  DAY 01 : COCHIN –  AMMAN

Assemble at Cochin International airport. After all the check-in formalities, board flight for the travel to Amman. Meet and greet by our representative at Amman airport. Travel through the king’s Highway, the World’s oldest continuously used trading route to visit Mt.Nebo. Prophet Moses was given a view of the promised Land from Mt. Nebo. Moses was buried on this mountain by God himself. From this place, we can view Jordan valley and the Dead Sea. Proceed to, after Hotel. Overnight at Hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

  DAY 02: AMMAN – NAZARETH – CANA

After breakfast, check-out and proceed to sheikh Hussein Bridge and cross the Jordan-Israel border. After the Customs and Emigration formalities, enter into Israel.  After Lunch, visit Nazareth, the boyhood town of Jesus and the Basilica of the Annunciation where Archangel Gabriel appeared to announce that Mary would bear a son. Also visit Joseph’s workshop and Cana (where Jesus performed his first miracle of changing water into wine at the wedding feast). Proceed to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.  (Meals: Breakfast,  Lunch, Dinner)

  DAY 03 : SEA OF GALILEE – CAPERNAUM – JORDAN RIVER – NAZARETH – BETHLEHEM

After breakfast, proceed to visit Mount Tabor, Capernaum (the center of Jesus ministry after he left Nazareth), Tabgha- the(of the Five Loaves and Two Fishes) and the Bestitudes, where Jesus gave the sermon on the Mount. Also visit, Galilee and ride in a Galilean fishing boat, St. peters house, the church of primacy of peter, and Mensa Christi. After Lunch, visit yardenit on the Jordan River, the traditional Baptismal site. Proceed to Bethlehem. Check-in Hotel.  Overnight at Hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

DAY 04 : EIN KAREM – OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM – GOLGOTHA – WAILING WALL

After breakfast, proceed to the pools of Bit Hasda where Jesus cured the crippled man. Walk via Dolorosa (way of Grief), the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha. Last 5 stations are inside the church of the Holy Sepulcher visible from a distance with two silver domes. Visit pilates Judgment Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation (where the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown of thorns on His head), the Ecce Homo Arch, convent of the sisters of Zion, The Tomb (widely believed to be the part of the stone that covered Jesus Tomb). Also visit the Cenacle Last supper Room, Tomb of king David, wailing wall (which is the holiest place for the Jewish religion. After Lunch, proceed to visit Ein Kareem, the birthplace of John the Baptist and the Church of visitation, Dead Sea. It is the lowest spot on earth and do not miss the opportunity to float in the salty buoyant water, rich in minerals. Further proceed to Bethania, the Town of Mary, Martha and Lazarus. After Lazarus Tomb visit, proceed to visit Jericho, Mount of Temptation and Sycamore Tree. It is the place where Jesus stopped on the way to Jerusalem on the Passover and where Jesus cured the blind man during his stay at Zachaeus house. Overnight stay at Hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

DAY 05 : MOUNT OF OLIVES – GETHSEMANE – BETHLEHEM

After breakfast, proceed to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Visit the sanctuary of pater Noster Ascension, walk along the palm Sunday Road down to the chapel of Dorminous Flevit (where jesus wept over the destruction of Jerusalem)and Garden of Gethsemani (where Jesus prayed while Judah betrayed him to the Romans). Also visit the Basilica of agony, Tomb of St. Mary, church of St. peter of Gallicantu (which symbolizes Peter’s denial of Jesus), the Traditional house of High priest, caiaphas where Jesus was imprisoned. Proceed to Bethlehem to visit the Shephers field in the Judah province. After Lunch, visit the church of Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus and the city of David, Manger square, crusaders cloister, Grotto of St. Jerome and the Milk Grotto. Overnight stay at Hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

DAY 06 :  TABA

After breakfast, check-out from Hotel and proceed to Taba . After Lunch and Customs and Emigration formalities enter into Egypt. Check – in Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

