Stunning customer service

I hadn't booked a cruise before but on lots of recommendations I booked online with Cruise Nation and I'm so pleased I did! I've had a couple of queries re changing cabins and booking some extras and these were dealt with amazingly and speedily by Kimberley and Rachel. I definitely feel in safe hands and the customer service has been perfect. Can't wait to go now!

Cabin upgrade request

Excellent service. Had a higher price quoted by msc directly and after we chatted that the price on their website I was viewing at the same time was lower, she got back to max and indeed got them to honour the Bella upgrade price.

I had a problem with my Computer …

I had a problem with my Computer printing off my Travel Documents. Mainly caused by myself through lack of knowledge of the computer. Two young ladies spent an awful amount of time sorting it out and I am so thankful to Sally for what She did. I was getting worried and could not have been better looked after. Sally you have made us so happy and are looking forward to joining the ship.

Above and beyond...

I contacted Holland America yesterday to see if they could provide some assistance at embarkation for my husband, who has limited mobility. They sent me a special needs form to fill in and a couple of hours later I heard from Rachel Sullivan at Cruise Nation. She offered to sort things for me, and this morning sent confirmation that all the necessary arrangements had been made. I am really impressed with her prompt and caring assistance.

Talking to an understanding patient human being!

It was so comforting to talk with a 'human being' instead of put into online 'chat' or cold emails. A person who was understanding of my anxiety over technology and empathic to my personal situation. What a difference to have supportive 'human interaction' in this faceless world of forced technology.

Rachel Went Above & Beyond to Help

The help the whole group of 16 of us (8 couples) flying long haul from different destinations to Singapore to join cruise then back to the UK from Hong Kong ensuring we all received the best flights for all was excellent, Rachel went above and beyond. Every contact was answered promptly with so much professionalism.

Rachel Sullivan is an exemplary member of staff to which your organisation should be proud of, She answered the phone promptly and professionally she took on board my requests and without hesitation sent me an email within 15 minutes of the call and resolved all my requests within a couple of hours and kept me informed all the time. The lady who finally helped me would…

The lady who finally helped me would have got 5 stars - Sherice Brooks and I thank her for her help. However I have had a very difficult time trying to get the free at sea package added and in the end NCL had to liaise with Cruise Nation as they kept saying I couldnt have it. I made multiple phone calls to sort this out as I had made the booking online and thought it was included.

Cabin Upgrade

Requested a quote for an upgrade to a balcony cabin for my upcoming cruise, excellent price was quoted by Rachel and completed in a professional and timely manner. I always receive excellent customer service with Cruise Nation and Rachel was no exception, polite, friendly and an asset to the company thank you for all your help Rachel Sullivan.

Speedy response and resolution!

I booked my holiday online and received my documents etc via email. I wanted to amend the cabin allocated so emailed customer services and had a response and new cabin number within the hour. Can't fault the service so far!! Thank you!

Kimberley is a main contact for me…

Kimberley is a main contact for me after calling Cruise Nation a few months ago. I can honestly say that Kimberley’s customer service and smiley disposition is absolutely outstanding and she’s a credit to your company. I emailed Kimberley from the Bahamas a week or so ago as we needed to add a balcony room onto our existing booking and nothing is any trouble for Kimberley at all. For any future cruise bookings I will be sure to contact Kimberley as I know everything will be very easy and professionally dealt with. Thank you Kimberley ☺️

Failure to process refund for cruise…

Failure to process refund for cruise disruption in a timely fashion. We were unfortunate enough to be booked on an NCL cruise that was curtailed by 2 days and so were advised by the cruise company we would be issued a refund of £421 and this payment was made on 21st March to the travel agent that we booked through ( which was cruise nation). It is now April 8th and we still have not received these funds in our account and cruise nation continue to benefit by illegally holding onto money which they do not rightfully own. Either their finance department is incredibly inefficient /inept or this is a deliberate ploy to make some interest on money to which they are not entitled. To have a holiday that was totally different to the journey we were sold is one thing but then to fail to return monies owed is downright dishonest. Steer well clear of this company as once they have your money they don’t care how poor the final holiday you experience is and if any refunds are due ,you will have to fight tooth and nail ,and wait many weeks, before you get it back!

Fantastic customer service

We have been using cruisenation for a number of years . Always found them very competitive and customer service is excellent . I find it best to email if you have a concern or need any additional information . To be honest I can’t fault the excellent service . Love cruising with the help of cruise nation
