Disney Cruise Line: How to Check-In Online and Book Activities

by Key to the World Travel Jan 23, 2019

You’re going on a Disney Cruise ! Congratulations! After you book your cruise there are still several steps to complete before you embark on your magical cruise. You will need to do your online check-in and select any extra activities that you want to add to enhance your cruise experience. Your Key to the World Travel ® Planner can help you with these, or you can choose to do them on your own.

Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In

Advanced Booking Window

Your Advanced Booking Window is determined by your Castaway Club Membership level as follows:

  • Concierge Guests can book 120 days prior to sail date
  • Platinum Castaway Club Members can book 120 days prior to sail date
  • Gold Members can book 105 days prior to sail date
  • Silver Members can book 90 days prior to sail date
  • First Time Sailors can book 75 days prior to sail date

Your window opens at Midnight EST – That means West-coasters can check in at 9 pm the night before!

For our upcoming cruise, we were able to log on and complete the check-in about 1 hour before our window opened, but we were not able to book activities until the window officially opened.

Your cruise needs to be paid for in full to register for activities, but not to check in.  Note: your final payment for the cruise is due between 75 and 120 days prior to sail date, depending on the cruise you select.  Be sure to check your cruise details. Your Key to the World Travel ® Planner will remind you of when your final payment is due.

Information to gather before check-in

If your Key to the World Travel® Planner is doing your check-in, please be sure to supply the following information. If not, then having it handy will help you when it is time to check in.

  • Pre and post travel location address
  • Emergency Contact Information

If you are doing your own check-in, you will need to login to https://disneycruise.disney.go.com . Select Sign In or Create Account. If you are new to the Disney websites, you will enter your email address and select a password. If you have registered on Disney’s Parks sites before it will be the same username and password that you have used previously. Your Key to the World Travel ® planner will have helped you with setting this up. Once logged in, select My Disney Cruise tab located on the top right of the screen. Check-in Process

There are 9 steps and you need to go in order of the check-in steps and complete each step before you move on to the next one.

Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In

Step 1: Guest Information

You will enter your address, phone number, emergency contact, if you are pregnant and if you are the parent or legal guardian of children in your party.  These steps repeat for each member in your party.

Step 2: Identification

You will select your citizenship and enter your identification type (photo & government ID or Passport), numbers, and expiration dates.

Step 3: Pre/Post Cruise

Are you flying into the port? You will enter your flight information, the address of where you are going after the cruise as well as the transportation you are using from the cruise terminal.

Step 4: Onboard Account

Here you will enter in your credit card information for onboard charges and select who is authorized to charge on this card.

Step 5: Port Arrival Time

You can select an arrival time between 10:30 am and 3 pm. They are in 15-minute intervals. Select the time that best matches up of when you realistically plan to get to the port. This is not your boarding time. Just the time you expect to arrive at the port.  This helps Disney manage the flow of passengers.

Step 6: Youth Registration

If you are bringing children on the cruise this is where you register them in the kid’s clubs. This is something that your travel planner cannot do for you, the parent or guardian must complete this step.

You will select who can pick up and drop off your child and if you want them to have self-check-in and out privileges. You will also pick a secret word for you and your children to know. Here is also where you indicate if any child has any allergies. The kid’s clubs will sometimes offer your child food so they need the authorization to feed them and if they can participate in activities with Play-Doh. There is also information on if you are bringing an EpiPen. There is an additional form for special services information that must be completed 60 days in advance of your cruise.

In this step, there will also be a link to download and print a My Disney Cruise Adventure booklet. There are fun pages for your child to fill out before, during, and after your cruise.

Step 7: Traveling with Minors

Here you can select if your children can get off of the ship with any other adults, and who those adults are. This is something that your travel planner cannot do for you, the parent or guardian must complete this step.

Step 8: Review Contract

Make sure to read and check that you understand the contents.

Step 9: Port Arrival Form

You can Print your Port Arrival Form and/or send it via email. After you make your selection click “Complete My Online Check-In”.

Cruise Activities

Now you get to choose your cruise activities like port adventures and specialty dining experiences.  Are you traveling with others in a different stateroom? You can link your reservations and book your activities together. You can link up to 3 rooms together. In order to link reservations, you will need their confirmation number and the date of birth of one of the guests.

Go back to the My Disney Cruise tab located on the top right of the screen. Select My Cruise Activities on the drop-down menu under Plan and Manage.  For this section, I suggest you have a rough outline of the days you are cruising with plans that you already have set. For example, put in your dinner time so you know that when you are scheduling activities. As you select activities, I also suggest penciling these in, that way you can keep track of what you have already selected.

Once you are on your Cruise Activities page, there will be a link for your day-by-day itinerary.  Select the day you’d like to reserve your activity for, then click “Add Activities” and select from the options provided. You can add the activities for one up to all of the passengers you have linked to your reservation.

Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In

Some of the activities you will get to choose from are listed below.  Note: activities are based on the ship you are sailing on, the duration of your cruise, as well as ports you visit. Also, some activities have an additional cost, which will be listed.

  • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique packages
  • Drink tasting events
  • Shutters Portrait Studio
  • Golf Simulator
  • Sports Simulator
  • Character Meet & Greets (Princesses and specialty characters on Star Wars and Marvel cruises)
  • Royal Court Royal Tea
  • Senses Spa appointments
  • Port Adventures
  • Character Breakfast
  • Spa and Fitness

If you didn’t get something that you wanted don’t fret! On your day of departure, you can go to the Port Adventure desk located on Deck 5 on Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy and on Deck 3 on Disney Magic and Disney Wonder to see if there is any availability. If you want to register for group babysitting visit it’s a Small World Nursery on Deck 5 for all ships, and Spa & Salon Services can be booked in the salon on Decks 11 and 12 on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy ; Deck 9 on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder .

The most important thing to remember: do not be surprised or worried if many of the activities are booked up by the time your booking window opens [due in large part to the Advanced Window Booking noted above].  Your cruise experience will still be magical! All of the restaurants included in the rotational dining provide top notch food and there are more than enough onboard activities listed in the daily navigator to enjoy.

