Itinerary (Day Wise)

Bagdogra airport – darjeeling (approx. 93 kms, 3 hrs drive).

Arrive at Bagdogra airport and proceed to Darjeeling. Often referred to as the “Queen of the Hills”, it remains just as alluring with its tiny waterfalls, little villages and a narrow gauge railway track. Arrive at Darjeeling and check into your hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Note: All guests are requested to carry documents (04 passport size snaps and copies of valid Indian Photo ID address proof like election card driving license and passport)

Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early morning visit Tiger Hill to see a beautiful sunrise and Himalayan Range like Kanchandzonga, Mount Everest etc. One can see the horizon changing colors just before sunrise and then the entire Himalayan range turns golden. After breakfast at hotel proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest, Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from outside), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. Overnight in Darjeeling.

• Breakfast & Dinner

Darjeeling – Pelling (75 kms 3 hours approx.)

After breakfast proceed to Pelling (2000 mts.). Pelling is another serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. On arrival check-in to hotel, rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Pelling.

Pelling sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for city tour visiting Khechipalri Lake, Rimbi Falls, Skywalk (Ticket on direct payment), Darap Village, Orange Garden and Rabtense Ruins. Overnight at Pelling.

Pelling – Gangtok (2 Nights)

After breakfast proceed to Gangtok. Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim, known for its mesmerizing beauty, scintillating mountains, and the gorgeous winding hill roads. Later proceed for half day sightseeing in Gangtok visiting Flower Show, Handicraft, Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten. Overnight at Gangtok.

Gangtok sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for a full day trip to Tsomgo Lake which is 35 Kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the colour of the lake’s waters. Also visit New Baba Mandir. Overnight at Gangtok.

Gangtok – Bagdogra Airport

• Holiday price valid for travel till June 2024. Rates not valid for Christmas and New Year. National holidays, Diwali unless specified. Compulsory high Season surcharges and Gala Dinner charges are applicable festive season and long weekends
• Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability
• Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
• Local sightseeing in Gangtok will be done using Non AC Maruti Vans for all categories of hotels as per the regulation of the local transport associations
• Local sightseeing in Pelling will be done using Non AC Jeeps/ Tata Sumos as per the regulation of the local transport associations
• In this sector the same vehicle – irrespective of the vehicle type is not allowed to do the entire tour due to various restrictions at each destinations. Vehicles will be changed and our executives will keep the guests informed about the same.
• Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain

• In case of any diversion due to landslide/road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.
• Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport
• Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
• If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability
• The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice
• The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

We keep it transparent, crystal clear!

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

Gangtok-pelling-darjeeling tour package for 7 days at a glance.

Arrive at Gangtok from the NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport. Meet our representative at the station/airport and travel to the hotel via cab. Check in at the hotel and take the day off, meaning to enjoy it at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast in the morning, we will start an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), about 55 km one way from Gangtok city. After exploring the lake and the temple, return to your hotel in Gangtok for an overnight stay.

After breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to Pelling. Nestling at an altitude of 2150 m, Pelling offers mesmerizing views of Himalayan ranges, Kanchenjunga, and other mountains. The city is enveloped in the verdant cover of Alpine forests and is lined with numerous waterfalls.

Early morning, post breakfast, treat yourself to the beautiful view of mountains. The first half of the tour will include Rimbi waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake, and Khangchendzongha's waterfalls. In the second section, you will visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Pelling Skywalk, Sangacholing Monastery. Dinner and overnight stay at Pelling Tour.

Check out from Pelling and drive to Darjeeling (Alt 7100Ft/ 2100M). On arrival check in at Hotel. In the afternoon, stroll about and shop at Chowrasta & Darjeeling Mall-the heart of Victorian Darjeeling, this place is the commercial hub, set on the ridge above Darjeeling town, dotted with numerous curio centres and other shops including fine blended Darjeeling tea.

Take an early morning (4:00 AM) ride to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mount Khangchendzonga (World’s third highest peak), followed by a visit to the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.

After breakfast, take some time to visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the PN Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock named after Tenzing Norgay - one of the first two men to climb Mount Everest, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), the Tea Garden, Ropeway and the Japanese Temple.

End your day with another overnight stay at Darjeeling.

In the morning, you can stroll about in the small hamlet around. Later on, check out and drive to NJP / Bagdogra for the return journey, and cherish your holiday forever.

Day 01: Darjeeling Via Mirik (115 Km/7 Hrs)

Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) on the arrival day of your 7 Days Darjeeling Gangtok Pelling Tour Package. Day 02: Darjeeling Full Day Local Sightseeing

Tiger Hill Start your day early as today you will drive to the Tiger Hill at 4 a.m. After reaching at a height of 2590 meters, you will witness the most spectacular sunrise and the sun’s rays will fill the dark sky and levitate over the third highest peak in the world, Mt. Kanchenjunga.

Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop As you make your way back down, make a quick visit to the Ghoom Monastery and enjoy the scenic views of the Batasia Loop. The unparalleled natural beauty amidst which the monastery is nestled is a wonderful sight to behold. The Batasia Loop is unarguably one of the most picturesque train routes in all of Darjeeling.

Return to the Hotel for Breakfast.

After Breakfast start the second half of your Darjeeling Sightseeing Tour.

Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Its aim is to promote and encourage mountaineering amongst the youth of the country.

Day 03: Transfer to Pelling via Namchi Chardham (125 Km/7 Hrs)

In Namchi visit The replicas of all four Dhams made on a Hill Top which also offers a magnificent  view of the surrounding valleys known as Namchi Chardham .Namchi Chardham,a Temple Complex spreads across 29 hectares of area on top of a hill known as the Solophok Hill in Namchi South Sikkim.This temple complex is also known as Siddheswar Dham.The main Shiva Temple is 108-ft in height and atop that sits the gigantic statue of Lord Shiva which is another 87-ft tall. It sits at the highest and most commanding position in Solophok hill while facing east.Apart from this giant statue of Lord Shiva,the Replicas of Twelve Jyotirlingas along with the Four Dhams; Badrinath, Jagannath, Dwarka and Rameshwaram are also installed in the complex.

Visit Samdruptse Hill ; the ‘Wish Fulfilling Hill’-2134 m (7000 ft).There is a giant statue of the Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche); the patron saint of Sikkim who has been showering its blessings since more than 1,200 years. It is a 45 m tall statue, overlooking the whole city, and is gilded with gold that glitters when the sunlight falls over it. The hill offers the vista of the magnificent Mt. Kangchenjunga amongst the richly forested hills under the blue painted sky. It is believed that the hill is a dormant volcano and only prayers can hold it from erupting, that is why the local monks offer their reverence and devotion to it.

Day 04: Full Day Sightseeing in Pelling

Day 05: Pelling to Gangtok (via Ravangla) (140 km)

After breakfast transfer to Gangtok via Ravangla.

Enroute visit  Buddha Park ,also known as Tathagata Tsal,which is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim district. It features a 130-foot (40 m) high statue of the Buddha as its centerpiece. The site was chosen within the larger religious complex of the Rabong Gompa (Monastery),which is itself a centuries-old place of pilgrimage.it is surrounded by lush green gardens, peaceful surroundings, and it has an ample walkway for the visitors. From here, you can witness an uninterrupted view of the mountains and also the Cho Djo Lake . This site is of great spiritual importance and the ambience adds a divine experience to the visitors. Nearby the park, there are also a meditation centre, museums, and the Buddhist conclave. Also nearby is Ralang Monastery , a key monastery in Tibetan Buddhism. Visit Temi Tea Garden . Transfer to Gangtok.

Day 06: Excursion to Changu / Tsomgo Lake –  Nathu La  (Optional) 

Early morning breakfast – Permit for this tour is made one day prior to visit.Visit to  Tsomgo / Changu Lake  and  Baba Mandir .Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lakes of the region.There is a temple of Lord Shiva on the lakeside.Primula flowers and other alpine plantation in this region will please your eyes for sure.Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen.

Day 1 NJP/IXB - Gangtok (130 km/4 hours travel)

NJP/Bagdogra arrival. Following a hearty greeting, our representative will transport you to Gangtok (1437 m) and assist you with hotel check-in. Clean up and unwind for a while. You can take a stroll along the MG Marg in the evening. Stay at the hotel for the night.

Day 2 Gangtok (Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir)

After a leisurely breakfast, depart for Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft/3750 m/3 hrs drive) and Baba Harbhajan Mandir (13,200 ft/4000 m) at around 8 a.m. Tsomgo Lake is reached through a zig-zag path through rocky alpine terrain.

The lake, which lies at an elevation of 12,400 feet, is surrounded by ethereal beauty and is considered sacred. The lake takes on varied appearances depending on the season. In the winter, it is covered in snow, but in the spring, the lake is alive with colourful blooms.

Baba Harbhajan Mandir, also known as the shrine, is a must-see attraction in Sikkim. It is dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, a heroic Indian soldier.

