Hours of operation shows till 5pm , I did arrived 4:54, for a quick issue, the didn't even respect the closure time immediately he's saying we're closed I tried to tell him that still 6 minutes to close but he's being Very rude Never recommend to anybody

The worst service imaginable. The agent booked a non-refundable flight with a transfer that was impossible to make. I had to pay for another flight in order to make it home. Not so much as an apology.

Awful customer service! They don't care about customers and they treat them as if they are their employees. We called them about booking a flight and they said that they will call us back. They took our names and phone number, but they never called back. What kind of service is this? By the way, who needs your service these days if everyone can book and buy his flight ticket online? As long as there is an internet service, we should never deal with you ever again!

Horrible service!!! I called them to get a price quote for flight ticket but they didn't give me the quote. They said they'll call me tomorrow. I was waiting for their call but they never call back. I called them again and they put me on hold for a long time. Stay away of this bad & unprofessional agency!

Do not use this agency. Terrible customer service. They were okay before I signed up with them for an international trip. After they had the money, it was difficult to get any more information from them. Getting a response by phone or email was cause for celebration. When we had to cancel our trip, it was on a Sunday. They are closed on Sunday and there is no emergency number. Only your travel agent can cancel your trip so this was a very bad and big deal because you don't want to be a no-show. Then when we asked about refunds or rebooking, we received a very terse email informing us that they "warn" all their customers that tickets are non-refundable. No offer of help to rebook or turn it in to insurance. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. If I could give it a zero stars, I would.