Disney Cruise Navigator App: Everything You Need to Know

by Eric Freilich | Jan 8, 2024 | Disney Cruise Line

Here’s your guide to using the Disney Cruise Navigator app before you embark.

A Disney Cruise is a magical experience for Disney fans of all ages. What better way to sail the high seas than with your favorite Disney characters? There’s a lot to ‘“sea” and do onboard, and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app can help you plan and manage your trip, explore offerings on the ship, and stay in touch with your family and friends.

We’ve used the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App on every one of our sailings, and while some features have changed over the years, the app is still a useful – and essential! – tool for cruisers to make sure you don’t miss out on a moment of fun. You’ll rely on the Navigator App before and during your cruise, so you’ll want to get familiar with it well before you actually set sail. Below, we’ve got your guide to using and perusing the app!

Attraction Issue Bundle

Attraction special – haunted mansion, attraction special – jungle cruise, attraction special – pirates of the caribbean, using the disney cruise navigator app before your cruise.

To start using the Disney Cruise Navigator app, download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and create a login – or log in with your existing Disney account.

The Disney Cruise Navigator app offers helpful features before your cruise.

As soon as you book your cruise, you’ll see a countdown to your sailing, featuring Disney characters. You’ll also have access to helpful features to manage your cruise, make payments, view and modify your stateroom, and view deck plans.

You can also request to change your dining time, if spots are available, or manage travel options such as ground transportation and flights.

Add your reservation to the DCL Navigator app.

Once your cruise is paid in full and your booking window opens – based upon your Castaway Club stats – you can explore and reserve activities such as adults-only dining experiences .

Using the Disney Cruise Navigator App During Your Cruise

Once you’re aboard the ship, you’ll have access to additional features when connected to the free Wi-Fi ( free when used only for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app).

Wi-Fi is free when using the app aboard the ship.

The Onboard Chat is an easy way to connect with friends, family, and Crew Members – including Guest Services – all from within the app. You can also view restaurant information such as locations, menus, and your table number. Want to skip a meal to relax in your room? Check out the in-room dining menu right from the app for a sweet treat .

One helpful feature you’ll want to utilize in the Navigator App is the ability to participate in the Mandatory Emergency Drill , or Muster Drill, before you set sail. Just have a member of your party go to your assigned designated onboard Assembly Station and check in with a crew member. This is a welcome change compared to waiting for everyone to arrive and check in before the drill could begin, especially if it was located on deck.

Other features include the ability to review the daily entertainment schedule – you’ll find the details for shows, fireworks, activities, Port Adventures, and character locations – and set reminders so you don’t miss out on a moment of fun .

You can also keep tabs on your onboard account so there aren’t any surprises on your last day as you prepare for debarkation .

The Navigator app is really intuitive

Tips for Using the Disney Cruise Navigator App

Here are some tips to help you get the most out of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App:

  • Bring a phone charger—or two! You’ll want to keep the app open to receive notifications and reminders. Having a portable charger to carry with you through the day can be a big help; just remember to charge it each night.
  • Make sure you’re connected to the Wi-Fi . You don’t have to purchase an internet plan to use the app, though you will need to pay for Wi-Fi if you intend to work on vacation (boo!) or immediately share photos of your dinner on the ‘Gram.
  • Check for app and software updates before you sail. You won’t want to use part of your paid internet plan to download them during your cruise.
  • Review the app and the Disney Cruise Line Website before you sail for the latest information on availability and features.

The Disney Cruise Navigator App is a must-have when sailing on a Disney Cruise . From ship to shore, it’s the perfect companion for your adventure on the high seas. Learn more about what you can expect when you set sail aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship and keep reading:

Disney Cruises: How to Book Disney Cruise Line Vacations

What you need to know about booking a disney cruise ship package.

Disney Cruise Line was incorporated in 1996 as a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company . The operation is headquartered in Celebration, Florida, and currently has 5 cruise ships in its active fleet (Dream, Fantasy, Magic, Wish, Wonder). There are plans to add three more Disney Cruise Line ships over the next several years: Disney Treasure (late 2024), Disney Adventure (2025), and Disney Destiny (2025).

In addition to the cruise ships, the subsidiary also owns a private island in the Bahamas named Castaway Cay and an additional private port on Eleuthera named Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point . These tropical oases are used as exclusive ports-of-call for Disney cruise ship guests on most sailings out of Florida .

If you know someone who has embarked on a Disney Cruise Line adventure, you have probably heard what a magical experience a select Disney Cruise trip can be. While there are similarities between each ship in the line, each Disney Cruise ship has its own unique take on dining , entertainment, amenities, destinations, and onboard activities for guests of all ages.

In this article, we will investigate your options on how to book Disney Cruise Line vacations, as well as highlight the key features and attributes of each Disney cruise ship. Hopefully, this information will help you decide if a cruise aboard Disney ships is something you wish to book.

How to Book Disney Cruise Line/Ship Vacations

how to book disney cruises

There are 2 options when it comes to booking a Disney cruise.

Book A Disney Cruise Through Disney

Simply go to the Disney Cruise Line website and find a Disney cruise via their cruise listing page. Here you will find the available cruise line round-trip details sorted by Ports of Departure, Ports of Call, Disney Cruise Ship, or Port Adventures.

After selecting your itinerary, you’ll select your stateroom(s) , make your full or partial payment, or a deposit to secure your reservation.

You can also Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 and make your reservations over the phone. Guests must be 18+ or have permission from a parent or guardian to book the dates for your cruise.

Book a Disney Cruise Through a Disney Travel Agent (RECOMMENDED)

If this is your first Disney Cruise Line adventure, then the best advice we could give you is to book through a travel agency that specializes in Disney vacations . We prefer this route over doing it alone and booking a vacation package directly through Disney.

There are a few reasons why booking your dream vacation with a Disney travel agent is the way to go.

For starters, their services are entirely free to you, the client. Yes, it’s true! Disney pays these agents a small commission to help you…but at no time do you pay anything extra for your cruise booking.

Secondly, a travel planner who specializes in Disney vacations will be able to answer your questions and give you helpful advice. After all, it’s their job to do so. They will (or should) know the pros and cons of Disney Cruise Line vacations based on their own first-hand experience. Your Disney Travel agent will give you the lowdown on the different ships, activities, dining options, destinations, etc.

