Returns and Exchanges:

• You have   30 days   from the purchase date to return most items for a   full refund of the purchase price .
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is free   within the continental US for   exchanges or store credit (Excluding Flight Sim) .
• For returns seeking a refund to the original payment method, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

• All returned items must be in   new condition , with   original packaging intact   (including the UPC code).
• All   packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories   must be included.
• We can only refund the   original purchase price , not including shipping and handling fees.
• Promotional items   must also be returned.

Return Process:

• Contact us  for  a  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number  before returning any items.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
• RMA numbers are valid for   7 business days .
• You must   postmark your return within 7 days   of receiving the RMA number.

Please note:   We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.

Exclusion of Liquidation Pricing Items:   Any item marked with "LIQUIDATION PRICING" in the name is being sold at a heavy discount and is non-returnable.

Exclusion of Software : Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Defective software may be returned for exchange of the same product only. Non-defective software  that has been opened will not be accepted for return. Digital Codes are not returnable. 

Exclusion of Charts and Dated Materials : Due to their time sensitive nature, FAA charts cannot be returned. 

Exclusion for Flight Simulation Hardware : Non-defective Flight Simulator Hardware which have been opened are subject to a partial refund of no more than 75% of the sale price. 

Exclusion for Shirts : Pilot shirts that are not returned in their original folded, packaged, tagged condition will be subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking fee. Shirts that have been washed or worn are not returnable. 

Exclusion for Radio Control : Radio Control Airplanes are not returnable once the box is opened. Any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. 

Exclusion for Cockpit Posters : Cockpit posters are printed to order. Cockpit posters are not returnable under any circumstances.

Exclusion for Custom Items : Any item that has been customzied or custom made (Plaques, Signs, Etc) is not returnable.

All claims for damage, errors, or shortages of the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.

Good, could be better

• Pros: Lots of storage
• Review: I like the storage and overall it's a good tote but the Velcro on the handle wrap is a bad idea. Using this bag as often as we do, that Velcro takes a beating. I'm about 6 months into this bag and the Velcro is not looking good. Also the Velcro on the strap that holds it to the roll around handle is also getting ratty.

Well Built With Odd Compartment Choices

• Pros: Build quality
• Review: The bag is well built and works well on a flight deck. That said, the computer compartments in front should be switched with the waterproof zipper in the back of the bag. The way it sits when it's loaded up makes it forward heavy which doesn't work well when putting on the top of the Travelpro Flightcrew5. Also, the water bottle holder should be enlarged.

• Review: I bought this tote for my husband's birthday. He loves it! It's lightweight and serves as an overnight bag and briefcase. Also, it looks great: basic black (w/out loud designer logos), well constructed and a strap cleverly attached to the bag in a way that keeps it securely on the shoulder.

A: This bag is 11.5 x 15 x 10 inches. You will need to double check with your airline to see what their dimensions are for the particular airplane you will be on as the size varies from aircraft to aircraft, and some airlines may have additional restrictions. 

Q: will it fit under the seat on airplanes??

A: You would want to check with the airline that you use most often to find out what the maximum size is for under the seats and compare against the dimensions of this bag (11.5 x 15 x 10 inches).