  DAY 07 : TABA – SINAI

After breakfast, visit St.Catherine Monastery set beneath the mountain where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments. It has been one of the world’s great centers of religion pilgrimage for over fifteen centuries. It has also a library of ancient manuscripts, second only to the Vatican and 6th century church on the site of the Burning Bush. Lunch at restaurant, proceed to cairo we cross the famous Suez Canal en-route to cairo check- in Hotel. Overnight at hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

DAY 08 : CAIRO

After breakfast, proceed to Cairo,  V isit the old churches of Cairo and Egyptian Museum. In  the evening, enjoy a cruise journey on River Nile with Egyptian cultural shows and Dinner on board. Overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

DAY 09 :  CAIRO  RETURN  JOURNEY

After breakfast, check-out from Hotel and visit the pyramids, Sphinx and Old Churches of Cairo.  After Lunch, proceed to Airport to board the  return flight.

Day 01—Cochin – Cairo

Assemble at Cochin International Airport . Arrive Cairo. Meet by our representative. Then Proceed to Hotel for Check in. Evening proceed to Cruising on the River Nile. Dinner on board. Enjoy the Shows on board .Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02 – Cairo–Sinai

After Breakfast, Check-out hotel. Proceed on a visit to Pyramids, Sphinx and the old churches of Cairo. Visit Egyptian Museum. Lunch. Proceed to Sinai On the way to Sinai we cross the famous Suez Canal.. View the beautiful and historical Sinai Mountains. Check-in hotel. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.

Day 03– Sinai - St.Catherine Monastry – Israel

After Breakfast check-out Hotel. Visit St. Catherine Monastry. Set beneath the mountain where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments. Saint Catherine Monastery has been one of the world's great centers of religious pilgrimage for over fifteen centuries. Within its imposing walls rests a citadel like no other, incredibly rich in important religious and historical structures. Among its treasures is a library of ancient manuscripts and icons second only to the Vatican's itself, and a 6th century church reputed to lie directly on the site of the Burning Bush. Quite simply, the monastery is a defining feature of the Holy Land. Proceed to Taba. Lunch at restaurant. . Arrive Taba. Finish the Customs and Emigration formalities at the Egyptian side . Enter into Israel. Complete the emigration and customs formalities. Then proceed to Jerusalem. Dinner and Over night at Hotel.

Day 04 – Mount of Olives-Gethsemane-Bethlehem:

After breakfast, Proceed to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem.Visit sanctuaries of Pater Nester Ascension. Walk along the Palm Sunday road down to the chapel of Dorminous Flevit where Jesus wept over eminent destruction of Jerusalem and Garden of Gethsemani. where Jesus prayed while Judah betrayed him to the Romans. Visit the Basilica of agony and Tomb of St. Mary. We also will visit the Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu, which symbolizes Peter's Denial of Jesus as he has prophesied at the Last Supper and then visit the traditional house of high priest, Caiaphas, where Jesus was imprisoned. Then proceed to Bethlehem to visit the shepherds field, which is located in the Judah province. It was here that the Angel announced the birth of Jesus to the shepherds of Bethlehem during the reign of King Herod. Also, here David tended his flocks until he was anointed King of Israel. Lunch. We then visit the Church of Nativity - the birthplace of Jesus and the City of David, Manager Square; Crusaders Cloister Grotto of St. Jerome. Then we visit Milk Grotto. Dinner and overnight Hotel.

Day 05 –Old City Of Jerusalem–Golgotha–Wailing Wall–Ein Karem:

Breakfast. Then proceed to the pools of Beit Hasda, where Jesus held the crippled man. And from there we take the Via Dolorosa (Way of Grief), traditionally accepted as the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha, the place where Jesus was crucified marking significant events along the route. You will see the Pilate's Judgments Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation where according to tradition, the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown of thorns on His head the Ecce Homo Arch and the Convent of the Sisters of Zion. Early tradition held that Pontius Pilate stood here and thundered "Ecce Homo!" Which means "Behold the man?" Which is what Pilate said when he presented Jesus to the crowd. However, we now know that pagan Emperor Hadrian constructed the arch. Below the Convent are the Lithotrities where Jesus was publicly tried and where the Roman soldiers mocked him. The last 5 Stations of the Cross are inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher visible from the distance with two silver domes. Also "The Tomb" widely believed to be the part of the stone that covered Jesus Tomb. Visit the Cenacle – Last Supper Room , the tomb of King David and – (the other upper room). Then we go to the Jewish quarter to the Wailing Wall, which is the holiest place for the Jewish religion. Lunch. Visit Ein Karem, located in the hills next to a little spring. This is the city of Judah and Birthplace of John the Baptist, son of Elizabeth & Zechariah and the Church of Visitation. Proceed to Jericho where we stop and view Qarantal,the traditional Mount of Temptation and Sycamore Tree It is also the place where Jesus stopped on this way to Jerusalem, on the Eve of the Passover and were Jesus cured the blind man during his stay at Zachaeus house Proceed to Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth (1305 ft. below sea level), again make a brief stop at a private beach and take the opportunity to float in the salty buoyant water, rich in minerals. Proceed to Bethania .Visit Bethania the Town of Mary, Martha and Lazarus. Visit Lazarus's Tomb. Back to hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel .

Day 06— Nazreth – Haifa - Mt.Carmel - Joppa (Tel Aviv)

After Breakfast . Proceed to Joppa (Tel Aviv) .Visit St. Peter Church. View the beautiful Meditaranian Sea Continue via the city of Caesarea to Haifa, Israel's largest port city, built on the slopes of Mt. Carmel. Visit the Famous Persian Hanging Gardens for a view of the Bahai Shrine. Then make a brief halt at the "Home of Eujoh", and then continue to Muhraqa, the placer of sacrifice and the site where Prophet Elijah defeated the False Prophets of Ba'al. Lunch at Restaurant... Proceed to Nazreth. . Lunch at Restaurant. Then Visit Nazareth the boyhood town of Jesus and home of Mary and Joseph and visit the Basilica of the Annunciation built over the grotto where Archangel Gabriel appeared to announce that she would bear a son, Jesus. We also stop by Joseph's workshop . Then Visit Cana where Jesus performed his first Miracle, changing water into wine at the wedding feast. Check-in hotel. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07—Sea of Galilee–Capernaum–Jordan River–Nazareth – Bethlehem:

After Breakfast, Check-out Hotel. Visit Mount Tabor. Visit Capernaum - the centre of Jesus' ministry after he left Nazareth we stop at Tabgha - the Church of the Multiplication of the Five Loaves and Two Fishes and the expressive church of the Beatitudes, where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount. This morning we drive through the landscapes of Galilee and later for a ride in a replica of a Galilean fishing boat of that time, on the Sea of Galilee and where Jesus calmed the storm and walked on the water. We make a stop at St. Peter's house, the Church of Primacy of Peter and the place where Jesus bestowed St. Peter with his authority. This is believed to be the place where Jesus dined with his disciples, the flat rock known as Mensa Christy, Chris's table to commemorates this event. Lunch. Visit Yardenit on the Jordan River, the traditional Baptismal site. Check-in hotel. Dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08. — Nazareth-Amman,

After Breakfast, Check-out hotel. Proceed to Sheik Hussain Bridge to cross the border. Complete the customs & emigration formalities. Enter into Amman. Then after the Lunch Proceed to Mount Nebo. The trip south of Amman along the 5,000 years old King's Highway is one of the most memorable journeys in the Holy Land, passing through a string of ancient sites of Jordan, the memorial of Moses, and the presumed site of the prophet's death and burial place. From a platform in front of the church one can enjoy a breathtaking view across the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Proceed to Hotel . Dinner, Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09– Amman –Cochin

Check out the Hotel and Proceed to visit Madaba , where we will see the St. George's Church and some wonderfull works on the Marbles.Then Proceed to the Airport to Connect the flight to Cochin.