Lastly, a Disney travel agent will book all of your reservations for you.  And if you need to change your plans, they can can contact Disney Cruise Guest Relations for you. In short, they take care of all the details so that you don’t have to . Relax and feel secure in knowing that everything is taken care of and will be done correctly when you book your trip — that’s especially important if you’re cruising with Disney for the first time  and aren’t sure what needs to be done.

See our Disney Travel Planners page to find an agency that can help you book your Disney Cruise Line vacation package. We highly recommend The Vacationeer .

Onboard Credit

Look for a Disney travel agency that will offer you something called “onboard credit.”

Onboard credit is a common industry practice whereby a travel agency will give its clients a bonus reward for booking through their respective agency. Your onboard credit is essentially free money that is linked to your stateroom account to be used to pay for practically anything on the ship or at Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

Some of the ways to spend onboard credit include specialty meals, drinks, merchandise, spa treatments, activities on the ship, shore excursions , gratuity , and more items that aren’t included in your cruise fare .

Ask your Disney travel agent about onboard credit before you book your Disney Cruise line vacation package. If they don’t offer it, then move on to another agency that does! It’s certainly a great perk and you want to take full advantage of it when it’s offered.

For more information on this wonderful Disney cruise promotion, please see our Disney Cruise Onboard Credit page and check out The Vacationeer’s Onboard Credit promotion .

What You Will Need to Book a Disney Cruise

What do you need when booking a disney cruise.

To book a Disney cruise, you’ll need the following information:

  • Where you’ll be starting your cruise ( Port Canaveral ? Galveston ? New York ? Miami ? Fort Lauderdale ? New Orleans ? Elsewhere?)
  • Your desired itinerary , destination (Bahamas, Caribbean, Alaska , Europe, Hawaii , etc.) and travel date
  • The number of people (adults and children under 18) who will stay in the stateroom(s) you book
  • The addresses, phone numbers, and birthdates for each Guest in your group
  • Payment information: credit card, Disney Rewards Redemption Cards, or Disney Gift Cards
  • If you’re a returning Guest, you should use your Castaway Club membership ID to receive Castaway Club benefits

Booking Disney Cruises

It’s easy to find and book a Disney Cruise on Disney’s cruise listing page, and you can also make reservations by calling Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 or through your travel agent.

You’ll find available Disney cruises listed by Port Adventures, Ports of Calls, Ports of Departure, or Disney Cruise Ship.

After selecting your itinerary, you’ll be led through the booking process, during which you can choose your stateroom. Then, you can make a partial payment, pay in full, or put down a deposit to hold your reservation.

When Is the Cheapest Time to Take a Disney Cruise Ship?

Don’t forget one simple rule when you book a Disney Cruise on a budget: prices are low when kids are in school. This makes sense, of course, because Disney Cruises cater to families (it’s one of the best cruises for kids ), and demand skyrockets when children and teachers are on vacation. When demand increases, prices for a cruise go up.

Typically, the least costly time to take a Disney Cruise is early February, mid-to-late January, and early May. Some weeks in April and March also see lower cruise line prices. In addition, later in the year, including September, early November, and early December, is the perfect time to go on a Disney Cruise because prices are lower-than-average. Disney Cruises around Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays are very popular because kids are out of school, so expect the prices to be higher around those times.

How Can I Save Money on My Disney Cruise Line Vacation?

Beautiful ports of call, stunning ships, kids’ clubs, and world-class service that’s second to none are why Disney Cruises are popular with families. Like many things in life, with increased demand comes increased prices. Saving money on Disney Cruises is daunting, but possible. Here are two tips that can be helpful when booking your cruise:

1.     Rebook Onboard and Book Early

Something most Disney Cruise fans know is that booking your cruise vacation early will get you the best price. Disney Cruises use a tiered pricing system, in which the price for cabins and staterooms increases as the cruise fills up. A balcony stateroom that starts at $2500, for instance, can quickly increase in price to $6,000 on popular sailings. Luckily, booking early can help you get the lowest price. Rebooking while you’re onboard the cruise can also help you reduce the cost of your next trip–Disney often offers a 10% discount on future cruises when you rebook onboard.

2.     Watch Out for Specials

Although this may sound obvious, you’d be surprised by the number of people who don’t research before booking–so be sure to do some thorough research and watch out for special rates. If you’re a Florida resident or have a family member in the military , Disney offers specials more regularly for the public. To monitor what’s happening with Disney Cruises, check discussion forums. Disney regularly provides specials for cruises that aren’t sold out , and these offers often come during the off-season–keep your eyes open for flash sales and specials to save as much money as possible on your Disney Cruise.

Enjoy your Disney Cruise!

Introduction

Booking a Disney Cruise is an exciting experience, filled with anticipation of the magical adventure that awaits. However, there may be times when circumstances change, and you find yourself needing to cancel your reservation. Whether it’s due to unexpected events, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons, cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation can be a necessary but daunting task.

In this article, we will guide you through the process of cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation, providing you with valuable information and step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth cancellation experience. We will also explore the reasons why someone might need to cancel their reservation and address any special considerations that may arise during this process.

Understanding the cancellation policy and familiarizing yourself with the refund and credit policy is essential before proceeding with the cancellation. This will help you navigate through the cancellation process effectively and ensure that you are aware of any potential fees or penalties.

Whether you booked your Disney Cruise reservation online or through a travel agent, we will cover both methods of cancellation – online and over the phone – so you can choose the option that works best for you.

While it can be disheartening to cancel a Disney Cruise reservation, knowing the proper steps to take and understanding the policies involved will help you make informed decisions and manage any potential financial implications.

So let’s dive in and discover how to cancel a Disney Cruise reservation with confidence and ease.

