The Boat – YOLO – You Only Live Once

The YOLO is a 40 foot motorized catamaran offering sunset dinner cruises, snorkeling adventures , booze cruises, private boat charters and pretty much anything you’d want to do on the water, under the sun, moon and stars – they can customize a trip for you. The sunset catamaran cruise is super spacious, comfortable and its stability on the waters itself, is quite astounding.

There’s ample comfortable cushioned seating option – including couches or lounge chairs – all covered and shaded from the sun. If you’d like to have more sun – not a problem, the YOLO’s retractable roof provides the option to have half the boat covered and half exposed to the elements. This is also a very welcoming feature during the sunset cruises. Oh, and the restroom facility is awesome – they even have a vanity!!! (where you can freshen up your make up – or simply powder your nose).

The Alcohol Choices!

All the trips offered on-board the YOLO include an open bar with limitless booze. Choose from a menu of over 15 hand crafted fresh fruit cocktails, which include local Belizean rum, vodka, gin, tequila and ice cold local beers. And for that lover of the even finer things in life – they also have a nice selection of wines!

Snacks Onboard:

Snacks are a main stay on the YOLO boat tour – all the trips offered include fresh chef prepared seafood ceviche, dip, fresh fruits and chips while on board.

The Sunset Dinner Cruise!

5PM to around 8PM – enjoy the comfy seats, hearty cocktails and exceptional service as you cruise off into the magnificent sunset. Treat that special someone to some alone time while snuggling and watching the sun melt away in the horizon. The skies come alive at night, and the retractable roof provides for a first class seat to the glorious descent of the sun and the ascent of the royal moon into the starlit night! Dinner is served as the sun makes its final peek off into the horizon.

It’s all in the name. From the moment you step on board, to the time you leave – there IS a full glass in your hand –unless you choose otherwise. This usually turns into a party by the time you make your way back to town. The boat is equipped with strobe lights, and a sound system that can adapt to most any music devises. Dance your heart away under the star lit night, while the moon causes the ripples of the water to shimmer and create a harmonious lighting effect as you dance to your heart’s desire.

Caye Caulker Snorkel Cruise!

9AM – around 4:30PM.

Snorkeling Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley has never been more fun. Relax on the flat deck while hanging your legs overboard – enjoying the turquoise water and cool sea breeze as you cruise into the Caribbean Sea. You might even get to see some dolphins – keep an eye out.

The design of the boat, with its built-on ladder, makes it super easy to get in and out of the water. The fact that lunch is served on board – gives you more time to experience Caye Caulker.

Sea’s D Day: Dine At Sunset On A Leisurely Cruise In San Pedro For An Unforgettable Dinner

A leisure sunset cruise on the Caribbean Sea is always a good way to end the day. But add an intimate dining experience over the water to that, either on its outdoor deck or indoor air-conditioned seating, and now we’re talking about a whole other level of unforgettable! These are the amenities aboard Seaduced by Belize SEA’s D Day 58-foot houseboat , offering unforgettable evenings in San Pedro, Belize. So get ready and let’s sail away on this out-of-the-ordinary evening experience.

Not only perfect for ‘just because’ celebrations, Seaduced by Belize offers their houseboat as a favorite for themed receptions, birthday parties, bachelorettes, and more. Inside, the elevated boat is complete with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and both outdoor and indoor seating facilities. In the evenings, SEA’s D Day departs from its main dock on the lagoonside nearby the Sunset Boardwalk behind the Saca Chispas field in downtown San Pedro; the tour leaves at 4:45 pm and ends by 7:30 pm. Of importance is that for the tour to be confirmed, a minimum of 10 persons is needed.

2 Options To Cruise

Unlike other conventional sunset tours, this cruise takes you on a relaxing ride to the pristine waters and beaches of  Ambergris Caye’s leeward side. You’ll pass the opulent private island resort Cayo Espanto, found just 3 miles west of Ambergris Caye. And with good music serenading the ambiance along with the tropical breeze, it just seems to blow your stress or troubles away.

But there are actually two options to cruise. The first choice comes with a tag price of US$135 per person and includes a full 4-course dinner focused on seafood, like curry shrimp with coconut rice, a salad, appetizer, and homemade desserts. Option number two includes a 7-course dinner with gourmet tapas on the menu for US$150 per person.

Tapas are small savory dishes of Spanish cuisine such as fresh bread and meat, small seafood bites, crudités, and more. So, although you may think it is just a light snack, remember you’ll be indulging at least seven different times.

What about drinks?

Each of these packages includes beer, rum punch, and ginger pineapple mojitos. Wine is an option; however, this will come at an additional cost. If your party requests wine, feel free to let Seaduced by Belize know the type; they proudly cater to every occasion and dietary need. Of course, water is also included.

When the sun sets, the fun continues on board SEA’s D Day where the lights turn on and the eating, drinking, and party vibes continue. When we make our way back to San Pedro you will notice the town illuminated as the island nightlife comes alive. Such a cruise is a good opportunity to enjoy with a group of friends, your loved ones like the family, or any unique occasion. The staff at SEA’s D Day is very friendly and professional, which means you’ll be pampered and well taken care of.

It's the Belize you won't believe! After meeting your guide for this Belize excursion, you will be driven to the nearby airport where you will board a Cessna Caravan (12 to 14 seats) for your scenic 20-minute flight. Upon arrival in San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, you will have approximately 4.5 hours of free time on your own to shop for local gifts, sample the local cuisine, relax on the beach or explore and see why many describe it as the Caribbean of 30 years ago.

Ambergris Caye (pronounced Am-BUR-gris or Am-BUR-grease Key) is the largest of more than 200 cays along the coast of Belize. The island is 25 miles long and a little over one mile from side to side at its widest point. Its history included Maya, European Pirates, and Mexican Refugees who fled during the Caste War. Their descendants make up most of the island's population today. Once dependent on the coconut, then fishing industries, the islands major source of income these days is tourism.

San Pedro Town, the only inhabited area on the island, is a small bustling village complete with colorfully painted wooden houses of Mexican and Caribbean decor. They are now home to gift shops, boutiques, bars, cafes, and restaurants. A short walk in town (which is only three streets deep) and you can feel the friendliness of the people and see the ease of their lifestyle as no shoes, tee-shirts, and shorts are the typical island dress code. The people of the island speak English, Spanish, Creole, and Maya all at the same time, making it their own island dialect. Most transportation is by foot, bike or golf cart.

San Pedro's restaurants range from seafood to burritos; from Italian to Chinese, but when in Belize, try the local cuisine (fish, barbecue, rice, and beans, etc.).

There are no shopping malls here. You will find quaint little gift shops and street-side vendors offering tropical apparel as well as the work of local artisans. These include local paintings, pottery, sculptures, handmade dolls, hats, baskets, beach chairs and hammocks.

All too soon, it is time to return to the airport for your flight back to Belize City.
