Sering banget naik star travel kalau PP Jogja-Ponorogo. Supirnya ramah, jam keberangkatan banyak jadi lebih fleksibel. Tapi mohon diperhatikan utk kenyamanan penumpang tujuan ke Jogja saya merasa armada yg dipakai sangat kurang nyaman. Trims, Alhamdulillah sangat puas sekali dg pelayanan drivernya yg sopan ramah murah senyum dari sekian travel yg qu temui di ponorogo menurutku ini yg paling sangat di butuhkan untuk perjalanan jauh terimah kasih ya atas pelayanan dan kerja samanya mas driver yg kece badai sejagat raya.

Bismillah.. Jadi, kami pesan untuk ke malang d ponorogo. Mereka menjanjikann jam 5 pagi, begitu sudah siap pas dikonfirmasi lagi, termyata mereka salah jadwal. Harusnya jemput di ponorogo taunya di malang. Pas di telfon dan di whatsapp berkali kali mereka hilang. Diangkat pun tanpa suara lalu dimatikan. Tidak ada tanggung jawabnya sama sekali. Maksutnya gimana ya. Kami selalu tulis informasi dg benar, penjemputan dimana dan diantar kemana. Oke, mungkin yg lain bilang bagus dan lain lainnya, tp pas waktu buat kesalahan mereka hilang, tdk ada kabar sm sekali. Terimakasih google telah menampung pendapat kami. Karna kami WA atau telfon si travel ini hilang, lepas tanggung jawab. Semoga yg lain juga pada hati hati dulu sebelum kesini. Makasih :)

gak tepat waktu, terjadwal pemberangkatan jam 6, mobil baru datang ke kantor kurleb jam 6.20, baru berangkat 6.30. harap diperbaiki kedisiplinan waktunya. Pelayanan buruk naik travel ini supir kurang ajar 2 kali saya naik ini tetap driver yg sama kalau pelayanan kantor lumyan ok tapi drivernya ugal2an dan tidak sopan cendrung kurang ajar driver muda kurang ajar atas nama kaidar tolong buat orang kantor kasih tau drivernya sopan santun terimakasih

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark already is one of the WNBA's most recognizable players.

So when she made her first road trip last week, the league's top overall draft pick had to adapt. Instead of loading her bag directly onto a plane and boarding, Clark found herself traversing the same lines and waits as everyone else at the Dallas airport — just like most of the league's players.

It's a hassle she wouldn't mind avoiding on future trips and now league commissioner Cathy Engelbert is working on a solution.

One day after Engelbert told a group of sports editors that she's trying to find regular charter flights for all 12 WNBA teams, Clark and her new teammates embraced the move.

“I think you just have to be aware of where you are," Clark said after Wednesday's practice. "You travel with security, which is nice. It's just different from college where you put your bag on the plane, hop on the plane and then you're off. But like (here) you're waiting at baggage claim, you've got to go through the normal security with everybody else. For me, it was my first time doing it. It wasn't terrible. I just went about my business and kept my head down."

Clark went on to score 21 points in her pro debut , a 79-76 loss.

But her star power has only fueled a debate that took center stage last season when Phoenix Suns star Brittney Griner was confronted by a man who started asking questions as she walked through an airport. The incident became so heated that the man was tackled and law enforcement was called.

League officials called the man's actions “inappropriate” and “unfortunate.”

It spurred a leaguewide debate over player safety with some veteran stars asking that league officials do more, including charter flights. And now, with one of the most heralded rookie classes entering the league, Engelbert wants to take action even if she doesn't have a defined timetable for when it could happen.

Fever coach Christie Sides also remembered sleeping in an airport while working with the Chicago Sky because of several delays before the flight was eventually canceled. She said the team took a 6 a.m. flight and played later that night.

For those reasons, it can't start soon enough for those who have been around the league for years — or for Clark, who has been driving WNBA ticket sales upward after spending her last two seasons at Iowa driving a substantial increase in television ratings.

“I'm thankful at whatever point that happens, that would be great for us. It will make recovery easier, it will make travel easier,” Clark said. “It just makes life a lot easier for a lot of people, but also it's just something a lot of people have deserved for years and years.”

Ahli reptil dari Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKH UGM) Yogyakarta, Slamet Raharjo menegaskan, tidak ada jenis ular jengger seperti yang dinarasikan dalam video.

"Saya 25 tahun lebih mempelajari reptil belum pernah menemukan literatur tentang ular jengger," ujarnya, saat dihubungi Kompas.com , Jumat (10/5/2024).

Slamet menjelaskan, dalam masyarakat Jawa dahulu, memang berkembang mitos ular jengger yang konon bisa bersuara seperti kokok ayam.