Reasons for Canceling a Disney Cruise Reservation

There are various reasons why someone might need to cancel a Disney Cruise reservation. Life is unpredictable, and circumstances can change unexpectedly. Here are some common reasons why individuals may find themselves cancelling their Disney Cruise reservation:

  • Unexpected Events: Life is full of surprises, and sometimes emergencies or unforeseen situations arise. This could include illness, a sudden change in personal circumstances, or family emergencies that require immediate attention. When faced with such events, cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation becomes a necessary step.
  • Scheduling Conflicts: Sometimes, conflicts in schedules or conflicting priorities can make it impossible to go on a planned Disney Cruise. Work obligations, important family events, or other commitments may arise, making it necessary to cancel your reservation to attend to those obligations.
  • Financial Considerations: Financial constraints can also play a role in cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation. Unexpected expenses, changes in financial situations, or the need to reallocate funds for more urgent matters may require individuals to reevaluate their cruise plans and cancel their reservation.
  • Weather or Cruise Disruptions: Occasionally, inclement weather or disruptions in cruise itineraries can cause changes in plans. If the cruise line alters the route, changes the departure date, or cancels the cruise altogether due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, passengers may choose to cancel their reservation as a result.
  • Personal Preferences: Despite the magical experiences that Disney Cruises offer, personal preferences can change over time. Maybe you no longer desire a cruise vacation or have decided to pursue an alternative travel experience. In such cases, cancelling the reservation allows you to explore other options that align more with your current preferences.

It’s important to remember that the decision to cancel a Disney Cruise reservation is highly personal and unique to each individual’s circumstances. Whatever the reason, it’s essential to understand the cancellation policy and follow the necessary steps to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

Understanding the Cancellation Policy

Before you proceed with cancelling your Disney Cruise reservation, it’s crucial to have a clear understanding of the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, including any fees, refund eligibility, and the timeframe within which you can cancel without penalties.

Disney Cruise Line has a specific cancellation policy in place that you should familiarize yourself with. This policy may vary depending on the type of cruise package, length of the cruise, and other factors. Here are some key points to consider:

  • Cancellation Period: The cancellation policy typically specifies the timeframe within which you can cancel your reservation without incurring any penalties. This period may be different for different cruise packages or cabin types.
  • Cancellation Fees: The cancellation policy also outlines the fees or penalties that may apply if you cancel your reservation outside of the designated cancellation period. These fees may vary based on factors such as the proximity to the departure date and the type of reservation.
  • Refund Eligibility: Understanding the refund policy is essential. The cancellation policy will specify whether you are eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or no refund at all based on the timing of your cancellation relative to the departure date.
  • Insurance Coverage: If you purchased travel insurance for your Disney Cruise reservation, make sure to review the coverage provided. Depending on the terms of the insurance policy, it may offer protection in the event of cancellations due to specific reasons, such as illness or unforeseen emergencies.
  • Special Promotions or Discounts: If you booked your Disney Cruise reservation during a special promotion or with a discounted rate, the cancellation policy may have additional provisions specific to those offers. Be sure to review these details to understand if any promotional benefits will be impacted by the cancellation.

You can find the specific cancellation policy for your Disney Cruise reservation by referring to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking. If you booked through a travel agent, they can also assist you in understanding the policy and answer any questions you may have.

By understanding the cancellation policy, you can make informed decisions regarding your Disney Cruise reservation and be prepared for any potential fees or refund considerations.

The online cancellation process is straightforward and ensures that your cancellation request is processed without the need for lengthy phone calls or waiting on hold.

However, if you have any concerns or questions during the online cancellation process, you can always reach out to Disney Cruise Line customer service for assistance.

Now that you know how to cancel your Disney Cruise reservation online, you can proceed confidently and efficiently with your cancellation if that is your preferred method.

Cancelling over the Phone

If you prefer a more personal approach or have specific questions regarding your Disney Cruise reservation, you may choose to cancel over the phone. Cancelling your reservation via phone allows you to speak directly with a representative who can guide you through the process. Here are the steps to cancel your Disney Cruise reservation over the phone:

  • Locate the Disney Cruise Line customer service phone number. This can typically be found on their website or in the confirmation email you received when you made the reservation.
  • Call the customer service number and be prepared to wait for a representative to assist you. Due to high call volumes, it’s advisable to have patience and try calling during non-peak hours for a shorter wait time.
  • Once connected with a representative, provide the necessary details, such as your reservation number and sailing date. This information allows the representative to locate your reservation in their system.
  • Inform the representative about your intention to cancel your Disney Cruise reservation. Be prepared to explain the reasons for cancellation, if asked.
  • Follow any additional instructions or provide any required information as directed by the representative. They may ask for additional details to verify your identity and ensure the cancellation is processed correctly.
  • Confirm the cancellation details provided by the representative. Ask any questions you may have regarding refund eligibility, cancellation fees, or future cruise credit options.
  • Before ending the conversation, request a confirmation email or reference number to serve as proof of the cancellation. This is important for your records and to ensure that the cancellation has been successfully processed.

Cancelling your Disney Cruise reservation over the phone enables you to have a direct conversation with a knowledgeable representative who can address any concerns or questions you may have. They can provide you with specific information based on your reservation details and guide you through the cancellation process smoothly.

Remember to take note of the representative’s name and the date and time of the call, as well as any important information discussed during the conversation. This documentation can be useful in case of any future discrepancies or disputes.

By following these steps, you can cancel your Disney Cruise reservation over the phone confidently and ensure that your cancellation request is accurately processed.

Refund and Credit Policy

When cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation, it’s important to familiarize yourself with the refund and credit policy to understand what options are available to you. The specific policy may vary based on factors such as the type of reservation, cancellation timing, and any applicable promotions or discounts. Here are some key points to consider:

  • Refund Eligibility: Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or no refund at all. The cancellation policy will specify the cutoff dates and any associated fees or penalties for cancellations made within certain timeframes.
  • Future Cruise Credit: Instead of a refund, Disney Cruise Line may offer the option of receiving future cruise credits. These credits can be applied towards a future reservation. The credit amount may vary based on the cancellation timing and the specific terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
  • Promotional Benefits and Discounts: If you booked your Disney Cruise reservation during a special promotion or with a discounted rate, cancelling your reservation may impact any promotional benefits or discounts associated with the original booking. The cancellation policy will outline any adjustments or changes to these promotions in case of cancellation.
  • Travel Insurance: If you purchased travel insurance for your Disney Cruise reservation, review the coverage provided. Depending on the policy, you may be eligible for reimbursement or coverage for non-refundable expenses due to specific circumstances, such as illness or other covered events that prevent you from going on the cruise.

