BTS Concert Ticket Prices (2023): Here’s How Much They Cost

bts tour tickets 2023

Picture yourself at a packed stadium, surrounded by thousands of fellow ARMYs, all singing along to your favorite BTS songs. The energy is electric, and the anticipation of seeing the world’s most popular K-pop group perform live is almost too much to handle…

Of course, before you can turn this dream into reality, there’s one important question to answer: What are BTS’s concert ticket prices?

Let’s take a look at how much BTS concert tickets usually cost, the factors that influence prices, and some tips for getting the best possible deal.

bts tour tickets 2023

First, why do ticket prices vary?

When you look at the prices below, you’ll notice that ticket costs can vary quite a lot. There are several factors that determine how much tickets will set you back, and understanding them can help you make an informed decision when the time to buy comes.

Venue location and size

Unsurprisingly, the size and location of the concert venue play a significant role in ticket pricing. Larger venues tend to have a wider range of ticket prices, with more affordable options in the higher seating sections further from the stage. Consequently, smaller venues may have fewer choices and higher prices overall, as Big Hit Music needs to earn more ticket revenue to cover their costs.

BTS tickets may also be more expensive in certain cities or countries, whether due to increased demand or higher cost of living .

Seat category

The exact location of your chosen seat can greatly impact the price of your ticket too.

Seats closer to the stage and in the center of the venue typically come with a higher price tag , while those farther away or off to the sides may be more budget-friendly .

If you’re on a tight budget, keep in mind that while a closer seat may provide a better view, even seats farther back can offer an enjoyable concert experience . After all, almost all concert venues have viewing live screens to help you get a better look no matter where you’re sitting.

VIP packages and add-ons

Some BTS concert tickets may include special perks , such as VIP packages or add-ons. VIP concert benefits can range from early admission to exclusive merchandise, sound check to photo ops.

Of course, while these perks make the concert experience even more memorable, they also drive up the price of the ticket.

Face value vs. resale

Finally, it’s important to differentiate between face value ticket prices and resale prices.

Face value refers to the original price set by the event organizer or ticket distributor, while resale prices are determined by third-party sellers .

Unfortunately, these sellers often purchase tickets with the intention of reselling them for profit . As a result, resale prices can be significantly higher than face value, especially for high-demand events like a BTS concert.

BTS concert ticket prices 2023

Now that we’ve covered the factors affecting ticket prices, let’s take a look at some actual BTS concert ticket prices . Here are some of the costs at BTS’s most recent concerts, Permission to Dance On Stage and Love Yourself: Speak Yourself .

Note that some time has passed since these tours took place. As such, these figures may change in the future, and prices may be different for the BTS members’ solo tours.

United States

In the United States, BTS concerts typically now take place at stadiums. The cheapest seats are usually around $60 USD , while the most expensive seats can be as much as $450 USD . You’ll also usually pay around 15-25% extra in booking and service fees.

South Korea

For concerts in their home country, South Korea, BTS ticket prices are around ₩165,000 KRW to ₩220,000 KRW ($125-170 USD) There’s less of a concert and touring culture in South Korea, which is why tickets are often cheaper than they are abroad.

A BTS concert in Japan could set you back as little as ¥11,340 JYP ($85 USD). In Japan, it’s common for all tickets to be priced at the same rate, with slightly higher prices for attendees who don’t have a fanclub membership.

In other parts of Asia, prices may go higher. When BTS performed in Saudi Arabia, the cheapest tickets cost 200 Saudi riyal ($55 USD). The most expensive tickets with VIP and soundcheck cost 1,200 Saudi riyal ($320 USD).

South America

Judging by BTS’s last concert in Brazil, South American fans could pay around R$145 BRL to R$975,00 BRL ($25-185 USD) per ticket, from the cheapest seats to soundcheck prices. You’re in luck if you’re a student, as concession prices are often half the cost of a full-priced ticket.

If you want to see BTS at a stadium in Europe (for example, in the United Kingdom), you’re looking at prices around £45 GBP for the furthest seats and £220 for VIP and soundcheck ($55-270 USD).

Hidden costs to consider

When budgeting for a BTS concert, it’s important to factor in additional expenses beyond the ticket price. To avoid any pricey surprises, consider these three “hidden” costs.

Travel and accommodation

If you’re lucky, BTS may hold a concert in the exact city you live in. If not, you’ll need to consider how much it will cost you to get to the venue , as well as the price of a hotel room . Shop around for the best travel deals to and book accommodation early to save money.

Merchandise

Whether you’re an avid collector or you just want a souvenir to remember the concert by, note that you’ll usually be able to buy exclusive merchandise at the concert. Set aside a budget for souvenirs like t-shirts and posters (plus an ARMY Bomb lightstick if you don’t have one already).