Namun, hingga kini, tidak pernah ada bukti valid berupa dokumentasi foto maupun video mengenai bentuk dan ukuran ular jengger.

Oleh karena itu, menurutnya, unggahan video dan orang-orang yang mengaku pernah melihat ular jengger dipastikan tidak benar.

" Yup , hoaks," tuturnya.

Ular sendiri merupakan kelompok reptilia dari sub-ordo Serpentes , dengan ciri khas tidak berkaki dan memiliki bentuk tubuh panjang bersisik.

Sementara itu, ayam adalah kelompok aves dari ordo burung  Galliformes , yang memiliki dua kaki, sepasang sayap, serta jengger.

6 tips on packing light, according to travel experts

There's nothing worse than putting your suitcase on the scale at the airport and seeing that number tip over the dreaded weight limit. The only solution is to fling open your bag, take a quick inventory of what you can take out, and stuff those items in your carry-on while customers harrumph in that very long line behind you.

Not only is this particular situation embarrassing, but having to schlep around a heavy bag wherever you're going doesn't exactly make for idyllic travel. Plus, with major airlines raising baggage fees by nearly 30% this year, and long waits at baggage claim, checking a large bag certainly isn't ideal.

If these struggles are far too real, and you've dreamed about being the kind of traveler who can breeze through the airport with a lighter-than-air carry-on — without a single worry about weight (or sweat dripping down your back) — then maybe it's time to learn how to pack a lighter bag for your next jet-setting journey.

The truth is, we're packing far more than we actually need. Bringing the extra stuff for the rare occasion you might need it is only weighing you down in the long run. To fix your packing woes, Stacker spoke with travel agents and seasoned travel experts on how to pack light, focus on the necessities, and make smarter choices on what to pack. Here are their tips and tricks on how to pack the lightest bag possible next time you travel.

Pack interchangeable pieces that go with everything

While it may seem efficient to plan out a single outfit for each day that you'll be traveling, in reality, you're likely packing more tops and bottoms than you need. Instead, Echo Wang, CEO, cofounder, and seasoned traveler behind Cool Travel Vibes , says to choose items that can mix and match, making it easier to pull together an outfit with fewer items.

"Pack neutral tones and basic styles that you can layer for different temperatures," she told Stacker. "Think interchangeable tops and bottoms you can wear with multiple outfits. Remember, you can always hand wash clothes in a pinch, so pack light on the quantity and focus on quality, multifunctional pieces."

An easy way to do this is to follow the 5-4-3-2-1 packing method , invented by blogger Jen Bosen and referenced by numerous travel experts across the internet. The method goes as follows: pack five shirts, four bottoms, three pairs of shoes, two layers, and one dress (or formal wear). With this method, you can create 120 different outfit combinations, and your suitcase is still exponentially lighter.

Choose wrinkle-resistant fabrics

When it comes to actually choosing the items to pack, Wang recommends picking clothes that won't take up too much space and create too many wrinkles. "Opt for quick-drying, wrinkle-resistant fabrics. They'll bounce back from tight packing and save you precious luggage space."

Typically, fabrics made from a synthetic material, like nylon, spandex, or polyester, resist wrinkles more than pure blends like 100% cotton or linen. Wool also doesn't need ironing. Packing these fabrics also lightens your load for any items you would need to help eliminate wrinkles in the first place, like wrinkle sprays or travel-size steamers.

Use packing cubes

Mercedes Zach, a travel agent at ASAP Tickets, always recommends investing in packing cubes to organize your items.

"Packing and unpacking can be a bit of a hustle, especially if you're traveling with more than one suitcase," Zach told Stacker. "However, organizing your belongings becomes a lot easier if you use packing cubes that are made to make the packing process more efficient and help with navigating through your travel items. They come in different shapes, sizes, and materials and have quickly replaced the good old packing method of rolling the clothes."

To save even more space in your bag—especially if you plan on shopping or accumulating more items on your trip—Zach says to specifically buy packing cubes that can compress with double zippers. "This type of packing cube is very lightweight, and you will be surprised by how much stuff you can carry with you using these. Besides, packing cubes are relatively inexpensive, and they are well worth every penny."

Pack a lightweight carry-on bag

The weight of your clothes, accessories, and recreational items aren't the only weighty items to worry about; your luggage can get just as heavy, depending on the material it is made of. Giacomo Piva, a travel industry analyst and co-founder of Radical Storage, says it's worth investing in a high-quality, lightweight rolling carry-on to keep the overall weight of your bag at even more of a minimum.