Keep in mind that the refund and credit policy may have exceptions or special considerations. It is crucial to carefully review the specific terms and conditions of your Disney Cruise reservation, as outlined in the cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns about the refund or credit options available to you, reach out to Disney Cruise Line customer service for further assistance.

Always retain any confirmation emails or documentation related to your refund or future cruise credit. This serves as proof of the transaction and can be helpful in case of any discrepancies or issues that may arise later.

By understanding the refund and credit policy, you can make informed decisions regarding your cancelled Disney Cruise reservation and explore the available options for any potential refunds or credits.

Special Considerations for Canceling

While cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation may seem straightforward, there are a few special considerations to keep in mind to ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation process:

  • Timing is Key: Be mindful of the cancellation period outlined in the policy. Cancelling within the designated time frame can help you avoid penalties or fees and potentially qualify for a full refund or future cruise credit.
  • Communicate with Your Travel Agent: If you booked your Disney Cruise reservation through a travel agent, it’s important to involve them in the cancellation process. They can provide guidance, answer questions, and assist you in navigating through the necessary steps.
  • Review Travel Insurance Coverage: If you purchased travel insurance, carefully review the policy to understand what coverage is available for trip cancellations. Make sure to follow the procedures outlined by your insurance provider to file any necessary claims.
  • Consider rescheduling instead of canceling: If your cancellation is due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, it may be worth exploring the option of rescheduling your Disney Cruise rather than canceling altogether. Disney Cruise Line offers flexibility in changing your sail dates, allowing you to still experience the magic of a Disney Cruise at a later time.
  • Check for Non-Refundable Fees or Services: Some elements of your Disney Cruise reservation, such as pre-booked shore excursions or onboard activities, may have separate cancellation policies or non-refundable fees. Ensure that you are aware of any additional fees that may apply when cancelling these services.
  • Group Bookings or Multiple Cabins: If you booked multiple cabins or have a reservation as part of a group, cancelling may have different implications. It’s important to consult the cancellation policy and communicate with the relevant parties involved to understand the specific terms and any potential impact on the group booking.

By taking these special considerations into account, you can make informed decisions and navigate the cancellation process more effectively. Remember to review the cancellation policy, communicate openly with Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent, and explore alternative options before finalizing the cancellation.

While cancelling a Disney Cruise reservation may be disappointing, ensuring you understand the process and have considered all the relevant factors will help you navigate through this process with confidence and minimize any potential complications.

Sailing on a Disney cruise is a dream vacation for many families. Beautiful ships, incredible destinations, and Disney-themed, family-friendly activities are a huge draw. But planning such an extraordinary — and expensive — vacation can be daunting, and every question seems to turn into a dozen more.

What are the best ways to book a Disney cruise to save money and get extra perks? When can you book shore excursions? What stateroom is the best for your family?

We get it, and we’ve been there. In this post, we’re going to detail the best ways to book a Disney cruise — some offer simplicity, while others include extra perks. Plus, we’ll show you how to earn points and miles on your cruise and how to use them to pay for your cruise. Finally, we’ll go over important predeparture details to remember once you’re booked.

Let’s set sail and explore Disney Cruise Line bookings!

The Best Ways To Book a Disney Cruise

Before booking your Disney Cruise Line cruise, gather the following important information to ensure a smooth booking process:

  • The itinerary you want to book
  • The number of people, including ages at the time of embarkation, in each stateroom
  • The names, addresses, phone numbers, and birthdates of each guest on the reservation
  • Payment information (a credit card, Disney gift card, or Disney Rewards Redemption Card)
  • Castaway Club member ID, if you have one

Disney Cruise Line Website

The Disney Cruise Line website is often the simplest way to book your cruise. It’s a one-stop shop that lets you quickly and easily book the best cruise for you.

You can filter the options by travel dates, destinations, departure port, and cruise length. This booking method is especially easy if you already know where you want to go or what ship you’d like to sail on.

If you’re not sure what room to book, Disney Cruise Line offers detailed looks at each ship’s stateroom options in the Our Ships tab online.

Disney cruise staterooms info

If you’re still not sure, just ask. According to Disney Cruise expert and planDisney panelist Tracie M., you shouldn’t hesitate to call Disney Cruise Line if you need guidance. She knows from personal experience what a great resource that can be.

“During my first voyage on the Disney Fantasy, the agent told me about a few staterooms on board that had extra-large windows. I never would have discovered this cabin on my own,” she told us.

You can reach Disney Cruises at 800-951-3532 or 888-325-2500 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

When you book your cruise directly through Disney, you can hold your reservation for up to 3 days without a deposit. Then you can confirm your reservation with a payment of (usually) just 20% of your cruise cost. The length of the cruise determines the date that your final payment is due — sailings up to 5 nights long require a final payment 90 days before the sail date, while cruises 6 nights or longer need to be paid in full 120 days before sailing.

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific itinerary.

Many people prefer to book Disney cruises through traditional travel agents. Finding an agent who specializes in Disney cruises is a great way to get personalized guidance when planning your vacation.

Even seasoned travelers love using travel agents to book Disney vacations since there can be many moving parts to keep track of. While booking a Disney cruise is more straightforward than booking a trip to a Disney park, many people still love using a travel agent to make things easy.

There are so many websites for booking cruises that it can be confusing to know which offers the best deals. We have found that most online travel agencies offer the same basic prices on cruises. The difference comes in the extras, like shipboard credit or bonus miles , that come with a booking. Here’s a quick look at some of the best places to book Disney cruises.

Costco Travel

Booking a Disney cruise through Costco Travel is great for Costco members. That’s because cruise bookings through Costco often come with a digital Costco Shop card as a bonus. The cruise price dictates the amount of the Shop card. For example, we found a 7-night Caribbean cruise on Disney Treasure (set to debut in December 2024) for 3 people in an oceanview stateroom with a verandah that cost $7,411.94 and came with a $590 Shop card.

Costco shop card with a Disney cruise

Bookings made through Costco Travel can be confirmed with a deposit or can be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by cruise itinerary.