Food and drink

Concert venues typically offer a variety of food and drink options, but these can be quite pricey. To save money, consider eating a meal before the concert or packing snacks to take with you. Just be aware of venue policies regarding outside food and drink, as some places may have restrictions. Call ahead if you have dietary needs the venue might not be able to meet.

4 tips for saving money on BTS concert tickets

Attending a BTS concert doesn’t have to break the bank. With a little research and planning, you can find many ways to save on ticket costs.

1. Get an ARMY membership

BTS’s official fan club, known as ARMY, gives you numerous perks. One of the best is exclusive access to ticket presales and discounts.

If you’re a dedicated fan, consider joining the official fanclub through Weverse ahead of time to take advantage and save on ticket costs.

2. Buy during the presale

Once you have your membership, remember to buy tickets during the pre-sale. This will give you the best chance of scoring a face-value ticket , rather than being left with hiked up prices from resellers.

Note that some venues may run other presales (for example, for people who sign up ahead of time, or people who are customers of the company which owns the venue).

3. Look for resales on social media

If you’re not lucky enough to get a ticket in the presale or the general sale, be careful when shopping resold tickets. Unfortunately, many ticket platforms allow resellers to inflate their prices when demand is high.

Instead, try searching for tickets on social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook. Fans often sell their tickets because they’ve scored better seats, or because they’re not longer able to attend. Unlike unscrupulous “scalpers”, they’ll usually sell at or even below face value .

Just be cautious and verify the authenticity of the tickets and the seller before making a purchase.

4. Participate in contests or giveaways

Totally broke? Keep an eye out for contests or giveaways that offer free or discounted BTS concert tickets . You can find promotions like these on radio stations, on social media, and through partnerships with brands.

Wrapping Up

Attending a BTS concert is bound to be an unforgettable experience for fans, as long as you make sure to save up and budget accordingly first. By comparing options, and taking advantage of money-saving tips, you can secure the best possible tickets within your budget.

V Releases Jazzy Covers of "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" and "Cheek to Cheek" For Festa

bts tour tickets 2023

It's that time of year again for the BTS ARMY: Festa time! Every year, the two weeks leading up to June 13 (the anniversary of BTS's debut) are sacred to BTS's fandom, as the group releases content almost every day up until the big anniversary. On May 30, Big Hit released the schedule for 2023 Festa, teasing what's to come from BTS's momentous 10th anniversary.

Things are a bit different this year in more ways than one. First, 2023 Festa marks the first year not all members may participate in the Festa content. Currently, BTS is on a temporary hiatus as a group so that members can pursue solo activities and serve their mandatory service in the Korean military . So far, Jin and J-Hope have enlisted, with the rest of the group to follow in turn. (J-Hope and Jin will still be represented in Festa content in some capacity through pre-filmed footage.)

Additionally, unlike previous years where the content that will be released each day is clearly laid out, this year's schedule was massively cryptic, the poster only giving small hints as to what each day's content would entail through emojis.

https://twitter.com/bts_bighit/status/1663560913457414146

However, fans know what Festa usually includes: new photos, video performances, new songs as gifts to fans, a group dinner, and more, so they were easily able to guess what each day's release could be. Many guessed the guitar and mic on June 7 could mean Jimin will perform his secret song for ARMY off his "Face" album, "Letter," (and they were right!), and there were countless other theories that ended up panning out.

Ahead, you can read about all the specifics for each day of FESTA we have so far leading up to Festa 2023's grand finale on June 17.

BTS's Festa 2023 Schedule

June 1, 2023: bts everywhere.

On May 1, BTS unveiled their BTS Everywhere website, which will be the home base for all their FESTA content this year.

June 3, 2023: Bang Bang Con 2023 and New Dance Practice Videos

On June 2, BTS announced they would livestream three of BTS's concerts throughout the day on June 3 via Weverse and YouTube as part of Festa. The concerts included the 2019 Muster Magic Shop, 2021 Muster Sowoozoo, and their 2020 virtual concert Map of the Soul ON:E. Apart from streaming the three concerts for fans, they also released six never-before-scene dance practice videos on BANGTANTV throughout the day, including " Anpanman ," " Boy With Luv ," and " I Need You ."

"The song conveys their appreciation toward ARMY for all the love you shower them with and their desire to always be together with you," Big Hit wrote about the single in a May 30 Weverse statement, adding, "We hope that 'Take Two' will become a precious 'Gift' from BTS to you all."

