  • Kim "Gabbi" Santos

SEA favorite, Fnatic, is here to stay with some minor changes. They have traded their former captain, Jabz, for Talon Esports offlaner kpii. Additionally, Fnatic onboarded Gabbi to bring forth yet another TNC Predator reunion with Armel.

  • Rolen "skem" Ong
  • Joshua "Kokz" Maraño
  • Nikko "Force" Bilocura
  • Ravdan "NARMAN" Narmandakh
  • Roger "Roddgeee" Tan

Talon Esports

  • Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon
  • Rafli "Mikoto" Rahman
  • Anucha "Jabz" Jirawong
  • Worawit "Q" Mekchai

Dota Pro Circuit 2023: DPC Summer Tour scores, standings, and points

With the Berlin Major in the books, it’s time for the final Dota Pro Circuit tour in 2023. During the Major, fans got to watch Gaimin Gladiators’ dominating run to the top, which eventually ended with another showdown against Team Liquid.

DPC SA 2023 Tour 1 Division 1: Schedule, results, format, teams, where to watch

New kings of the south.

DPC SA 2023 Tour 1 Division I

Updated on January 31, 9:21 a.m. (GMT+8) : Updated results.

The Dota Pro Circuit is back in 2023, and the DPC SA 2023 Tour 1 Division 1 is a must-watch.

South American Dota surged forth to become one of the most exciting regions last year. Thunder Awaken and beastcoast — the same ten players now in different configurations on Evil Geniuses and beastcoast — both finished in the top eight of The International 11.

The then-Thunder Awaken roster also became the first-ever SA team to break into the top six at a TI event.

What is the DPC SA 2023 Tour 1 Division 1?

This Regional League is the first of three Tours for the Dota Pro Circuit this year.

Besides prize money, teams fight for a variety of opportunities. The top two teams from the Southeast Asian region qualify for the first Major of the season. The top six teams stay in Division 1 for the next Tour, while the bottom two teams will be relegated to Division 2.

What to know about Dota 2's The International 2023 regional qualifiers

T he battle for the Aegis of Champions is almost upon us as the horns sound for the regional qualifiers for The International (TI) 2023 , this year's iteration of Dota 2 's annual world championship tournament.

From 17 to 31 August, teams from the six regions of the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) will compete to be among the eight teams joining the 12 directly-invited squads to TI 2023 fighting to be Dota 2's new world champion.

With the stakes are only going to get higher from here, there will be plenty of good Dota to watch as teams fight tooth and nail for a spot in TI 2023.

Read on for everything you need to know about TI 2023's regional qualifiers:

Format and schedule

The TI 2023 regional qualifiers will determine the eight teams joining the 12 directly-invited squads in the battle for the Aegis of Champions in Seattle this October. Unlike last year, this year's regional qualifiers will see two regions get two spots apiece , while the remaining four only get one, in lieu of the scrapped Last Chance Qualifier.

Western Europe and South America will get to send two representatives to TI 2023 this year while Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, China, and North America will only have one spot.

The TI 2023 regional qualifiers will be held from 17 to 31 August, with the competition being split into three five-day phases where two regions will compete in each phase.

The qualifiers for North America and China will kick things off from 17 to 21 August, South America and Eastern Europe will follow from 22 to 26 August, while Western Europe and Southeast Asia will close things out from 27 to 31 August.

The teams in the regional qualifiers include those that played in the 2023 DPC's Summer Tour regional league that did not get a direct invite and did not replace more than two players from their roster in the aforementioned Tour.

As with last year's regional qualifiers, this year's event will follow a double-elimination bracket format where all matches are a best-of-three except for the grand finals, which will be a full best-of-five series. The participating teams are seeded to either the upper bracket or lower bracket based on their DPC point total as well as standing in the Summer Tour regional league.

The winner of the grand finals will earn a spot in TI 2023. In the case of Western Europe and South America, the winners of the upper bracket finals and the lower bracket finals will advance to the tournament.

The number of teams in each regional qualifier vary due to the DPC point, Summer Tour standing, and roster continuity criteria. The qualifiers for Southeast Asia and China both include 15 teams, North America has 14, Western Europe and Eastern Europe each have 13, while South America only has 12.
