RAKSO Holdings Co., Ltd. is the group’s major affiliate, conducting mostly airline and GSA business. As the mother company of the RAKSO Group, RAKSO Holdings provides full support to all its affiliates. RAKSO Holdings represents Philippines Airlines and PAL Express (Philippines Airline affiliate) as the GSA for Korea.

SEAHO AIR SERVICE Co., Ltd. represents the Middle East airlines as GSA for Korea of Iran Air (established in 1944) and Egypt Air (7th airline started in the world on June, 1932), airlines with a long history in the Middle East from 1999 up to now. SEAHO Air has been greatly contributing to the travel vitality of the Middle East region for the past 30 years, establishing the first direct service from Incheon International Airport to Tehran with Iran Air in 2002. SEAHO also put up code share flights between Egypt Air and Korean Air. The company constantly tries to provide better travel service to the Middle East and further in Europe building on 40 years of accumulated travel and airline know-how in Iran and Egypt.

AVIA RH is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines whose purpose is to carry on the business of rendering management and technical marketing and operating services to clients, and act as commission agent for all types of businesses, including acting as a General Sales Agent for different airlines. Established in 2015, AVIA-RH is accredited with the Philippine Civil Aviation Board, managed by an Airline Veteran of over 25 years with expertise in Management, Operations and Sales and Marketing in the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Americas.

RAKSO AUS is a professional passenger airline service enterprise composed of experienced airline practitioners located in Sydney, Australia and represents Philippine Airlines as the GSA to Australia.

RAKSO AUS is a privately owned, IATA accredited, licensed travel agent with offices in Sydney, Australia. The company was formed in 2000 to re-establish Philippine Airlines operations in Australia after two-year hiatus. RAKSO AUS is responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the airline in Australia, providing reservations and ticketing support to travel agents and passengers.

RAKSO AUS has grown from its small beginnings and now employs 19 staff in three states. RAKSO AUS enjoys close relationships with the major travel agency chains/distributors and is highly regarded in the Australian Filipino community.

RAKSO AUS continues to implement a range of distributions, pricing and marketing strategies which has seen Philippine Airlines increases its local prominence in Australia. Throughout the years RAKSO AUS continues to gain reputation as the local face of Philippine Airlines.