June 11, 2023: BTS 10 Years on Twitter Survey

Each member of BTS took a fun survey of questions about their 10 years together on Twitter, including polls about the best of their best tweets - from the most iconic birthday tweet to the best group photo. The closest the group came to a unanimous decision was for question four , which asked, "What's one tweet a member posted that you feel best reflects his unique charm?" Every member except Jimin voted for the iconic selfie Jimin posted five days after their debut, asking their then-fledgling fandom, "Am I charming?"

June 14, 2023: "BTS: Beyond the Story" Announcement

One thing fans knew they would get this Festa was an official announcement of BTS's new memoir, " BTS: Beyond the Story ," which finally happened on June 14. The announcement came in the form of a one-minute trailer that teases the chapters of the book alongside clips of BTS's growth from their 2013 debut until now.

The book's existence was meant to be kept under wraps until the Festa announcement, but in early May, ARMYs and Taylor Swift fan speculation about the then-mysterious memoir's release prompted Big Hit to confirm it was a BTS book.

June 16, 2023: "Le Jazz de V" Live Performance

V released a live performance of two jazzy covers: "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas," originally performed by Bing Crosby, and "Cheek to Cheek" by Frank Sinatra (Minna Seo joined him for this duet). Fans will remember V originally released his Christmas cover in December 2022 as a gift to fans during the holiday season, but this new version sees him performing on stage with a full jazz band (fans will recognize BTS's regular collaborator, producer DOCSKIM, on the piano).

Suga of bts announced a historic solo tour. here’s how to get tickets today.

Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

Suga of BTS performs onstage, wearing a white suit with a mic in hand.

For the first time ever, a member of BTS is launching a tour without the rest of the group.

Suga , 29, just announced his international solo tour that will send him to arenas all over the U.S. from April through May , followed by dates in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea and Japan.

The 11-concert North American leg of the tour will kick off in the Northeast when Suga plays back-to-back shows at Elmont, NY’s UBS Arena on April 26 and April 27 .

On April 29, the South Korean icon lands in the Garden State for a huge show at Newark’s Prudential Center .

While there’s no word on whether or not Suga will play original songs he’s recorded as Agust D or BTS tracks, we do know the best way to find out is live .

And if you’re a member of the BTS Army that needs tickets today, we’ve got you covered.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until the Verified Fan pre-sale on Thursday, March 2, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before they’re officially on sale.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Suga 2023 tour schedule

A complete calendar including all of Suga’s U.S. tour dates, venues and links to buy tickets can be found below.

Although Suga has stayed busy over the past few years with BTS, he still found time to release two solo records under the stage name Agust D.

His debut mixtape, simply titled “Agust D,” hit shelves in 2016 and is a bit of a departure from BTS’ smooth, poppy sound. Over eight tracks, Suga asserts himself as a legitimate rapper with urgent, nonstop rhymes over heavy, hook-y beats.

The lead track “Give It To Me” is a true standout and “724148” grows on you with each listen.

Four years later, Suga (well, Agust D) dropped “D-2.”

Here, he reverts to a slicker sound that’s more in step with BTS’ aesthetic.

However, the lead single “Daechwita,” is anthemic trap at its best. Speedy and unrelenting, it may serve as a preview for what to expect at Suga’s live shows.

You can hear both Agust D records here .

Suga may be the only Bangtan Boy on tour this year but that doesn’t mean J-Hope, Jung Kook, V, Jimin, Jin and RM aren’t staying active.

J-Hope has already released two albums — 2018’s “Hope World” and 2022’s “Jack In The Box.”

RM is in the same boat. In 2018, his debut “Mono” dropped; last year, he put out “Indigo” which features Anderson .Paak.

Last October, Jin shared his first single “The Astronaut.”

Jimin is currently developing his first album which we should see in March; Jung Kook recently performed at the 2022 FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony.

V has also done a bit on his own as well; he allegedly released a single titled “Scenery” in 2019.

Putting a damper on things is the mandatory 18-month military service required for all able-bodied men in South Korea.

Jin was the first to enlist; you can read his story here .

Huge K-Pop tours in 2023

No K-Pop act demands attention quite like BTS but there are quite a few stars who are getting close.

Here are just five who happen to be touring the U.S. in 2023.

•  Tomorrow X Together (also known as TXT)

•  Stray Kids

•  Epik High

•  Dreamcatcher

•  Jackson Wang (Hong Kong rapper)

BTS' Suga Announced His First Solo World Tour

The rapper and singer will hold 11 shows in the U.S.

BTS is set to start their mandatory military service soon, but they’re giving their fans a proper send off before then. In addition to the individual solo projects, albums, and collaborations they’ve all released, Suga will become the first member to embark on his own solo world tour.