Specifically, Piva says to buy a soft-shell suitcase instead given how much lighter they can be compared to the popular hard-shell bags on the market these days. "Better to choose a soft-shell suitcase because it offers more flexibility and capacity, especially for items of different shapes, such as shoes or toiletries. Although hard-shell bags can compress and hold clothing better, they are also more at risk of cracking and are heavier in weight," Piva told Stacker.

Opt for solid toiletries

While packing smaller versions of all your necessary toiletries certainly saves space (and passes TSA regulations if you're flying), switching to solid toiletries is an even easier way to keep things light. After traveling to 48 states and 49 countries, Peggy Carlaw, CEO and chief blogger at The Smart Travel Guide, says packing solid options means you can easily shave off what you need instead of taking the whole bar with you. "You can find everything from solid shampoo to deodorant and toothpaste to lotion. Lush and Ethique are two good brands," Carlaw told Stacker.

If you prefer liquid toiletries, Carlaw says purchasing travel-sized, leakproof reusable bottles allows you to also only decant the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face wash, or whatever else you'll need. It may seem like a small amount of weight, but if you're not filling the bottles up to the top, it can make a significant difference in the long run.

Forget packing anything 'just in case'

Although it may seem wise to plan for those unexpected moments, in reality, there are many items that you likely don't need to bring "just in case."

"Remember, the rest of the world has stores," Carlaw added. "You can almost always purchase what you need when you arrive. It's a great way to interact with the locals."

Another situation of "just in case" packing is choosing to bring something because "maybe" you'll want it—maybe another book or extra snacks in case you get hungry. Both of these things can be purchased if you need them (how fun is it to buy a new book in a foreign country!).

Even so, remember to be honest with yourself. If the trip you're going on is all about touring and seeing the sights, will you have time to read? If you're looking to explore a town or a city, why not hit a café for that snack and turn it into an experience? Take only what you truly need, and handle those rare "just in case" moments as they come.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark already is one of the WNBA’s most recognizable players.

So when she made her first road trip last week, the league’s top overall draft pick had to adapt. Instead of loading her bag directly onto a plane and boarding, Clark found herself traversing the same lines and waits as everyone else at the Dallas airport — just like most of the league’s players.

It’s a hassle she wouldn’t mind avoiding on future trips and now league commissioner Cathy Engelbert is working on a solution.

One day after Engelbert told a group of sports editors that she’s trying to find regular charter flights for all 12 WNBA teams, Clark and her new teammates embraced the move.

“I think you just have to be aware of where you are,” Clark said after Wednesday’s practice. “You travel with security, which is nice. It’s just different from college where you put your bag on the plane, hop on the plane and then you’re off. But like (here) you’re waiting at baggage claim, you’ve got to go through the normal security with everybody else. For me, it was my first time doing it. It wasn’t terrible. I just went about my business and kept my head down.”

Clark went on to score 21 points in her pro debut , a 79-76 loss.

But her star power has only fueled a debate that took center stage last season when Phoenix Suns star Brittney Griner was confronted by a man who started asking questions as she walked through an airport. The incident became so heated that the man was tackled and law enforcement was called.

League officials called the man’s actions “inappropriate” and “unfortunate.”

It spurred a leaguewide debate over player safety with some veteran stars asking that league officials do more, including charter flights. And now, with one of the most heralded rookie classes entering the league, Engelbert wants to take action even if she doesn’t have a defined timetable for when it could happen.

Fever coach Christie Sides also remembered sleeping in an airport while working with the Chicago Sky because of several delays before the flight was eventually canceled. She said the team took a 6 a.m. flight and played later that night.

For those reasons, it can’t start soon enough for those who have been around the league for years — or for Clark, who has been driving WNBA ticket sales upward after spending her last two seasons at Iowa driving a substantial increase in television ratings.

“I’m thankful at whatever point that happens, that would be great for us. It will make recovery easier, it will make travel easier,” Clark said. “It just makes life a lot easier for a lot of people, but also it’s just something a lot of people have deserved for years and years.”

Affordable travel for city's most vulnerable and disabled children axed by cash-strapped council

Parents of teenagers with special needs will be told to pay more to get them to college or sixth form – and the often-vulnerable students will have to make the journeys themselves.

Cash-strapped Birmingham City Council has confirmed details of transport cuts to its special needs transport budget – and those aged 16 to 18 will bear the brunt.

From September, taxi and minibus services, commonly used to transport pupils to special needs schools which can be miles from their homes, will not routinely be offered to those of college and sixth form age. The service will remain for younger children.

Support will be provided through a personal transport budget (PTB) or a pass for use on public transport. But parents will be told to pay more, with their contribution – deducted from the budget – increasing from £780 to £1,028 per academic year.