Cruise.com is one of the only online travel agents that allows you to book Disney cruises online. Most other websites require you to book over the phone. We did multiple searches for different itineraries and found Disney cruises booked through Cruise.com were about $200 cheaper than booking directly through Disney Cruise Line. While this won’t always be the case, Cruise.com could be good for those looking to save money on a Disney cruise.

Cruise.com discount on Disney cruise

Bookings made through Cruise.com must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by itinerary.

CruiseDirect

CruiseDirect also allows online bookings for Disney cruises. We found the prices to be identical to those found directly through Disney. However, there were often small extras included, like a $100 Visa gift card and a Walt Disney World official autograph book . These bonuses vary by itinerary and sometimes require a bit of work to receive (for example, you need to fill out a request form after your cruise to get the Visa gift card).

Be sure to read the details of these bonuses carefully. You can see a bonus offering 10% off shore excursions in this example, but that discount only applies to shore excursions booked through CruiseDirect, not ones booked through Disney Cruise Line.

CruiseDirect Disney Cruise Line booking

Bookings through CruiseDirect can be confirmed with a deposit, and cancellation policies vary by itinerary.

If you want to earn a big chunk of airline miles or hotel points with your cruise booking , you may want to look to an airline or hotel cruise booking site.

The good news is that you have the opportunity to earn lots of miles by booking a cruise this way. The bad news is that each of these websites charges a $24.99 booking fee on each reservation, and you need to call to make a reservation. While we usually don’t recommend sites that charge a booking fee, sometimes the miles you earn outweigh the booking fee.

  • American Airlines Cruises : AAdvantage members earn 1x American Airlines miles (plus 1x Loyalty Points ), and AAdvantage credit cardholders earn an additional 1x miles on every cruise booked, with occasional additional bonuses offered. Call AA Cruises at 800-259-5642 to book.
  • Delta Cruises : SkyMiles members earn 2x miles on cruises booked through Delta, plus bonus miles on select itineraries. Call Delta Cruises at 800-820-3244 to book.
  • United Cruises: MileagePlus members can earn 3x miles on interior and oceanview staterooms or 4x miles on balcony staterooms and suites. United credit cardholders can earn up to 7x miles! Call United Cruises at 800-211-2039 to book.
  • Marriott Cruise With Points : Earn 3x Marriott Bonvoy points (including taxes, fees, and other charges) on a cruise.

Lobby atrium on Disney Fantasy

If you’ve ever cruised before, you know that there’s always an incentive to put a deposit down on your next cruise before you disembark. It can’t hurt to do this because if you end up taking the cruise, you get a discount. If not, the deposit is refundable.

If you’ve never been on a Disney cruise but have friends who will be on one and are planning to put a deposit down on their next cruise, they can secure a second room using the onboard-only offer . Then they can transfer that second reservation to you, and you get the onboard booking benefit (both parties must travel on the same sailing.)

I took advantage of this trick for an upcoming Disney cruise, and it saved me 10% (which was about $700 for a 7-night cruise!) Our friends put a deposit down on a second room while they were on their last Disney cruise, and then they transferred that second reservation to us. We ended up with a Disney Cruise Line booking with a 10% discount .

Onboard-only offers generally just require a $250 deposit, which is fully refundable until you choose a date for your cruise (then the cancellation policy for your specific cruise applies), so there’s not much downside.

To insure or not to insure, that is the question. But seriously, is insurance really necessary, and which policy is best? We answer these questions in our guide to cruise travel insurance .

How To Book a Disney Cruise With Points and Miles

If you want to save money, you may be wondering if you can book a Disney Cruise with points. The answer is yes, but your options are limited. Plus, unlike using points to book hotels and flights, there’s no opportunity to get outsized value when using points for a cruise.

One of the easiest and best ways to book a Disney cruise with points is by using Capital One miles . Simply book your cruise (through any method) using a card such as the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card , Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card , or Capital One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card . Then use the miles in your account to redeem against your cruise purchase (within 90 days) at a rate of 1 cent per mile.

Capital One miles are easy to earn (many cards earn 2x miles on all purchases), so they are great for a wide variety of travelers.

Since this method doesn’t require booking through Capital One Travel , you can take advantage of any available sale or promotion, whether it’s directly through Disney or a traditional or online travel agency.

Disney cruises can’t be booked through AmexTravel.com , Chase Travel , or Citi Travel .

Disney Fantasy in port

There are additional ways to book Disney cruises with points and miles, although these don’t offer tremendous value. If you’re flush with points and really just want to go on a Disney cruise, then by all means, go for it. However, if your goal is to use your points and miles for the highest cents-per-point value, you may want to skip these.

You could book a Disney cruise with points through Marriott Cruises . This site allows you to redeem Marriott Bonvoy points for a discount on your cruise. While that’s great news, the not-so-great part is that you’d only get 0.4 cents per point , significantly less than the 0.7 cents we value Marriott Bonvoy points at.

Another option is to use United MileagePlus Miles via United Cruises . You’d only get about 0.7 cents per mile in value instead of the 1.2 or so cents per mile you could get using them for flights. While the value isn’t great, if you’d rather go on a cruise than fly somewhere, it could be worth considering.

Other good options would be cash-back credit cards . These cards earn cash-back rewards on all purchases, which can be used toward a Disney cruise, a trip to a Disney park, Disney gifts, or anything else. Multiple cards earn 2% cash-back or even 5% cash-back on everyday purchases, which could end up being more lucrative than using the Disney Premier card.

The Disney Premier card could be good for those who would rather save money for Disney trips than other types of travel, or it could make sense for those who want special financing arrangements. However, there are lots of alternatives that earn flexible points or cash-back that may offer a better return on everyday purchases.

How To Earn Points on a Disney Cruise

If you’d like to earn lots of points by booking a Disney cruise (and who wouldn’t want that?), there are plenty of options.

Of course, you could pay with the Disney Premier card to earn 2% back in Disney Dollars. Alternatively, you could use a card that rewards travel purchases. These cards all earn 3x points on all travel, including cruises:

  • American Express ® Green Card : 3x Membership Rewards points on travel
  • Chase Sapphire Reserve ® : 3x Ultimate Rewards points on travel
  • Ink Business Preferred ® Credit Card : 3x Ultimate Rewards points on travel

A fantastic option that earns a lot of points is paying for your Disney cruise with Disney gift cards . These can be purchased at office supply stores or grocery stores — categories where you can easily earn 5x points or 5% cash-back.