The group’s charismatic rapper, songwriter, and producer announced his first-ever global tour on Tuesday, which will take him to cities across the U.S., Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan. On his own, the member will play arena stages — and likely sell them out, too. The tour, called Agust D, named after his 2016 solo mixtape and his other stage name, kicks off in late April and will likely wrap up three months later in July with a few dates yet to be announced in Japan.

In the U.S., Suga is scheduled to play huge venues like New Jersey’s Prudential Center and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum — two arenas with a seat capacity of over 17,000. Per the tour schedule, he’s set to play multiple nights in some cities, which will hopefully ease some of the overwhelming fan demand (and ticketing nightmares).

Last we checked, Suga was meant to kick off his military duties in March 2023, but given the scheduling of the tour, that seems to have changed. It is likely he’ll instead enlist following the tour. NME reported that the boyband member will also not enter active duty as previously thought, and will instead fulfill his military requirements as a social service agent.

In addition to his 2016 mixtape Agust D , Suga also released D-2 , his second solo mixtape, in 2020. This tour will finally give him the opportunity to perform both of those projects live. For everything you need to know about attending Suga’s tour from the full tour schedule to how to buy tickets, read on.

BTS’ Jimin Reveals Tracklist for Seven-Song Solo Album ‘MUSE’

On Thursday (June 20) BTS ‘ Jimin revealed the full track list for his upcoming second solo album, MUSE. The seven-song LP due out on July 19 will feature the intro song “Rebirth,” as well as “Interlude : Showtime,” the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” (featuring Loco), “Slow Dance” (featuring Sofia Carson), as well as “Be Mine,” “Who” and “Closer Than This” (which dropped in December.)

Jimin, 28, helped write six of the song according to a release, which also noted that the announcement from BIGHIT Music featured a vintage feel via images of old-school cassette tapes representing each song, with an overarching theme of “love” connecting all the tracks.

The hip-hop/R&B-leaning focus song, “Who,” was produced by Grammy-nominated singer/producer Jon Bellion, along with Pete Nappi, Tenroc, Pdgogg and GHSTLOOP, with a vibe described as “intense bounce and guitar sound.” In addition, the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” draws inspiration from marching bands, “blending hip-hop elements with the big band sound characterized by a large-scale orchestra, creating an upbeat, lively rhythm and dynamic atmosphere thanks to an assist from South Korean rapper Loco.”

Other contributors to the album include Tommy Brown (Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber), as well as producers Pdogg, GHSTLOOP and EVAN, who also worked on Jimin’s first solo album, 2023’s FACE , which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Jimin’s official solo debut came with the 2018 single “Promise.” Five years later, he became the first South Korean soloist to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Like Crazy,” followed by FACE ‘s “Set Me Free, Pt. 2” reaching No. 30 on the chart.

Jimin is still in the midst of his 18-month mandatory South Korean military service, which he began in December; bandmate Jin recently became the first member of BTS to finish his service .

Stray kids announce a new ep, and it may help them make history in america.

Stray Kids are officially preparing for another comeback. The South Korean boy band has announced a new EP titled Ate , and it may soon help the group make history in the U.S.

Ate is scheduled to drop on July 19. The project is bound to be a commercial win in America, as most of their recent projects have been. Depending on how well it performs upon its arrival, the title may help the singing troupe prove once again that they’re one of the most successful K-pop groups of all time.

Stray Kids are likely headed for another top 10 charter on the Billboard 200 with Ate . The EP is all but guaranteed to open inside the highest tier on the list of the most-consumed albums in the U.S., and when it does, they’ll form a tie with several of their countrymen on an important historic list.

If–or more likely when– Ate reaches the Billboard 200’s top 10, it will mark Stray Kids’ fifth placement in the tier. With another smash to their credit, they’ll tie with Ateez, Seventeen, Tomorrow X Together, and Twice for the second-most appearances between Nos. 1 and 10.

Currently, the group has reached the top 10 with four different projects. They sit behind the aforementioned four groups, as well as BTS. That seven-member outfit has pushed seven titles into the region. One more and they’ll share in the second-most top 10s among K-pop acts.

All of Stray Kids’ four top 10 titles in the U.S. have reached No. 1. They currently sit behind only BTS in terms of the most Billboard 200 champions–among South Korean groups, that is. They’re the only two names from the Asian country that have reached the summit on the all-genre list of the most popular albums in America more than once.

Hit Man Dethroned In Netflix s Top 10 List By A New Movie

Here’s the exact time ‘elden ring’ dlc ‘shadow of the erdtree’ releases in every region, the asteroid that will get closer to earth than any in human history.

It’s not clear if Ate will include Stray Kids’ most recent single, though it seems like a strong possibility. The group recently collaborated with American pop singer Charlie Puth on the tune “Lose My Breath,” which brought them back to the Hot 100.