Well organized. The food and accommodation arranged were exemplary. All the local guides were very good with special mention to Telib from Egypt. Jeffin James, our tour coordinator from Kochi was a very lively and supportive presence throughout. This was important because the holyland trip is demanding on the body and mind and his camaraderie with one and all was vital to enhancing the overall experience. It goes without saying that Fr. Sleeba knows what he is doing. He ensured that everyone was taken care of and infused the spirituality required for such a trip without going overboard. My only suggestion would be to avoid conflicting instructions from the tour coordinator and the local guide. This happened in Israel a few times and the passengers were left confused on several occasions.

We were participants of the Holy Land tour which commenced on 25th April 2024. Was apprehensive before the tour but we can confidently say that we enjoyed the tour very much with Father Sleeba and Jeffin assisting. All aspects of the tour was very well planned, and looked into for the comfort of participants. The hotels were of good quality and standard and the food was delicious. There were some minor delays during the tour which were beyond the organizers ability to control. We were pointed to this tour organization by friends who had previously travelled and we in turn would recommend anyone who intends to travel to the Holy Land to book with Royal Omania Tours and Travels. Itinerary - Christian Holy Land Tour

Sunday, day 1 arrive at ben gurion airport - israel - transfer to tel aviv.

Shalom and welcome to the Holy Land. Meet and greet by a Trips Israel representative. Tel Aviv Hotel transfer and check in.

Enjoy a buffet dinner at hotel.

Overnight in Tel Aviv.

Monday, Day 2 Caesarea, Megiddo, Haifa, Acre (Akko) to the Galilee

Following our first breakfast in Israel, we will leave the city of Tel Aviv and drive north along the Mediterranean coast and see the following:

See the ancient Roman theater, built by Herod and once the capital of Judea. Here Paul embarked on his journey to Tarsus (Acts 9:30) and where Cornelius and his family (the first Gentile believers) lived. Caesarea is also where Pontius Pilate had his base; and where Paul embarked to Tarsus (Acts 9:30 Acts 10 24-48) and where Philip preached (Acts 8:40). Explore the restored Roman amphitheater, with its acoustic and theatrical sound. It was used for many performances throughout the centuries. Walk through the excavated fortress and view the aqueduct, once used for conveying water to the city.

One of King Solomon’s walled, fortified cities (1st Kings 9:15; 10:26), with the ruins of 20 levels of civilization, including the well-preserved water supply system. From here, the Books of Daniel and Revelation will come alive as we read about the final Battle of Armageddon, while viewing the Plains of Jezreel.

Ascend Mt. Carmel for a beautiful panoramic view of Haifa Bay and the Botanical Gardens below. Visit Muhraka, where Elijah fought the 400 false prophets of Baal. 

Akko – Acre

See its underground passages and secret rooms, as well as the prison. Once occupied by many nations.

Afternoon/evening:

Drive through the Pastoral Hills of the Galilee and to our hotel for check-in.

Dinner at our hotel.

Overnight in the Galilee

Tuesday, Day 3 Tiberias, Wester Galilee, Banias (Golan Heights)

After breakfast, start the day with a short tour of Tiberias. Visits will include the following places:

Boat Cruise:

Cruise on the Sea of Galilee for a biblical revival in a Jesus boat replica.

Center of Jesus’ Galilean ministry and the site of many of His miracles (Mark 2:4; Matt. 8:5; 14-17; 9:1-7; 17:18). Visit the remains of the 2nd century synagogue.

Site of the the “Loaves and Fishes”, including the Church of the multiplication (John 6:1-14), a 4th century mosaic floor.

Mount of Beatitudes:

Where Jesus delivered perhaps the most famous sermon preached – “The Sermon On The Mount” (Matt. 5).

Banias Springs and Caesarea Phillipi:

One of the sources of the River Jordan. It’s believed Caesaria Philippi is where Peter made his confession of faith in Christ (Matt. 16:16).

Return back to our hotel and enjoy a relaxing dinner. Evening at leisure.

Overnight in the Galilee.

Wednesday, Day 4 Nazareth, Beit Shean

Breakfast at hotel. Visits will include:

Cana of Galilee

Here we will visit the site where Jesus performed his first miracle, turning water into wine (John 2:1).

