Avery for helping me complete my date outfit! ;) I will definitely return to this specific location to spend more on shoes in the future!

I went to get sneakers for my son I told the employee my son was very picky, also told him he wore a size 8 . they did not have his size in the shoes we wanted , (color ) so we ordered then and we shipped to the house the employee insisted that my son took a 7 1/2 and that they would be fine. I took his advice as he sells shoes.... right.... My son got them they were tight, he wore them around slightly , I drove back to the store to the same employee who now was not excited to see us , ( let me mention that when he checked us out they were not what they were marked either they were way more in $$$ , anyways , he would not take them back or exchange them he told me to sell them on face book market place!!!! as they were used. and that was that we left the store ....and I purchased shoes at another store as my son needed shoes!!!! forward to now 2 months later I have been in contact with Journeys customer service 5 -6 times managers etc. I am still waiting for my refund they said they would issue me as I shipped back the shoes 2 months ago!!!!! today I now am being made to drive back to the store and get my money back from the same employee that I bought the shoes from!!! this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen . 2 months and 2 checks they never sent , and the purpose of me not going into he store is that the employee is not kind!!!! THANKS JOURNEYS

So awful, I got a pair of sneakers that were not on sale. I opened the box and there was sock lint and hair inside the shoe, sole dirty. Why should I have to deal w the hassle of returning them via fedex? Fedex ground will not come to pick it up and I live very far from fedex. This is incredibly upsetting and I am a first time customer. Now they want me to take photos of the shoes and literally waste me more time. Then they will decide if the shoe looks worn or not so they can send fedex over my place. RIDICULOUS and NEVER AGAIN will I be shopping here!!! I don't want to waste even more time to attach photos

Love this shoe store. It's a timeless classic and always great customer service!! If you need to place an online order they are trustworthy unlike other places like urban outfitters journeys just has an elegance and class Which is exhibited by the way that they treat their customers and it's always been that way so you can tell that they really train their people well and it's appreciated. Besides that they always have an awesome selection it's been like that since I was in middle school so not sure who didn't give the store five stars but you're Trippin.

Never again...bad products & very bad customer service bought I pair shoes from the store in Patrick Henry mall in Newport News Virginia ,va ...the very next day I found some defects on the pair I went back to the store trying to replace it with another pair ...I been told that they can't take it back since it look worn even if it was defected..and the only way to replace is to call customer service...I called customer service and after being on hold for 40 mins ..I been told it is up to the store IF they can take it back or replace..finally the store clerk insisted not to take ,replace or give a store credit...complete waste of money and time

Mike was the absolute employee I have ever encountered. His attitude, body language, and overall demeanor was disgusting. He talked to me as I was an inconvenience and bothering him when I just came to get a different size shoe size. He had an attitude with me the entire time. Rolling his eyes at me, looking at me like I'm an alien, his tone towards me was like a teenager who hates the world. I would never want someone like mike to work at my store...ever! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!! WORST EMPLOYEE EVER!!!!

Don't bother signing up for their emails, they do not honor the coupons they send you. I will go elsewhere and buy the same shoes much cheaper. Store is a joke. Employees treated me like I was stupid, I know what the email stated, tried telling me I was wrong. I have 2 of the same emails!

This store sucks. Tried to exchange my Christmas gift of these Fila sneakers that were too tight and told that they were worn. In the house yes to see how they fit but NEVER outside. How ridiculous. They were nothing but rude at the store and worse over the phone. Stay away from this company. THEY SUCK
