Maxwell will be joined by special guest R&B powerhouse Jazmine Sullivan and rising singer-songwriter October London. 

The expansive 25+ date tour will make a Las Vegas stop at Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024.

Maxwell will embark on The Serenade Tour this year, the three-time Grammy winner announced Monday (March 25).

The 26-date jaunt, which will be supported by special guest Jazmine Sullivan and October London, will kicks off on Sept. 14 at Hollywood, Fla.’s Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, and wrap on Oct. 27 at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum. Sullivan previously supported Maxwell during his Maxwell 08 Tour.

The neo-soul legend’s last tour was The Night Tour in 2022 with Anthony Hamilton and Joe , which was included in Pollstar ‘s Top 20 Global Concert Tours list that year. Last year, he performed multiple shows at Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco (accompanied by the San Francisco Symphony), Wynn’s Encore Theater in Las Vegas, the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. (accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra) and the Hollywood Bowl.

Maxwell has announced a 2024 North American tour, which kicks off on Sept. 14 at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, Florida. The 26-date trek will feature special guests Jazmine Sullivan and October London.

Tickets for the run dubbed the Serenade Tour, go on sale this Friday, March 29, at 10 a.m. local time via his official website .

Transfixing music lovers for more than two decades, soul singer and Grammy award winner Maxwell returns to the Encore Theater for a trio of shows in August 2023.

The soul singer redefined soul music in April 1996 when he released his critically acclaimed debut Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite. It earned GRAMMY nominations, double-platinum status and RIAA gold for the single, "Ascension (Don't Ever Wonder)." The platinum albums Embrya (1998) and Now (2001) followed. After eight years, 2009's BLACKsummers'night debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 and won two GRAMMY awards, including Best R&B Album. To date, Maxwell has achieved four platinum album certifications from the RIAA. His last album blackSUMMERS’night, the second installment of his musical trilogy, earned Maxwell his third GRAMMY (Best R&B Song for “Lake By The Ocean”) an NAACP Image Award (Outstanding Male Artist) and a Soul Train Award (Best R&B/Soul Male Artist).

The Serenade Tour will start at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida . From there Maxwell will perform at arenas and stadiums around the country at Barclays Center in Brooklyn , United Center in Chicago , and Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas . While in California he will make multiple appearances including Viejas Arena in San Diego , Oakland Arena , and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles .

GRAMMY Award-winning artist Maxwell has spent the last few years touring and reaffirming his status as a captivating live performer. There was the international NIGHT Tour and a series of sold-out symphony dates in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Washington, D.C. More recently he took his performance on a cruise with the Urban Hang Suite Cruise, a four-night event on the high seas that also featured a litany of special guests. When Do Maxwell Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets for Maxwell go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 29th at 10am local time.

The Maxwell artist presale starts Wednesday, March 27th at 10am local time.

A promoter presale begins Thursday, March 28th at 10am local time.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account ( go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page ) at least 15 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one,  create one now .

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resell tickets through Ticketmaster’s resell program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend , and see if they have any resell tickets available. We recommend you compare the three options and find out which works best for you.

Alternatively, you can hit it old school style and show up at the concert when the box office opens and wish upon a star that they release more tickets, or hopefully, another concert-goer has an extra ticket to sell at face-value or even giveaway for free. Trust, this happens more often than not! We’ve given away many tickets to sold-out shows simply because our +1 couldn’t make it.

Also, more standard tickets are often released via Ticketmaster 1-3 days leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Beyonce , Taylor Swift , Arctic Monkeys and many more! It’s a secret gatekeeped by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know! So be sure to set your calendar notifications!

Maxwell Announces ‘The Serenade Tour’ With Jazmine Sullivan

Maxwell has officially announced The Serenade 2024 North American Tour . The iconic singer will be joined by two-time GRAMMY Award-winning R&B powerhouse Jazmine Sullivan and rising singer-songwriter October London. Kicking off September 14 at Hard Rock Hollywood, the expansive 25+ date tour sees the soul singer returning to cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and more.

The Serenade Tour follows Maxwell’s remarkable recent years of touring. This past February, Maxwell took to the seas for the romantic, star-studded Urban Hang Suite Cruise. The four-night sold-out ocean cruise, which featured exclusive performances by Maxwell and special guests, treated guests to a romantic weekend aboard the Norwegian Pearl, stopping at Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau in the Bahamas.

Maxwell’s return to the road, this tour also marks a reunion with Sullivan, who joined him on his Maxwell 08 Tour.