Disney Gift Card at grocery store

Here are a few great options for purchasing Disney gift cards:

  • Ink Business Cash ® Credit Card : Earns 5% cash-back at office supply stores (up to $25,000 in purchases per year)
  • Chase Freedom Flex℠ : Earns 5% cash-back in rotating categories (up to $1,500 in spend per quarter); we frequently see supermarkets and office supply stores count as 5% categories with this card
  • Citi Custom Cash ® Card : Earns 5% cash-back on your top eligible spending category each billing cycle (up to $500 spent)

You can easily apply Disney gift cards to your online account as payment for a Disney cruise.

What To Do Once You’re Booked

If you’re a first-time Disney cruiser, you’re probably wondering what to do before your cruise begins. Here are a few important things to remember before embarkation day.

Disney Cruise Line online check in

Complete your paperwork and check in for your cruise to get your boarding time. Check-in for first-time cruisers opens 30 days before setting sail. If you’ve sailed with Disney Cruise Line previously, you’re automatically a Castaway Club member and can check in earlier than first-time cruisers (you climb tiers based on how many Disney cruises you’ve been on, from 1 to 25 or more):

  • Castaway Club Silver : Check-in 33 days before sailing
  • Castaway Club Gold : Check-in 35 days before sailing
  • Castaway Club Platinum : Check-in 38 days before sailing
  • Castaway Club Pearl : Check-in 40 days before sailing.

Double-check your specific itinerary’s document requirements. Some cruises require a passport, while others may not.

Be sure to book dining reservations, shore excursions, and any extras like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations early. The activity booking window for first-time Disney cruisers opens 75 days before sailing, while Castaway Club members get early access:

  • Castaway Club Silver : Book activities 90 days before sailing
  • Castaway Club Gold : Book activities 105 days before sailing
  • Castaway Club Platinum : Book activities 120 days before sailing
  • Castaway Club Pearl : Book activities 123 days before sailing

We asked Disney Cruise Line for advice for first-time Disney cruisers, and their experts pointed us to the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app ( iOS or Android ).

“You will want to make sure you have the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app downloaded to your phone. From the comfort of your home, you can explore your ship, reserve cruise activities, and countdown to your vacation. Once on board, you can quickly access the daily activities, rotational dining details, and entertainment schedules. Consider it your ultimate guide to the magic!” Tracie M, planDisney panelist for Disney Cruises

Be sure to look out for your Disney Cruise Line luggage tags, which will be mailed to you about 60 days before your sailing. If you don’t receive them or forget them, the porters at the dock will have plenty of extras.

When packing for your cruise, don’t forget to include fun extras like costumes for onboard celebrations (like Pirate Night). Leave your rubber ducks at home, however. Disney Cruise Line recently banned the tradition of hiding them around the ships.

Check out planDisney for answers to any additional questions about booking a Disney Cruise.

Booking a Disney cruise can be intimidating if you’re not sure where to get the best deal. As we’ve detailed, there are lots of options that provide simplicity, while others offer extra perks — you can even use points to pay for your Disney cruise. On top of that, you can earn lots of points or cash-back by using a great travel rewards credit card.

Whether you’re booking your first Disney cruise or your fifth, we hope you enjoy the magic at sea!

Booking Port Adventures on an Alaska Disney Cruise: Ports of Call, Activity Level, Rain and More Details to Consider

One of the most exciting parts of planning an Alaska Disney cruise is choosing your Port Adventures! With unique opportunities like cuddling husky puppies, hiking a glacier, and evening pan for gold with Disney characters, here’s how to research, book, and plan for excursions in Alaska.

This fall will be a series of firsts for me: I’m taking my first cruise (and my first Disney cruise!) and visiting Alaska for the first time . And I’ve already learned that planning is key in cruise preparation. Every experienced cruise-goer already knows this, but booking a Disney Cruise Line vacation is very different from booking a vacation to Disney theme parks, from picking a stateroom to choosing a set dinner time to the one detail I’ve spent countless hours researching: Port Adventures!

I may not be an expert on Disney cruises, but I am an expert on being totally new to this experience – and I’m sharing the tips and tricks I’m learning along the way. When it comes to Port Adventures, or excursions, in Alaska, there are numerous popular options, including once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

So, whether you’re interested in cuddling sled dog puppies (a must do, in my opinion!) or ziplining through a rainforest (which I am too terrified to do!), I’m sharing what I’ve learned about Port Adventures on an Alaska Disney Cruise and what to consider as you plan and book them.

When to Think About Port Adventures for an Alaska Disney Cruise

Ketchikan on an Alaska Disney cruise. Photo by Bill Wood

Alaska has been on my mom’s wish list for many years, and the likelihood of returning is pretty low. So, for us, getting off the ship and seeing as much as we can of Alaska is a priority.

This is why we researched excursions before booking our cruise and choosing our stateroom . We knew we wanted a veranda room and chose a Navigator Style Verandah in the aft of the ship (which was slightly cheaper, so we could use those savings towards excursions).

Port Adventures do vary from sailing to sailing, as the ports for an Alaska Disney cruise are not always the same. For example, o ur 7-day sailing cruise is visiting Stikine Ice Cap, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, and Ketchikan, and our port is Vancouver.  Other sailings may visit Victoria BC, Hubbard Glacier, Skagway, Sitka, and Tracy Arm.

The ports really can vary quite a bit in the excursion offerings . For example, in Victoria, you can have a Victorian Afternoon Tea and visit a castle. But there are no castles in the ports we’re visiting ! Instead, we’ll see a lot of whales, wilderness and lumberjacks.

If there are experiences you really want to make sure you have – such as panning for gold with Disney characters, which only happens in Skagway – you’ll need to think about the Port Adventures before booking.

Research Port Adventures Online, Not in the App

In addition to thinking about Port Adventures before you even book a Disney Cruise Line vacation to Alaska, you’ll also want to start researching them early.

