The best excursion I've ever done in GB was the jeep tour. You get to drive around the island, seeing the sites, go out onto a jetty at loves point, a nature reserve, caves, and Gold Rock beach (where they filmed scenes for Pirates of the Caribbean) I've also just done the nature reserve by itself, resort swimming, and a rum tour.