The boyhood home of Jesus. Here we will visit the Grotto of the Annunciation and the Church of St. Joseph. These churches are located over the traditional site where Mary and Joseph lived. We will also visit the site of the ancient City Well, believed to be the site, where Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary.

A Baptismal site in the Jordan River. Here we will have the chance of being Baptized.

Beit Shean:

Newly excavated and one of the largest ongoing archaeological dig in the land of Israel. See the amphitheater, colonnaded Roman streets, mosaics and Roman bathhouses (1st Samuel 31:10).

Jordan Valley:

See the dessert bloom with flowers and vegetation, prophesied by Isaiah in chapter 35:1-2.

Arrive Jerusalem and check in to our hotel, followed by a relaxing dinner. Suggested stroll at the streets in Jerusalem.

Overnight in Jerusalem.

Thursday, Day 5 Jerusalem: The Old City

Enjoy breakfast at our hotel. Today, visits will include sites in Jerusalem and the Old City.

• Mount of Olives

Mount of Olives is situated on the east side of the Old City. On top of the mountain, is a beautiful panoramic view of the Old City and the Golden Gates. At the bottom of the mount, is an urban garden, most famous for the site where Jesus prayed in many occasions prior to His crucifixion.

The Upper Room:

Located above David’s Tomb compound at Mt. Zion, it is considered to be the room where Jesus had His last Passover meal (Room of the Last Supper).

Jewish Quarter (Old City):

Situated is the southeastern sector of the walled city. It stretches to the Zion Gate in the south and extends to the Western Wall and the Temple Mount in the east. 

The Jewish quarter was reconstructed after the city was unified after the Six-Day War in 1967. A special point of interest in the restored Jewish Quarter is the “Cardo”, meaning the “heart” of this ancient Byzantine City. See the unearthed (main) Roman thoroughfare and the ancient marketplace lined with columns.

Western Wall (The Kotel):

It is the last remaining structure of a much greater wall from the Second Temple period. The temple was built by Herod and is the holiest place for Jews. The Western Wall is located in the Old City of Jerusalem, near the Dung Gate.

Via Dolorosa:

Is known as the “Stations of the Cross” and the Way of the Cross to Jesus’ Crucifixion. Today, the Via Dolorosa hold many colorful bazaars and marketplace.

• Church of the Holy Seplechre

Believed to be by many Catholic and Orthodox Christians; this was the site of Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified and resurrected.

Garden Tomb:

Believed to be by many Evangelical Christians; this was the site of Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified and resurrected.

We will return to our hotel for the remainder of the day at leisure. Enjoy dinner at our hotel.

Friday, Day 6 New City Bethlehem

After breakfast, start the day at:

The birthplace of John the Baptist and where his parents enjoyed their summer house.

Yad Vashem:

Israeli memorial for the Holocaust, where six million Jews perished in WWII.

Israel Museum:

See the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea scrolls are housed. View the scale model of Jerusalem, as it used to look in the 2nd Temple period.

It is believed by many Christians, this was the site of where Jesus was born at the Church of the Nativity.

We will return to our hotel for Shabbat dinner.

Saturday, Day 7 Massada and the Dead Sea area

Early breakfast at our hotel, drive drive south towards the Dead Sea. As we get closer to the shores, we will start to descend to the lowest lowest point on earth 1305 feet (398m) below sea level. Visits will include:

Where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered by a young shepherd boy.

Ascend by cable car to the legendary mountaintop plateau of Masada to see where the Jewish Zealots struggled against the Romans. The Zealots held out for three years against the legions of Flavius Silva. They chose to die as free men at their own hands in preference to Roman slavery and torture.

Lowest point on the surface of earth to 1305 feet (398m) below sea level. The Dead Sea is uniquely formulated in a small body of water (similar to a lake) and includes 11%-13% salt and other natural ingredients. Float on the Dead Sea and cover ourselves in mud (weather permitting).

Return back to Jerusalem and to our hotel for dinner.

Sunday, Day 8 Tel Aviv / Ben Gurion Airport