Day 3 Gangtok (Full day sightseeing tour)

We will take you on a full-day sightseeing tour of Gangtok after breakfast. You will go to Ganesh Tok, which has been visited by humans for centuries and gives spectacular views of Kangchenjunga. Enjoy a picnic at the Banjhakri waterfall, which is a beautiful site. Then visit the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology to learn about Tibet’s rich cultural legacy and Buddhist culture. The Ropeway is the next attraction, which gives spectacular mountain vistas. The Bakthang Waterfalls, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Tashi View Point, Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, Enchey Monastery, and Flower Show are among the other attractions in Gangtok.

Return to the motel to spend the night.

Day 4 Gangtok – Pelling (120 km, 5.5 hours)

We will drive you to Pelling after breakfast. The route from Gangtok to Pelling is spectacular, passing through beautiful tea plantations, stunning mountains, and beautiful scenery. Pelling is a charming village nestled in the pine forest. It provides spectacular views of snow-capped peaks including the massive Kangchenjunga. It also has a number of historic monasteries.

You will be fatigued after a long travel of more than 5 hours, so rest and enjoy the rest of the day.

Day 5 Pelling (Full day local sightseeing)

Prepare to tour Pelling’s local sights after breakfast. Start with the Kanchenjunga waterfalls, which will undoubtedly refresh you with their cascading water and lush surrounds. Then visit the beautiful Sewaro rock garden, which is lush with flora. Darap Valley, a picturesque hideaway, is next on the list. Take a break for lunch before continuing your tour to Pema Yangtse monastery, Helipad Ground, Rimbi waterfalls, Khecheopalri holy Lake, and Rabdentse Ruins. In the evening, return to the hotel and remain the night.

Day 6 Pelling – Darjeeling (73 kilometres, 3 hours and 37 minutes)

Drive to Darjeeling after breakfast. Although the road is not particularly smooth, you will pass through beautiful green gardens, rivers, picturesque villages, and old bridges along the way.

Arrive at the Darjeeling hotel, check in, and stay the night.

Day 7 Darjeeling (Full day local sightseeing)

Begin your tour early in the morning (about 4 a.m.) by driving to Tiger Hill (2590 m) for breathtaking views of the dawn over Mt. Kanchenjunga. It is the hill station’s highest peak. On your way back, stop through Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After a hearty breakfast, head to the Japanese Temple, a well-known Buddhist temple that features traditional Japanese architecture. Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing Rock, Peace Pagoda, and Chitrey Tea Garden are among the other attractions that will be explored (outer view). Day 1 – bagdogra/pakyong/new jalpaiguri station/siliguri to gangtok.

You will be received by our representative at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Pakyong Airport. The representative will assist you on a journey to Gangtok. The road journey to Gangtok is adorned with picturesque landscapes and lush greenery. Gangtok is one of the best tourist destinations in northeast India for peace seekers and nature lovers.

PELLING Pelling is a town in the district of West Sikkim. Pelling is nestled at an altitude of 2,150 m (7,200 feet). The town is located at a distance of 10 km from the district headquarters of Geyzing. The Himalayas and the Kanchenjanga may be viewed at close quarters from Pelling. Pelling also forms the base from where trekkers and other peripatetic adventurers undertake the strenuous and arduous treks in West Sikkim. The land around Pelling is still a virgin territory and is bathed with alpine vegetation, with numerous waterfalls lining the hillside. Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit the Sikkim and Darjeeling is either between March to May (Spring) when you can witness the blooming season or from October to Mid-December (Autumn) when you can get a clear view of the Himalayan Range. DAY 2 : Spend the first half sightseeing in Kalimpong and rest travelling to Gangtok

The 2nd day starts with an early breakfast and tour in the little town of Kalimpong.

DAY 8 : A tour in the queen of hills, Darjeeling

On the 8th day, spend time exploring the different monasteries, tea estates and science city in Darjeeling. At every stop, make it a point to grab a hot cup of tea as tea here is heavenly.

Wake up at 4am and head to Tiger hill which is 2590 m above sea level. From here you can get the spectacular view of Mt Kanchenjunga, the 3rd highest peak in the world. On your way back, visit the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastry. After this, head back to the hotel for sumptuous breakfast and spend the day visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing Rock, Chitrey Tea Garden(outer view), Japanese Temple, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park(closed on Thursday) and Peace Pagoda. In the evening you can spend time taking a stroll in Chowrasta and Mall road. The lights on the streets and the smile of people welcoming you, will give you memories umpteen. At night, head back to the hotel and pack all your belongings as your journey ends tomorrow.

DAY 9 : From Darjeeling back to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP) or Bagdogra Airport(IXB) (88 km/3 hrs drive)

On the last day, check out from the hotel and drive back to NJP Railway Station or Bagdodra Airport. With countless memories and lifetime experience, smile as you travel back home.