Not sure when it’s early but not too early? The Disney Cruise Line Navigator App has a super cute (and helpful) countdown. However, as your cruise countdown begins, you’ll actually want to rely on computer-based research versus the Navigator App. While the Navigator App will be your source for all the activities once on board, Port Adventures is a website-only activity.

As you start looking at the available Alaska Port Adventures for your specific cruise on the Disney Cruise Line website, you can filter excursions by Ports of Call, Experience Type, Activity Level, Accessibility, and Price Range.

I recommend to start by looking at all your ports simultaneously to get a sense of all the different types of options. For us, 123 options popped up – while that initially looks like a lot , we quickly noticed there were some themes.

After getting an overview, we then decided what we definitely wanted to do: play with husky puppies, nothing involving crazy heights, see whales, and devour fresh seafood.

From there, we looked at the activities available at each individual port . Some experiences are only offered in one location. For us, anything related to dog sledding and puppies were specific to Juneau. For whales and seafood, we had a few options.

Tip: Researching your Port Adventures in spring has its benefits! Specifically, you’ll be able to purchase cold weather gear at a discount. We took a look at the recommended packing lists for our preferred excursions and took advantage of spring sales on waterproof boots, packable puffer jackets, and Disney beanies.

Plan for One Excursion Per Day

Thinking about booking a couple of Port Adventures because so many options catch your eye? Alaska does have some long ports of call; Icy Strait Point is over 12 hours, Juneau is 10 hours, and Ketchikan is the shortest at 7 hours.

Even with these long times ashore, however, our travel agent recommended only booking one excursion per day.

There Are Different Types of Port Adventures

The Tracy Arm Glacier on a Disney Cruise Line Alaska sailing. Photo by Bill Wood

Adventure seekers, Alaska is your Disney cruise destination! There’s no shortage of thrilling Port Adventures that are, well, true adventures. From helicopters rides to hiking a glacier to dog sledding in snowy mountains, you’ll find excursions on an Alaska cruise are  quite different from any other Disney cruise.

A good way to filter all those 123 potential excursions is by type. There are 8 types of Port Adventures, including:

  • Sightseeing
  • Culinary Adventures
  • Beach and Water

Over 50 of the Port Adventures are in the capital of Alaska, Juneau. There’s whale watching, hiking or helicoptering around a glacier, fishing, kayaking and more. This is the only location that has the puppies!

Tip: Make sure to have a back-up Port Adventure option, just in case yours is fully booked . Some are more in-demand than others, and some are offered in a more limited capacity (like the huskies; there are only two puppy adventures on our entire cruise). It’s a good idea to create your list and then prioritize the activities 1 through 4, just in case.

How Much Do Alaska Cruise Port Adventures Cost?

Price Range is one of the filters when you’re searching for Port Adventures on the Disney Cruise Line website. But when you’re planning for an Alaska cruise, be prepared: These adventures do cost hundreds.

In the entire list of Alaska Port Adventures, only one comes in at the “less than $50” rate. Over 80 of the experiences in our five ports were in the $100 – $399 price range.

One reason for this is many of the Port Adventures involve transportation to the adventure location. And, unsurprisingly, many involve boats.

So, what does the pricing look like for some of the most popular picks? Our list of must-dos included:

  • Sled Dog Discovery & Musher’s Camp in Juneau – $229
  • Wilderness Exploration & Crab Feast in Ketchikan – $239
  • Whale & Marine Mammal Ride in Icy Strait Point – $229

We decided if we couldn’t get one of our options, we might consider the Sled Dog experience on the glacier in Juneau. However, because it involves a helicopter ride, the price is $859 or $939. To stay within our budget, this may end up being our only excursion!

The highest cost usually involves private boats or planes. And when it comes to the most expensive Alaska Port Adventure on a Disney Cruise, that’s the Exclusive Misty Fjords National Monument by Private Seaplane in Ketchikan, which will cost you  $5,399.

How to Book Port Adventures

Port Adventures can be booked online, or a dedicated Disney travel agent can help you. No matter how you walk through the excursion booking process, here’s what it looks like.

Pay in Full: Port Adventures can only be booked once the cruise is paid in full and your booking window is open.

Find Your Booking Window: When you can book is based on your Castaway Club membership level (AKA how many times you’ve been on a Disney cruise). First-timers like me can book 75 days prior to sail date . Concierge Guests could book 130 days before the sail date.

Wake Up Early and Book: On the day of your booking window, you’ll want to visit the site ASAP or work with your travel agent to book your Port Adventures. This is when that list of prioritized options is important, because you may need to move quickly.

Oh, and m ake sure to read the “Know Before You Go” details on your chosen excursions. This section great information on any restrictions, details on what you may or may not do, and suggestions on what to wear.

Can’t decide ahead of time? Last-minute Port Adventures are possible! Excursions can be booked on the boat at the Port Adventures desk on Deck 5. If you change your mind once you’re onboard, or decide to add an excursion last-minute, this is a great option.

Details to Consider for Your Port Adventure

Wardrobe:  If you’re going up in a helicopter to snow capped mountains for dog sledding, you’ll need more than a poncho! Big puffy winter coats can take up a lot of room in a suitcase. Plan accordingly.

Weather:  Many Port Adventures happen rain or shine on an Alaska Disney cruise, so be prepared for any weather . There’s more than one cruise diary of folks arriving back at the ship soaked and cold after their treetop tour or whale watching boat ride in the rain. Remember, t he “Know Before You Go” section is helpful! It’ll have information on whether the boat offers a covered area.

Facilities: Alaska Port Adventures vary greatly in length , with some going 5 to 6 hours. I’m not sure about you, but being on a boat and then walking for over 4 hours means access to food and facilities for a break will be a must.

Additionally, you’ll want to know if you can carry snacks or items with you. For example, when dog sledding on a glacier you can’t bring a backpack or anything except items on your person. Leave the Kind bar and beef jerky at the heliport because, well, dogs.

Information about snacks being served and access to restrooms is usually available in the “Know Before You Go” section.

Timing:  I’ve been looking forward to Animator’s Palate for 10 years. A big consideration for me on excursions is having the energy to enjoy this dining experience. For example, I probably don’t want to be recovering from a glacier adventure hike, rainforest bicycle tour or filling salmon bake the days we are dining at Animator’s Palate.