Low-income families will still pay £390 a year towards their travel arrangements. “We acknowledge these changes will be difficult for some families so have given as much notice as possible of the changes,” the council said in an email to families.

A public consultation on the review of the council’s travel assistance policy was launched earlier this year, with the council admitting its proposal “involves a reduction on what is offered”.

“That is not something the council wishes to do but rather considers itself driven to by the current financial situation,” it added.

The consultation said students facing transportation challenges may experience increased stress and fatigue – potentially impacting their academic performance.

And it said longer and more arduous commutes could lead to absenteeism and reduced focus.

The council also admitted the proposed increase in the parental contribution may impose a “significant financial burden” – especially for families with more than one child requiring travel assistance.

“This added expense could force families to make difficult choices, potentially sacrificing other essential needs to cover transportation costs,” it continued.

“The increased financial obligation for post-16 travel assistance might discourage students from pursuing higher education, particularly if the added costs are perceived as insurmountable.

“This could contribute to a decline in the number of students continuing their studies beyond compulsory education.”

The changes have already attracted backlash and concern, with one Conservative councillor describing them as a “slap in the face” for parents of children with special educational needs.

“Every child, regardless of disability, should be given the opportunity and encouragement to thrive in educational attainment,” said Coun Adam Higgs, shadow cabinet member for Children, Young People and Families.

“The council should be doing all it can to ensure they can access the most suitable setting for their own needs.”

A Birmingham City Council cabinet meeting last month heard children’s services had to make significant savings amid the council’s bleak predicament.

“We’ve had to look at the travel assistant policy in order to deliver what’s required of us,” cabinet member Karen McCarthy said. “We will retain some provision for post-16 travel such as personal travel budgets.”

She later added: “Other authorities have gone for a much more drastic approach and I take some comfort from the fact we have been able to retain provision.”

“This is a very emotive subject on all sorts of fronts for families and carers,” Coun Jayne Francis said during the meeting. “But I was pleased to see we’re still providing the same level of support to children of compulsory school age and for our young people aged 19 plus.”

The council’s worrying financial situation is down to Birmingham-specific issues, such as an equal pay fiasco and the disastrous implementation of a new IT and finance system, as well as the rising demand for services and funding cuts.

Council leader John Cotton has previously criticised the Conservative government and argued councils across the country faced a perfect storm of smaller budgets and higher costs.

Conservative politicians have pointed the finger at the mistakes made by the Labour council administration, with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak insisting the authority had mismanaged its finances.

While there's no shortage of Yellowstone -adjacent shows in the works—the prequel 1923 is returning for a second season, along with a new historical prequel 1944 , not to mention the direct spin-off possibly starring Matthew McConaughey , and the previously announced 6666 —many have been hoping to see more tories focused on the modern day Duttons they fell in love with on the flagship show. Cole Hauser , who won the hearts of many Yellowstone fans as the enigmatic ranch hand Rip Wheeler recently fanned the flames of possibility, offering some vague hints that there could be more onscreen action ahead for Rip's swoon-worthy love story with his wife Beth (played by Kelly Reilly), after the main series comes to a close.

"We’ll see where that leads, but I know that there’s some stuff on the horizon when it comes to Taylor’s ideas for Kelly Reilly and myself and some of the other cast," Hauser told Country Living . "I’m excited to see where he goes creatively with that but right now it’s just, let’s finish strong; let’s do the best we can.”

The implication echoes industry murmurings which have suggested that Hauser and Reilly, along with a few other members of the Yellowstone cast, could be heading to the spin-off operating under the working title 2024 . In February 2024, Puck reported that Hauser, Reilly, and Luke Grimes (who plays the Dutton son Kayce) were all in negotiations to join the spin-off after the concept was reworked to bring on characters from the original. In March, the publication confirmed that negotiations were still ongoing, but there's been no official word confirming whether they've signed on for the series. Considering that McConaughey himself, who has been widely reported as the lead for the spin-off since last spring, has also supposedly not signed a contract yet, it's perhaps unsurprising that there hasn't been more definitive news.

Reilly herself seemed to dismiss the possibility of joining a spin-off in March, telling Collider, "I'm sort of prepping for that now [and] that's my tunnel vision thing that I care about most. And what goes on beyond that? There are discussions, you know. Don't believe everything you read. It's just nonsense. But we're gonna, you know, let's wait and see. I don't have an answer right now. But we'll see."

We'll see, indeed, and hopefully sooner than later. With Yellowstone 's final batch of episodes scheduled to begin airing in November , there's still plenty of anticipation to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
